I am a 2018 college out guy. I have completed my degree from Don Bosco Institute of Technology Bangalore in the year 2020.So, as per the rules, once i complete my degree, i must have received the Degree Certificate for which I had applied a long ago in 2018 in college itself.Its been 2 years since I completed my degree from VTU but still i didn't receive the degree certificate. Neither the college nor i have received it until now. When i call, nobody answers the call.I am really frustrated about this university!!

      Sir /Madam I have not received otp from eddts but it is already showing that your usn is registered. Wt to do it is very urgent for admission purpose and also universitiy changing so that migration certificate is required .please reply it is urgent and necessary

        I am trying to create an account on VTU eDDTS portal using USN and verify using mobile OTP, but OTP never sent to my mobile number nor there is an option to request for an OTP.

            Hello Sir/Ma'am,

            I have registered to EDDTS portal using my USN and also got OTP verified and uploaded the documents, but I did not receive any password confirmation. I have been contacting VTU for the last 3.5 weeks over email & phone but in vain.

            I need to complete my verification so that IQAS can process my evaluation which has been kept on hold for 4 weeks because of the delay from the VTU's side. Please send me the password for EDDTS Portal so that I can proceed.

                  Accessing VTU websites from Canada does not work. Eddts website opened last week and I got the password message as well. But now the Eddts website is also not opening from Canada. I tried different laptops, different internet connections but still the same issue.
                  Kindly let me know if there is a workaround for the same or by when this will be resolved.
                  I need to submit request for WES processing as soon as possible.

                    Hi,

                    I paid INR 2000 through SBI online payment option for official transcripts to be sent to WES. I have the Payment ID to verify the amount paid. I was trying to email to [protected]@vtu.ac.in and the email bounced back.

                    Later I checked about EDDTS and hence need your help to resolve this issue. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

                      The eddts platform states the tracking id but does not highlight which courier service is being used. The tracking id shared is not trackable on indian post and I am unable to find any details about the service being used.

                                    As I currently stay outside India, the only way I can get my transcripts is through VTU's new EDDTS portal. I need my transcripts ASAP.

                                    I have made the payment and I see that in the "Pay Fees" webpage. However, I cannot go to the Final Submission page as an error is thrown saying that the fees has not been paid. (I have an email acknowledgement saying that the transaction was completed and the amount has been debited from the payment account.)

                                    Attached are the snapshots supporting my complaint. My application ID is VTU2123916 and USN is 1DS14AU009. There are no email IDs or helpline numbers provided for EDDTS services and I need immediate resolution from VTU to confirm receipt of payment and provide me with my transcripts ASAP.

                                      I am living in Canada, thus I entered a Canadian Phone no. while signing up for the eDDTS profile. I did not receive the OTP and hence I am not able to log in or verify my OTP. It would be great if there was an option to send OTP in the email as well. Now, neither I can create a new profile nor receive the OTP.
                                      It is very urgent for me to do the WES.

                                        I have paid the fees for the applied documents. I have received the confirmation mail as well. The EDDTS Pay Fees page also indicates that Payment is Successful and asks me to move to Final Submission tab. But, once I click on Final submissions tab, I receive a pop up stating that "VTU2123861 You have not paid fees. Pay fees first..!".

                                        I have been facing issues with everything related to VTU ever since I started studying in this university. I hope this issue is resolved quickly.
