I have bought two cool drink bottles (210 rupees) from vishal mega mart, mancherial but that item was damaged and looking poor in packing & leakage.

I am a regular customer of Vishal mega Mart this never happened before. As due to covid-19 we all are avoiding crowd so I could not check the bill instantly. Today I observed that one of the item of the list were added as 2 item, as I bought 1 curtains but I have charged for 2 there. Thus I have paid extra Rs. 300/- and even one item was also missing of Rs. 60/- from the list . I don't understand what type of checking those people are doing...

This is the customer from Hassan Vishal mart where trail room for gents section is available but ladies trail room is not open for use. When questioned about manger give the reason of COVID whereas it’s not applicable for Gents trail rooms.
Mangers tells that there some issues and not ready to clarify it.
Staff were very rude in there communication when approached for assistance.
