I had asked to get my laser package transfered to another city (Raipur) but have received worse than pathetic response from vlcc gk ll branch.in spite of regular follow-ups and reminders nothing has been done yet.in fact even the other branch of vlcc itself has failed to get a response from gk ll branch. I never expected vlcc to be so unprofessional.

    Pathetic services offered by vlcc janakpuri.
    I had spend alot of money on there # services.
    They even don't know how to do a facial.. They will just sugar coat things and rob money from you... So called doctor in the there doesn't even know how to dochemical peels or do prp's... And when you ask your money back neither they will return your money back nor they will change your services.
    Even their customer care is #... Not at all customer supportive..

      This is in reference to the below vlcc centre :

      It was my wedding and i took certain services at the centre for the first time which included body polishing, pedicure, manicure, peeling off (As recommended by the centre attendant - perhaps the leader lady), trimming etc. The lady attendant explained me the details and offerings. I was happy to avail them all as it was my wedding. Later i realised my face was burnt all over (Please refer attached photo) thereby leaving marks on my face which increased in couple of days to spread across the face. They further suggested to apply a cream to treat the same after looking into the face marks.

      The sad part of the story was that the lady (Madhu) was defending the marks stating that it’s for betterment which annoyed me to the core. However, they compensated with some discount but eventually the damage was already done.

      Since i still liked the services, after few days (Approximately 10 days) of the incident, i again went with my wife to avail further services as i was leaving for honeymoon. The same lady again annoyingly spoke up defending the other day incident that see now your face looks alright and you were over reacting that day in front of all the staff and my wife in between when i was availing services to which i was unable to respond. Is this how privacy/behaviour and customer services one should expect from vlcc being such a brand. I was considerate enough to further not justify and choose to ignore and take this write up in separate and this was further intolerable as i decide to discontinue services from said centre.

      It wasn’t my first experience as i had been taking weekly services from ‘looks’ from past 5 years nearby vlcc centre. Body polishing was one such case which made me to look forward to vlcc and comparatively i liked overall results from vlcc which is why i choose to continue with vlcc even after this incident, but anything where we have behavioural issues from staff is certainly not acceptable at any cost.

      My first visit : 24/25 (Feb) - 2019 (Either of them)
      My last visit : 5-march-2019.

      Please take this as a strong feedback and share your action points followed by this mail to ensure that this doesn’t happens in future.

        Gandhinagar jammu vlcc - i booked here an appointment under 1599 head to toe package. The girl who did my facial says basic facial doesn't give good results and the wax used breaks the hair and is not good. Demotivating me and making me feel i am wasting my money over this package. While doing waxing she puts extremelt hot wax on my legs enough to make it red and burning. When asked to change the staff, she says all are busy and you have to get it done from me only. Then drops a hot wax drop on my leg. Then does waxing leaving red dots all over my leg. Extremely disappointed with service

          On sunday (7th oct, 2018) i visited vlcc, vatika city, block w, market, sector 49, gurugram, haryana 122018 office and i took some products from vlcc and groom package (Bill no:gur0419p[protected]. Before starting the groom package i used the product on sunday night. After using your products i got infection in whole body and after that i stop using these products.
          I took consultation from the skin doctor for the same and i told him what i used.
          I visited again your center on wednesday (10th oct, 2018) vlcc, vatika city, block w, market, sector 49, gurugram, haryana 122018 office to meet your doctor on your center head request and your vlcc doctor also told me to stop using the products.

          After that center head told me to continue with the groom package as she told that they will start as per vlcc doctor advice. Then again i have visited the your vlcc center on 26th oct, 2018 for groom package facial but again after the facial i got the infection and then again i meet to my personal doctor and he also told me not to use any facial product.

          Then i have contacted to your vlcc center many times to refund my money but they denied. Many times they tell me to visit the center to meet vlcc center doctor and i visited also but till now no proper response.
          Your center head is mentally torturing me from last 5 months. Recently on 7th march i have visited your center again but no response from their side and center head talk me very rudly.

          So now i am requesting you to please refund my groom package money because your product is not suitable for my body.

          Please give me your response asap.

            I was gone for mesoscalp mesovita treatment in vlcc agra. Spend 35k lossed my precious time and energy on assurance result is reverse i lossed my hairs hair start graying totally devastated. I will suggest don’t go for any package or prevdeposit money because they damn care afterwards agra vlcc refused to transfer case in mathura vlcc as i shifted when treatment was going. My hubby comments me i losses my money as well as hairs

              Iam a regular customer to one of your branch which is. Located at ph road, aminjikarai. Recent times, whenever we call the reception to book for a service appointment, we have been seeing a very bad response as well not returning our call for the service request. Offlate, vlcc has grown up to whatever level they think and are not bothered about return of call or service level that they are suppose to have as a benchmark in the industry. The whole team, especially the reception is very bad and high time the management and the team learn or train on basic customer service response.

              We are highly disappointed with the team and will not recommend for any service to our friends at vlcc.

                My wife had taken her 2nd laser session at VLCC-Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune center and after a day, she got burns all over her body. Her body at the moment is 20% burnt as per the doctor that we visited. When contacted VLCC, surprisingly, they were extremely ignorant and had taken it lightly. The lady- Neha, had given one cream which did not help. She then asked us to visit their center at Koregaon park to see their doctor, hence we went and met Dr. Nisha (Again she did not know salutation Dr. is always followed by the last name- not sure if she was a doctor either) and she had no clue what to advise and asked us what you want to do. We definately don't want to continue the treatment but she did not acknowledge. Later, Neha said that their regional manager had her leg broken, and can meet only after couple of weeks. We want to discontinue the laser treatment and want our money returned asap.

                  Hi,

                  I paid around rs.75000 for laser hair removal and skin polish session at jp nagar branch, bangalore. After two sessions i did not receive any calls from center. There should not be more than 4 weeks gap between two sessions. But, its been 2.5 months (10weeks) completed after second session. I made call to enquire about it around 10 times to centre. They are telling so many reasons in every time i make call as followed: (1) machine is in other branch (2) machine is repaired, (3) machine sent to mumbai for service, machine broken, (4) machine on the way (5) technician on leave, (6) next week, (7) 2 days, etc.

                  It seems they are cheating on my money which i paid. Is this the way you branded people cheat the customers who believed you to get good service.?

                    I, rita ahuja have been a devoted, loyal and regular customer of your products and company since 2003 and the basis of that, i request you to kindly read my below complaint and take appropriate action asap.

                    On december 30th, 2018, i booked a package called "global + hair streaking + kerafusion keratin treatment".

                    On the same day, i took global + hair streaking and was advised by hair expert to go for kerafusion keratin treatment after 1 month to get good results.

                    After 1 month, i went for the kk treatment for which i spent more than 6 hours hoping to get good results as i was promised but the results were not upto the mark.

                    Then after 2-3 days, i went to show to my hair to store manager named "shikha" who started making excuses so that she can avoid this situation. Excuses such as:-

                    1st. You must be using wrong shampoo where i replied that i am using the exact same one as you recommended.

                    2nd. You haven't taken head bath yet where i replied that i took it today only and even after that, i don't see any result.

                    After the entire conversation, i said that i am not satisfied with the results of kk treatment so what should i do now? And she replied that she will get back to me after figuring out with what can be done. Its been more than two weeks, i haven't received any call/message from her.

                    If this is the way how your local store/vendor treats and neglects the customer's complaints then it's unable for me to accept. This is my very humble and gentle request to you to look into this entire matter and get back to me asap with some sensible solution.

                      Hi team,

                      I would like to bring this to your notice that i have been cheated by vlcc @ dwarka sec 11 center. I really had a bad experience.
                      I have already complaint but no use of it.
                      I would like to inform you that i was going through under skin treatment for pigmentation, where instead of seeing any improvement, my pigmentation spread all over the face mainly on nose and cheeks which were not earlier before taking treatment.
                      I was suggested to apply 1 skin ointment named momate by one of the vlcc skin experts, i asked her why should i be using this cream when i am taking the treatment from vlcc, she said this the part of treatment.
                      When i complaint vlcc skin expert (Goma) about my skin problem and marks she said you should stop using that momate. I visited dwarka center again and met doctor dhadiwal but i have not got any solution and i had to consulted with dermatologist who confirmed that momat3e contained steroids and i should not have used that it. Now my question why vlcc suggest such cream?
                      I am forced to stop my remaining installment as instead of getting benefit of this treatment i got more marks on my skin.
                      My engagement was decided to happen in this month which i had to postponed because of my skin bad condition. You can understand about my loss.
                      Please confirm what solution have you for mentioned issue and my loss of money, time and confident.
                      I called several times on vlcc customer care number however they always keel my call on hold.

                        I am regular client of vlcc, koregao park, pune. I m use to purchase coupon and redeem for the services at this center. Everytime they are not happy as i show it to reception, & insist me to pay in cash equal amount of coupon. This time they are very bad, ms. Minal refused to give bill first, she told you have taken services other than mentioned in coupon so you have to pay in cash. Ms. Komal was also there. Then she told if you want bill you have to wait. This bad. Worst experience. I will never go and i ll tell other not to go. Not expecting this from vlcc. Please look into the matter.
                        And yes, they did not redeem coupon on time, we have to call again & again. Everytime the pedicurist is not available, she told me to get appointment a week before or at least 3 days before. My manicure & pedicure services are still pending. They are rude, i don't want to visit again, kindly refund for the same. Hope you look in to matter.

                        They dont know how to collaborate with transferable services. Their price list and transfer policy is not clear. Thinking to move to consumer court as soon as possible

                          I am a regular client of sohna road centre gurgaon. This centre has most of the staff very well behaved but beauty head "bhavna" of the centre is highly ill mannered and rustic. Would like to point out that she misbehaves with client and also talks in very rude and arrogant manner, she normally doesnt give your billing details to you, on asking she misbehaves and abuses. While and ongoing service (Facial) she comes into the room and disturbs at least 4-5 times due to which there is no quality left in service.

                            Hi team,

                            I have ordered some lotion and cream on vlcc personal care website on december 14' 2018.
                            Still the order not recieved after 65 days.
                            When i called the customer care they are replying we will soon ship it. Having shipping issues. Then why should they have taken the order in first place. They should not take the new orders and place the website on hold. But still taking orders and fooling customers. This is beyond patience and worst customer experience. If i asked to escalate the issue now, they are asking me to cancel the order. Waited for 65 days of my order daily and talked with many customer care representatives and wasted my time. Now they are saying to cancel?
                            How this can be compensated? And still the order is in processing state?

                              Inspite of repeated emails and tweets about the problems faced by us in undertaking diode laser hair reduction treatment at your shankar nagar, raipur branch no action has been taken till date. The no protocol/guidelines are followed while taking session. The laser machine is not available on time, 50-52 days gap between two sessions is taken casually by the staff. Have taken 2 sessions till date but result is zero. No accountability, no professionalism. Eye protection glass is also not provided to us. Hygiene is not maintained. Worst experience. Need my money back.

                                I am a job consultant from kolkata. As per our understanding and agreement vlcc personal care limited asked for manpower for their organization. We provided many out of that three of them joined and continued. Now despite of repetitive reminder over email, phone they are not paying us the payments. They are keep false promising for last 9 to 10 months. We have all documents which can be shared on request. I can share the name & number of their concerned hr managers who ere & looking after recruitment & payment. Its total of inr 59000/-.

                                Please help to recover the money and save this small organization to survive.

                                    I shubham has booked a 6 session full body laser package worth rs 55000 for which i paid in july 2018. Since last 3 months i have not been given appointment for the session despite giving multiple calls. Today (9/2/19) i was given appointment in new friends colony branch for which i drove 25 kms & took a leave from my hospital. Here they denied any appointment & said that preet vihar branch did not confirm any appointment. When i called preet vihar i was told that there was some confusion. Vlcc only entertains till they take money from you & then forgets the customer. I regret my decision to choose vlcc.

                                      cheating on cool tech service

                                      I had taken a cool tech service of 59000 rupees for my thighs from vlcc kasba. It was promised to me that it will permanently resuce thighs otherwise there will be a refund. I had taken this service in 2017 from then onwards i have been calling the office and customer care for the refund they are not even answering. Everytime they ask me to wait for 48hrs then no response. This time i will take legal action if no refund is made...

                                      Horrible experience at vlcc salon, sec 18 noida. It was my first visit at this salon and i decided to get a hair wash and blow dry done. I was asked to sit on a chair and my hair wash started. Then hairdresser informed me that water is coming really slow and asked me to wait for 5 mins. After waiting for much longer (Approx 15minutes) they asked me to shift to another chair. But water at this chair was not warm. I was asked to wait again for warm water (Approx.10 minutes) and finally we proceeded to wash with cold water. For drying hair, they had an old school and slow hair dryer so i asked them to change it. Again i was asked to wait for quite a while. So i decided to walk out of the salon without getting my hair dried. To my surprise, the hair dresser didn’t bother to even ask the reason for it. Upon seeing me leave, one of the management staff came and pacified me to get the hair dry done. This time i paid for such a pathetic experience and average service but never again.
