I would like to bring to your kind attention about today's incident at one of your stores in the Bangalore-Ayyappa Nagar branch. The store manager had behaved rudely with my wife over a product return. The flat tawa that we purchased has stubborn glue marks and stickiness even after several attempts to remove it.
