I was repeatedly contacted on the phone by one Dr Manisha Lokre in Jan 2019 to avail of discounts on beauty treatments available at Vlcc. After much persuasion I visited the Malad West Branch and consulted her for getting better skin tone and tighter skin. She prescribed facials and peels to which I agreed as she had told me that she was transferred to this branch from another branch. I had no idea that she was new and had no knowledge of those newly introduced facials. I paid Rs40000/- and was started on the ericson facial. There were no results after the facial. I complained about the same to the Manager Jenny and told her I was extremely unhappy with the therapist . I was under the impression that the Dr would perform the treatment as it was specialized treatment. After this I was given a peel after 3 weeks. My skin became slightly darker after it but was sagging a lot. Then on 27.3.19 I was called for the caviar facial and the result of which was most distressing. My face turned black n my skin was sagging like crazy. I was put through much mental trauma and pain. I complained about it several times and decided to go no further with the treatment as it had done much damage to my face and mental state. I then contacted the Dr to complain to her regarding the wrong treatment prescribed/offered but she was very rude to me and told me she had nothing to do with my treatment as she left the centre before my treatment as she was unhappy there.
I have been asking for a refund if my hard-earned money as I have not availed to the services which I paid for and the 3 services given did more damage than good. Ms Jenny has been giving me a run around and today the centre head Mrs Harmeet Suri was very rude to me.
It's a shame that you take money from me, cause harm, destroy my mental peace and refuse to return my money.
I have written to ericson laboratories and will complain to Mumbai Police for all the harassment I went thru.

Took weight loss session few years back and couldn’t continue since i got pregnant immediately so i started calling them for the solution later and no one bothered to help me out. Sent n number of mails and calls to customer service people but no one replies me properly everytime they say u will receive a call shortly from the branch and nothing happened till now. And everytime i call this stupid customer service and i have to give the complete details again and again, they don’t even track anything from the mobile number. Such a useless system. Now it’s hightime can’t wait anymore i need my money back. I paid 20k it’s a very huge amount for me. Anyone can help me out on this?

I booked vlcc vanity for first time for a cleanup and pedicure. The staff brought broken black lofha and when i. Complaint to the customer care she said "i should have bought broken lofha and be done with the pedicure". The staff then promised me 300 discount on service, but when i. Contacted them they infirmed me that they csn only offer standard pedicure at discounted rates which i refused. After must discussion i booked chandan haldi facial and face bleach and then at the time of service the lady calls me and informs me that she doesn't have the kit for chandan haldi facial. During booking i had specifically asked for chandan haldi facial and was confirmed the availability now thus happened. Totally poor and pathetic service and unconcerned, unfriendly, rude staff.

On 28th march, i purchased a laser session online through official vlcc website (Paid through debit card) for full arms. I got the order confirmation after the payment. But, when i went to the faridabad vlcc centre for taking the laser session that i had paid for online.. Vlcc people said that they cannot provide me the laser session as they cannot see any billing done for the session when they check via my phone number or mail id. They told me that i should call customer support, as the payment was done online so the centre could not help in this regard. On calling customer care i was told to email the concern. So, i mailed my concern on the mail id they gave on 31st march as well as on 1st april again. And then another reminder again.. But got no response. Whenever i call customer care (For the past 15days or so) i get the same response everytime.. I am told i will get a call, but no one calls. This time when i called they said that i was given a call and that i did not pick up. As far as i remember i did not get any call.. And when i checked my phone i could not see any call from them in call details in my phone as well. They have not even cared to reply to any of my mails. I have made the payment of which the details they cannot find. Neither they are refunding my payment nor are they giving me the laser session that i paid for. And they are not responding to me regarding the same.. Now i donno what else to do and how long to wait.. I have the screenshot of message confirming the payment was a success with order id and transaction id. I also have payment details - deduction from my account to vlcc (In my bankpassbook details) please help in this matter.

My name is pooja desai i have paid for laser hair removal treatment in kandivali vlcc but everytime they are delaying treatment i don't know reason y their is no refund i[censored] don't want to do treatment n plus very bad customer service it's me who call and follow them every now n then but then also no response kaya is no 1 and beat then vlcc i want my refund

We are working with vlcc healthcare ltd when vijay lakra was hr (Year 2013). Then we worked with pallavi shukla - hr, then ginu nair, then uma sharma. Till then everything was going fine. Our payment terms was 90 days & we usually get payouts within 100-120 days.

From 2017 july onwards when shadab was hr manager we are facing terrible payments issues. No one in hr department or accounts is providing us correct information about...

Hi, this is sujatha.. I went to vlcc annanagar branch asking them to suggest a treatment for my frizzy dry hair.. They suggestedme to take up kerratin treatment.. I agreed to it and got it done.. I was told that the kerratin treatment would last for a maximum of 5 months..
Aftr they gave a first wash it was awesome.. Its been only 1 month since i took my kerratin infusion.. My hair almost looks like the hair before treatment. Wwn i went and asked them, the person concerned is telling me that it may vary from person to person and wont stay on a colored hair.. (I do colrinv only for grey coverage) i was wonderinng why dint she mention this before suggesting it.. I wasted rs.7500 on treatment and shampoo jus for a mth effect. Im also experiencing severe hair fall. I will not suggeat anyone to go there for the same.. Im v diappointed..

I had a Brazilian keratin treatment done, as per the review and money charged didn't get the results. Spent 6000+RS for the service. Furthermore the staff at reception area wasn't well mannered. They don't know how to value customers time. I will not recommend to anyone to go for the same treatment 🙄😏😖. Secondly the website price for the services was so misleading as compared to the actual price charged. M highly disappointed with VLCC

I bought two products(vlcc sandal cleansing milk and vlcc vitalift serum) from VLCC Institute in Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar-143001.but when i opened products at home.cleansing milk was 1/4 in bottle and anti aging serum bottle was all empty.when i visited at vlcc to complaint about this.The behaviour of staff was very unprofessional and way of talking was very cheap.To see their behaviour i requested them to refund my money back and gave their products back.they kept my products and dint give my refund.they noted down my number and said they will revert me within week.after few days i made a phone call to them but they spoke very harsh to me that "one week to hua nhi abi.wait kro"after saying that she cut the call.2day 1 week has passed but i dint get any call.Please help me to refund my money and initiate compensation for their bad behaviour and harrassment so that they never try to harras next person.

I got de tan facial from vlcc, mauji colony, jaipur.
They did use the cream properly, massage was not at all given.
The beautician was just manipulating me to go for her private services.
And criticism was made against the facial by her only.
My money was literally wasted.

They charged me ₹ 1180 for that.
I want my money back.
It was truly a way of fooling the customer.

Cheaters.
Vlcc people appear to be cheater to me after this.

I have joined vlcc in 2017 for weight loss & continuing by renewal of package at regular intervals. Last 3-4 months i was unable to go centre due to my job constraints that i have informed them time to time. Today i visited centre now they are telling that if you renew package then only old package will be revived neither it will be lapsed. One more thing they don't have any record of my last booked package either in system or manual folder.
Repeatedly counselors are getting changed & while booking package they tell something after booking their behaviour gets change. Most of the time centre was having only one male therapist due to that i have to return back without taking session. I want to tell that if you are following rules in very strict manner then please implement this for customer facility also.

I got a call from vlcc before some days the executive explained me that they have free consulting and free underarm trial session for me and i book an appointment for today but when i reached at vlcc center at vadodara they started arguing that they haven't called me by saying they don't even have my contact no. And were keep asking me for proof and started crosschecking asking me the no. I received call from and all as usual drama "i am saying this because this happened with me before also". And my sister had also faced the same problem at the same vlcc center that's why i decided to complain against it because every time they call us explaining different schemes and when we visit the center they don't have any information regarding such schemes or any contact details and even i agreed to pay for the service but they were charging me ₹200 for laser under arm trial session and that also only for one underarm only (As if it's a joke) for what my sister has paid ₹120 for both underarms, and my friend had paid ₹85+tax for the same. I want to know why your prices changes from one to other customers, and why the centers don't have any information regarding calls made to us by vlcc. And if really vlcc is not calling us then who are this "faltu" peoples who keep calling us by the name of vlcc and what are they getting doing such fake calls? And if they really are fake calls then how the centers have the same appointed time and date what we have given to that so called fake callers?

I visited vlcc’s hrbr layout branch 5 months back for a facial, the so called area head and the local representative tricked me into getting a package instead of facial and suggested a 7 sessions for 36k but on discount gave it for 25k. Once you pay the money their job is done in finding a bakra it’s not about customer service or extending their customised service. If you to follow up multiple times for booking and even for the bill you paid, leave alone the end result it’s just a waste of money better was to donate to a charity. The customer service and the expertise level of beauticians is below average. Please do not visit any vlcc branch, they are just waste of money.

I am talking from ahmedabad and have already done 4 seatings at sg highway branch
And everytime i call continually for 3-4 days for booking appointment and never got reply on time
This i have been calling since 18 of march for the appointment but till today i didn't get reply
Every time i get thesame reply
" this department is handled by bhavna she will call i have all the call details and everytime i call they note my number and name and again the same reply today it's 26 almost 9 days
Today morning i called again she noted my number and said dr nilam will talk to you i did not receive any call than again i have called now and again same reply
I have paid for better service otherwise there are lot many options available in ahmedabad but now my limits of toleration are over
I just need my money back i have paid the whole amount so the seatings i have completed you can deduct that amount and i need my remaining amount back

Dear sir/madam,
My name is xx (Exact name mentioned in email). I am from yy (Exact location mentioned in email). I visited vlcc, noida on 10th march 2019 and enquired about tummy slimming treatment. I was assisted by dr divya. After our discussions, she suggested to get lipo detox treatment. She at that time didn't ask for any of my medical condition that restricted the use of machine. No form was also filled. I made a payment of rs 31623 through debit card on same day. Before zero session started, then she enquired whether if i had any medical problem. The dietician was also present at that time along with us. Dr divya said, 'mai to apse puchi hi nahi ki apko koi medical issue to nahi hai' in front of the dietician. I replied that i have epilepsy problem. She then filled a form mentioning my medical problem. I was given massage in zero session. She informed she would consult the doctor about my medical condition and decide about use of machine. As the doctor was not available on that day, it was decided to visit in the next weekend.

I visited vlcc again on 16th march 2019 and discussed with doctor regarding my medical issue and she suggested that any appliances should not be used in my treatment and instead do g5 and massage only. I told dr divya that i was not comfortable by the treatment suggested due to my medical problem. I asked dr divya to get refund of my payment as treatment was not suitable to my medical condition. She assured that refund was not an issue but she asked me to come tomorrow for detailed discussion.

I also consulted my epilepsy doctor about my treatment and use of machine etc. He also advised me not to use any of these appliances. He suggested for normal exercise and diet control only.

On 17th march 2019, i again visited vlcc and talked to dr divya and another consultant about this and they suggested alternative therapy which i told that this was not acceptable.

I insisted them to return my payment back as my medical condition didn't permit and alternative treatment was not acceptable. Besides, my medical condition was not enquired before i made payment. Dr divya, on 16th march, clearly told that there would be no issue in returning my money back.

In view of above, it is kindly requested to return my payment of rs 31, 623 back which i paid for lipo detox treatment program on 10th march 2019 through my debit card.

Overall treatment for face skin just waste of money,
Also vlcc andheri east staff ms. Pratibha will give you fake commitment which is not at all possible,
After collecting payment from customer you wont get invoice & receipt,
Also they will never share details in writing... Everything they say on verbal basis.

Also your paid money non-refundable.

I will strongly recommend not to visit any vlcc... Due to such a false commitment.

Vlcc himayat nagar petsonnals have already taken 12, 500 from me to provide a double chin reduction treatment,. But after grabbing money, now they aren't giving me service for d same and asking me to wait for indefinite time. Kindly help me in this connection, as it has become very difficult to face such kind of cheating from d himayat nagar branch perfonnels and it's affiliated centres as well, including area managers also who aren't ready to return back my money nor providing me service for d same... Waiting for early response. Thanx

I have taken my laser package for 23, 000/- in december. And vlcc varanasi has told me they will do it on my skin (Acne prone) when i went for the first sitting in december end they said they cannot do on my skin as there are visible acne’s. Then i went again in january they did not do the laser. Then i went again in march that is 23rd march, i took the appointment on 22nd for my laser. When i visited them, they said our doc is not avaible and will come next month, they did laser on my half face, by their random untrained person not the doc. Why half face? And why not the doc? For this pathetic sevice i have not paid the money. They always have excuses, for not doing the treatment and behave un professionaly all the time. Even the centre manager is a big liar, she maniputlated me every single time! I am not satisfied with my first laser sitting + the services. Please refund my amount, or ask this centre to give better services. As this is getting intolerable for me now.

I had such a terrible experience getting my nail extension and eyelash extension done in vlcc anna nagar branch. The person who did my nails was so unprofessional. I was bleeding while she was filing my nails.. It was painful. I felt like she was doing it for the first time in her life. She handled my nails so roughly. And it looks so messy. There is no proper shape and even the nail polish wasn't applied properly. During my eyelash extension they didn't have proper glue. And even that was messed up. Never seen such an unprofessional salon in my life. And after everything they charged me a huge sum of money.

I have ordered products on vlcc personal care website 4 months back, but i still not received my products.

Also i bought two 1000 rupees gift vouchers for that i need to receive 6 separate discount coupons, but they delivered only three, out three only one coupon worked. Rest not working.

When i called the customer care they are not responding, asking me to send mail. But after sending mails no reply from them. They are fooling customers by giving fake offers i lost almost 2000 rupees. Cheating vlcc.
