I went to Vlcc banda at about 5:50 on 31/06/222 for haircut and highlights.Now I look old nothing else.I had made it absolutely clear that I want blue highlights.I had ever showed the exact shade I wanted.The hair stylist had Said I that highlights will turn out to be similar.After wasting 4-5 hr and 4000 rupees I was left with grey highlights.It was 8:30 by the time I was done and due to lighting I was unsure of results but it was clear in the morning that there was nothing blue In my hair.they have said to redo my hair but what about the damage caused to my hair.They had said to se bill on my number but still have not got it.No reappointment made till now

I have book lazer treatment for 59k and payed 49k at one of the VLCC parlour later it was shut down and i was informed to get my rest of the service from a different VLCC parlour located far away but i when I contacted the parlour they informed me the amount due is 25k how is this possible ?!! i have made all the payments myself. So disappointed from the service and know neither i m getting my payed money back nor the service until the payment is done which i m sure i have only 10k left with also they do not bother about the loss i m in as a student i bare have enough to spend on myself and one thing i did it turned out to be a disaster.

First I told sales person to take only 60000 inr as I was interested in prp but she forced me to take hifu I told her to do only for prp not for hifu but she continuously said no you should take etc etc after thinking for more 30 min I told her I don't want refund my money she said no not possible adjust in other service but I already paid 1 lac 20 thousands inr and now she taken more 1 lac inr now how it is possible for me to take service for 2 lac 20 thousands inr

My mom went for a short trim a couple of days ago and one of the employees just chopped of her entire hair up to her neck despite showing a small chunk that needs to be chopped. It was a horrific incident and devastating. My mom already faces low esteem issues due to her balding scalp and now this!! She is coming to London to meet us tomorrow and now she has to go around with that uneven(they didn't even it out properly because it would get shorter), horrible haircut. The staff apologized and offered a free facial but is that it? I mean, how can someone be so negligent at work? My mom couldn't say anything then due to the shock but she has been worried, not knowing how to style her hair now. I want to take up this issue with the higher authorities.

I went to this location around 1:20, They asked me money before the process saying that her manager asked the lady for money before the process. I paid the amount 2500 + taxes total of 2950 at 1:35. After this they did the process during which she was really harsh on my skin "I asked her to do it slowly" but she was like it's okay I am doing slowly. right after removal of hair she used laser machine and asked me to cover my eyes since it might affect my eyes... I couldn't see what she was doing but after the whole process there were fresh blood spots on my skin and also hair were not removed properly. Also, they were not concerned about the kind of service they provide. The manager was only concerned about the money which she didn't received the mail for. She asked me please wait here because we have not received the mail. even after the worst service she has the audacity to ask me to wait. I want my full money refunded nd the harrasment charges by their employees and the manager.

I'm Preeti Sable from Aurangabad... I've been taking laser hair reduction treatment from last 1 year and I have seen 0% results for the same .. I paid 60000 one handed and the service given to me was worst.. they said I'll get results within 2 month's of treatment but it's more then a year no results are there..because of continuously Shaving and laser I've got dark and thick hairs on my body I have also had an meeting with Archana ma'am (head of the centre) She refused to refund and said I cannot help you with anything.. She guaranteed that your body hairs will reduce upto 90% in 3 or 4 session ... I've completed 11 12 sessions but seen 0% results... I just want refund of 60000

I am Santanu Maity, ordered 2 items from your website(vlccpersonalcare.com) on 7th May 2022. Order number: 1044.
It was a prepaid order.
Till now(as of 5th July 2022) I have not received my delivery.
Followed several times(at least 5 times, I have the recordings) but your customer care representative unable to provide proper information. Also they have stopped receiving my call.
Today when I was tracking the package from ecom express (AWB number [protected]) it's showing order cancelled. But I never cancelled my order. Neither I got any refund from your end.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal action against your company.

As per VLCC shampoo charges including conditioner is Rs 350 however Gaya Branch is charging Rs 400 and for conditioner they are charging additional Rs 200/-.
Also when asked for invoice they refused for providing tax invoice

I Manisha Sharma (registered pH no [protected]) am facing extreme trouble in getting my pre-paid plan transfer to Chandigarh city from Delhi Kohat Enclave VLCC centre. I have been contacting Ms. Kanchan for resolution of my problem. I had made pre payment of micro botox plan along with laser treatment on face for 8 sessions for which I paid Rs. 50, 000/- . Further I had availed a loan from vlcc tie-up liquiloan for the plan which I pre-paid on 30.03.2022 and received NOC for the same against Loan Id CL00454134. I have not availed a single session till date due to non-availability in the city since I used to live in Gurgaon. I recently got transferred to Chandigarh and asked VLCC to transfer my plan to Chandigarh vide mail dated since I was told during the purchase of plan that the services can be availed pan India anywhere since I have transferable job. The same request is still pending and I haven't received any concrete official confirmation and approval for request transfer of my present city Chandigarh from Kohat Enclave VLCC centre. Further they aren't replying on mail not any concrete answer is given in phone.
Kindly address and resolve the issue ASAP or refund my money in my account.

Hi Sir,

I enrolled with VLCC (New Friends Colony) for laser hair removal (5 sessions) and hydra facial (2 sessions). I had paid 45k for my treatment already.

But just after 2 sessions of laser, their team has stopped responding to may calls /msgs. Thereafter I called customer care and complaint about the issue, where they informed that branch is closed for renovations and will be open after few months. I can request them to change my branch on email.

I had sent them several emails as well but no response is received. This is becoming harassing for me as a customer. My treatment is pending, they did not bothered to inform me in-advance to check which branch they can change for me, my money is stuck as well.

This is a complete fraud and harassment towards customers and I need my amount refund . I cannot trust a organisation who doesn't even bothered about existing patients.

I have registered for a full-body laser package at Vlcc, Pitampura centre.
After my relocation to Hyderabad, the same has been moved to the Secunderabad branch which is now closed. Hence, I am not able to avail the services anymore and it's really troublesome. Not getting any resolution after exchanging so many calls. I requested to move my package back to the Pitampura branch but it didn't happen even after repeated follow-ups.

I am now not able to avail any service and they keep saying they are not able to fetch my details.

Not able to give laser saying machine is not available . I paid all amounts employee and manger r completely unprofessional negligence on high level.

I took full body laser package from them in 2020 for me and my husband with the condition that it will be transferred after 4-5 sessions to any outlet in india.
Now they are not ready to give sessions nor they are willing to transfer them.
They are not even returning the money
Can you look into the matter.

I joined vlcc palam vihar in 2020. And due to lock down in between and also due to my office timing I could not visit for sometime. These people are good to you untill you are taking their services back to back and paying them money. Once you have paid the they won't give you appointment when you ask them and give excuses that they are short staffed or take appointment next time or next week. This is vlcc I am talking about being handled by rupali and her managers kitty priti and sunita. I couldn't come fr sometimes due to lock down and sunita threatened me that they will cancel all my services taken for lakhs of rupees if I don't pay them gst or take any new service.i want to lodge a formal complaint about it and they are torturing their clients mentally and financially. They don't even respect their own staff and shout at them in front of every one

My wife, Sweety Singh, got waxing done from VLCC Dwarka Sector 12-A, New Delhi on 11 June 2022, and the outcome of the waxing is in the photos below.

She is pregnant and has to suffer these burn injuries because of the careless and utter disregard to empathy by the VLCC staff.

9 Months Back I have enrolled to a weight loss program in VLCC, sector 15 branch gurgaon in which i have paid Rs.10000.00 for the program through BOi debit card also in addition to that the center head Mrs. Kriti have asked to pay additional 3000rs + 500 That too i paid to her through GPay. In total I have paid Rs.13500. But after a week of program i have not satisfied and having problem with abdomen pain, Swellings in abdomen and dis-entry. I have stopped attend the program and i have asked for the refund. but till date there is no response from their side and initiate taken. they are telling we cant refund the money.

You please kindly look into this and do the needful to get back my money.

Had joined vlcc thru their sales girl Jayshree Udaykumar for weight loss program along with my wife and paid hefty amount. After few days centre closed down and they forced us to go to remote centre and there no promised treatment was given such as lipo and detox. Nobody is there to here our complain no male technician to attend and approaching all higher officials they stopped taking my calls and entire money we paid for myself and my wife is lost. Jayshree Udaykumar stopped taking our calls and on meeting personally she is just ignoring us and asking us to take to the company call centre.

I am saylee pawar. I have taken laser hair removal package at VLCC vadodra rececourse branch. When I took this package Meena was working there and after negotiating she was agreed to give me 8 full body sessions in 40k. She asked me to pay full payment in one time. And i paid full amount before taking session. When I took my first session, they gave me my file to sign on it and i saw they have written 7 session on my file. So I asked them about it, so receptionist said that she will talk to manager and get back to me. When I went for my 2bd session sapna who did my laser session and recentionist confirmed that I will get 8 session but on file it will remain 7 only as 8th season will be complimentary from their side. On 3rd may I went to take my 7th session and branch manager Radha said that that was my last session . And they will not give me 8th session. When I said this is cheating with me as at the time of payment they promised me 8 sessions and now you are giving me 7 sessions only she said that she can't help me as the staff has been changed and they are not robbing me. As they already have given me 7 sessions.

They asked me to pay full payment before taking the service and now they are denying me to give full service.

Even they do not have Dr to do servicea. While booking they clearly told me that laser expert will do your service but lase treatment was done by sapna who is just beautician and not laser expert. Dr was never there to check my hair growth or to keep an eye on my treatment. Hair growth checked by manager Radha only and she only give consultantation. When I book my session Meena checked my hair growth and told me that 8 sessions will be sufficient and i will be getting 95% hair reduction but even after my 7 sessions it's not even 50% reduce.
There service is pathetic. No hygiene maintenan at all. During the session sapna used to go our several time. No proper shaving before session. And i got so many dark spots because of her carelessness.

This is clearly cheating with me. I want you to take action against this and provide me my full service or full refund...and when I say full service i mean 95% of hair reduction.
Please take action against it.
