I made some purchasing from Vishal Megamart store located at following place:

Vishal Mega Mart
Ahmadpur Nazool Pargana
Tehsil and District Rae Bareli
PIN 229001 ( UP)

The bill number was[protected] Counter No. 02) Dt: 08/07/2021, total paid amount was Rs: 2461.50.
They gave me a packet of 450 gms. "First Crop Instant Noodles" as BB gift.
When I reached my home, I found that as per the manufacturing date mentioned on packed it was expired.
I want to get reimbursement of total bill amount as compensation and a legal action against the Vishal Mega Mart management.

Today I went to your mart in kurukshetra Haryana but the air conditioning system is down and it was very warm environment there so that I couldn't stay there for a minute and I returned back without shopping.

I wanna exchange but lost the billl cn i hve other option

We have purchase 1600/- on[protected]they have given free magi pack

But again on[protected] we again billed 1337 but security person told no gift on this bill but in the bill free gift article has been added [protected] my request is if freebee is out of stock then u should not mention in the bill

Vishal mega Mart complaint isse very bed survice Vishal mega Mart ac are available but no open very bed service and available 4 billing counter but only 2 counter open and 2 counter boys are ready but not a billing I'm very disappointed services

I had shopping today 5/July/2021 18.22 hours on Vishal mega mart Tilak Nagar.
On reaching home matching with bill found billing amount total is more than total MRP of items I purchased. On thorough I got one item is billed twice by cashier as he also shifted my stuff's while billing from one counter to another.
Total MRP of stuff (11 items)I purchased is 2549 ( no same item was purchased or got double with me)
But in bill it's charged 2748.
199/- was charged extra from me.
Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible as I am regular client and have faith on Vishal mega mart.

Dear sir,
On 04/6/721 I purchase some dress material with bill no[protected] .
1 dress (ladies trouser id[protected] amount 599rs the dress is loose.
So i gone next day (5/7/21)to change the dress . Customer care counter preson given me credit note bill of rs599. But unfortunately I miss that bill in shop Somewhere I informed to customer care counter that i miss that bill so kindly generate a duplicate credit note for that
But he refused to generate thai bill.
I am a regular customer of your mart
If such type of service is your then I will nerver go again and suggest to other also

I bought two kurtas from Raipur Vishal mega Mart last week I missed the bill i need to exchange both the product because it doesn't fit me and the time of trial your trial room is locked. I wear L side of brand pink almira and same size I picked up but when I back to home and tried it's too tight. But when I went the store staff and SM is so rude and refuse to exchange. I gave the mobile no. for tracking the bill but they not even try to search the bill. As a genuine customer this is not acceptable at all. I request you to exchange the product otherwise it's totally waste for me . Even I didn't remove the price tag . Than what's the problem to exchange .

It is very hot here and there is no place for air to come.
Air conditioners also do not work, due to heat, the condition becomes worse.

And I work here...

Today I visited Vishal mega store Palwal and i started choosing grocery products..There are stickers that was showing discounts and offers on products.

I was looking for india gate mogra basmati rice 5kg which was not present In stall .I ask executive that product is not available at stall he said that its out of stock.

I tried searching for it and found that product in 5 minutes. I ask executive that why you are giving false information. He said manager said that's it's out of stock.

Again on another stall offer was showing buy 2 get 2 topicana juice .
I ask for different flavours and he said same thing that only orange flavour is available .

I decided to left site immediately that No AC was on in branch and temperature is more than 50 degree inside branch.

Only 3-4 Fans were working in grocery department and not a single glass of water is present in jug.

People are looking for water and fresh air but the staff was sitting inside Their rooms.

On bill counter no one was present for more than 20 minutes when I shouted then 1 member came and told that no offer is present on juice.

I ask why you have posted discount coupon and stickers on stall when no offer is available at mart.

He said talk with manager. I called manager twice but he didn't pick my call.

I aggressively left the mart and decided that I will not shop ever in my life again from your mart and the same thing I am going to posted on FB and other social platforms.

Worst management and worst facilities have been given at Palwal mart for your dedicated customers.

I hope you will look in to this and check ground realities.

I am the well buyer for Vishal mega mart since many years back, and continue purchase products from there, but yesterday I visited your store at vki aera sikra road branch on prescribed time frame but i was amazed to see there no any ventilation and no any AC was running inside the premises, similar to me several consumers was inside there in buying the products eagerly with lot of sweat and humidity, there was some pregnent ladies also and felt unwell there.

So I want to convey here with this complaint as you are going up and good growing in retail market in reason with to some like customers, so you need to takecare of your consumers proactively so that we can make more trust and rate you effectively services all over your facilities towards your customers.

Hope you will understand and consider this concern in future.

Very bad customer service, staff made by unprofessional behaviour, vishal mega mart boycott asap bcoz u guys r cheater

AC not working properly and to much suffocation .

I purchased some clothes from vishal kurukshetra on 13 june, today's is 18th day, actually I didn't knw the proper time period regarding exchange, so pls do favour I want to change some clothes of my daughter, actually I was ill, due to covid pandemic I avoided visiting that public place, actually I am a mother of 8 th daughter so this was not safe for me, today my cousin visited there they refused to exchange my daughter clothes pls help me

Today I visited at vishal mega mart at Bhagwan talkies Agra location and I found No air conditioning are working and that all are switch off by management due to cost cutting.
I was surprised to see faces of all customers and staff, they all are wet in sweat.
The peoples who came there for shopping and purshasing daily needs or others are not able to stand and look after all stuffs.
I was also in mood to buy near about 10 or 12 garments but after feeling that hot pressure, I came back with few garments.
Please take some action to facilitate.

I would like to bring to your kind attention about today's incident at one of your stores in the Bangalore-Ayyappa Nagar branch. The store manager had behaved rudely with my wife over a product return. The flat tawa that we purchased has stubborn glue marks and stickiness even after several attempts to remove it. I had personally tried with hot water, stain removal but none worked. The stickiness does not go away at all.

Our guests had noticed it too and it was very embarrassing. We are quite a regular shopper at Vishal. This is the first ever return we placed and went through a horrible experience. The store manager was irate and non-cooperative. When asked to refund, he got furious and snatched the bill from my wife’s hand and gestured badly to his staff commanding them to return the money as though he is giving back our money for charity

We would like to inform you that it is the customer’s right to get back their money for a defective or malfunctioned product. No business can deny such reasons. I demand an apology from the store manager else I will file a complaint in consumer court.

You may find our bills registered under the phone. Please contact us to discuss it. I am hoping that your department will deal this with a professional attitude and not ignoring such incident that can happen with another customer and goes unrecorded

विशाल मेगा मार्ट fraud I purchase a products from Vishal mega Mart ballia but he did not pack all the products .when I complain for that he started arguing and fighting .when I say to call the manager he say that there is no manager in the store .he cheated lot of customer at a same time in front of me .when I say what is this he told that galti ho jati hai.pls take action of that .and pls provide cctv seeing facility to the customer for saving him from fraud

I am one of your regular costumer.
Since 1 month vishal megamrt moradabad staff swiching off air condition all time.
If any vostumar complaint the manger replies that due to low business we are turning off air condition.
Ever the behaviour with costumer not good.
.
Kids . Old man and ladies in your mart having diffuculty in breath as air cindition swiches off daily.
Only cash coounter air conditiiner is working.
. If problem not resolve we'll gather all costumers and go to city megistrate with written complaint ..

I purchased first choice noodles packet before 15 days form Vishal Mega Mart, Aligarh. Today I open a packet and found mites in large quantity in it.
Are selling worst quality of product.
