Preet vihar center manager minakshi's altitude towards clients is not nice. No staff is there in vlcc dress and lower working staff who give therapies to clients is not properly trained and educated they advice to client their own personl services like massage and their charges for home and in centers they are talking about their incentives to clients. Apart from this no one is there on reception to recieve the client they make groups in rooms and chat togher no one tk cr of clients updates. They change appointments according to their covinience.

My wife enrolled for vlcc slimming course in december 2018 through their dwarka branch and we took the bajaj emi option.in the next quarter due to an unfortunate incident, the centre was closed and we were given the only option to visit another branch (Approx. 12-15kms) to continue availing the services. We expressed our limitation due to travel time involved and since then we have been fighting for a refund. Overcall they agreed to adjust the pending amount of 28000/- against beauty services and also agreed to provide complementary services of rs5000/-, but the team has not responded over the mail. We tried calling them and chasing them over the call and mail respectively but all in vain. We are looking for a full refund along with compensation for delay and harassment.

This is akanksha agrawal and i took laser hair reduction sessions in vlcc indiranagar, bangalore. My package contains 8 + 2 (Complimentary sessions), full body and half face. During these difficult times, i came back to my hometown which is in ranchi. And i contacted vlcc indiranagar to transfer my sessions to vlcc kanke :
1. It’s been more than a week that i have been calling them (Vlcc indiranagar) and they are not responding to my calls always (Rather create miscommunication) neither they are giving any dates by when my sessions will be transferred. Later they told me that, they have send the details to the person named - llyod. He has initiated the process but this will take some time (Around a month) so they will arrange one session for a time being, by the time all sessions will get transferred. (Which is expected by end of sep)
3. Moreover, they are making excuses that complimentary sessions won’t get transferred, but i could avail them anytime i come to bangalore, which was again not communicated to me earlier while i took the package. I understood that and asked them to keep those complimentary sessions with them and if in case i visits bangalore in march 2021, i’ll avail atleast one of my complimentary session.
4. Today, that is 7th sep, 2020, got a call from vlcc, indiranagar, that my package couldn't be transferred to kanke road. (Being only a franchise and not a centre).

I feel cheated. They are not answering to my e-mails

I got my hairs globally coloured on 25th of August at VLCC Sambalpur, Odisha. Before 25th for the last 3 days I had been continuously instructing the desk operators to colour my hair in a darker shade and not very light blonde hairs. I already had coloured hairs but since my hairs were last coloured 1 1/2 years ago I decided to go for global hair colour again. Vlcc I believed was a trusted name but the results turned out to be completely different. Despite of instructing since 3 days for a dark shade ie close to brown they coloured my hair into the lightest yellowish blonde hairs. When I saw the results and complained immediately they were not ready to accept their mistake and argued continuously for 1 hours ( already they kept me sitting there since 10:45-3:30, made me skip my lunch)
Next day when we went back there, none of them were ready to accept their mistake even after an argument of 1 hour. The stylist that did my hair, did the job extremely unskilledfuly. My haircut is spoiled and the colour looks horrible. Each strand of hair has a different colour (some are darker, some are very light) and the overall colour is exactly what I didn’t want. They’re continuously forcing us to get the upper hairs ( near scalp) coloured dark by the same hair dresser. I won’t be able to do that, after what he had done to my hair. Since Tuesday I’m not meeting anyone neither stepping out at all . This hair colour and cut has traumatised me a level that I wear a scarf throughout the entire day. For haircut, my hairs will regrow and I’ll get it done but what about hair colour? I request you to refund the sum that we’ve paid excluding the product charge if you wish. Kindly refund so that I can get it re coloured in some other place.
Also, they’ve said they’ll contact someone from outside to re do the hairs but there’ve been no response since last 2 days. I may attach the picture if you respond to it . Please help.​

Your two centres i.e. In vikhroli powai where i had take 6 sessions of laser treatment with approximately 45000rs and the other center i.e. In andheri east Mahakali Caves there i took 25000 rs worth family card and 10000 for chemical peels now both the centers are closed i suppose nobody answers the call i dales the Chembur branch they said they can't do the service in their centers asked me to contact Andheri east branch only i even asked for the number she said Google it.. Nobody answered the calls.. So i contacted bandra west branch there the lady told me i can't avail service there also she said she will ask chembur center she took my number and nobody called.. What am i suppose to do when u guys wanted me to enroll for the services u guys used to call so many times and now when i have paid the amount this is how u treat.. I want my refund.. Don't want to continue any further.

So I am from varanasi and I went to Vlcc wellness center in gandginagar colomy Varanasi for my acne treatment. They analysed ma skin and said that I have dandruff and this is due to dandruf[censored]r acnes are coming so they prepared a package of 45, 706 amount on 27july 2020 and said my acne will be cured. I started my session for treatment from 1july 2020. There was no effect of the treatment on ma face and no visible results of the treatment and its been 1 month of the treatment, instead my face became more worse and more acne started to come out. They took another 20, 000 for some vodoo peel but no effect. I discontinued my treatment as it showed no results and went to claim my money back but they denies to do so. I am attaching the receipt which i paid online from phonep app. I want all my money back ie 65706 as they cheated on me very badly and also worsen my face condition.i hope to seek help from you .

I tried reaching out to the customer care of vlcc but since i was unable to so writing this as a request to kindly approve my kyc which is send of my pf account . Uan number is[protected]

Good afternoon, my self subhashree, come from odisha, bbsr. I had concern my face for treatment under ur company, but not any development on my face and face many problem regar payment

Dear sir / madam,

I have registered for two services (hair service and facial service) in VLCC Bhubaneswar Patia in February 2020, but now I don't want to continue that service and I want to cancel it. For that a huge amount loan is disbursed from Axis bank debit card every month and EMI is deducted from my savings account (Rs4945.97 & Rs3629.01) without taking any service. From April 2020, I did not take services and asked for a refund. During this Covid19 situation, it’s a risk to continue with the services. So, I have requested to refund. I tried calling VLCC customer care, they are talking but not resolving any issues. I reached out over call to the branch, but they are not responding my queries. They are only asking to talk to manager. But the manager is not reachable ever. Moreover, VLCC team is saying that my validity period will be completed, and I won't be able to take the services. My money will be gone. How is it possible to go to VLCC and take up the services during this Covid19 situation?

Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I have opted for weight loss program with vlcc kandivali branch mumbai in march 20, however due to lockdown i never got enrolled and it july still the situation is not under control atleast in kandiwali. Also am facing issue salary wise i am only sole earner and my father is having high level asthma which makes it immposible for currently to go for this course hence am asking for refund but they are not responding. Hi, i am continususly going to vlcc hrbr for more than two year and waste my time and money. No services are uptomark. After treatment i got more pimples and not satisfied with any services. I pay more than one lakh but not get anything. I want my money back plus compensation for time and travelling. They promised all problms are solved within 6 months. But nothing happens. Everytime there staff changes.

This complaint is showing resolved but it is not resolved till now.

I asked for a transfer of my vlcc laser services to other branch, but vlcc is not helping me in doing so though i called to customer care and the branch that i opted for lasrer services.

I went for a head to toe package at vlcc which is for 1599 rupees inclusive of tax but when I was paying amount the person said taxes are extra and took 300 extra from me but the total bill amount is 1599 in the e-bill

I have booked 2 facial from vlccc himyat nagar branch but there saying we have not received it

I have not used any benefit of this vlcc family card. I just want my refund back.

I am a student, preparing for mba exams. On 15th feb 2020, i called to inquire about weight loss plans from vlcc, which was next to my mba coaching. Mrs. Pooja talwar attended me, and asked me to come to centre to discuss, where she started telling me why i must join vlcc, citing great weight loss examples, claiming we guarantee you 12kg wt. Loss in 100 days along with our alternate day sessions and therapies, all you need to do is follow a diet chart we prescribe, and daily 20 minute walking twice a day will be sufficient. She gave me false hopes that you don't need to go to any gym and workout for 2-3 hrs to lose weight, just walk 20 min twice a day and give 1 hour here, you will lose 12kgs easily, we understand you are a student and don't have all day for all this. But neither did she mention exactly what they do in their sessions and therapies, nor did she mention about the no-refund policy of vlcc in case i end up unsatisfied, with no results or decide to opt out at any point after paying for this package at vlcc. Had she told me about this no-refund policy, my decision should have surely been very different. Instead she kept influencing me by telling me about various offers applicable for me, and how vlcc is better than gym and so on. Each time i questioned will i need to workout before or after coming to vlcc, she kept telling me daily 20min walking walking twice a day is sufficient, and after my multiple enquiries, she mentioned i can cycle here if i want, for 30 min before sessions if i want more physical activity and warmup my body for faster results. Through all these peppy talks, she lured me into buying a hefty package of rs. 56, 640 that same day (Down payment = rs. 10, 000, remaining rs. 46, 640 via emi through liquiloans pvt. Ltd. Under my cousin brother's name utkarsh mani tripathi)

When i started coming from 17th feb 2020, on alternate days, i came to know their session involves putting a vibrator machine on a body part for 45 min. I was regular, started following the diet chart and 20min walking routine as they prescribed me, also cycled everytime i came for sessions for 30-40 min to activate my body for wt. Loss, before my sessions. After 4-5 sessions, i was not seeing any change in my bmi or weight, but after each session, when they noted my wt., they used to reduced it on their own by 100-200 gm saying you have drink water hence wt. Loss is not showing, don't worry your wt. Will move and so on. I complained each time, they always doubted my diet plan, kept changing things from my routine, and later asked me walk for 45min twice a day, run for 1 hour daily and whatnot, i ended up working out 2 hrs in morning, 2 hr in evening along with around 2hr in noon wasted at vlcc (Due to which i had to miss my afternoon meals). I felt like stupid, my whole day used to get lost in all this, i ended up with zero time for my studies. This is not what i came for at vlcc, who in beginning said we will save your time we know you are a student. Still i kept doing all this each day, to see some good results, but still no wt. Loss. Their whole staff started pressurizing me and made me buy vlcc products like garcinia tablets, slimmers honey etc. From them, claiming it is necessary to see results and made me waste a lot more money from my pocket, on their over-expensive diet plans which kept changing every time (All this was not told in the beginning, they had said package cost is all they will need).in the end, still seeing no results from their vlcc services, i ended up joining a gym along with vlcc (To workout better in the evenings) and almost 7-8 hrs each day started getting wasted in all this chaos and still there was no result at all from vlcc services. I complained them, they used to say once 1.5-2kg gets reduced, we can start therapies (I had no clue what this therapy is, they charge rs.[protected] for each therapy) but after 8-10 result-less sessions only, with less than 200gm total wt. Loss, mrs. Pooja called me on 3rd march 2020 and without my permission, started my therapies alongwith sessions.in their so called over-expensive therapy, all they do is massage you with some oil on a small area of body for 30 min, followed by 30 min waiting, stating let the oil work on your body before you can start your session. I felt like an # who paid for all this nonsense therapies, and they had never told me they do all this in the name of therapy. From 6th march, she even asked me to come for 1 hr session now, everyday, still i beard by vlcc and did everything as they said. They also kept asking me again and again to not drink water, otherwise weight loss for today will not show up. What nonsense! Also, all the time they kept promoting their offers, products and beauty cosmetic services as if i'm some ambani.

All my time started getting wasted, my daily routine was totally # up, my 8-9 hrs approx went into morning workout, then vlcc therapy+session then evening workout at gym alongwith so much travelling (Since vlcc is about 20km from my home). This is not what i was told i will have to do for seeing results from vlcc. They in starting used to say their methods are proven, with minimal workout you will lose 12kg in 100 days, no need for gym etc. But this is what they actually made me do after i joined. They took my money by straight-away lying to me, simply harassed me and i was neither losing any weight, nor was able to study or eat or sleep properly. They literally tortured me to prove fault is in me and that your wt. Is stubborn, but never accepted ineffectiveness of their services. Still i stayed hopeful, doing eveything they said to do, to get some result atleast.

After 3 therapies and 15 sessions in total (Around 10% of total package services), i literally had zero weight loss and the last i went to vlcc was around 13-14 march 2020 (After 3 days holi holidays there). Soon the centre closed down due to lockdown. Seeing no results, and after such pathetic experience and after almost daily complaints yet no support from vlcc centre staff, with 90-95% services still unavailed, i decided to ask for refund stating my non-satisfaction from vlcc services to mrs. Pooja but she started making excuses to wait till lockdown ends, saying we will see your file and then we will discuss. I kept telling her you lied to me from beginning, all this effort and no result, why will i come again to vlcc, i just need my refund, to which connected me to allahabad centre head mrs. Swati who said similar things and made excuses of lockdown to make me wait.

After being harassed for about 1 month in name of lockdown and so called "my diary they have in the closed office", since i was not able to contact vlcc customer care on call due to lockdown, i had to email them asking for refund. After my many emails, i got a call from mrs. Nidhi kapoor, who was least interested in talking to me and knowing my problems, and told me i must not have followed things as per their guidelines, that's why no result. She too asked me to wait till she calls back once they collect my info internally. But she never called me back. Instead mrs. Swati from allahabad centre called me after some days, stating mrs. Nidhi has asked to tell me vlcc does not have refund policy, i can exchange my plan with a relative or have option of changing services with products.

Again i emailed them that vlcc never told me about such no-refund policy ever before, to which they mailed me "since you already know now we have no refund policy, we can give you these many offers as our token of gesture, but cannot refund money." i mean after so many excuses, after stalling me for months in name of lockdown and "my file in their office" and "internal enquiry" they finally tell me no-refund policy (Once they got to know i had zero wt loss in reality from their staff).

I have been harassed both mentally, physically and financially by vlcc. I have a recording from 8th may 2020, where mrs. Pooja talwar, staff vlcc allahabad shamelessly confesses "she did not know i will come asking for refund in future, hence she did not mention no-refund policy when i came first to talk to her at vlcc centre." they fooled me, cheated me, robbed me, and now when 90% services are still unavailed, when i ask for refund, they are not even returning me my money, instead asking me to compromise.

I did all that was possible, followed everything they asked me to do, still when i saw no results, they had no right to keep me stalling and making excuses for 2 months like this. I am a customer who came to them for weight loss, they took all my time from me, so much money from me, and nothing in return. I am totally depressed and in a lot of stress due to all this vlcc is doing to me.

I want to file a legal notice of complaint against vlcc who who misguided me with happy-happy things in start and misleaded me into buying such a hefty package, deliberately hid crucial information regarding refund policy and money-back guarantee policies at time of enrollment, and harassed me in all ways possible with zero results and save my money from going in drain. Please help me get my complete money (Rs. 56, 640/-) back from such parasites, since my brother utkarsh is still paying monthly emis for this, for next 9-10 more months.

I have multiple call recordings where vlcc staff is accepting they forgot to mention no refund policy, and where they keep saying wait till we see your file and so on, but i'm not seeing option to share here. Please contact me so i can share all that as well.
