I visit your branch and buy things from there then at billing counter my bill is 2487 approximately then mam suggest me to buy more things to make bill of 2500 above because of worth2500 juices are free then i agreed with mam and but something else. final bill is about 2505 rs bt at final they are refuse to give juices and give catchup but i refuse because we don't consume catchup then the senior of branch(turban man) misbehave with me and my 2 sis please take a strick action about this ...

Because vishal mega mart is reputated mart we belive in their good service but this behaviour disappointed me☺️

I have buy 2 capris from mega mart sector 14 and the both capris are total uncomfortable to wear.

I visited Vishal which is at panjim Goa just now. After entering it took me 30 minutes to find an empty trolly or basket. I asked manager he said 50 only we kept n CUSTOMERs inside are over 100. It was packed & no social distancing. Other CUSTOMERs were literally touching me while walking inside & totally crowded. Which was still ok. I can understand. Then when I was in que to pay my bill the manager told me wife go get out. He said it’s crowded so we are not allowing couples. 1 person has to go out. He shouted at her to go out. But she told him we have 2 trolleys full & when we will put it in our bags it was 7 bags. How I m alone suppose to lift 7 bags ?? With 2 hands ??? Meanwhile people kept entering the store . Instead of stopping new entries he started harassing couples who are in que to pay bill.

How come this illiterate donkey is a manager of this store ??? This ### should be begging outside Vishal. How you giving jobs to such people???

Counters to pay bill are so close to each other that people touch each other while passing..

Girl at payment counter said on oil we bought it’s buy 1 get 1 free. We said it wasn’t written there. She is telling us to go inside & get another 1. But manager telling 1 o[censored]s to get out. Non sense.

Then I requested girl at counter to tell any staff member to get 1 more oil . She said no one is idle but 2 employees 1 girl & 1 boy were chatting in 1 corner for over 30 minutes as if they are there for dating & not job.

Then girl & manager told me don’t buy oil just pay & get out.

If action is not taken against these staff members then I will take this to the highest level in TPG capital & Shriram Group as I am a shareholder in Shriram.

Immediate action required against the manager ...

I bought a bournvita pack last month from Jaitpur Vishal mega Mart which can be filled in a jar.But the quality was very different from real one.Sugar can be easily seen in this bournvita and taste is also very different.This is a fraud.I want my money return back.

I had made a purchase of RS 773 from Visha mega mart store (VISHAL MEGA MART – BAROLA, SECTOR 49, NEAR SECTOR 78 METRO STATION)
on June 21, 2021 From counter no - 04

My card was swiped, I had entered my pin and the payment was processed from the card
The purchase was made by HDFC GIFT CARD NO – [protected] at Counter no – 04 at 19.06 pm(Attached is the copy of the payment acknowledgement)

However the staff present at the counter told me it is not reflected as the machine was not functioning properly and to make another payment for the same and sort this out with the ground staff.
To avoid an argument - As there was a huge line behind me - I ended up making the payment twice – once by the card and then the same amount by cash ( payment receipt enclosed)

For the same transaction – I have ended up paying twice
I had immediately informed the ground staff to sort this out. They assured me that it a small issue and will be sorted out.
The next day I met Mr Karunlesh Singh, Asst Manager, Vishal meha Mart and again registered my complaint with me.

It has been 5 days however I have not got my money back. This is not accepted from a brand like Vishal mega mart. Trust of the customers is what a make brand work

I am a long time and regular customer of Vishal Mega Mart and done shopping for considerable amount of money over the years.

Request for my money to be refunded or purchase allowed for that equal value of money

It is my hard earned money. Brand like Vishal Mega mart should stand up to its name and make good the amount taken from me twice on the same transaction
and not break the trust that I hold in Vishal Mega Mart

I am from north24 pargana today have visited vishal mega mart of baguihati...so i have purchased many things...but when i was creating my bill and returning from that counter a staff stooped me and harrazed me like a thief...he checked my all commodities and I understood that the counter girl didn't added the price of a carry bag.So 3 of your staff have missbehaved with me when it was the fault of them...it was my worst experience...I am very angry for the behave of them .Do not message me for impress me with that stupid offers...at first teach your staffs how to behave with coustomers😡

Very poor service

Dear vishal team,
I purchased pronto trolley bag from fatehpur branch but I damaged after 1 year but it have warranty period of 5 years.
So I want to claim warranty of the product.

From many days Lots of customer facing Ventilation problem in vishal mega mart because of staff they are not listening to customer problem and many customers disappointing from this problem due to covid AC are stopped but they are also stopped The ventilation machine we are facing Suffocation in there .. help us as soon as possible .

Sir, I am regular visiting your mart and everytime when we come there A.C not working during summer . The customers get fadup with heat and think we do shopping from another mart . The customer buy some items in few minutes instead of many items in 30 minutes.

I was taken electric kettle in the month of November at kothapet Vishal mega mart.bill date:12/11/2020.bill no:[protected].its one year warranty not completed .

My parents are older.they need hot water..we are getting problem..

Please kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible..

Today I visit Vishal mainpuri branch. They show different price outside the branch and inside the store prices was different when I asked about it they said the price shown on broad was before 7-8 months from till date.
And the staff was very rude too customer they close store before the closing time
Please take it seriously and don’t cheat customers with fake and wrong prices board

I went to vishal mega mart palwal today and it was very disappointed that the Ac was switched off and there was lots of people around and all were very upset. i went to manager but no response from him. Then many people were move from there without purchasing any thing. Even i went there to buy some clothes, crockery etc. But i come back because for 10 min even i could not stand there. when i went to manager room and i asked about AC then a person was standing there and he said Ma'am Ac are not working. i asked a question is if AC is not working then hows his room AC is on then he quite and he have no reply. This is very Disappointing.

I hope you will consider about this.

I got this iron on purchasing of more than Rs 10000. The iron is quite well. My daughter who is just 14 years was ironing my shirt and complained me of getting shock but i took it lightly. But today when i checked it through test pen, the whole wiring is short and giving shocks. Please look it in the matter to avoid any accident. It can be with the whole lot.

I purchased two trouser of driftwood make from Vishal mega Mart Rohtak and after first wash it shrank and become like a boy's trouser. When I complaint about the same at Vishal store the response was very poor and refused to accept the item. Very Bad service from Vishal mega Mart

EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM...

I too purchased two driftwood trousers
But quality is very bad,
I had to washed, After washing the colour of the new trouser had poured off totally of the trouser is now washed away.
The original colour was KHAAKI and now it is light yellow in colour.
It seems that someone had painted the trouser and that paint has poured off with water.

Worst thing is that it had damaged my other trouser too which was in navy blue colour

Now what should i do??
