Hi Team,

Please to inform you that, on 11th of August'21 i have received msg like Rs. 250 added to my loyalty wallet. I have visited Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, store on 14th of August, when I ask redeem my wallet balance staff said that my balance is showing Rs.170 only. Why there is miss match happend and staff doesn't have proper knowledge. This is not a fair service from Vishal mart.

Please look into this issue and resolve it asap.

Today we visit vishal mega mart shatabdipuram, Govindpuram Ghaziabad.
We were looking for bed sheets, suddenly one Staff girl comes so close us, we said please maintain social distancing due covid 19.
But that girl starts misbehaving with us. She said you should stay at home, do not come here. Start souting with my wife.
I never go again vishal mega mart Govindpuram.

प्रिय सर जैसा कि आपका उत्तर प्रदेश के पीलीभीत जनपद में अभी अभी नया मार्ट खुला हुआ है जिसमे मेरी पत्नी द्वारा कल दिनांक 13 अगस्त को कुछ कपड़ों की खरीददारी की गई थी जिसमे एक कपड़ा कटा हुआ निकल गया जो कि उसके सुबह यानी आज 14 अगस्त को मै साथ में जाकर बदलवाने गया था महोदय मुझे पत्नी जी को छोड़ कर किसी अन्य जगह जाना था आवश्यक कार्य हेतु जल्दी मै भूलवश मैंने अपनी मोटर साइकिल थोड़ी सी लाइन के बाहर खड़ी जिस पर आपके स्टाफ के द्वारा मेरे बार बार समझाने पर भी नहीं माने और मुझे बहुत बेइज्जत किया गया महोदय निवेदन यह है कि क्या ऐसा व्यव्हार सही है आप मॉल के सीसीटीवी कैमरा चेक कर सकते है

I bought 2 bras of the same size few days ago . One was of correct size, fitted me well .the other one with the same size didn't fit me. Being undergarment, store people refused to let me exchange under your policy but this is not my fault that your product is flawed .
Kindly arrange for its replacement.

I have just moved out o[censored]ttam Nagar Vishal Mega Mart a while back, I have a 3 year old daughter and wife .today asked to ur employee ki meri beti ko pyas lagi hai Pls meri bottle ko bhar k de dijiye even I have a bottle. Suddenly his senior ( wearing a white T shirt) aggressively told me... Nhi hai yha koi Pani wani . Wat the hell ek office mei Pani tak nhi hai, even meine vha se kaafi Baar Pani liya hai first time itna bad experience hua k Mann nhi krega next jaane ko. Very bad.

I had bought this grinder in January and it hardly used for 5-6 time till then...but now it's motor is not working properly... and the number which provided by company is also not answering by their employee... so please see this problem once..but I must say.. your service quality is so poor

Yesterday i visit vishal mega mart near basai police chowki .No one staff is ready for conversation with customer.when i want to interact with staff they clearly told to me that you search another, thats not my duty to maintain clean product and hygeine things ...In this mall bag is not provided to customer ..Yesterday I buy 2 t-shirts and I ask to staff that ma'am please give a bag to carry these t-shirts comfortable but everyone deny for bag also they told me that we didn't provided bags etc.and also they store dirty shoes ..Look like an oil factory workers shoes ...Too much dirty .I already attach an file with this complaint if you give me more option. I am from Sambhal, and I have visited today in your showroom bought some things but I reached early before 10 AM, Your Staff says dikh nahi rha kya 10 baje khulega itni jaldi hai jaldi ajate hai log and he rude of me, yesterday You have launched and inaugurated the Vishal Mega Mart Sambhal.

Last many month I visited to your store for shopping in Vijay Rattan chowk, Ambala cantt Haryana. But every time I returned without shopping because there is too much suffocation and no AC and too much heat.

Even my all cealouge and friends not going there with same reason. I saw that many people complaining same and return without shopping.

On 1st floor of clothes section feeling like 60 'C temperature.

No cool water facility.

That's why I started shopping from big bazar. There are no suffocation and fully AC. Children also happy in that environment.

You have started blockbuster scheme but what the benifit if customer not go ing in store because of too much heating and suffocating environment.

You can check your last Sunday sale where all store making big money but in your store customer returned without shopping.

Also billing staff not sufficient. And for help no staff found near. Need dress color change. So easy to identify staff.

This is ravi Kumar in visha present on Ramghat Road Aligarh who is behaving like ultra rude mode so I want to complain about worst experience in this branch of Vishal with delayed billing and he was about to fight without any issue.

Dear Vishal Megha mart Management
This is for your kind attention that one of your manager Mr. Jatinder Singh @ Ccharrata Branch Amritsar has very rude attitude and very less managerial skill. He don't know how to deal with it unsatisfied customer and rather misbehaving with customer himself.

The store need a store manager ans staffs . seriously the balasore Vishal marts condition is at it worst. This definitely need to clean and proper layout . This could be an hit but the products aren't taken care of and the layout is so confusing. Kindly take a note on this. Because Vishal can be a stable mart in balasore but this poor management need to be improved.

Person has no any managerial skill to satisfy his customer if later is not happy with your service & got much hyper. He was also fighting with same manner as customer. He don't know how to treat with customer. Please guide and trained your company staff.

I shopped at Vishal mega mart today(8/8/21) in which I bought a large size T-shirt, the bill of T-shirt(L size) has been deducted at the billing counter and the boy which is on counter at that time gave me the medium size T-shirt which I saw after coming home.This t shirt is not fit as per my size.i want to exchange it.Here i attached a bill and a pic of t shirt.

Vishal Goalpara branch is not proviing Cooling services by switcing off the AC in this tremendous hot weather..Even after asking for the service the response is disappointing... Customers are feeling annoyed

Yesterday I bought induction stove Tandem 1400W but it doesn't working. Now suggest me what can I do?

I purchased a cello bottle 500ml from vishal megamart Dilaram chowk Dehradun meon 2nd August.The bottle is having leakage problem, i went to return in back but the staff said to raise complaint to Cello itself, now my concern is that I have lost the original bill.so can I get a duplicate copy to return my product back.
