I have purchased one night wear (trouser) and it was little damage but due to partial lockdown i couldn't exchange my trouser. Can i exchange in different branch of Vishal mart??

I purchase a iron in vishal in diwali season.but it's not working now.kindly guide me

There was a extra tag in my basket I didn't notice that and mistakenly put it in my bag and they made me (I'm a female student) open my clothes in front of them and treated me rudely when there was nothing they forced me to buy the object that belonged to the price tag also they have put extra stuffs in shopping list even though I didn't buy it.

I'm really very sorry for purchasing in vishal mega mart near uppal depot. The way ur sales manager treat customers like thiefs. This is not at all good . One of the worst sale manger. Plz before taking in job make them tran in good manner.

Visited Vishal Mega Mart, Sanjauli, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on 14.04.2021 between 12.15 pm to 12, 50 pm. This is my second visit to the Mart. I am disappointed as well as appalled by the non cooperative and rude behavior of the Sales Staff. The details are as below:-
1. The price tags in some of the items were missing. The cashier at the counter made me to wait for long, while he dealt with other customers. Even after the long wait, the price of some of the items could not be known as the concerned person/s did not come, and consequently I dropped those item and did not purchase as it was again going to be a long wait.

2. There was a person at the gate who checked the purchased items and the bill receipt. He asked me open all the purchased items from my bag and put on his table. While I was doing so, he was busy gossiping on mobile phone and I was again waiting for long. When I interrupted, he very rudely murmured and said "Kya ho gaya...???". During my earlier visit also, I saw this person gossiping on phone, while customers were waiting for their items to be checked by him.

I have decided not to visit this Mart in future. However, I though I should bring this to the kind information of the higher management of the Vishal Mega Mart as I had been very frequent visitor to various Vishal Mega Mart in many other places.

I hope that the customer service of the Mega Mart improves in future.

I had buy an iron from vishal in the month feb and a prestige induction in march and tendem cookwere also both my electronic item are automatically breakdown. Now they are not working last three day. Can you help me to short out this problem.

I normally go to Vishal Megha Mart Nawanshahar on weekends.
there was good place to buy good product, but last two time i have faced this kind of problems, one i bought Shirt full sleev, i checked the size on the tag it seems to be ok, i asked is it possible to try this size they said no becouse of Covid - 19, i agreed, i took home and tried over there it was wrong size but on the tag reflects my size but actual it was wrong size then i sent my brother over there for exchange the size, it was very difficult my brother faced for this exchange, they done but very difficultly. Second time i was faced this same problem on dated 27th march 2021. i bought many type of household about rupees 3200 spent at Vishal Mega Mart. I bought one pent for me my actual size is 34 fit, on the pent i saw the size 34, it was on discount, i asked for try the pent, they said no, then i took this pent to my home and i try over there, i found it was wrong size which was 30 size fit, So please help me regards this problem, am facing.
I hope you can solve my problem, because i am salaried person coming to Vishal Mega Mart all the way from Saila Khurd to Nawanshahr. On the Tag should be actual size reflects, which i have seen after week time and now 15 days cross, you now its not my fault, cause i trusted on Tag size.
So please look forward this matter to resolve and find the attached photos along with this complaint,

I am a regular customer of Vishal mega Mart this never happened before. As due to covid-19 we all are avoiding crowd so I could not check the bill instantly. Today I observed that one of the item of the list were added as 2 item, as I bought 1 curtains but I have charged for 2 there. Thus I have paid extra Rs. 300/- and even one item was also missing of Rs. 60/- from the list . I don't understand what type of checking those people are doing on the exist. If something extra apart from the bill is added mistakenly in the trolly bag than they back fire the customer, so its there equal duty to make the customer aware of there missing item as well, it works both way right . Bill no.[protected] Counter no. 09 Date.[protected] Location. Delhi-29 Chattarpur khasra no. 272/1, situated in evenue estate.

My baby bottom is appearing already used and since i have removed the tag so the outlet is not taking it back.

Vishal mega Mart Ambala staff is scanning wrong products while billing. And after complaint the Management staff is not willing to resolve the issue. Yesterday I have. Bought 5 kg tide MRP 465/- but they raised a bill for 725/- due to many items I did not check at the time of billing. But today when I claim for the wrong item they are making excuses. They select extra amount and even did not provide the scheme discount of 115/- over Tide above 460/- This is third time with me during shopping in Vishal mega Mart when I got wrong billing. I hope this time I will got a solution.

I and my wife had to come out without shopping as we were forced to do so by two ladies (in uniform) and a boy (without uniform) at the parking lot who grossly misbehaved with us on the matter of parking my motorcycle despite we having to wait outside the Gate for about 15 mins at around 5.30pm on 10.4.2021 (today). Instead of discharging their duty by helping us find a place to park, they restrained us from parking the motorcycle when after being allowed to enter the gate we missed a few vacant spots and wanted to come back and park the motorcycle. Our request was not heeded to. Rather, the said boy was talking in slang language asking us to go again outside the gate and wait for next turn when the gate opens for the next time. This is totally not unexpected and disturbing. We were embarrassed as a few people started gathering.
We have been a regular visitor of the Mart. But being aggrieved today, we want to lodge this complaint against the aforesaid persons for the concerned authorities to take appropriate actions.

I am from Guwahati, Assam. I used to go Vishal Mega Mart because I like their products and offers. I likely to go Vishal since 7-8 years but today what is happen to me it's not expecting from the staff of Vishal. Today 9th of April, 2021. Time around 7:30 PM.

I enter my car staigtly from opposite lane because I see lane is clear little bit but when I crossed, a motorcycle is standing in front of the entrance gate. I use my horn to make side the motorcycle and he do but the lady who is in the duty as gate keeper. I ask her to kindly clear the gate for smoth entrance for vehicles in the mart. She shouted on me and used so much neglecting language. I never thing this kind of service from the Vishal.

I am complaining for Vishal Mega Mart who is situated in Paltan Bazar, Guwahati, Assam.

I have purchased items of ₹ 3010 but not get ₹200 voucher on my registered contact number.

This is Shankar, iam from warangal, I visited to Vishal mega mart at Hunter Road warangal branch at 6:50pm on 06/04/2021. But i have seen Very bad experience with your staff his name Guguloth Ramesh (Employee ID: 6037398) and Your Security Ramesh these people are behaved like a illiterate (Uneducated), they dosn' t know how to talk customer's and they don't know how approach a customer.
With those people your company value will decrease.
Those people dosn' t have selling skills and (Sales executive skills) also

Really very bad experience we have seen today.
Vishal mart staff they are getting their salaries on time but the company value will loose.
