Today I have visited to the Vishal mall which is near topatrapara, bhubaneswar..751019.I always choose this particular mall because of all convenience and the range of available products..till date I was having a very good experience with Vishal but today's experience was pathetic at the payment counter..I have purchased some clothes and after the payment it was a lady there and she didn't even bother to ask me whether I will prefer to take a carry bag or not...she returned my card and went away from counter and all my purchased stuff was laying in a basket on the ground on the payment side...the lady straight away rush towards the items which you have kept for the free takeaway after certain amount of purchase..and when I asked for a carry bag she replied we don't have that much big carry bag although it was only 4 pieces of clothes and a waist belt..after that she came and ask me 16 rupees for a bag and the way she was dumping the clothes into the bag as if I'm purchasing from some ordinary store or I have purchased some groceries..

There was one 2 customer before me in the entire building as you can see the timing of purchase..

Updated by sumitparjapati Vishal mega mark, durgapuri delhi-32, very worst service for customer, no ac was running and no ventilation on ist, 2nd and 3rd floor, due to suffogation any one customer cant do their shopping properly. Today I was visited with my family for purching monthly groceries and other shopping to the same branch but due to no ventilation and no availability of ac running, survival of more than 5 minutes were very difficult. Other than me other customer also exists from the shopping complex without billing and without shopping,
When I was discussed the same with branch manager Mr. Vikash, he told me it is not under my control.

Kindly let me know if customer will feel uncomfortable in mall also, how vishal win the customer faith.
Sorry to say that from today I decided not to do any shopping from vishal and inform all known to avoid the same .
