Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Ms. Shweta Narayan Mohare had enrolled for slimming sessions at VLCC center, Vadodara on 11th March, 2021.
Since then I have got 2 sessions and 2 therapies. Instead of decreasing my weight has increased.
Also while counselling meet, I asked the counselor that I shall pay 50% of the amount now, and remaining after a month. Still the receptionist deducted the whole amount from my account while swiping the card. I have paid a hefty amount of Rs. 10, 500/-.
Since then whenever I call for any query or appointment, I never get call back from VLCC.
Few days back, the therapies were shut down due to covid, for which I was not been informed. Later on, even when it was started, I was again not informed.
I have been trying to call my counselor, since 2 months, she is never available. The person who attends my call, says that we will call you.
I am a working women, and I dont get time to call them again and again. It is there duty to call me and keep a follow up.
I demand a complete refund of my amount as I have received worst services from VLCC.
