Im requesting for the refund, the reason is that I m not taking up the service due to family emergency issues. I have paid only token amount for the service 3500k and have not taken the service yet. So kindly requesting you for a refund.
As I have not started the process and not paid the full amount. I think my reason is valid to claim the refund.

    Yesterday i went VLCC Shankar, Raipur(C.G.) for my facial treatment. At the time of facial service, Vlcc staff was giving hot steam in my face, but during that procedure hot water came out from steamer and my got badly burned and scars also camed on my face. Photos affected area of my face is enclosed for your reference. VLCC is respnsible for careless treatment. You are requested to kindly consult your doctor and expert adn give me treatment and compensation for this. I want my spotless face as the earliest. I will file a suit against VLCC in consumer forum also for this loss.

      I am complaining for weight loss and want to refund my amount

      I am Avishek Kumar, registered with your Newtown Kolkata branch, pincode-700156, for weight loss session, but after 1month there is no loss in weight and it daily fractuate, Here is no one who can help me to loss weight, they only telling lies and giving hope that it will reduce in future, and try to opt my coolsculpt technology.
      So I don't need your useless service anymore, I want to refund my amount asap....

      I booked my appointment by visiting your VLCC saguna more Patna centre, they scheduled my appointment on Sunday, 21/11/2021. I confirmed by calling on Saturday. The Laser section head herself given me 2:30 PM time slot. But on Sunday when I was on the way, they called me that I should come on Monday as they are busy today. I am a working lady, unable to come on weekdays. In this week, I have to attend a marriage ceremony and I couldn't take services at any other place as didn't have prior appointment. Now please tell me how can I manage the situation.

        Appointment for mens haircut was take on 19th Nov 21 for 21st Nov 21 at 2:30pm. On reaching the center at 2:25pm the staff say that I need to wait for another 3-4 hrs for a hair cut as the staff (there is only person who does haircut) is busy with a customer already. Is this professionalism?? Should I be waiting even if I have taken an appointment?? I have travelled 20kms to reach the location and I still need to wait...the staff say that they cannot do anything... shouldn't I be expecting atleast a call saying that there will be delay in the appointment and I can come accordingly??

          Address: vlcc aundh,pune, sanghavi arcade

          The center is not aware of the records, as till now the transferred details are not shared by the pune centre to the Bangalore centre

          So kindly keep them in loop and do the needful.
          As it is not the customer responsibility to go behind the executives, so look into this matter take the work in hand and proceed.
          It was very unprofessional behavior by VLCC executive i.e Ms.Parveen and accountant of Aundh branch and the receptionist team not paying attention to customer services seriously.
          So please do the needful.

            I have taken full body laser package from vlcc model town 2. Instead of professionals local memebrs are performing laser. No results have seen on my body and when i talked about the same with the staff no one is listening. Staff is very uncooperative and very poor services they are providing

              Hi,
              I’m submitting this complaint after having a disastrous experience with VLCC Jalandhar branch. The saleswoman guaranteed me & my sister about results in weightloss and inch loss in slimming program but they failed to do so. After every session they used to be silent and provided no response if we asked about the results. They took whole payment of in advance and didn’t bother after that. The staff was extremely rude & didn’t take care o[censored]s properly. I’m highly disappointed and I would demand a refund of my amount. Please look into this matter.

                I took a full body Laser package for my daughter...Not much satisfied with the results...The center doesn't have latest soprano Laser machines as available in other centres...VLCC being an international brand should maintain its standard and latest machines should be made available in small cities also as in metro cities

                  I had purchased the VLCC voucher for one year validity for VLCC RDC raj nagar, Ghaziabad, it is very sad on buying two vouchers that expensive their services are not upto the mark, they are always hesitant in giving appointments and the staff is extremely rude. Whenever you ask them for appointments, the voucher customers are the least priority and they always fail to provide it as per the customer’s choice. They tend to give it either a week later or ten days later and on asking for weekends, they say voucher customers can’t get holiday or weekend appointments. I want to raise a question what about the customers who are working

                    Not transferring my account to different branch post covid

                    I took my membership for fitness service last year in march from Vlcc vijay nagar branch. Since it was the time covid was spreading, I was told that if lockdown happens then I can restart my services anytime and also transfer it to any branch/city post lockdown. Now after my second vaccination got completed I called the centre asking to rejoin and was told that I can rejoin and my BMI will be taken again and I can resume my services again....

                    I am so fedup of trying to get an appointment with VLCC Koramangala for lazer! Initially the previous beautician did not tell me she left and kept cancelling my appointment! And now I don’t get any response to my WhatsApp texts ( normally book appointments this way).
                    This is extremely frustrating and will never recommend anyone to take up any service with you’ll! I don’t even see any change in my hair growth probably cause of the timeframe that I’m waiting between appointments! I even pinged them asking if I can see a doc as I have a reaction sometimes! But no response!
                    Even if I manage to get a slot it’s so difficult to convince them for all four body parts! I work with IT and cannot come on weekdays so I ensure to request for a weekend appointment well in advance!
                    It’s so disappointing! It’s all about getting the clients and not trying to satisfy them for the money that’s invested!
                    It’s been a year since I took up the service and haven’t finished even 6 sessions! Because of covid I kept letting it go but now I’m truly fedup and need a solution asap

                      I have made an appointment on 12/10/2021 at vlcc Karama branch and I have made a booking for a treatment. I have paid 1365 aed for that, but unfortunately I am not able to attend the session as I have leaving the country on 15/10/2021, so I requested to cancel that and request for a refund . But they people is saying that everything is written on the invoice and we will not refund, I have came there the same day and begged for the return, cuz am leaving.
                      But Vlcc people haven't any mercy towards customer, they focusing only money more than customers satisfaction.
                      Very bad service
                      Keeping someone money Un authentically without giving a service.

                        WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
                        I was a regular customer of vlcc but now I'm never gonna visit that salon because what they did with my mother was unacceptable. My mother had a horrible experience. Vlcc has unskilled staff, They did keratin treatment on my mother which they only suggested and it turned out bizarre. Her hair got burned from the ends and they told us to cut that hair. Instead of accepting their mistake, they were arguing and they did nothing for the same. It did not happen just once. It has happened with me as well last year. I wish i could give 0 stars. And after all this, when this incident happened, they kept us waiting for long time and were treating us badly.

                            Hi, I had availed for slimming services from VLCC Kakurganchi nearly a year ago. They assured me positive results for which I spent a sum of more than Rs 500000 but I feel like being cheated because I did not receive any postive result. The sum spent on the services was huge and I feel very disappointed. Kindly refund my sum for which I have also kept the invoices saved. Kindly refund me back my money or else I will have mo option but to file a legal case for the same.

                              Hello I joined Vlcc for my face treatment and slimming and none of them is working for me am getting lots of acne and they are advising me for different creams and stuff, I have spend so much on other products which they have advised along with the charges at Vlcc also I got shocked from the slimming session and I would have almost dead that time if the attendant would not have been present next to me and my heat beat went so fast that I coul have got the heart attack. But I had good relations with the team so I did not raised the legal complaint. I have spent almost half a lakh on the services but am not satisfied with the results so want justice and my full refund along with my convenience charges and the products which I was advice to purchase because non of them worked for me

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Myself Ms. Shweta Narayan Mohare had enrolled for slimming sessions at VLCC center, Vadodara on 11th March, 2021.

                                  Since then I have got 2 sessions and 2 therapies. Instead of decreasing my weight has increased.

                                  Also while counselling meet, I asked the counselor that I shall pay 50% of the amount now, and remaining after a month. Still the receptionist deducted the whole amount from my account while swiping the card. I have paid a hefty amount of Rs. 10, 500/-.

                                  Since then whenever I call for any query or appointment, I never get call back from VLCC.

                                  Few days back, the therapies were shut down due to covid, for which I was not been informed. Later on, even when it was started, I was again not informed.

                                  I have been trying to call my counselor, since 2 months, she is never available. The person who attends my call, says that we will call you.

                                  I am a working women, and I dont get time to call them again and again. It is there duty to call me and keep a follow up.

                                  I demand a complete refund of my amount as I have received worst services from VLCC.

                                    I am complaining about vlcc ranchi center being cheated by the owner.

                                    I have enrolled for the slimming course in vlcc lalpur center ranchi on 09/12/2020. But due to lock down I couldn't avail the full service. Now when the lockdown is over I wanted to resume the service but the owner has informed me that lalpur center has been closed and telling me to resume the service from another center of the city. I have enrolled in lalpur center just because it was convenient for me to go there. Now as it is not possible...
