I had applied for 8th semester marks card for the year 2015 and 2016. Since I failed in one subject. that's why i have 2 marks card for 8th semester.
But for that they have shared the marks card of 8th semester year 2016 which is the passed marks card of the failed subject. But i needed the whole subjects marks card. I have made payment twice and my 550 rupees has been wasted. I need the correct marks card through EDDTS portal.
My application ids are VTU2331730 and VTU2331567. incident happened on 29th Nov and 21st Nov 2023 I have made payment on VTU EDDTS portal.
I even sent email on [protected]@vtu.ac.in also tried contacting on their landline number but didn't get any response from them.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern that is affecting many students at our college, Sri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Vishwothama Nagar, Bantakal Udupi - 574115. which is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).

Recently, the college has begun imposing a fine of ₹1500 per day and total of ₹7500 per week on students who are unable to attend placement classes. This policy is being enforced regardless of whether the student has a genuine reason for their absence. Furthermore, the college is threatening to suspend students and restrict them from attending regular classes if they fail to pay these fines.The total amount collected from these fines is estimated to be around ₹3 lakhs.

This practice is not only unethical and unprofessional, but it also places an undue financial burden on many students. A significant number of students at our college come from families that are below the poverty line, and these fines represent a substantial financial hardship for them.

Education is a right, not a privilege, and it is crucial that all students have equal access to learning opportunities without fear of punitive financial penalties. I kindly request that the university grievance department look into this matter and take appropriate action to rectify this situation.
Along with Complaint details i have attached photos of fine imposed on each student.

I registered https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/ with invalid mobile number so i didnot get the otp, now when i am trying to register again it says user already registered and i am not able to login also.
I am stuck here.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with the EDDTS application portal. I have been unable to open the downloadable transcript file from the portal.

My name is rakesh and while filling the student registration from by mistake i have fill the wrong phone number and now i am unable to get OTP so i want change my phone number p/s help me

I had applied for transcripts and PDC from VTU on October 9. I have not received any communication from them although the payment status is successful and application is successfully submitted.
Nobody answers the call when I dial the toll free number . The line is busy 24*7 . In the application portal it stills hows as processing. I have sent an email to vtu regarding the same, by did not receive any response from them .
I need these documents for my higher education University admission. The process is getting delayed because of the documents
Kindly help me get my documents as it is required urgently.
