I am a 60 year old lady living in Kharghar with husband and suffering from age related problems. I have taken package worth RS 25000/- in month of May 2019 for one year but they did not inform of closing then. Now your centre of Kharghar is closing and staff is not refunding my amount. Request help is getting my refund as I can't move to other centres due to health issues.
VLCC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I booked my appointment three days before and still the Allahabad salon rejected any claim. They sent me several reminders and on reaching there no services were provided.T hey told me that there was no ine available and there are many pre-booked appointments as if I had not made any appointment. The customer service number is also not working

    In VLCC hi-tech city branch Hyd, they offered me full body laser which will remove hair permanently. I paid around 30k for the services and in return I have got pimples on my face.
    My hair growth have increased with bad growth.

    When I tried complaining in VLCC through emails and manager conversations, they never help to resolve my query.

    I need to file a complaint against VLCC for fraud promises and cheating for money.

      I took slimming package in august 2018, from 100 ft road, amritsar, punjab. But, within few days, they closed the centre without informing and promised to open new center withing 2 months opposite Kumar International Hotel. Since, august, i waited till January, and gave all my installments of slimming package honestly without taking any service, on the faith that new center will be opened soon.
      But now its june 2019, no new centre open. Worst customer care. No one is ready to listen your complains.
      They took money and ran within 10 days without giving any services

        Hi, I got my hair straightening done in the end of Feb 2019, the straightening did not even last for two months. Now it seems my hairs have never got straightened. I need the refund of my money, . I showed to the salon but they said they can't do anything. I have used the products recommended by them to keep them straightened for longer time but is of no use.

          On 3.06.19, I took certain beauty services at VLCC
          Dak Bunglow, Patna and till date I have not received the e-bill either on my mail or via message for service amounting to Rs. 3064.
          Also, few months ago, I had booked an appointment using online VLCC portal at Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. Though I was unable to go there, somehow that account is being used to credit points for services which I have not even availed of. Meanwhile, the services which I avail at the Patna Centre are not bring credited to my account nor am I receiving the bills as stated in the above case. Please go through this and resolve the matter asap.

            Today i went to one of your valence centers which is in rudrapur 263153 city, in the name of the wellness center 405, where the honor's daughter talked with me in very wrong words and behaved very wrongly. Is this the way valenas please tell me the center. You started the wellness center to increase the behavior and modern power of the people, but such behavior will be done. Your expectation was not from the people in the center or in the hope that i had to be ashamed of a lot of people who did not tolerate me. Hope you will respond quickly to this thanks

            I have paid for weight loss INR 1 lakh on 29th apr 2018 and they promiss me 15 kg weight loss in 2 month but nothing happen till now. i want my money refund but they are not refunding it.

              I felt that the centre to be very unprofessional due to multiple reasons -
              1. I have paid 30k for acne treatment in navi mumbai kharghar center. I did not receive bill for the service so far.

              2. I feel that it is vlcc centre employees are very unprofessional and provide very poor service for the customes.
              3. Your service is not up to the mark. Even after having such exorbitant prices, i felt that vlcc is not maintaining its standard of having skilled doctors or center manager.
              I was repeatedly contacted on the phone by dr. Sardha and center manager to avail of discounts on acne treatments available at vlcc. After much persuasion i visited the navi mumbai kharghar center and consulted her for getting better skin tone and acne free skin. She prescribed facials and peels for 6 sessions, for which i agreed and paid rs. 30k. There were no results even after completing all 6 sessions and with extra expensive medicines.
              I complained about the same to the manager "kamya" and told her i'm very unhappy with the therapist dr. Sardha she is very unprofessional

              I was under the impression that the dr. Would perform the treatment as it was specialized treatment.

                I sent the following complaint to to vlcc on 14th may, 2019. I have not received any response from them and every time i call customer care i am given the standard "24-48 hours". I think it's time to post on public forum otherwise vlcc just doesn't care. Hopefully after this you do.

                I have taken a laser hair reduction package at vlcc hsr center, bangalore. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and would like a refund.

                Firstly, the person who was performing the treatmen (Miraj was his name i think) doesn't know anything about the laser treatment and i think i was the first ever client on whom he was performing the treatment. He didn't know anything about the settings of the machine, time and speed at which the machine is to be operated. Also he left out a lot of areas and didn't shave properly. I was not even given eye glasses during the treatment.

                I complained about the service at the center and asked to consult the dermatologist before taking any more sessions. Turns out that the doctor was on leave an some lady, named reena, posed as a doctor and said she was a dermatologist. This is totally unacceptable and illegal.

                I do not want to take any more sessions now and would like a refund!! Expect you to resolve this asap.

                  I had purchased - vlcc ayush men natural grooming for men moisturiser
                  - from lulu mall hypermarket
                  - yesterday (24/05/2019)
                  - when i opened the product for use today, the pack was not sealed and the content was all flowing out. Foundit to be totally unhygienic to use this product.
                  - i have the bill with me and the product also.
                  - it was total disappointment, because i had purchased the supposedly reputed company's product from a reputed stores and the this is what i got.
                  - i insist that the product be replaced at my door, there is no ways that i plan to visit the stores in the near future.
                  - i am eager to understand how you are going to address this dissatisfaction.

                    I had made an online enquiry in response to which someone from vlcc (Think vineeta was the name) called up, was talking fast like a robot, refusing to listen to me inspite of requesting. When i told her to mail me centre and timing details of my area so that i can visit, she said i have to make appointment on the spot and just finished the call and cut the phone.
                    It totally put me off and if you keep people like this to call your customers your business and reputation will diminish soon.

                      I have got keratin hair treatment on 30 april 2019 done the payment through bajaj and have charged me 11000 but the treatment which is done was not good and my hair i look as the same before and after the treatment and there is no proper response from vlcc guntur staff which is not even useful for the payment which i have done and totally dissatisfied with the work i have asked them many times regards this but they are not even responding properly

                        The authority of vlcc chowrasta, behala, w. B. Branch assured me to pay 60% amount of any package and they will pay 40% from my cash back amount acquired from my earlier package. But in reality after paying rs29500/- they give me a bill of rs 33000/-. On requesting explanation they gave nothing. Will you ready to explain the process of cheating or else i will go to consumer court? The person of contact from vlcc chowrasta branch is smt kanchan saha. She ake it a habit to give false promises in several cases.in my earlier package of rs 7.7 lakh though promised, but i did not get any offer of dubai tour, nor i got 33% cash back. Will you explain the details in black and white or else i have to resort the course of law

                          I recently listed myself for laser treatment in vlcc dwarka. After one month, i got a new that cvlcc dwarka center is burnt and it will take 2 months for renovation. Now they have asked all customer to visit either gurgaon branch or janakpuri brach.
                          I am a working professional and i only get time on the weekend for my lase therapy. However, it's almost impossible for me to travel janakpuri for the same and when asked for a convenient timing on the weekend, they have several reasons to deny. Why can't you quickly open a new place in dwarka? I am sure many people might be suffering because of the same.

                          I also bought a family card and they have suddenly closed down the Center. No response over emails or through customer care. Probably this is their way of earning money as I could see many centres have been shut down after taking money from the customers. I Will also complain on public forum and will take legal action if required.

                            In the morning session, one of the trainer strictly glued to only one member but he is reluctant to see others. When many members are present at the gym, that trainer is only pay attention to 3 to 4 particular members, associates of the special member, while he does not care about others. After reporting to the authority, they candidly made one of the member to a personal training package in may. But the system continues. If the activities of this particular trainer is observed throughout his tenure in the cctv footage then it will be crystal clear to you that something wrong is happening in the gym. And the management also does not care about it. They shake off their hands by making only one member to take personal training package. If the cctv footage is checked then it will be clear that the trainer is doing the same work after pt as he used to do with that member before pt. Thus it is clear signal of siphoning in respect of particular members depriving vlcc and also in other member's ete vlcc 's reputation is destroying.
                            Please go through the cctv footage before may and realise the truth. The trainer is kalyan dubey. I think he is backed by some authority in the centre. This trainer is habituated to help only some specific members, the reason known to the authority. If others member are doing exercise wrongly, ge does not care about it.
                            Due to the special attention of only 4 member in the morning session other members feel neglected and helpless.
                            So i request you to intervene in the matter and either stop this malpractice or engage more trainers in the gym

                            Today the gym is closed though the authority had notified earlier about the opening of the gym on 12/05/2019 to compensate it's closing from 01/05/2019 to 02/05/2019. Such is the lackadaisical attitude of the VLCC.
                            I received an offer in Facebook for hair spa for rs.699. The people from your customer service booked an appointment in Trivandrum vazhuthacaud branch. But they charged rs.942 for this . How come this possible. I need a explanation regarding this matter

                              Ii was in noida and i went to vlcc, i originally stay near preet asked them before taking package that they should transfer me to preet vihar branch they said no problem. I took the package and paid and asked them to book my appointments at preet vihar they kept forcing me to stay in noida sector 18 and when i told them that it is a long route and takes 1 hour of travelling they said it would be chargeable and will take few days etc. Now i am struggling with them. Such a simple thing to resolve but such a bad experience

                                This is regarding the awful experience i had at your malad center last week and the burn injuries that i suffered during my full body laser session.

                                I have taken a full body laser package at your malad center around february 2018, post which in a few months i was given to understand that i can get the sessions done only from 1st to 15th of the month as the laser machine in some other center had broken down & they needed to share the machine. This had been going on for months until i took the last session in february 2019.

                                Basis this info, i called up the malad center on 28th april & was told that the machine would be at the center from 1st of the next month. Hence i called the center on 4th to confirm the appointment. That is when i was given to understand that the machine would come only from the 15th of the month.

                                So basically i have paid rs 60000 & i have to call up over & over again for one appointment. Getting tired of this constant nonsense i insisted that i needed to speak to a senior post which i got the number of their manager ms. Sherry. She informed that she will arrange the machine for the same day appointment.

                                As promised by ms sherry, i got a call from the center informing me that the machine was arranged & i should come for an appointment at 3pm. The machine arrived some time after i reached there. It was a different machine from the one that was previously used for my sessions & clearly an older model. It was also extremely noisy and uncomfortable, but i thought to myself that it may be do its job fine and so i ignored the noise and the discomfort.

                                The laser treatment started & to my utter frustration the machine would go on a pause every alternate minute. The therapist informed me that i should alert her if i felt the heat of the machine. But to my good fortune, the machine was not hot & it did not burn the skin at all. However, once the gel was removed we were shocked to see that the skin was blistered & burnt. So clearly the burns were not from the heat but laser burns. My entire hand is burnt from back of the palm to my shoulder.

                                I would like to ask vlcc management as to why do you charge clients if you cannot give proper service. Why is substandard machinery being used on the customers. Who is responsible for the burns on my hand, which i am sure looking at its severity will leave burn marks on my unblemished skin. I will be seeing a burn specialist for these burns, who is responsible for the expense as each appointment is 3000 bucks. I hate the day on which i even thought of getting any treatment done from vlcc.

                                As a standard practice in all such cases, the blame is passed on to the therapist & the company gets away.in this case the therapist is an experienced one & someone who has been managing my sessions for last year. I have never had any questions about her efficiency and her expertise. To be fair to her, she took lots of efforts to minimize the burn pain.

                                I am thoroughly distressed with the kind of irresponsibility shown by vlcc management. I want a refund of the money paid for this laser treatment as i no more trust vlcc machinery. I may have to face bigger disaster if i trust them any further.

                                I am done with my association with vlcc.
                                I demand a full refund along with compensation for all the damage, trouble and trauma caused. Failing which i will be forced to contact the consumer court.

                                  I have visited vlcc hsr layout, bangalore on 28 april 2019. I felt an bad experience and untrustworthy people. Had kept my engagement ring in tray when asked by vlcc person laxmi who was waxing n due to my health issue i have leave the centre in the between of the session and i was hospitalised.in that moment i left my engagement ring in that tray only. While calling them to keep it safe they told we are not able to find it. We visited the centre also and there they told they didn’t find it and i asked them to check cctv footage they didn’t respond it. They told we didn’t found ring. I told them you lost ur customer trust and i will never visit your centre and their attitude was like ok. So unprofessional, less trustworthy.

                                  It’s a request please help me out in this case and help me in getting my engagement ring from them and take strict action against them. I will be highly obliged by your help.

                                    Hello, i had taken a laser hair reduction package at the magarpatta centre at vlcc in pune. Bill#pun0619p00000807
                                    I had a few burns (4-5) in the first session and ignored them however in the second session i encountered uncountable burns. On reporting this, i was aked to use momate cream which didn’t help at all. Thereafter i was asked to meet a dermat in koregaon park branch who totally wasted my time and effort in going to meet her.
                                    I travelled 17km to get there and she was checking images on the phone for diagnosis. I could have just spoken on the phone then. I had a second meeting with another doctor at the magarpatta center and she said that she had burn marks due to laser on her neck and they got light as time passed however she has some scars. I should have been told that this is an issue and i may get burnt, i would have never taken the service. I am not sure if these burn marks are going to vanish and i strongly feel, they will not. I purchased the same package for my sister, using my credit card. So technically that too is my package. She has not availed any service and would not like to proceed as she is not willing to take a risk. The burn marks look like chicken pox marks now. I do not wish to take any other service from vlcc as they damaged good skin and couldn't even fix what they inflicted, besides i don’t trust them. I demand a full refund so that i can get treated by a good skin specialist.
                                    Points to be noted: the laser performed at vlcc is done by girls hired from beauty parlours, they are given training for a few hours and perform the treatments. They don’t have any certifications to perform the procedure.

                                    The package was for Rs.59, 000 each hence the total amount is Rs.1, 18, 000 + compensation.

                                      This is to inform that i Mudit shrivastava was the employee or your organisation. During work i met with bushra naaz shahid (Dietician) at preet vihar then i moved to punjab for the job in same organisation and she already left the company vlcc being ex-colleague of same organisation she was in contact with mutually messages or calls. Once she misuse my personal massage and allegate on me. Although she was not the part of organisation.
                                      I expect from the organisation kindly remove this complaint from the internet which is harassing me mentally. I could not bear this pressure although i have not done anything intentionally wrong and already excused for the unintentional fault. Again i request that remove this complaint from the internet or from the company page.

Above complaint post by her not having any reality infact it is a pre plan to spoil my image.
                                      she misused massages and allegated on me. Although she was not the part of organisation. She planned to spoil my image, although I had conversation with her sister she told me to remove this post after talking to bushra after many apologies she misbehave with me and abused my friends
                                      I expect from the organisation kindly remove this complaint from the internet which is harassing me mentally. I could not bear this pressure I request that remove this complaint from the internet or from the company page

                                        unprofessionalism and cheating the customer

                                        I felt that the centre to be very unprofessional due to multiple reasons -
                                        1. I received a payment message of rs. 635.08 but i actually paid rs. 677 in cash to kondapur, hyderabad centre. Why this difference? Are you trying to cheat your customers? I did not receive bill for the service.
                                        2. Another thing i found strange was that the staff was not aware of the offers vlcc provides to its customers....
