I, sarnasree saha a member of vlcc shakespeare sarani kolkata would like to bring into your notice that i was threatened at the vlcc shakespeare sarani premises by the manager mrs. Anupama gowli and the staff members namely, manju, lopamudra ghoshdashtidar and around 20 others on 30th july 2019. I was threatened to not enter the premises of the centre or else i would be beaten up by the management and their staff following a trivial matter of lowering the volume of the music being played in the gym the previous day. Later on, as i reached the centre and tried entering the premises i was warned by other clients who were leaving the centre to not enter the gym as the management was hatching a plot to beat me up. As a women, i felt very unsafe where my modesty could be outraged. There were other clients who witnessed such an inhumane and disgraceful act of plotting against me. My question to the concerned authority is that where is the security of a woman? Doesn't vlcc look after the security and modesty of a woman? Is vlcc nurturing criminals like mrs. Anupama gowli and her accomplices? I appeal to the concerned authority to take stern actions against the people involved and provide me with justice or else i would have to lodge an fir at the local police station against the whole of vlcc and drag them to court where i am sure that justice would be meted out to me.

On 16th of July I tried to order multiple items on through Myntra online app but due to network issue my order didn’t get placed and my money of total Rs22885 was deducted from my account, and when I complaint about these to Myntra customer champione they said that they have refunded me the money and within7 to 10 days it will reflect on my account but today is 31st of July and the money is still not deposited in my account Myntra customer care are just postponing my date by telling me wait for 24 hours.. I am telling this Myntra is the real cheat my order was not even placed and they have deducted my money from my account and now not even returning back...so guys don’t ever shop from this aap they are real cheaters..

    Hi,

    I, sarnasree saha, a member of vlcc, shakespeare sarani, kolkata would like to bring into your notice an untoward and unfortunate incident that took place at your shakespeare sarani centre in kolkata on the 29th of july 2019. I am writing this email to bring into your notice that mrs. Anupama gowli, supposedly the manager of the centre, who misbehaved with me in front of the whole gym staff and all the other clients present there and instructed the trainer by shouting on top of her voice in a language like to throw me out of the gym and threatened to cancel my membership at the gym over a trivial matter of reducing the volume of the music being played in the gym. The music was playing at an unbearable level which was not soothing to my ears. The manager took the matter in her own hands and stormed into the gym and lashed out at me in the most filthy and uncouth manner for lowering the volume of the music to which i, as woman felt very embarrassing in the presence of other customers which included male customers as well and burst into tears. I was astonished at such a shocking behaviour from a manager of a well reputed company like that of vlcc. And not only this time every time it is only this lady who misbehaves with me and every other person like she owns the company and has no manners to behave with clients. This utmost nonsense and misbehaviour of that lady “anupama [protected]@ won’t be taken any longer.
    Moreover, mrs. Anupama gowli doesn't pay any attention to the upkeep and the maintenance of the gym despite numerous complaints regarding the damaged and broken equipments. The gym is in a deplorable state with accidents taking place every now and then and leaving the clients injured, which could turn fatal if not attended at the earliest. I too have been a victim of such an accident where my lower back was hurt and i am under medication for that.
    I earnestly request you to take stern action against such practices for the safety of women in the centre and also the safety of the health of the clients using the equipments. Would request you to take strict action again this lady asap or else i would be reluctantly compelled to lodge a fir at local police station which could be detrimental to the brand name like that of vlcc.

      Sessions are not confirmed after calling and slimming is a total waste we people have to keep waiting with the apron and to check weight particular staff keeps chatting with their staffs in the pantry. No proper response and ignorance. First time when we asked for the refund they compromised and gave 1 week of proper call for the sessions then again they started. We want the money refund or else it will be taken legally.

        D manager of vlcc, himayat nagar liberty branch, ms swapna, grabbed rs 33000/- by emotional blackmailing in d name of double chin treatment, in this connection she promised for a hifu treatment with an assurance that my chin (Whichcwas already not much profound) willl be removed wirh that treatment. Further she refused to give complete treatment and refused for returning back my money.. And blocked my number also. Strict disciplinary action...

        Hii, this is to inform u that, vlcc himayat nagar liberty branch, ms swapna, d manager grabbed from me rs 33000/- in d name of double chin treatment, assuring that it will be permanently removed by hifu treatment. But afterwards, she has not given complete treatment, and no improvement has been seen and she refused to give complete treatment and refused to return back my money also... Kinđly beware of such fraudulent and necessary steps should b taken against such cheaters. Even customer service petsonnals r also lazy in this concern.

          I have spent lot of money for hair treatment whatever they say all are false and making public loosing money by investing.. My hair threading done in november till now single hair follicle also didn't come and moreover loosing more hair.. I have lost 60000.. Need compensation now for their false promises and forced me to pay through bajaj finance.. I told i have financial problem because of force and told fake promises they made me undergo financial crisis.. I have spent on credit card initial 12000 i have lost that also. Please take my complaint this happened in vlcc siripuram visakhapatnam.. I have called several times to manager and staff no response and intiially for their sales closure they are back ofme till they reach their target..

            Hi,

            My name is lakshmi priyanka from hyd. I visited vlcc sainikpuri branch for weight loss treatment and this is not the first time i'm taking the treatment. I'm existing client from many years n my family members also takes weight loss treatment in the sainikpuri branch.

            When i visited in 2017 again for advanced weight loss treatment and i have invested 50, 000 /- this time but after taking few sessions. Suddenly my dad expired and i was so depressed that i couldn't continue the treatment hence i informed to the staff i wont be able to come for the session because i lost my father.

            After coming out from that disaster when i visited to continue my pending sessions. They informed me that my package is expired and i need renew it again vch i need to invest 60% of my previous package.

            I was shocked to know this. As an existing client i requested them to drop a mail to corporate with a request regarding my issue because i'm not in a position to invest again for the treatment. But they denied to put a mail to concern person at head office. They are just spoiling the brand name n clients trust.

            I request you to help me in this regard.

              Sorry to say but it's been a pathetic journey of ours with vlcc chandigarh.

              This mail is regarding request to transfer the full body laser treatment of my wife from chandigarh branch to sambalpur branch. As she is married and has permanently shifted.

              We had opted for full body laser treatment in chandigarh vlcc for rs. 50000/- with facial package in the month of dec, 2018. The treatment had to be for 6 months so before signing in for the services we had explained the representative yasha varma that we are getting married so will be able to take aonly 3 months treatment here, so they sggested taht the package can be transferred to the nearest vlcc branch. So i informed that we have vlcc in sambalpur. So they said it will be transferred so we went with the package.

              3 months treatment was taken in sambalpur which again had a bad service and communication issue. Any how after marraige by the end of march we asked for the transfer of services which again was not that smooth they kept giving some or the other excuses and finally the package was transferred to sambalpur branch in june, 19. And ow when we called sambalpur branch for appointment, first they had no idea about the transfer and and then they informed that they do not provide full body leaser treatment. Smabalpur branch says vlcc chandigarh should have checked with them before transferring the package and now vlcc chandigarh is saying cant do anything about it.

              I have been going through this mental torture since april and still i dont know what is to be done. And when i ask for refund of the remaining amount chandigarh branch says we have transferred the package so talk to sambalpur branch.

              Had written to [protected]@vlccwellness.com but no responce from them too.

              Please help me to get out of this trap.

                I have done a pumpkin peel from vlcc magarpatta branch which is of no use. They will take before and after photos for proof that your skin is improved but it is fake they apply filter in the after photo. I also checked the actual cost of pumpkin peel which is 7500 but they charged me 10690. They will also manipulate you to take packages and show lots of benefits and offers in that package but it is just a scam and business they are doing for there good. They will never provide service you want they will always manipulate you somehow that this is not good go for this treatment which is a higher cost treatment. This is how they are doing business with the name of brand.

                  The store manager at HSR Layout branch convinced us to take up the bridal package worth 63000 on Bajaj finance EMI and promised us that she would refund if we are not satisfied with the service. We did not find any value for money after the service and we were looking like jokers on our wedding because of the horrible makeup. The EMI of rupees 6300 is still getting deducted every month from my account and it’s a huge burden for no result. We demand a refund for the same. Please advise and also I can send a photo of my wedding day for your reference. Please consider this and act quickly.

                    Dear vlcc administration,

                    This is manasa madhusudan, i have been associated with your worli, mumbai branch for few treatments and beauty sessions for quiet sometime now.

                    Last year, i was convinced by your organisation to take up cool sculpting as a treatment to reduce fat around my waist in the month of july.

                    I was given one session and after several mld sessions etc i did not seem to get any result inspite of not gaining any weight. I repeatedly complained to the management at the clinic at the lack of results even after a period of 7 months post the first session.

                    In the month of march i was given the second round of cool sculpting session, again there were no results of even less than half a centimetre at the affected area, all this while i was parellely being informed by few in the clinic that premium thermo slim would be better treatment for spot fat reduction.

                    While i was pursuing the clinic for results they continued to perform non result bearing mld sessions. At the same time, senior doctor, sheetal, the manager and the visiting senior delhi doctor came to me with costs for premium thermo slim package, i was astounded and i have following questions to an organisation who is supposed to have some ethics and responsibilities towards large amounts of customer's money billed-

                    1. Why was i given a second round of cool sculpting, when the first one was not result bearing?

                    2. If premium thermo slim is a better fitment, than why was i not recommended this treatment in the month on march or before?

                    3. Why was i harassed with repeated zero result bearing sessions for hours together plus the follow up mld sessions for which i had to commute repeatedly with no results, twice?

                    4. Is your organisation not responsible for results against customer's being billed lakhs and lakhs, these extracted in the name of new treatments?

                    5. I have been associated with your clinic from 2006, billing the clinic for various beauty treatments, laser etc etc

                    6. Clinic, i realise does not have complete record of customer details and i have made these observations to the clinic... Which is really surprising!

                    As an organisation you have a brand name and virtue to withhold, kindly respond with the right kind of treatment against the money paid from my end along with the trust in you.

                      I was doing a hair regrowth treatment in vlcc andheri east for my thinking hair n receding hairline as so i was told.. I did d treatment but didn't find any satisfactory results.. N on asking dey recommend hair transplant treatment worth 90k.. Lik dis 50 k i spent was jst an experiment.. If money was d nly thing dis was about rather den results den i wudnt hav done it in d first place.. But now i no n this was not expected from a brand who has his name innd market... Really disappointed

                        This is to inform you that i use to visit at 22, priya complex vlcc wellness where hair dresser javed use to put extensions and when last time i visited for extensions he advised me that he will visit at my home and will provide me the same services at home too. He charged ₹25, 000/- for that i had transfered the said amount to his bank account out of which 10, 000/₹ to his personal account, and rest ₹15, 000/- he came personally at home and collected the same amount for which i do have cctv footage of that transaction and till now he didn't give me any service and now when i am asking my refund he is refusing for the same. Please look into the matter as i have visited your parlor and it will ruined your image if your employees are cheating on you and de fame your organization.

                          I am working in g-1, balleshwar square, opp iskon temple, sarkhej - gandhinagar hwy, ahmedabad, gujarat this branch and they do not give me salary since last 3 months and even they worked me long hours.
                          I already talked with neelam ma’am again and again still she told me we will pay you but that day never comes.
                          I also talked with vishal sir regarding this issue and even he didn’t response properly.

                          Let me know as soon as possible the strict action which i need to do or i will go in court for this valid proof issues.

                            I paid rs. 2000 in advance for laser hair session and they said your session will be on 15 but when i reached there they denied and postponed it saying come on 22 but again they refused for treatment saying that machine is not available. As my parents asked me to dont take sessions now as salon is 100 km far from my house and i asked them for refund they are saying it is irrefundable and even they are not willing to give products of that amount. Even girl which registered me suman said i resigned from vlcc. Location of salon is kbc 19 lda colony near phoenix mall

                              I have been facing mental harassment and financial loss for past more than two months due to shutting down of vlcc dwarka sector 11 sector.

                              After multiple failed calls to the customer care it was informed that the center is under renovation cause it caught fire.

                              There was no communication or notification regarding the inconvenience due to renovation.

                              The center always had issues of ventilation which was reported to the management personally various times. However, no steps were taken. Fire hazard was totally ignored as well.

                              During my discussion with customer support executive and his manager on 14th june 2019, it was apprised that the dwarka vlcc center has been permanently closed.

                              This seems to be a huge fraud as multiple customers have their thousands and in case of slimming services/ packages in lakhs stuck due to closure of the center.

                              I am one of those customers and to my surprise vlcc being such a huge brand name failed to provide support and services or even proper response to the concerns raised. Most of my emails to the “[protected]@vlccwellness.com” have not been replied to. Even calls to customer care helpline were unattended multiple times. Or if someone attends the call, the standard response is same.

                              I have a family card (Which i bought on recommendation of vlcc staff) which has more than half of amount remaining and the validity is expiring as i cannot utilise it. Further, i have to spend additional amount on availing the services from different salons.

                              It has been suggested to go to janakpuri centre. However, going to janakpuri is not a feasible option for me due to distance and time constraints. I am a working professional and invested in family card only because it was convenient for me to got to centre. If i had any idea regarding the policies and fraudulent practices by vlcc, i would not have invested a single rupee.

                              Further, useless options o[censored]tilising the money in some other services/ products have been proposed. Which are again of no use to me.

                              I have also come across multiple complains of shutting down vlcc centre across india. This seems to be new fraudulent practices of snatching money from customers and running away.

                              Sadly, it leaves with no other option to take legal action against the fraudulent practices by vlcc.

                                On 2.2.2019 i enrolled for Weight loss services package with VLCC Dwarka Sector-11. I signed up for my package payment by financing through Bajaj Finserv. My patient Id: A1632258.
                                On 3.2.2019 i had my first consultation and received my diet plan.
                                on 9.2.2019 i received the second plan.
                                Despite it being 15 days, there was no progress in my weight loss and i asked to consult with their doctor/gynae. but i was told that she is only available on saturdays and that i would be contacted by the doctor for a discussion.
                                10 more days passed and nobody contacted me.
                                When i contacted the centre again, i was told to come visit the doctor on next saturday.
                                Meanwhile i was not prescribed any new diet and my progress was not monitored.
                                Subsequently on 9.3.2019 the said Gynae/doctor consultation happened and i was prescribed three medical tests.
                                i got the same done and submitted reports the next weekend.
                                But my reports were not checked for another 15 days.
                                i repeatedly contacted them but nobody listened to me.
                                then in April i received a message the centre is closed due to renovation and shall open soon. Its been two months since that but centre is closed. The manager of VLCC said she has quit job and cant help.
                                Nobody picks centre phones.
                                I have made written complaints vide emails on 18.05.2019, 25.5.2019 and 2.6.2019 but have no replies to my emails.
                                my instalments are cut regularly from Bajaj Finserv and i am losing out on my money. please help and return our full money : 30680 plus compensation (3000 charges of medical tests plus cost of harassment 10000) = 43680

                                  I had a facial service in VLCC Surat (L. P. Savani Branch). Which was 500/- + 18% GST. So they took 590/- and didn’t give me a bill. Second time I went there for Haircut. Which was 199/- + 18% GST. They took 235 and didn’t give me bill. I asked them to send me previous Facial Bill and current bill. But they refused to give me facial Bill by saying ITS NOT IN OUR RECORDS. And when I asked about haircut bill, again they told me to send it on my mobile in Half-Hour. (9th June 2019), I had a haircut, but still they never sent me any bill. By not generating bill, they are earning illegal income by saying GST.

                                    This complaint regarding not booking appointment every time by VLCV Indiranagar Bangalore. I booked my appointment by your site for head to toe package. I received call from your side on 18.06.2019 asking about the time of appointment at Vlcc Indiranagar Bangalore. Appointment was booked for Saturday between 2 to 3 P. M and I received message also. Now today I received call from Vlcc Indiranagar Bangalore stating that they are having booking for Saturday and Sunday and asking me to reschedule my appointment on any other working day. 1st of all I m working and getting time on weekends only and secondly I booked appointment on Tuesday which is well in advance for Saturday. Last month also same happened with me but I thought that since I booked appointment two days before Vlcc Indiranagar Bangalore may be booked. But this is second time and I don't appreciate your this type of response.

                                    From now onwards I m never going to VLCC any branch in Bangalore and told to all my known persons about the poor quality of customer service...

                                      Sir I booked botox service in vlcc with Dr tulla on 29/05/2019

                                      Vlcc charged 47200 rs for this service
                                      I told them clearly I hv to take this service before 27 June by dr Tulla only coz I will hv to go out of station to participate in the beauty pageant
                                      Vlcc staff commit me don't worry we will provide this service before 27 June by dr tulla
                                      But now they said, dr tulla was not available we cant give u this service before 27 June sorry
                                      I replied them plz refund my amount i[censored]r dr is not available .
                                      They said we fix ur appointment with dr XYz
                                      I told them I cant take botox service on my face by another dr I told u before make the payment clearly I hv to take this service by dr tulla only coz I cant take risk on my face
                                      Before making the payment they fixed my consultation with dr tulla
                                      After payment they said dr tulla is not available. U can take this service by XYZ
                                      I replied them I cant take botox service by other dr except dr tulla only if possible it's ok otherwise refund my amount
                                      They don't recv the call, no email, no msg about my refund
                                      I hv to go out station that's why I booked this service before 27 June
                                      Vlcc charged amount on client's fault
                                      But there is vlcc's fault they r not fulfill their commitment and waste client time also . I think compensation should be charged on them also on their fault
                                      So I want my money back, coz 47200 is huge amount and couldn't take service on time also
                                      I attached the screenshot of payment plz check and take action fast

                                      Today I recvd a call . He told me he is calling me on the behalf of vlcc
                                      No is [protected]
                                      When I checked the no on trucaller shows resolution
                                      He told me vlcc is refunding my amount
                                      Ask me card detail and cvv no
                                      I told him I cant give u cvv no sorry
                                      I can give u my a/c no u can refund on this account or u can reversed the transaction also
                                      He said ok thank you
                                      And disconnect the call
                                      Call recording is not supporting on this site otherwise I send u recording when he demanding cvv no .I hav sent u screenshot of call detail as a proof
                                      Plzz check
                                      And take action strongly plz

                                      think you people are least bother about customer's request, You people only need your business nothing else. What if the person who has taken your package i[censored]r doctor were not available at the time of service what consumer can do ?This is just to inform you that I want my money back coz I did not gave me service at time .You people are not going to solve any problem. I saw your reviews on different site as well there are also many complaint pending So you people don't have time solve that also what time you will to solve my problem. Better I only decide what I have to do. But please have some heart. Its really sound you people don't hv any refund policy .Then you people only know how to take money and that's it. Great you people enjoy your business. But ill ask all my contact not to use VLCC ever. Don't need any reply on this as you people have as many complaint.

                                      Notified is agreed but when there will be action on the work it is already been 4 week, You people never call and reply, I only have to call up and request but you people are not sure about the things only, hope the problem end up soon.

                                      On this site while notified they didn't give response and didn't take any action against the complaint
                                      It shows that they don't hv any fear of consumer forum
                                      Plzz take action strongly against them.
