I have query regarding vishal mega mart points after purchasing the stuff. Last sunday 8th may 2022, I did shopping from 5 phase mohali vishal mega mart store, but haven't receive any points. On that day, nobody asked the mobile number after i asked employee on billing counter that you need my contact number for billing she said no. Further, after making paymentI checked the details on bill slip and i saw there was number that wasn't belong to me. I directly told the senior employee and request him to rectify it. He ensures that we will receive our point but now it's already one week pass, there is no progress in action. I have all billing details that i am going to attach under photos section

Sir I bought a two trouser Rs. 749 and two jeans Rs. 1149 but counter no. 5 person name Avinash kumar add one trouser Rs. 499 extra add by mistake calculate amount wrong in actual amount. I request you to return of money Rs. 499 and always believe this shopping mart.

In this Vishal megar Mart in engineering college there was 10 counter but open only 2 counter and there was no air conditioner and the behaviour of staff is very bad to coustomer in this bad summer they open only 2 counter and they said staff is not coming and time was 2pm . The atmosphere was very bad in this outlet can you please resolve this problem.

I have purchased a sound system. but this product is not working after one month. i have warranty card but customer care is not responding. kindly provide resolutions for us.

I've never seen such a unprofessional behaviour as shown by Vishal megamart employees, they don't know how to talk and when I am calling customer care service there's a girl name Riya..after listening to my complain she just cut the call, I called senior management but nothing resolved till now it's beed more than 20 days, I never recommend anybody to go for Vishal megamart

I buy a pair of shoes from the Vishal mega-market they charged me 549 but it's mentioned in the shoes 499 and they just hide with a marker then I go the Vishal market deoli branch they just told me it's GST by the government but the government is charging higher than MRP is it so

Customer is not being treated in a very bad manner also there is no proper line is being followed at billing counter. Special Mr. Saurabh sharma not using good language with customer. I would like to request company to please look into the matter as soon as possible and treat your customer nicely.

Today I had purchased many things from Vishal mega Mart, one of the thing is center table cover . I had purchased a single quantity of that table cover which cost RS.109 but the biller had make added 2 quantity and give only one, so please refund this as soon as possible.

I have complained 4-5 times as I complained.
I purchased induction 1400W but it's not working after the day I purchased.
Please do something as soon as possible.

Respected Sir /Madam, On 9th April 2022, I had bought a stove (Tandem ) from noida Vishal Mega Mart. It's big burner is not working on minimum. I request to replace my stove as soon as possible as it's a matter of safety(gas leak). Now customer care is not responding. I just want my Hard earned money back. Take away the product.We would like to inform you that your complaint has been registered with our service team .My complaint number is JET[protected].No service engineer will contact me. I am waiting 12 April n many times call but only tell wait 24 hrs then our team call back.plz I request it is safety issue for my family n me.plz resolve my problem.there was very poor and worst facility provide . Today I visited the vishal mega mart mamura sec-65-66, Noida branch, there I purchased two steel glasses which I paid the full amount but the billing person forgot to add it in my bag. By coming home I checked so the glasses were missing, I paid the full amount of that. Can I get my item back by showing the bill of that item to the store or billing person?

It's a problem in alambagh branch Vishal mega Mart. When i was going out side the machine was beeping . I removed all things like key of bike like purse and showed my sleeper from all the sides. Even then also the machine was beeping I don't know why its was happening there with machine . The chief send me in the back office and checked my pocked, i was stand with pair legs he crushed my purse checked my wallet every Card removed then also not something suspicious found, he removed my trouser, he removed my shirt but all possible security checking they have not found any thing suspicious .
All rules and followed by them but what about my respect what about my respect in public . I was cried after leaving the Vishal mega Mart and decided to complain against them they are not having a good machine they are not having good sensor and all blame gone about beep on customer. The incident happened on 27 April 2022 19:47:29. I want justice for my self respect gone in public.

I visited Vishal mega Mart MUGALPUR .GORAKHPUR PIN 273013 ON 24/04/22 And do purchasing of 4067 rs . In which 2 winking cow milk mrp 25 was taken but Vishal charge rs 60 more than MRP . AND customer executive give me 5 packets of first crop butter cookies by telling that it is free on ur purchase from Vishal .when I check the materials and bill they charges 99 for cookies .it was one time earlier also happens with me .it shows the cheating nature of Vishal

Today I purchased a ladies brink men t-shirt from vishal store Hisar (haryana) The price tag on the t-shirt was for rs 99 but the amount charged for the same item in the invoice was rs 199 and after discount 176.72, which was incorrect.
Please find the attached invoice copy and tshirt price tag. Please do the needful.
As i pay the bill amount through card so kindly return the excess amount viz. Rs88.81 i.e (176.52 - 87.91) . If any other information is required let me know about that on call on [protected].

I have suffering from 5-6 days for exange my product I have purchase two nos of shirt from Dhubri Vishal Mega Mart and it's has been not fit then I again visit for exchange all are necessary procedure I have completed and their after when I go to Billing counter they are not able to make payment reply me server problem Dated 19 th April 2022 and said me give my contact no from his Security Guard for conducting me when server is reached but they no any call /msg me right now.

Today 22th April my problem is same.
I Suggest to Co. - Don't make online Bill make Paper Based Manual Bill and collect only cash. Bacause Some times Debit / Credit Card are not working for server problems.

This all Suggestions imposed Only Dhubri Vishal Mega Mart Because many time I faced this issue in this Mart

I want to you know girl & boys staff daily duty 12 to 15 hour but no any over time salery and maneger staff is going 8 to 9 hour why sir same to all store in vishal mega mart store and girl staff is going to job at 7am to 8.30pm

Out of the 10 billing counters, only 2 are functioning. We have been waiting in the lime for almost and hour and half. On enquiry none of the staff is cooperating. The customers have been waiting in line for several hours
