I registered for the eddts Portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
So I am unable to access eddts Portal to apply for transcript and moi certificate. It's really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.

I want you to resend the OTP though sms.

    I tried to singup in order to obtain an official Transcript but when I clicked submit I received page error and I did not receive OTP on my number to verify and log in

          This is very bad experience from VTU. I applied for my EMC of 8th after clearing my backlog and the EMC sent has not updated the result.
          I applied for PDC a while ago and I have been constantly sending them email and they have not responded, and this is very bad as this is affecting my admission for universities I am applying to.
          It's like VTU does not care about their student future or they are least bothered to read the email sent to them.
          I would like VTU to read the email I sent to them and respond back.
          The EMC should be corrected and should have the updated result in it.

                      I recently registered on https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ to get my provisional degree certificate I got OTP but i didn't received password. I tried to reach out the concerned department contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed with my job application.

                            I was 2021 aug passed out and I have applied for extraction of markscard (EMC) on August 30/08/2022 through eddts portal with a total fee of RS 2000 and 50rs for postal charges a total of 2050rs as per the vtu after final submission it takes around 3days to get soft copy and 15days for hard copy via post. But I have been trying to contact the provided helpline many times and sent 10’s of mails yet no proper attention to the problem now it’s been 1 month and 5days still I didn’t receive hard copy. They are trying to neglect the problem I raised a lot of times and helpline number don’t work properly just like vtu and no proper mail replay even after 5-10days. I have to submit my EMC to the university I requested for but it’s taking huge delay in processing the postage
                            I maybe a new scam where taking huge amount and not processing the hard copy and sending the students

                                I registered https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ with invalid mobile number so i did not get the otp, now when i am trying to register again it says user already registered and i am not able to login also.
                                I am stuck here.

                                    There is no Option to request for a OTP again and most of the times website is down.
