I was purchase three shirts, three paints at near city center gwalior stich quality and cloth colour very poor. Shirts se dhage nikal rahe hai, stich open ho rahi hai. Wash karne ke bad paints ka colour badal raha hai.

Dear sir kindly look forward and inform to me how to change.

I have purchased shopping of Rs 5103 on dated 05 Sept 2021 at your Kanjwani Store Jammu(J&).After Complete my shopping your team has handed over me 05 kg Packing of Rice, it is your offer for billing above Rs.5000.
I have opened the packing of Rice after reaching at home and I shocked after seeing the quality of Rice.All the Rice has been crushed like powder form, I have never seen earlier in my life these types of poor Rice.
It is advised don't give poor quality products to customer because we are not beggars.

I did shopping at vishal. Megamart Nagaon assam today ie. 8 sept 2021 . The employee at the counter said the bill amount is rs 2540 and according to him I paid 2550 and he returned 10 rs.. After coming out of the shop I noticed the amount was 1540 as per the bill. He charged rs 1000 extra. I went there and then he denied that he took 2500 . The manager too didn't take any step and when asked for CCTV footage I saw the CCTV near the counter was placed in such a way that no one can find out what going on at the counter. I really feel disappointed seeing this kind of security lapse from your reputed shop. I want to forward this for further investigation

I bought two bedsheets on 22 Aug 2021. Bill no. Is[protected]. One of the two bedsheets was totally damaged and torn. It cannot be used at all. I wish to return it, but the return periods is 15 days and today is the 17th day. I live in the BSF Campus, Baikunthpur, Salugara. We do not have permission to go out of the campus every now and then due to which the return period is over. Please help me in this regard.

29aug2021 ko apke chattarpur new delhi outlet se meine approx 5000rs.ki shopping kari thi jisme 2 PC Bath towel bhi purchase kiye the wo dono PC defected hai or color bhi chod diya.jinko lekar me aaj date 7 sep 2021 ko apke outlet par gaya to apke staff ne miss behave kiya aur towel change karne se mana kar diya.pl.aap meri problem ko solve karke meri help kare.

मेरा नाम आशीष गुप्ता है और मैं विशाल मेगा मार्ट जी टी रोड से नियमित रूप से सामान खरीदता रहता हूँ । आज मैंने आपके उपरोक्त स्टोर से 3 शर्ट खरीदी, जो कि 299 के प्राइस टैग के साथ थी और उनमें लिखा था कि 2 खरीदने पर 1 मुफ्त । मैंने उसमे से 1 शर्ट 499 एमआरपी की ली और 2 शर्ट 299 एमआरपी की ली । जब मैं काउंटर पर पेमेन्ट करने गया तो मुझसे 499 रु एमआरपी की शर्ट के 499 रु लिए गए जबकि इससे पहले कभी किसी नही लिए गए क्योंकि अधिकतर प्राइस टैग वाले समान में उस एमआरपी से ज्यादा कीमत वाला समान रखा रहता था, मैंने काउंटर पर मौजूद व्यक्ति से इस बारे में कहा लेकिन वो सुनने को तैयार नही हुआ और 499 और 299 की बिलिंग करके मुझे 1 शर्ट फ्री दी, जो कि मेरी हिसाब से गलत है।
मेरे पास बिल भी मौजूद है
श्रीमान बात 200 रु की नही, बल्कि ईमानदारी की है, जब उस जगह सारी शर्ट्स के रेट के साथ 299 का प्राइस टैग लगा था तो फिर उस जगह की शर्ट के 499 रु क्यो काटे गए
कृपया मुझे इस बात जवाब जरूर दे

Sir kl maine sun n moon vishal mega mart m shopping ki thi jisme Paytm se payment krne Pr payment kat gya but unko received nhi hua aur unhone muje kha tha ke apko ek din m refund ho jayega aur aaj ek din se jyda ho gye so

महाशय मैंने 5/09/2021 को 548/- रूपए का समान खरीदा तथा मैंने अपने atm से पैसा भुगतान करने के लिए काउन्टर पर दिया मेरे खाते से पैसा डेविट करने के बाद बोला गया कि आपका कार्ड काम नहीं कर रहा है जबकि मेंरे खाते से 548/-डेविट हो गया है और मुझसे नगद 548/-भी काउन्टर पर ले लिया गया है

I purchased a t shirt on 03.09.2021 vide bill no.[protected]
i washed it before to wear it and found that its color has faded in single wash... Right now, i am out of city at least for 10 days... When and how can i get it replaced.

I chose two shirts for 600 each from the men's section as they were available as 'buy one get one free' but at the billing counter I was told that the two were not available in the offer. I requested them to cancel the purchase but they told me that I could only return one of them as the billing had already been done. I even asked them to confirm the offer as the shirts were in that section and it should be a mistake by the employees otherwise, but to no avail.
Furthermore, I did not even receive any message regarding the purchase even though they registered my number.

I bought Induction on 30 August 2021 from Vishal mega mart, Ganganagar, mawana road, Meerut. Induction Error 3 show while cooking. Please repair this immadately. Contact no. [protected]...

Security misbehavior

1/08/2021 I had purchased one Bajaj iron box in Vishal mega Mart located nagarabhavi, Bangalore, and I was try to do iron but not working and immediately got to Mart and asked for replacement, but they are not do replacement and poor response, sales girl and manger talked too much like irresponsible personal, I have total dissatisfied with Vishal mega Mart and they are selling cheap quality or seconds item
Very bad experience.

I am referring to the vishal mart located in Lal Bangla St, near Lal Bangla, Charari, Lal Bangla, Police chowki, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208007. Even after requesting the manager to switch on the ac as the weather is very hot . It becomes very difficult to shop because of the continuous sweating and suffocation.

One biscuits packet for a child opened a lot of grocery's also purchasing by me but your employee done mistoung with me

This mail is regarding an inconvenience that I recently witnessed at Vishal Mega Mart near Chowk Pata Nala nakhas. As usual I was buying stuff from Vishal Mega Mart Patanala branch of Lucknow where the usual timing for running the store is up till 10 p.m. however at 9:30 only the assistant store manager Ajit Yadav started asking me to get the billing done as soon as possible because they are closing the store since I thought of cooperating with him I went out of the store to take bag from my vehicle immediately after after taking the bag as I returned to the store I wasn't allowed to enter in the store to take my Merchandise which which I had purchased the assistant store manager Ajit Yadav not only stopped me on the Gate from entering the store but also misbehaved with me and used foul language against me when I insisted that I am here just to make the final billing and take my stuff he started arguing with me. Customer is regarded as the king of the market specially when you are working in the field of providing goods and services however this kind of behaviour by the employee of Vishal Mega Mart is highly unacceptable and insulting . Being a customer I have the right to make a formal complaint in the consumer forum as well as I will also ask my relatives and friends not to visit the store as it is my locality. The staff at such a reputed franchise must treat the customer in a very humbled and welcoming manner however this kind of offensive behaviour by assistant store manager Mr Ajit Yadav is highly infuriating and unacceptable. I am not only willing to make a registered complain against you but also to give a proper Feedback regarding this kind of mean treatment done by your employee. Also I assure you that you have lost a valuable customer for life.

Halonix charge ble bulb purchase kiya tha 21.08.2020 ko warrenty likhi thi bulb par 2 year but 28.08.2021 ko jab return k liye gaye to bole ye retun nahi hoga. Kyoki iski warrenty 1 year hoti h maine kaha sir but is par 2 year likha h aapne to kaha likne se kuch nahi hota google par chek karo aur yansa se bhago. Maine kaha aap baat to acche se kijye to kaha yahan aise hi karte ha .
Jayo jo karna h kar lo change nahi hoga aur 3 person mere uper chillane lage.
Ye vishal mega mart mamura noida sector 66 ki baat hain.

On 26th of August I went to vishal mega mart Ramphalchowk I bought some stuff but one of them was in billing but dint recieved (hing)
Please check your CCTV footage and send the same contact no is [protected]/[protected].

Your manager or staff member of bareilly dd puram vishal mega mart named Radhey Mohan has not told me the offer even after asking, instead told me to come in the evening for redeeming of points. Behaviour is not good either. The way of talking was quite unusual and is very irresponsive of the questions asked regarding the products. Kindly take this seriously.

Please Correct my Date of Exit on UAN Portal. I need Money of PF Amount.
