Today I have visited to the Vishal mall which is near topatrapara, bhubaneswar..751019.I always choose this particular mall because of all convenience and the range of available products..till date I was having a very good experience with Vishal but today's experience was pathetic at the payment counter..I have purchased some clothes and after the payment it was a lady there and she didn't even bother to ask me whether...

I went shopping in Vishal Mega Mart on[protected]. My bill was made of Rs.2582/- on which 1 or 2 kg of sugar was free. The guard there had to stay for 15 minutes but the free sugar did not come even after an hour. When I objected there, the guard told me to talk to the manager but the manager did not come there for 2 hours. Will I get free items or not? I have been visiting there 2 times also and I tried to talk to customer...

I am in Vishal Mega Mart in Katni Madhya Pradesh which is located in Bargawan. the air conditioner is turned off for the last few days it is too hot inside the Mart because it is designed to keep air conditioner always on. can you please help because it is so irritating and uncomfortable shopping experience....

Sir today I went to your store at Bijapur City Karnataka State. There were only 02 Billing Counters operating during a rush hour in the evening. I informed the Manager about this fact. He argued lot against me and with other customers also. He was not at all listening to anybody. He is very arogant and he is not at all ready to accept customers suggestions.

The product purchased on 5th September at 9 pm is not granted for exchange as 15days over. But yesterday I couldn't come to the Vishal Mega Mall due severe natural calamity in Kolkata and Hooghly. The street was full of water and rains was not stopped. I frequently requested to the staff that on humanity ground considering the yesterday weather exchange my products. I am Bonafide customer.
Lastly the staff is not agree to exchange....

I frequently tried to understand that the situation was entirely adverse due to constant huge rain and the street was under water so how could I come to the Mall. On 19th september I visited vishal mega mart store in civil lines prayagraj (allahabad), uttar pradesh. While shopping I was informed by the salesman and it was also written there that buy 2 trousers and get 1 T-shirt free worth 299... So I took 2 trousers and a T-shirt under the limit but when I went to the billing counter after waiting for a long hour queue.. I got to know that there wasn't any offer for my purchase. Since I've had waited...

I have bought clothes for my child today but they have charged me extra money in the bill for the clothes which I have not took it......
