Dear vlcc administration,
This is manasa madhusudan, i have been associated with your worli, mumbai branch for few treatments and beauty sessions for quiet sometime now.
Last year, i was convinced by your organisation to take up cool sculpting as a treatment to reduce fat around my waist in the month of july.
I was given one session and after several mld sessions etc i did not seem to get any result inspite of not gaining any weight. I repeatedly complained to the management at the clinic at the lack of results even after a period of 7 months post the first session.
In the month of march i was given the second round of cool sculpting session, again there were no results of even less than half a centimetre at the affected area, all this while i was parellely being informed by few in the clinic that premium thermo slim would be better treatment for spot fat reduction.
While i was pursuing the clinic for results they continued to perform non result bearing mld sessions. At the same time, senior doctor, sheetal, the manager and the visiting senior delhi doctor came to me with costs for premium thermo slim package, i was astounded and i have following questions to an organisation who is supposed to have some ethics and responsibilities towards large amounts of customer's money billed-
1. Why was i given a second round of cool sculpting, when the first one was not result bearing?
2. If premium thermo slim is a better fitment, than why was i not recommended this treatment in the month on march or before?
3. Why was i harassed with repeated zero result bearing sessions for hours together plus the follow up mld sessions for which i had to commute repeatedly with no results, twice?
4. Is your organisation not responsible for results against customer's being billed lakhs and lakhs, these extracted in the name of new treatments?
5. I have been associated with your clinic from 2006, billing the clinic for various beauty treatments, laser etc etc
6. Clinic, i realise does not have complete record of customer details and i have made these observations to the clinic... Which is really surprising!
As an organisation you have a brand name and virtue to withhold, kindly respond with the right kind of treatment against the money paid from my end along with the trust in you.
