My name js Ayushi Singh. I visit vlcc bandra turner's road on 20th march 2022 at 1am in the afternoon with my fiancee. We both has basic face cleanup service. However just after the sevice my fiancee started burning sensation on the forehead and it was only after yesterday that is monday i saw his forehead had scratch lines because of the blackhead removal tool.Also he told me that the during the service beautician nail pierced into his nose and he got a scratch because of that too on his face. This was his first cleanip ever and I'm really disappointed with the service provided to us.
This is really upsetting and highly unprofessional from the vlcc side to providea service after which a person has to go through so much pain and trauma.
The pain burning sensation that my fiancee experience for the whole day is highly unacceptable.
I even raised the complaint to the vlcc branch but they did not give me the name of the beautician who attended us.
I do not eant anyone else to go through what we have experience and that's ehy i am raising the complaint.
I will be forced to raise a consumer forum complaint against vlcc if my complaint goes unattended.

    I have paid Rs 85000 to Vlcc for skin tone correction. Due to pathetic service and results i have to stop the services in mid way. And then i have asked for the refund of the remaining amount which is Rs 32000. They have replied to my mail that they don't have refund policy and i need to consume the remaining amount in any other form of services. Which i don't want to take now.

      I traveled on Sunday from Gwalior to Delhi, just to have laser appointment at VLCC NOIDA, SEC-18 but now I received call from them that their machine has suddenly stopped working so Laser cant be done tomorrow and not sure when machine will get fixed.
      I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago just to sure that appointment get fixed. As it's been so long and my face and body badly need laser setting due to which I am not able to go anywhere and stopped myself to attend professional and personal program. I am suffering a lot . LASER was only reason to come to NCR else I will come after Holi. NOW My question WHY WOULD I SUFFER IF YOUR MACHINE IS NOT WORKING. I HEARD ONE OF MY FRIEND IS VLCC IS PATHETIC BUT NOW I CAN FEEL THE SAME. THEIR MACHINE GET FAILED SO FREQUENT. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE AS MY EXPERIENCE IS REALLY BAD.

        Hi,
        I Shalini Mukhopadhyay had enrolled for a weight loss program at VLCC Swastik Building Kolkata.
        After taking two sessions I am facing extreme body pain, fever, drying of skin, pain in thighs and stomach, nose bleeding, bowel problems and other side effects. I do not want to continue this program as it is severely detrimental to my health.
        At the time of enrolment I paid the whole amount of 30000 as asked by Ms Devika. But she did not issue the bill on that date. The bill date is 2nd March but the bill was given on the 4th of March. The bill has discrepancies as I was told 10+10+6 sessions while paying but the actual bill mentions 10+8+6 sessions. This was done completely without my knowledge. I saw this only in the final bill.
        I was said nothing about a no refund policy or an exchange policy nor was I given any demo session.
        I repeatedly asked if it is painful and if there are side effects. I was said no.
        But contrary to what was said I faced severe side effects and pain in both my sessions. The lady Ms Bijoli who was supposed to administer my session left and wasn’t available during my heat treatment session when I was facing severe hotness and lack of breath. She was completely uninformed about the procedure she was administering and couldn't answer basic questions like what temperature was the heat treatment.

        During my very first heat treatment I was left completely neglected and unmonitored. I repeatedly asked for a fan to be switched on for some sort of relief as I was sweating profusely and could not breathe. The people in attendance did close to nothing to alleviate my suffering even after pressing the bell multiple times.
        On the first day Ms Bijoli was hardly available and on the second day she was completely unavailable during and after the session even though it was my first heat treatment and I was supposed to be monitored throughout.
        Overall I have had a really bad experience, gotten sub standard service and as a customer I have been mislead and misguided rather kept in the dark about company policies.
        My doctor has confirmed that I am a victim of excessive dehydration and fluid loss due to severe heat treatment administered to me and negligence in addressing the heat issue when I repeatedly called it out by pressing the bell to call the staff. He has strictly advised complete stoppage of this treatment.
        This has caused me immense physical, mental and financial anguish. I am deeply saddened by such treatment at a so called reputed institute. Provide me a complete refund at the earliest.

          Refund for weight loss program

          This is to highlight that i had gone for a maintainance of my upper lip treatment but the lady who came to provide the service seemed to be untrained as while carrying out the laser she has made 4-5 cuts on my lips out of which two were severe at that very moment and the other could be noticed after i came back
          the situation is such that it needs medical care right now
          even the blades used i guess were used

            I have taken a service from VLCC on March 2020 for laser hair removal. While taking the service they didn’t imitate me that this will be for 2 year validity and it is not even mentioned in the bill. Now they are saying your service will expire. I have paid 60000 and half of my treatment is left

              I have taken the skin peel off and hair treatment care at
              VLCC - DLF Galleria, Tower B - Ground Floor, Block AF, 8, Major Arterial Road South East Extension, Street Number 124, Action Area 1B, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal 700156

              For Rs. 26000 with 12 months emi option. I have taken around 3 sessions till April there where there is no result been there in my skin. In May lockdown happened, I got shifted to Noida. It's been 8 months since I am connecting with the Branch Supervisor Rajib - [protected] and Shakeel - [protected] but they are telling me that in a week or other my remaining amount would get transferred to the noida branch whose address I have shared to these people multiple times, still they are being very rude and arrogant while handling the transfer of the amount. I have even connected them with noida branch receptionist, even then they are ignoring. Please do the needful and transfer my remaining amount into my account and also provide me extra services or amount to use the facilities of VLCC at the noida branch address - VLCC K-4, Ocean Heights, Ground Floor, next to Top Breads, Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201010

              Please do it asap and revert to my issue and make the transfer.

              I truly respect the ambience and hospitality of VLCC centres that's why even after this mental harassing issue, I am willing to get facilitated by VLCC

                I am not interested at all to purchase any treatments from their services. But Mona and Sangita Ma'am ( Dietician and Manager respectively at VLCC center at Mauji Colony, Jaipur) tried to convince me their advance treatments about laser lipolysis and said it will gives result as it helps to reduce 3-4cms at area where you took the treatments at first service. But I was terribly disappointed and need money reversal. And for now she is taking my issue as an serious note. They are pathetic.

                    I have tested positive for Covid after visiting the saloon.I consulted for my laser session. In the midst of the session the manager comes to me and says that the current doctor isn't well and couldn't perform for the complete body.She told me that all the other doctors have tested positive and hence they have shortage in staff.I asked her to stop and reschedule the session.In the process too I have red rashes as the attending doctor did not stop the process despite me complaining her.She brushed off my concerns claiming she sees no sign of injury as such.I developed a scarring too.Later when complained no one seems to respond to my issue.I have taken nearly 8 sessions till now and this is my maintenance session.I think today vlcc has lost a loyal customer.The saloon wasnt even shut off after seeing the surge of covid cases in its staff as it was festival season which is ridiculous.

                      Refund of a service I have not taken

                      I haven’t taken services. They constantly kept telling me to give a token money to discuss and they said they are having to hold a discount which was a lie. They have taken 4000 Rs from me. And now I have decided I don’t wanna go through with the service and they are not returning the money though I haven’t taken a service....

                      I have paid 59000 for laser however vlcc is unable to meet the results. First of all no doctor was their to check the hair growth and advisor for the treatment and then the person who do laser for the first time left the job after 1st sitting then they have their trainees to experiment on your skin.
                      As I have paid whole amount they do not provide appointments on time everytime I call them they are busy but they were not busy at the time of taking money. No one is here to pay attention it’s like I have through money to a trash.
                      Now I have more issues with them as I complaint for unsatisfactory result after 2 sittings they said you will see results after 3rd sitting I mean what the hell is going on the regional manager Reema does not resolve the issues when I complaint, just a few sympathetic words does not work for a Client who pay you this amount, it’s my hard earned money.
                      I need the refund now for the remaining amount so that I can go to other good places to get a good treatment to vlcc to feel stressed and looted

                        Hi, I want to complain against aundh branch vlcc. They are not giving me appointment for laser. I have called them 3 to 4 times in a month for giving me appointment but they’re always giving me excuses saying technical issues with the laser machine and says we’ll call you soon but none has called me yet 😒

                          I took service for face hair skin treatment from VLCC and the representative said that my skin will become fabulous after the services. I immediately blindly trusted to her after the name of VLCC but my skin got even worst. Initially I hide it through makeup but now my husband is not liking my skin at all and my relationship is getting worst. I paid 60000 for the services and 20000 for the product of bellavave . I want my money back or I will have to file complaint through consumer forum as my marriage is on stake

                            Hi Team,

                            We got one bridal makeup package, light makeup n 1 hair do from the vlcc hinoo road saloon.
                            Bridal : the bride had to wear traditional saree with makeup. The saree got torn while they were draping it. The saree worth Rs. 25000 got damaged by the unprofessionalism.
                            They said that they would use mac products but the entire house didn't had any product for MAC and they used swiss beauty products and local lipsticks and concealers etc.

                            Light makeup: they committed to use krylon products but used local brand products which resulted in blisters the other day. Also the makeup was so caky n ugly.
                            Hairdo: this was a ugliest of the entire mess they created on all the 3 packages. They didn't had flowers clips anything, the brides bun fell in the middle of the event, the pins were dropping. Such a humiliation bcz f these unprofessional gand looting and fraudung customers in the name of VlCc.

                            The entire money is a waste with this vlcc saloon. I need a resolution for this. Not sure how, even a full refund is not enough of the humiliation that the bride went through when the hair bun created loosened n fell, the damage to such an expensive saree.

                            Let me know what all evidences are required to prove my complaint

                              Im requesting for the refund, the reason is that I m not taking up the service due to family emergency issues. I have paid only token amount for the service 3500k and have not taken the service yet. So kindly requesting you for a refund.
                              As I have not started the process and not paid the full amount. I think my reason is valid to claim the refund.

                                Yesterday i went VLCC Shankar, Raipur(C.G.) for my facial treatment. At the time of facial service, Vlcc staff was giving hot steam in my face, but during that procedure hot water came out from steamer and my got badly burned and scars also camed on my face. Photos affected area of my face is enclosed for your reference. VLCC is respnsible for careless treatment. You are requested to kindly consult your doctor and expert adn give me treatment and compensation for this. I want my spotless face as the earliest. I will file a suit against VLCC in consumer forum also for this loss.

                                  I am complaining for weight loss and want to refund my amount

                                  I am Avishek Kumar, registered with your Newtown Kolkata branch, pincode-700156, for weight loss session, but after 1month there is no loss in weight and it daily fractuate, Here is no one who can help me to loss weight, they only telling lies and giving hope that it will reduce in future, and try to opt my coolsculpt technology.
