Being a secuity person he him self not wearing a mask properly and when I was entering in to the store he stoped me for not wearning mask when I was ready to purchase mask he is telling that we don’t have a mask masks laying on the table and not allowing me to purchase mask instruct your people to behave properly this the 3rd time your people’s are miss behaving with customers

    I had bought TANDEM ELECTRICAL KETTLE FROM VISHAL MEGA MART but it gets damaged due to some reason, as it was its guarantee period so we have filed a complaint aginst it and the company has has told me that i can take the replace product from vishal mega mart store, but the employee of vishal maga mart are making fool of mine, they call me to come to vishal mega mart every two to three days and then tell me that there is some issue in replacement procedure and send me home . This has been continued from from 5 September 2021 the date on which i have submitted the damaged product in vishal mega mart .Now it has become frustrating for me and i am highly unsatisfied with this unprofessional behaviour of your employees, kindly do something as soon as possible .

      Sir today I went to your store at Bijapur City Karnataka State. There were only 02 Billing Counters operating during a rush hour in the evening. I informed the Manager about this fact. He argued lot against me and with other customers also. He was not at all listening to anybody. He is very arogant and he is not at all ready to accept customers suggestions.

      My question is that, why you are keeping such useless persons in your company ? He is spoiling your company name and fame. He is also informing the customers to complain against him. He is challenging the customers to take action against him.
      This is really very Shameful thing .

      Therefore I request you to take strict and stringent action against him and if possible, dismiss him from the service.

        The product purchased on 5th September at 9 pm is not granted for exchange as 15days over. But yesterday I couldn't come to the Vishal Mega Mall due severe natural calamity in Kolkata and Hooghly. The street was full of water and rains was not stopped. I frequently requested to the staff that on humanity ground considering the yesterday weather exchange my products. I am Bonafide customer.
        Lastly the staff is not agree to exchange. So how you can expect me to come again if it is happening

          Return policy of product

          Due to natural calamity of yesterday in Kolkata and Hooghly the products were not returned within 14th days. The dealing staff are making harrassment for return. I frequently tried to understand that the situation was entirely adverse due to constant huge rain and the street was under water so how could I come to the Mall. So please instruct the staff in hooghly Konnagar to behave smoothly...

          On 19th september I visited vishal mega mart store in civil lines prayagraj (allahabad), uttar pradesh. While shopping I was informed by the salesman and it was also written there that buy 2 trousers and get 1 T-shirt free worth 299... So I took 2 trousers and a T-shirt under the limit but when I went to the billing counter after waiting for a long hour queue.. I got to know that there wasn't any offer for my purchase. Since I've had waited for an hour so I purchased it paying 299 extra..

                  I have been a regular client of Vishal mega Mart .
                  To my suprise the expected billing time at counter number 9 at Vishal mega Mart una.

                  The dealing of official present at counter no 9 at 19.40 hourse dated[protected] is unexpectedly very aggressive .

                  Even Sahil branch manager at una hasn't assisted as per expectation .

                  There was a delay of more than 25 mins for billing and manager and officials even after billing .

                  Poor services shall share my experience with relatives freinds and colleagues

                          We were visit today at 9 pm we went to Vishal and the employee who work there is start abusing us we were checking the clothes so he start abusing and I don't want this forgranted this is just untorrable i am not appecting this from this staff and I want my complain should preorised first the way he use to abuse is not acceptable not at all and I want to take with customer care immediately otherwise I'll take any possible dicision as well [protected] this ia my contact number .

                            We visited Vishal mart Dwarka sector 7 today to buy few clothing and house hold items.On the second floor, when we were enquiring about clothes with the staff..He gave very reckless replies, including some insulting gestures and postures.Though, we didn't take them seriously it did hurt us badly.As there was no name on his pocket, we enquired about that employee and found that he was called "senior" among them.We brought this to the notice of Manager(Mr Mahesh) but he also didn't respond well.It was really a bad day.Thank you Vishal Mart. Bye forever

When complained at the Cash Counter they were trying to put the blame on the Security at the Gate. The Security Personnel, when confronted by me, misbehaved and asked me rudely to complain against the Company, not against him!

                                    I took 2 whisper soft pads of size XL and Xl+ at counter number 4 by Anil Nishad at 10 sep 14:46:58.Both pads were calculated for same rate but they were of 260 n 330 simultaneously.later when I went to clear the bill I was denied to return 70 Rupees .They asked to take something for that money so that they could adjust the bill.
                                    I am really dissapointed with staff response n customer care service over there.Mistake was done by the staff but I paid for it.

And I wish to exchange it with a different product as I couldn't try it at that time since the changing rooms were not working. Please help me in exchanging the product with something different.
