Bill number[protected] bill date 19/08/2021 bill place Vishal megamart nainital road Rudrapur . I have paid cash INR 3206rs in cash but according to tha bill cash amount paid is 2608rs my contact number [protected] They have asked me for the opt sent by the company . I want clarification for my bill.

I purchased a dove shampoo intanse repair 340ml bottle after check offer price below the rack on sticker which are 17*.55 . but after billing they billed of 201rs. I shocked that why vishal mega mart store cheat customer this types. .please check it

I am the regular customer of Vishal mega mart fr 10 years. yesterday dated 19.08.2021 I went vishal mega mart situated in District Rewa (M.P.) with my 8 year old son. my son was thirsty but there is no water facility. we told to staff about them then they told me that there is no water for customer. So kindly take appropriate action against responsible.

Following are my complaint details

1. One staff calling another staff but non of them listening properly
2. Senior staff or managers is not taken a proper steps to a resolved issues. like if the card swiping machine is not working then no one is caring and try to resolve
3. Billing staff is not maintaining proper queue rule for billing, they are taking items for billing from different ways and who is standing in a queue waiting for a long time.

Hi. Today I visited VMM branch, Arya nagar Sitapur where I asked cashier to redeem
Loyalty bonus by shopping of rupees 950 but he denied and told that minimum shopping must be for Rs. 1500 for such redemption. Due to such behavior I came back without any shopping. Same was followed by other customers too. If it is correct It must be given in message. Instead of it dealing and cooperation of employees of such branch is not good which may be dangerous for such a reputed company.

The ventilation and the Air conditioner was off and I asked to the staff about this, your staff told me that I am not an electrician talk to my senior manager, I asked him to call the manager, he said that go and search yourself. This is not my job . I search your manager than told him all the matter he said that I can’t do any thing . ‘’Jo h Yahi h bus, apko lena h to lo ‘’
Now please be responsible and take a action or I have to raise this complaint to Consumer court.

When i purchased from Vishal mega Mart (bhagalpur) of Rs. 445 i asked for reedem my loyalty points but cashier said i[censored] want yo reedem then u have to purchase above Rs. 1500 but there is no terms and conditions mentioned like this

I bought a jeans form dubagga store and that jeans is discoloured at some areas i havent noticed bcoz i bought it at night and then i went out of station yesterday i went at their store and asked for exchange but they are denying..i have a proper bill and tag on the product..which type of behaviour is this towards ur customer..

I had bought an Iron press from your Vishal Mega Mart Saharanpur which is not working right now, Iron Press Serial No. H19-30641.
Even after many attempts, your customer care number is not getting the complaint registered. Please improve your customer care related service.

I am the regular customer of vishal mart having my mobile No.[protected]. On 11st August 2021, I received a message from you stating a bonus of Rs.250/- has been added to my loyalty account with validity upto 15th Aug 2021. On 15th Aug 2021 I purchased stores worth Rs.1843/- vide Bill No.[protected] dated 15th Aug 21. There was a problem in the system as result I was taken to another system and amount debited. Mr. Rakesh Kumar was Billing clerk. I was in believe that the bill was after redeeming the loyalty amount. Since my spec was not available, I could not check bill. Besides I was billed Rs.460/- for 01 KG Full broom tea as against your add published in The Times of India dated 15 Aug 2021 for Rs.425/-.
Yesterday I met Mr. Dhirender, mart incharge with above grievances, but refused to entertain being date elapsed for redeeming the amount while accpeting mistake on the part of bill clerk.
Sir, it is breach of faith and I feel I was cheated by staff of Vishal Mart. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

I had bought baby walker on 31 st July..n very next day my grandfather died n I went to Bangalore didn't use that walker for a day too ..after I returned I opened it n there was damage n there was. No screws too.so I decided to return but due to weekend lockdown Saturday n Sunday will be holiday so I didn't return it but yesterday that is 16th of August I went but they didn't not accept saying your bill has expired ...this is so so bad I don't no I need exchange or refund or I'll will raise complaint

I have had a very bad experience as a customer of a Kalna vishal mega mart Some of the employees here are very abusive with the customers which has happened to me too. As a customer, I don't expect any employee to misbehave with customers.

I shop some dresses from Vishal mega Mart civil lines Roorkee, the billing Line is so Long and when I go for billing they say that the barcode missing from the dress and they don't revolve the issue after long wait in que and the behaviour of the staff is rude and not costumer supported.

I ship in Vishal Mega Mart Roorkee for some clothes but the billing counter line is too long and staff not attend the customer properly and the behaviour of the staff is not good and they show the other price and add different Price in billing. Its not be so professional and not be good behavior

Aaj maine kuch shoping ki Vishal mega Mart se jisme 800 rs ka bill extra add kiya hua hai gate pr guard ka kaam hota hai bill se product ko check karana pr guard ne koi item bill se match nahi kiya or hume jane diya humne ghr aakr samaan check kiya to usme 2 item 299 ke extra jude hue hain. Maine aakr call ki to no. Bhi switch off hai..sir please thoda dhyan dijiye
Baki m kl jakar poora samaan fir se check karaunga...

Everytime i visit Vishal mega Mart in Aligarh naurangabad

AC never work. They say they complaint for more than a month but I see it's more than a year the AC never work. Also their emergency exit is physically locked. Suppose any fire accident happen then what they will do. Even their fire extinguisher are expired
