Myself Ms. Shweta Narayan Mohare had enrolled for slimming sessions at VLCC center, Vadodara on 11th March, 2021.

Since then I have got 2 sessions and 2 therapies. Instead of decreasing my weight has increased.

Also while counselling meet, I asked the counselor that I shall pay 50% of the amount now, and remaining after a month. Still the receptionist deducted the whole amount...

I worked in Vlcc (Palam vihar centre in 2016). Due to a family emergency I had to resign. They asked me to serve notice period of a month and instead of 2 months mentioned earlier (as I informed my husband had to undergo an organ transplant ). Inspite of constant request to credit my salary, they never did and retained my one month salary . I kept in sharing reminders over email but all in vain ! My husband expired...

The staff here is totally unprofessional and just trashing door while customer is take service. Uselessly laughing and shouting all around. Awful experience. VLCC has degraded I must say...

Dear concern

Sheikh Zayed road branch - VLCC has received Aed 5000/- and is denying to provide the services. I have waited for more than 1 month and nothing has happened.

Customer service is very poor and the branch staffs are not responding....

I m requesting for the refund, the reason is that I m not taking up the service due to family emergency issues. I have paid only token amount for the service 4000k and have not taken the service yet. So kindly requesting you for a refund.
As I have not started the process and not paid the full amount. I think my reason is valid to claim the refund....

I am taking laser treatment from Chandigarh, its my 11th seating but now i am not satisfied from the services, there is no experienced staff for laser treatment, I couldn't recommend VLCc to anyone and there is no senior who can attend queries and guide staff properly. Please either refund the advance or arrange the experienced staff.

Previous staff was good Like Hena and Dr...but now I have no words...please...

They offered coupons facility to provide certain services for one year. Its just been half a year and the services have been stopped even without informing the customers despite the full payment in advance.
Now, they are abusing on calls using inappropriate language....
