I'm taking laser hair reduction treatment from last 1 year .. I've not seen any results.. I've paid your fees one handed... Before paying money you promised me that I'll get 100% results... It's 1 year now I've not got any results .. I want refund you have wasted my so much of time.. because of shaving I've got thick and dark hairs.. I always wear mask because my upperlips area chin area and checks has got so much of hairs... Because of this I never go out do nothing I'm so depressed because of you.. I want my money back so I can take laser treatment from somewhere else.. I need ur reply ASAP or else I'll take strict action against you... [protected]@gmail.com this is my email ID

    I took service at Kandivali west Mumbai branch.

    I was told to take family card and they took 10k in advance for my service.

    All services were pathetic and the hair expert guy Santosh was pathetic.

    Also they invoiced me for service which I did not take and ultized all the 10k

    Need refund and compensation

      I went to vlcc behala center for hair extension service. They have deducted Rs.10280 tgrough credit card as downpaymnet of total cost of Rs. 70280 and tried to give loan from HDFC finance but they failed. They even did not provided any receipt of the paid amount. I don’t want to avail this service now as they misguided me about the loan procedure. Now when I want my money back they are not giving me any estimated time for the same.

        Hi Team,

        This mail is regarding your outlet at Shakespeare Sarani Branch, Kolkata which has an employee by the name of Ms. Sonali (Tall lady).

        This mail comes to you after repeated rude, indecent, impolite and misbehaving behaviour of your employee.

        This has happened a lot many times over a certain period of time.

        She is extremely arrogant, rude and a very pathetic behaviour, and the worst part is, this has been on a continuous basis for treating other customers this way.

        How can you endorse or allow such an employee to handle your customers and billing at the front desk reception ??

        It has become an absolute repeated habit of this lady to talk very rudely, harshly and always in a very argumentative tone, always replying harshly to customers. Therefore it is an unpleasant and unavoidable nuisance every time with her. I will not let this pass lightly nor go in vain.

        How can you allow such behaviour in your company ??

        How can you appoint someone that too for a front desk, who does not have an inch of humility/politeness in her behaviour ??

        How can you let someone work in your wellness/hospitality department which has a very hostile and animosity attitude ??

        I want to ask your organization, how do you allow such behaviour of your employees towards the customers ??

        Are you implying that your organization supports and endorses such rude behaviour towards customers ??

        How can you be so ignorant all this while waiting for customers to get so frustrated to actually file for a formal complaint ??

        This is absolutely and practically not tolerable. You may allow such employees and support their behaviour, but we will definitely not tolerate such nonsense attitudes from your staff and that too when we are high paying customers to avail your services.

        I am waiting to hear from you regarding this matter. Consider this as my formal complaint.

        Please be advised that if I find no further action is taken in this matter, I will move ahead with a formal police complaint against your branch employee in Beniapukur Police Station, considering this mail notifying your company as a written complaint notice of her behaviour on today's date.

          2 Months Back I have enrolled to a weight loss program in VLCC, Salem Branch Tamilnadu in which i have paid Rs.40000.00 for the program through Bajaj EMI also in addition to that the center head Mrs. Rukmani have asked to pay additional 4000rs for making it in EMI, That too i paid to her through GPay. In total I have paid Rs.44000. But after a week of program i have not satisfied and having problem with abdomen pain, Swellings in abdomen and dis-entry. I have stopped attend the program and i have asked for the refund. but till date there is no response from their side and initiate taken. they are telling we cant refund the money, i[censored] want money ask your friend to join instead o[censored]. this is complete rubbish that how can i refer a friend in which i'm nor satisfied.

          You please kindly look into this and do the needful to get back my money.

            This is Ms. Bhargavi, Client ID: CLMC/20/[protected], I had enrolled with VLCC in December 2019 for the weightless program and Due to Covid have not been visiting the centre during the peak Covid periods in the year 2020 & 2021.
            but I had made attempts to visit the sadashivnagar centre when ever the pandemic was under control.
            ever since then there has always been a problem with the unavailability of the Female therapists in the early morning hours and I was unable to take sessions uninterruptedly for a very long time. every time I raised my concern with the incharges Ms. Bindhu and Manager Ms. Jyothi, then went on giving lame excuses and also did not hire any therapists to fix the problem.
            there is only one female therapist available after 8am in the morning which will be very inconvenient time to visit and also there are many other female clients who also book their appointments at that time making it extremely impossible to get sessions regularly.

            still after much pressurisation they appointed a staff for 7am, who is also very irregular and again the same problem.

            the concern here is there is inadequate staff/female therapists at this branch to handle the female client crowd in the morning wee hours causing a lot of inconvenience and irregularities to clients.

            there have been many days I have come and waited for too long for the availability for the therapist or returned since they are busy even after having an appointment.

            also they have not bothered to take any action to fix the issue even after escalating the matter several times, by myself and other clients too.

            hence I am extremely tortured and stressed by this behaviour of the staff of VLCC and hence request you to refund the amount paid and let me free from relationship with VLCC.
            anyway it has not been helpful to me anyway to loose weight due to non availability of appointment or therapists regularly.

              This is to bring to your notice very serious matters at the VLCC centre at Bandra Turner road.
              I, Neha Parulekar am a very old customer of VLCC and have visited the worli centre and this centre. However I am completely disappointed with whatever has been happening over one month. I would like to highlight as many issues that I remember and request and hope that this matter is escalated and I’m refunded with my unused money. The service I have taken is 5 KG weight loss, 5 tummy tucks and 3 detox.

              1. The service began with my weight and measurement records in a file. After which I did 4 sessions. I had requested that the best time suited to me was 7 PM post work.
              2. I have had more than 4 calls over 7 sessions I have done to either reschedule or cancel as someone was on leave.
              3. The dietician Krutika made a diet of exactly what I eat with no inputs, no recommendations. And even lost that paper and called me to send a picture of it for her records.
              4. After 3 sessions I was told that my file is lost and now we would have to do guesswork and rewrite the weight. So my original measurements are missing. The new file wasn’t made for 2 weeks.
              5. After 1.5 kg loss, I reminded them that a tucks is needed and the weight had frozen so the team suggested we do a tucks. This was canceled three time for reasons such as staff on leave, staff wants to leave for home early or unavailabliyy of a room after taking prior appointments. And I was told to do a general weight loss session.
              6. During the session I have heard the women from the VLCC team shouting and yelling to decide who would remove the machine added to the client saying they do so much work, this one doesn’t work that one doesn’t work. I fail to understand that in a premier space such as VLCC why is the staff behaving like a market space. This is upsetting. This makes the client wait for someone to come and remove the machine. I have removed it myself 2 times without any attendance.
              7. I had requested for a 2 part payment of A total of 22, 000/- I had paid 10, 000/- on the first day itself and within 2 weeks I would be reminded every day to pay the remaining. I said I would pay at the end of the month but the staff kept asking for It, with this level of incompetency I wonder how payments are taken in so well. However I have paid.
              8. I took a 1 week off as my father was in the ICU and immediately resumed after which I had gained 300 gms in my weight which was laughed at and the staff said “ma’am aap Kya khaake aaye aaj”. this is more than rediculous behaviour and unacceptable.
              9. The person incharge of the centre claims she has never met me, sadly due to her absence from the premise everytime.
              10. Your Bandra office provides for a valet service for cars which is useful for car owners like me who come directly from office. I was told on day one to not take Monday timings as the Valet is not available and I obliged. Over the 7 times I’ve come VLCC I have met that person 2 times. And rest of the days it takes me atleast 5 mins to find a spot on turner road and then I’m questioned to why I am 5 mins late.
              11. After much request I got an appt for a tucks on 11th May evening 7 PM. On reaching there I was told that please let’s do a regular session, as the masseuse was going to her village for a holiday. I made some noise and said this was pre booked and the incharge wasn’t even paying attention as she was talking on the phone with her friend.
              ALL OF THIS AND MORE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND I DEMAND A REFUND OF THE UNUSED CHUNK OF MONEY I HAVE PAID.
              On asking for this, instead of speaking with me I was first told that there is a NO REFUND policy. I claim that I have not been informed on any such policy and secondly haven’t signed any such document. As a part of the VLCC program I need to be briefed about any or all of this on day one.

              Requesting for NO FURTHER DELAY in the processing of my return payments.

                Have taken a family card in the 2018 month of July for an amount of 56 thousand they said that one lakh services will be rendered for two and extension is also available sin ce its a huge amount..and the year 2020 due to corona and as was pregnant I could not go for services till the pandemic got over ...and around more than 20 thousand plus amount is left over..and now I lost the card they are saying the card should be there...though I'm providing the contact what I have mentioned they are not saying about the details and very bad experience with customer care as she is saying she can't do anything..I'm very upset with vlcc ..

                  Through its representative Jayshree

                  1. We paid Rs. 60, 000 to VLCC somewhere around August 2021 for skin care and hair care kit treatment. The agreed timeline for completing treatment was six months from the date of payment;
                  2. We are about to complete 7months, however, work done is about 60%;
                  3. No improvement on face pigmentation as of now;
                  4. Lack of coordination from your end, even after repetitive calls from our end;
                  5. We decided to go with VLCC based on the promise of cleaning the face by removing pigmentation, but zero result as on date;
                  6. We agreed to opt for your services due to locational advantage i.e. we stay at Malad and center being at Malad at 5min drive. While calling on 6th April 2022 we were told that Malad center is closed few days back. We were not informed about the same. Now, we have been given option of either going to Andheri or Kandivali center, which we have refused as we cannot spend time on traveling as we have small kid alone at home;

                  As we are cheated by your office by making false promises and misrepresentation, our request, as we discussed, is as follows:
                  1. Refund amount proportionate to work being pending;
                  2. Alternatively, we will have to rely on legal recourse at cost and consequences to your account.

                  We have requested for refund at the first place to amicably settle the issue. Kindly revert back with your response at your earliest.

                    I have been following up with them from past 3 months for my request to get my services transferred from Sohna road Gurgaon Branch to HSR bangalore branch...sohna road people have transferred only part of it that too after 2 months of request and multiple follow ups and there rude behaviour...still services worth rs 65000 is pending..when I raised the issue with sohna road people was extremely rude and now not taking my call.. especially Bhawana, I have all the WhatsApp conversation from her...I did reach out to wecare & customer care number...they said they will try to fix this by May 10. However, now even they are not taking my call...I have been trying customer care number since yesterday continuously...I want the transfer of entire amount to be done ASAP and strick action to be taken against Bhawna for extremely rude behaviour for this issue and issues earlier we had regarding the bill...she was not ready to give bills for the amount I paid for these services earlier last year...

                      Vlcc aundh branch first of all took the payment online and assured since it was Sunday they'll be able to send the receipt over email the next day. That didn't happen in last 7-8 months. I booked the services in the month of October was told/assured that within every 30-45 days I'll get the appointment during the weekends like I asked them, they assured like it wasn't even an issue.
                      Since then i only got 1 proper session from vlcc. Even since either they are not providing the weekend slots like I was promised earlier or their machine is broken and they cancel my appointment shamelessly. I tried accomodating their request for traveling for an hour and half to go to a different branch because it had been 2 and 1/2 months since my first appointment, their unprofessional technican scratched my entire body by using the Razer Blade so roughly that it hurt for next 3 days and because of the rashes i couldn't even step out of the house and go to office for next few days, she didn't even do the laser thing properly and it was evident she really didn't want to do her job. After I told these things to the center WhatsApp number I was told they will repeat the session because of my horrible experience, remember this was in the month of January, even since whenever I try to book and appointment either their machine is broken or they don't accomodate my request for weekend session. I tried my best to accommodate their request to get it during a weekday when they got the machine from a different centre and was told it was available only during weekdays. I took half day off from my work, went to their center keeping the appointment time only to find they are not willing to do the session again, first by giving me totally false medical reasons which was proven inaccurate only by doing a simple Google search and secondly by making me wait and humiliate me even when I tried to keep my appointment and was pushed so much for getting a more convenient slot for their technician, I stood and waited for an hour only to find they are doing the laser hair removal treatment on another person who've just arrived instead of keeping my appointment time. I am just done with their unprofessionaism and their horrible customer service and unwillingness to provide the service which I have paid 59000 rupees for. Please help me get my money back. I can't even imagine going through this episode again. So much trauma and untrustworthiness caused because of this behaviour. Please help.

                        I paid 21235 rupees on 29th for botox treatment in advance and I didn't get service or any call regarding any appointment booking till now.
                        I visited Aundh pune vlcc on 29th. Representative there pressurized me to register immediately with full payment. And promised to call back as soon as possible. After a week I didn't receive any single call neither ppl pick my call.

                                I am seriously very fed-up for begging for the services what i have already paid for at your noida sector 18 centre.

                                None of your employees responds to calls message or WhatsApp.

                                I have been literally chasing them from months for the services i have paid for and still paying the EMI.

                                Employees just had to mis sell me then she appeared vanished. Centre has all possible challenges for being unable to provide services.

                                I am done with you all. I just want my refund for reju session, HANT session and 5KG weight loss.

                                Mark my words here, If i don't get my hard earned money back I am seriously going to take you and your company to consumer forum and court of law.

                                  Ive made a payment of 59k for laser treatment in Himayatnagar Hyderabad branch. Ive not even taken a single session. Ive availed for emi option payment but the lady Amena Begum who made the payment through card did not give emi option. Instead she made me pay saying that its emi option. I need a refund and do not want any laser services.

                                      Hi VLCC Team,

                                      I want to file a complaint against an VLCC employee working in Swaroop Nagar Branch, Kanpur. Her name is Madhushree Banerjee and her contact number is - +91-[protected].
                                      Address where she work is - VLCC Health Care Limited
                                      No. 7/190, Nageshwar Tower, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh - 208002. GST No - 09AAACC4808P1ZB.

                                      On 31st Oct 2021, I took a Laser Hair removal package(Full Arms/ Full Legs /Chin) . She was my booking incharge. Before leaving my hometown on 24th Dec 2021 I asked her if she could transfer my account to Bangalore HSR layout, Sector 2nd 27th main. She said it would be done immediately but since then I am just waiting for my account to get transferred but it's not yet done.

                                      She hardly replies to my messages or calls. there is no proper communication from her end. Sometimes she says that she will give her manager's number (Upendra) to speak but then she never gives. I don't know what is happening at the backend. I am suffering like hell. I want to continue my services but I can't.

                                      Kindly, transfer my account asap from - Kanpur to Bangalore. We don't expect poor quality customer treatment from a brand like VLCC.
