I shubham has booked a 6 session full body laser package worth rs 55000 for which i paid in july 2018. Since last 3 months i have not been given appointment for the session despite giving multiple calls. Today (9/2/19) i was given appointment in new friends colony branch for which i drove 25 kms & took a leave from my hospital. Here they denied any appointment & said that preet vihar branch did not confirm any appointment. When i called preet vihar i was told that there was some confusion. Vlcc only entertains till they take money from you & then forgets the customer. I regret my decision to choose vlcc.

    cheating on cool tech service

    I had taken a cool tech service of 59000 rupees for my thighs from vlcc kasba. It was promised to me that it will permanently resuce thighs otherwise there will be a refund. I had taken this service in 2017 from then onwards i have been calling the office and customer care for the refund they are not even answering. Everytime they ask me to wait for 48hrs then no response. This time i will take legal action if no refund is made...

    Horrible experience at vlcc salon, sec 18 noida. It was my first visit at this salon and i decided to get a hair wash and blow dry done. I was asked to sit on a chair and my hair wash started. Then hairdresser informed me that water is coming really slow and asked me to wait for 5 mins. After waiting for much longer (Approx 15minutes) they asked me to shift to another chair. But water at this chair was not warm. I was asked to wait again for warm water (Approx.10 minutes) and finally we proceeded to wash with cold water. For drying hair, they had an old school and slow hair dryer so i asked them to change it. Again i was asked to wait for quite a while. So i decided to walk out of the salon without getting my hair dried. To my surprise, the hair dresser didn’t bother to even ask the reason for it. Upon seeing me leave, one of the management staff came and pacified me to get the hair dry done. This time i paid for such a pathetic experience and average service but never again.

      I visited annanagar branch for pigmentation treatment subha is not a doctor she is just a consultant said she can remove pigmentation and got money 30000 after paying money they did couple of session of glits glow after going that my skin become so dark.

      I went to centre and asked my money refund vp sheeba said no refund wil be provided if you want to go legally please proceed

      Then after speaking to meena beauty head she told to visit adyar branch were they can help me with pigmentation treatment as i was not happy with service my whole package was transferred to adyar branch over there they explained me the complete service wil cost around 95000 already paid 30 k there is no use so i said i can't proceed give refund.

      Then customer support said no refund and then they transferred my package to vlcc ph road i went there been a did couple of skin scanning and she found that i have dandruff so after removing dandruff we can do pigmentation treatment.

      Finally iam no way after paying money i did not got service nothing happened

      People are very particular about company policy the same company lady subha from Annanagar branch told me she wil make my pigmentation fix finally my face went wrong and it has become dark .

      So y did they give false promise that people wil provide support and spoiled my face completely I need my money back I don't like to belive one again you guys

        I am visited your vlcc centre ludhiana before 3 months for free trail season of lasser but your team book my package of lasser at rs 18000. After first setting my skin burn and damage. I am visited and complaint to your team but they are not give me any salutation.

        Still he is not any revert to me.
        They miss guide to me, i m not satisfied with services of vlcc so i want to refund my payment.

        Hi,

        As discuss today, your team not give me any salutation, but they send me bill of my payment of Rs 17770.They charge Rs 4000 of derma roller from me .

        I dont have any service of derma roller. as on my last visit, they give me a demo of derma roller, they said me that its a just demo . If its a suitable to you, you can continue

        after 3 months they send me a bill copy and term and conditions of company .
        Why is it not send me on same day
        There is no response from last 3 months
        I am totally disappointed from the services of your company

        Now i not interested to continue with any type of service with your company

          I was called one day before for consultation of keratin treatment for hair, the guy checked my hairs and booked a appointment for next day at 11, then they cancelled and gave us the slot of 5.
          After reaching @5 they again started checking my hairs and started giving reason of lice and all and denied the treatment. What is the point of consultation before.

          I am using VLCC COLD CREAM since 4 days now and my face has reacted very badly. Therefore want to complain about the quality of this product. This is having a burning sensation on my face. VLCC should take into consideration the product quality. Hope they will take my complaint into consideration and help me out.

            I enrolled with VLCC for body laser on 25th September 2018. But could not get my body laser due to the following reasons;
            First Appointment: The doctor was busy so the staff suggested to take only face laser.
            Second Appointment: Doctor unavailable so the staff asked a technician to do the laser. She started from face but the results were very poor. Clearly, the technician (Anjali) lacked experience so I had to ask the manager of the facility ( Ms Reema) to give me appointment only with the doctor. Thats when I found out that the Doctor has resigned also they themselves appointed the technician Anjali to do the laser on me without consulting me.
            Third Appointment: Cancelled by me due to personal reasons
            Fourth Appointment: The manager did not confirm the appointment. I called a day before to confirm but the staff told me that someone from the laser team will call me after confirming with the doctor but they did not call me. So, I was completely confused if I had the appointment or not.
            I am generally not happy with the staff. I keep on calling the manager/staff but do not get any response from them.
            So, I request for a refund. I paid INR 59000 on 25th September 2018.

              I paid 59000 for the laser hair removal treatment package. I have barely completed 3 sessions of the 6 sessions. And only one hair spa from the package. I had a session on saturday on 8th december, 2018. I got severe burns from this session and i have shared the pictures with them and asked them to visit me if they need to verify. I am asking them to refund rs[protected]+1700+1700+718+4500) for the rest of the sessions and treatment which i am not willing to take because of the burns and scars. They didn't reply back on refunding instead they are persuading me into visiting their center so that they can get away with giving me some ointments.

                I purchased the laser packages worth 59000+37000 and the sector 15 gurgaon branch didn't give me bill neither were their services good so i requested a change of center or return the money that's when they stopped entertaining totally. I've the online transaction history available. I officially complained to customer care since september 2018 and they always tell me to wait since the concerned team member is unavailable.
                If this the customer support and services you are offering then vlcc should be ashamed of themselves.
                I've been a loyal member since 2007 and now with this kind of behavior, i'm highly disappointed.

                I have joined VLCC (AS Rao Nagar Branch Hyderabad) office 10 days before. I paid whole money and now they are saying that the branch is under renovation and I need to wait for 2 weeks for the next session.

                How INSANE is that?

                I am truly upset by this and not sure what to tell...

                I m complaining againts Anand Raguvansi (i think he is Supervisor), he misbehave me & who gave him authority to cancel my order without my permission?
                He is saying to block my number for future call. Why?
                Please reply ASAP otherwise i will file complaint in Consumer Forum against him.

                  Went for pigmentation treatment and my skin went wrong i need my money back from vlcc annanagar branch if i ask money they are asking me to take action legally.

                  When i went to vlcc annanagar subha is a manager who suggests me treatment but she is not a doctor how can a manager promise to fix the issue with my skin just to get money out of pocket she promised me and applied my face

                    I got a call from vlcc saying that they are giving haircut for 399 and was asked to book an appointment.

                    I booked an appointment and after the haircut i was told that the charge is some 600 rs. And when i mentioned that i was informed that the haircut is for 399 and now they are changing the the price. Then they told me for 399 is for hair trimming and hair cut is expensive and some #.

                    They told me that the bill is 825 and they actually charged me 924 rs.

                          The centre is very ill managed. Customer's time is of no value to the local management. I am availing some services there for which i was given an appointment at 1 pm on 20.12.2018. However, i waited for almost an hour but my session did not start. I was told that due to some cleaning work done that day the earlier session started a bit delayed and that my session would be delayed by 15 minutes. This 15 minutes however became 1 hour. Now my question is that does the centre has no responsibility to inform me in advance that my session will be delayed. I could have decided to go or not accordingly. After travelling to the centre and waiting there like this results in a lot of trouble and waste of time & money. One expects a little bit more professional approach from a brand like vlcc. A simple sorry when i leave without the session is not acceptable. There have been instances where there was no hot water for taking bath after the session. I have complained about this to the local management but it seems once the customer has paid, he/she becomes not so important for vlcc. I am sorry to say but this is not what i expect and accept.

                            Vlcc is cheating me.. I have not got any results. I have paid 45k for my 20kg weight loss. But i have lost only 3kgs in 4mnths.. The service i have used.. They are giving value of 11600.. Remaining money is left with them. Since i am not getting results... I don't want to continue n waste my time. I have approached three time to the docs n every now n then i kept telling i am not satisfied. These people also promised for 2lipo along this package but never gave me this treatment they always said the required machine is not thr. It's been 4mnts.. They didn't get tht.. They lie big time.. Most of them are rude n arrogant. Hopeless weight loss treatm. Ent i went thru. Aft al this they tell they don't refund. I have to buy beauty service pkg. These people r cheats

                              I want my money refund actually i went to ur vijay nagar vlcc center for weight loose service n ur client khushboo attending me n give me all the information about packages of weight loose n i agreed to 5 kg weight loose package with is 7000/- means rs. 1250 per kg n she gave discount n said u can paid rs. 7000 for 5 kg so i told her plz give one day or some hour to discuss my friend then she force me that is u have to payment right noe when i'm requesting her plz give me some tym fir the call my friend then she said okay u can after discussing my friend i agreed rs. 7000 package then she again again again force me take tommyy inches session then i said i don't want she forced me n said i can manage i[censored] have problem then i'm calling or msg her n said i don't want tommyy inches session plz give my money return then she said no n i paid 12508 by cash 9000 n by paytm 3508.. So plz do a favour for me n i want my money return

                                I went for keratin treatment in vlcc malda, they told me that this treatment will give your hair smooth and shine as well as straight look will also come, all frizzines will go away.. After 2 washes i feel no change in my hair.. Frizziness is still there and roughness is still there and no shine at all.. They have charged 5500 plus tax and infact shampoo conditioner of rs 3600
                                I feel this is just waste of money. They are just bluffing people.

                                  I am hemant. I joined vlcc slimming centre, vadodara. They promised me to give a permanent cms loss of atleast 17.5 centimeters from 3 waistlines collectively in a month and for that i paid around rs. 22, 000 for a therapy they call"liposonix". When no results were observed they transitioned me into another therapy called"turbo-slim" whose cost is half of the amount i paid but haven't refunded anything. Its been 3 and a half month but not even a single centimeter difference is achieved. I seriously want my money back. Not only this they have shortage of man-power due to which they have tampered my schedule everytime. They out posters like "we deliver what we promise" but all is fake. When i asked the branch head for their money back poster in case of no results she said it is just for weight loss., what the hell. I am attaching the results after 3.5 months. Can anybody help.

                                    Dear sir/madam
                                    I am taru bhatnagar wants to throw light on the issue that today i visited vlcc located at sector 35 chandigarh and the behaviour of the staff was too rude. I was late by 20 min due to traffic. They deny to provide any of the services out of three i. E hair cut, facial and waxing. They totally denied with a very wrong gesture. They can speak firmly with me or can provide any one service out of three.

                                      I had made a purchase of facial and threading service from the website - vlccwellness.com and made a payment of 1352.04 inr for the same. However, i did not receive any confirmation message from vlcc for it and had to make end number of calls to the customer care to trace my order.

                                      And anyway, no slots are available at the mentioned mulund branch and i was expecting it on an urgent basis. Why is there no display of the terms and conditions of your policy put up clearly while making the payment for the customer to see and understand. Only a check box to tick for the terms and conditions is given, which is very misleading.

                                      I would like to have my refund for the purchase i made, since i do not want to avail this service anymore as the slots are not available as per my convenience. As mentioned, no message of confirmation was sent to me by vlcc.

                                      After a week of non stop chase and shameless non reciprocating attitude from vlcc team, i have decided to file an official complaint against them in the consumer court as well as at the police station.
