I am trying to apply for my transcripts but the website is not opening on my browser or phone.
please help

As I currently stay outside India, the only way I can get my transcripts is through VTU's new EDDTS portal. I need my transcripts ASAP.

I have made the payment and I see that in the "Pay Fees" webpage. However, I cannot go to the Final Submission page as an error is thrown saying that the fees has not been paid. (I have an email acknowledgement saying that the transaction was completed and the amount has been debited from the payment account.)

Attached are the snapshots supporting my complaint. My application ID is VTU2123916 and USN is 1DS14AU009. There are no email IDs or helpline numbers provided for EDDTS services and I need immediate resolution from VTU to confirm receipt of payment and provide me with my transcripts ASAP.

I am living in Canada, thus I entered a Canadian Phone no. while signing up for the eDDTS profile. I did not receive the OTP and hence I am not able to log in or verify my OTP. It would be great if there was an option to send OTP in the email as well. Now, neither I can create a new profile nor receive the OTP.
It is very urgent for me to do the WES.
This was done on April 11, 2022.

I have paid the fees for the applied documents. I have received the confirmation mail as well. The EDDTS Pay Fees page also indicates that Payment is Successful and asks me to move to Final Submission tab. But, once I click on Final submissions tab, I receive a pop up stating that "VTU2123861 You have not paid fees. Pay fees first..!".

I have been facing issues with everything related to VTU ever since I started studying in this university. I hope this issue is resolved quickly.

I have signed up for applying PDC on March 10th and I had recieved the OTP and submitted the required govt ID proof, but later I did not recieve any password.
Please do look at the same and revert at the earliest.

Hi, Ive been trying to get my transcripts online and was registering on eddts.vtu.ac.in and provided my US number but never received an OTP so I would like to change the mobile number to an Indian number to see if that would generate an OTP for me. Please help.

When trying to sign up for eDDS, accidentally gave the wrong mobile number. Now unable to sign in.

My VTU application id is VTU2101021.
I had applied for WES transcript and markscard evaluation on 16.02.2022, i recieved a call from VTU officer for confirmation on 21.02.2022 from the number [protected] and after which there was no response for calls from any of the landline numbers / cell numbers, after so many attempts, the call was picked up[protected] on 28.03.2022 and an authoritative lady informed that my college belongs to autonomous and VTU is not responsible for the same. When i asked for the refund, she simply hung up the call. If it is a wrong application, then why do we have a tracking system which says that the application is verified ? I request you to look into this problem and please initiate the refund of Rs.2600 at the earliest.

I have completed my registration on the eddts portal two weeks back. But I still haven't received my password on sms.
Could someone please get this issue resolved. I need this on a urgent basis.

Regarding my consolidated certificate with all forms and mark card.But mail is not getting delivered.

The VTU website now allows students to get their transcripts from their official website through https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/
But unfortunately the link does not open in any browser even after clearing all cooking and checking connections. the link does not support neither in laptop nor phone. Also unable to open through wifi or in phone data.

I have attached screenshots for your reference.
Kindly resolve this ASAP.

So without OTP I cannot proceed and there is is no resend option as well

I took my 2nd year Electronics and Communication Engineering lateral entry Bachelors Engineering (BE) management quota admission in the period of Oct 3rd 2018 in VTU Affiliated college "M/s Shridevi Institute of Engineering and Technology", Sira Road, Tumkur, Karnataka.

As mentioned above i am not able to continue my education in that academic year because of my family financial implications, i was attended only 3 classes after that i was like to withdraw my admission in the date of 8th Oct, but institute was not ready to return back my certificates what i submitted in the time of admission as mentioned above, and also they was asking to pay full 3 years academic fee to return my certificates back.

i was requested college Higher Authorities and also written letter to them so many time, but still they refused to return. In this 3 year its effects on my carrier very much. So i'm requesting to VTU board to please help me to get my certificates back and save me from further disaster.

I have been trying to log in to the EDDTS portal to submit the application to obtain the Medium of Instruction letter. Each time I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my USN is not yet verified by the VTU. I also tried contacting VTU through the various numbers and email addresses found on their website to know if there is another way to obtain the letter. However, my calls have never been answered and my emails have never been responded to. I do not know how to proceed. Under my current circumstances, the absence of this letter means that I cannot be employed.

I applied to the eddts system on 10th March 2022. Upon registering, I did not receive any OTP. I cannot sign in because my number hasn't been verified, nor can I sign up again because according to vtu, I have already registered. Please solve this problem. Thank you.

Registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. It is so urgent for me for job purpose.
I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

I completed the 1st year of my studies at VTU and the remaining 3 years from another university. I asked them for my transcripts for the 1st year through the platform and it gave an error that "Degree Not Cleared. Transcript cannot be Issued"

When I called them to talk about it, they told me that I need to send another application via POST and that the amount will not be refunded.

I paid Rs. 850 in total.
