I got my keratin hair treatment at vlcc this is my second time at vlcc but different branch. That is banjara hills vlcc. I got it done from this stylist called mukesh. They charged me whooping amount of 5000. And the results are horrible. It's like i wasted my money. He did the procedure all wrong inspite of me telling also. He applied the cream and just blow dried my hair and sent me home. Skipping the main straightening step where the cream gets locked in the hair. And the next day he just straightened it unprofessionally and washed it. The hair is so rough and it looks so bad. The whole purpose of keratin is to get a natural straight look and smooth look but he missed main steps by boasting and saying the end result would be good when he was so unprofessional, he couldn't even hold the comb properly.
I have earlier done keratin so i know how the hair looks after the treatment. And this time the experience was horrible. The women sitting at the reception were so unprofessional. The thing with vlcc employee's is that, they are so arrogant. I was literally asking them and they didn't give a # and we're running inside to save themselves from answers. They don't take the ownership of anything. I have to take this to social media. Customers money is important and they treat it like nothing. I am attaching the picture of my keratin done a year back and the keratin i got at vlcc banjara hills. The comparison will shock you. The stylist is unprofessional. I want at least half of what i paid as a refund. Because it's like just donating money to vlcc banjara and not getting the benefit of it. Take an action against these employee s sitting there and showing attitude and not doing their work right.

    It's the third time i have been denied the session, last two times reason cited was they don't have the concerned person to do tummy tuck, this time they say you don't have a prior appointment. Agree i haven't taken specific time appointment, though i have already conveyed over call last time and in person multiple times that i will come for a session only on saturdays between 12.30 -1. 30 pm. This the service i am getting after eating vlcc as 5 on google and live testimony on facebook. Seems a waste of time and money.

      System identification number[protected]

      I have received rs. 10000.00 on 03/02/2016 in my bank account of central bank of india, hazratganj, lucknow (U. P.) branch code-139 and rs.7500.00 was transferred on 04/02/2016 to account no. [protected] (Nsdc). Without my permission how this amount has been withdrawn from my account. Despite of the fact i am having my personal account in icici bank, vlcc has insisted me to open new account in central bank of india, hazratganj, lko branch. Pls look into the matter and do the needful asap.

        Hi team,

        I would like to bring this to your notice that i have been already made several calls and sent multiple mails regarding the adverse effect which i got from vlcc treatment, however i have not got any satisfactory resolution. Moreover when i visited the dwarka center the head of center said "we do not have any policy for refund and do whatever you can do because you sent mail earlier nothing happened" they gave me chemical peel however there is no improvement in my pigmentation. When i called again for the next session the beautician goma in rude tone said you have to pay again for that. I feel pity on me, where i have to pay to get scares and adverse effect on my face.
        It seems they do not have any policy of retaining customers.
        It have been following up with them but there is no response now.

          I had booked beauty and hair spa products & services in advance of approx 2 month for marriage prospect and done the payment of 27000/- also in same time. even all these products was recommended by VLCC experts only .

          Now the time have been come to deliver the services by VLCC based on his commitment, But once we had visited to his shop (Showroom), then they are completely denying to provide the services as well products to all products very easily with a very conman excuse, like we don't have this product right now, that's why they can't provide this services to me. It seems a joke for them, they had booked his services with advance payment in 2 month advance and now they are not playing any responsibilities to provide services.

          All these products and services have booked for bride makeup prospect, and now the marriage date will come very shortly. In such situtation, whether VLCC committed lot of things on his website, in his advertisement, as well once we visit his shops as world brand, and they are treating us in such way & manner. please look on same and help to provide my services on time. It's all the responsibility of VLCC to provide me my booked services on time. I am very worry and upset because they are not fulfill his own commitment on time, and now I am suffering in last movement. If they were not able to provide such services then they should not commit to customer and atleast they should inform me in advance, So that I could able to go through other option. Even now they are pushing me to use some other cheap products in same rate. Overall it's not acceptable and I want the action from your side to get my justification.

          Hi, I am Anshuman Srivastava, My Priyanshi Richa Srivastava had booked your metavita product from your Allahabad, UP, office in advance of more than 1and half month with advance complete payment. But as of now in last movement your office members are denyng to provide the product as well they are not ready to return the payment also. they are completely playing un responsible job and way of communication. All these product was booked for marriage prospect, and now the marriage is very close and you guys are dening to provide your product and services.

          Is this right way ??

          May I know what do you want any more from my side. I have already explain all things in my complain and previous comments. As well I have shared my contact details to contact you.

          My simple concern is please arrange my product which I had buy from your store in Allahabad. Dead line time already over, and you guys are not taking it as a serious concern. Even your local store staff don't have profession manner how to talk with customer. They are completely denying to serve anything like they don't have any responsibility to take care all such things.

          I want a deadline from your side, In how many days you are going to solve my problem, and you will provide me all products which I had done the order with advance payment.

            I made a complaint against vlcc kankurgachi, kolkata on 22nd october, 2018, but not yet received any correspondence from them, except a phn call. The issue has not yet been resolved. I am going to make a written complaint to west bengal consumer forum for getting my money back. You have marked my complaint as resolved which is completely incorrect. The service provider has not yet resolved the issue. I joined a weght loss program and after joining the program in stead of losing weight i gained, not even any progress regarding inch loss.

              I am writing this with very disappointment.
              Hi,
              I am shivani i appointed as a makeup faculty in malviya nagar vlcc institute and after 15 or so days later my hr jinee kundu call me and give me some reasons like i keep moving on moving chair and i asked from my hoi what to do. Which is so obvious to ask from my hoi as i am new there and that was a new place for me i don't know their students or about their lab.
              So jinee kundu just give me call and she fired me without any official warning or notice. Even i called her and ask for the official mail but she didn't give any response.
              I has been a week since i got fired unofficially and no one is responding me.
              So i request you to slove this as soon as possible.

                In response to the complaint, Vide email dtd 23.11.18 VLCC agreed to dispatch my order.

                It is regret to inform you that, till date order not received. While checking the status of my order on VLCC website, status is same as in processing. Even VLCC has not shared any dispatch / courier details.

                Kindly look in to and update the status if any improved as i am struggling of my order since last 50 days. Kindly resolve the same earliest.
                Already mail sent on above email on 20.11.18,
                kindly dispatch my order immediately.
                Already complain submitted @[protected]@vlccwellness.com check your mail. No action has been taken till now I need all documents showing my approval for processing loan. I will not pay a single penny and going to launch FIR against fraud

                  Hi,

                  I have been vlcc member since 2016 doing various treatments. Recently i have done cool sculpting thrice with a very high end weight statistical machine available showing the correct fat percentage, body mass, weight and more segmented fat percentage.

                  With the recent change in this tool, all statics are incorrect whether it is the fat percentage or the bca...
                  Earlier machine my fat percentage was 37 and with this changed one it's showing 31...in just a month? Diffinitely something drastically is wrong. I have re-verify my fat percentage at another similar slimming center and it showed 37.

                  After paying such a heavy amount for slimming services and cool sculpting, if the stats don't show correct... How do i continue with you'll?
                  It'smatter of trust which i have lost and will not continue to take any new package. I feel cheated...

                    I called vlcc mulund, yesterday[protected] at 5.44pm for a appointment for pedicure and manicure on 17-11-18 they gave me a appointment for 4o'clock however when i reached vlcc they said ur appointment is booked for 18-11-18... Firstly on 16th when u say tomorrow then it's 17th not 18th, n i told them i am not in mumbai tommorow n i have 6months old baby i cannot plan my visit according to there convince... Then they said ok come around 6pm... Then they called me n tell sorry we cannot manage we have another appointment... They r so laid back the manage is so old that they cover-up each other mistake.. Who took my appointment... No answer. Why wrong day no answer... They were all eating ice cream at front desk (Everybody) 4pm today check ur camera.. Having a galatime on saturday when other places have no time due to excess work... I said please let me talk to ur manager... She is busy will call u back no answer as on now... No one called... I hardly see clients at this vlcc branch which such attitude i am sure u might run out of remaining clients... Take this feedback seriously n try to improve this branch ka behavior... Lazy n no customers service protocol followed...

                        Today I went to Dwarka Sector 11 VLCC Center for facial and they examined my skin and told me to go for Envia Silver splendour one and when my facial was done I found they used the wrong kit which was Envia gold and the product was expired in June2018.
                        I was shocked and surprised to know that the Salon of such repute used expired products on face . Now I’m concerned about my facial skin and it’s after effects.
                        I’ll surely not go to VLCC salon again if my concerns are not addressed adequately.

                          I am Neha from malviyanagar, Delhi. I regular costumer of Vlcc malviyanagar. I almost spent more than 3 lacs for services but this time I am cheated. I consulted regarding cool sculpting with the head of the department Mrs. Madhu and told her let me think over the session. She swiped my card with and taken amount of 12k and said she will forward for bajaj finance loan. But I didn’t confirm her as I had other personal problem. She said she will confirm once she will get full amount approval c already had all my documents as I had taken earlier loan. I told her to stop the loan as I won’t be able to pay but c had already processed it without my permission I requested her to solve this issue but c didn’t listen to me. I even didn’t avail the service I don’t even have the bill with me. I need strict action against this. Or else I have to file an Fir regarding this.

                            I had taken laser full body hair removal treatment package from vlcc – model town, delhi centre, bill dated 25th feb 2018.
                            I had completed one session for the parts and in every sitting i have been facing humiliation of one or the other kind. To this i even complaint at the centre twice to which no action was taken
                            Finally on 28th april i complaint about ms. Deepika’s behavior who has been giving me the treatment to the manager. On 30th april i took the sitting for the pubic hair and inspite of me complaining regularly that i am not comfortable with the intensity that is being used, she kept on giving me shots. From that day to this i am still in pain and i have picture of the skin which got burnt severely. This is inhuman activity that she has done to me.

                            If i had to undergo such risks, i wouldn’t have spend this much in vlcc but would have better tried other low cost options that are available in the market.
                            The model town centre has shown no move to this incident. I am attaching the picture of the reaction caused to my skin. Picture taken on 2nd feb 2018.

                            My earlier complaints towards the practitioner are:-
                            1. She uses any cloth even gowns that would be available around to wipe off the extra gel from the skin instead of cotton.
                            2. Manhandling of razors. She gave me as well my sister cuts on our face with the razors. I have attached the screenshot of the conversation to what she had replied on this.
                            3. She never applied anesthesia cream to my sister even while doing bikini even when she had asked for that.
                            4. She would pass loose comments while doing the treatment.
                            5. Never that i got to start the sessions on time, either the room will be blocked for some other person or some other services on my scheduled time.
                            6. She would leave patches on every part in between and she wouldn’t agree to it.

                            Dr. Anjalee is the only doctor that they have for all the centre in delhi in north and to my dismay while all this happened she was on leave and there was no one else in charge in place of her. I had bouht this package from mrs. Rajni and she sounded so promising before i had put a complaint but after the incident nobody came for the support.
                            Spending an amount of 1.25 lakh is not an easy thing as vlcc is treating this case to be. When i demanded for a refund the service heads asked me to buy something else instead as i am unsatisfied by there laser treatment.
                            I have several times approached their customer care, wecarewellness and the centre in gurgaon and model town but there has been no success to it.

                              Hi,
                              I am writing this to you with huge disappointment. I am completely unsatisfied with the service that has been provided by me by dr. Firdaus and other laser technicians at vlcc secunderabad.
                              I have gotten around 6-7 sessions when i paid for complete 8 sessions in advance for full face laser.
                              The service has been pathetic. I even consulted a dermatologist, and to my surprise she told me that the services i was going through at vlcc for full face laser have done incorrectly.
                              Generally laser is done at a gap of 2 - 3 months per session until the hair grows back. But my full face laser sessions were happening each month. And it wasn't even done correctly as the doctor cared less and didn't even check properly how i am responding to the treatment.
                              In the later stages when there was no improvement, the doctor increased the intensity in the 6th session which she should have done from the beginning. One of my sessions were done by an employee working there, which was waste of my session. Just because the doctor wasn't present she had to do it.
                              They made false promises that it would show good results but i can't see a single improvement in fact due to shaving off the face i get thick growth and to get rid of it i am getting full face waxing or threading. And after every laser treatment i had tiny pimples all over the face. Getting laser at vlcc was more like giving a charity to vlcc, because for me it was just wasting the money with no benefits. 20k is a huge amount, respect the customer because we are no fools here.
                              The whole purpose of getting rid of facial hair is lost for which i paid so much money.
                              Either i want a refund for my services or just give me some more sessions by a good trusted doctor at vlcc.
                              Otherwise i will have to take up an action as i am at loss.

                                I m sonam sonavane, book appointment & pay all money in advanced in month july, 2018 for laser treatment but nashik vlcc saying after 1 st treatment course their machine faulty from august 2018. I ask about then alternative center they refused we can’t.

                                In this case what about our money, incomplete treatment & its sideeffect.

                                  I have taken full body laser from sohna road, gurgaon branch and when the very first time i visited there, even after having an appointment they have taken the full amount of package but no service provided to me.

                                  And now i am continuous calling at your branch from last one week regarding appointment for my first session of face portion which was left in last visit due to lack of time of your technician as she was in hurry but till this time i haven't find any positive response from vlcc

                                  I am sorry to say but i am really not happy with this kind of service

                                  Also i have escalated this issue to mrs. Ashmita (Manager of the branch) who was my spoke person from that branch.

                                  If you cant give the service than please stop wasting my hard earned money. As its sheer wastage of money, time and effort.

                                  Kindly resolve my issue or if not please refund my 60000 amount, as i have not got even 1% of return from your service. And its very disappointing that in the name of brand you are cheating with customers.

                                  In the month of November for marriage prospect I had booked services for my second session of Full body Laser treatment for 3rd December, 2018 and done the full payment of services in the very first time.
                                  Now the time have been come to deliver the services by VLCC based on his commitment, But today when i called to visit VLCC to confirm my appointment, then they are completely denying to provide the services by saying they did not booked any appointment for today that's why they can't provide this services to me. It seems a joke for them, they had booked his services in 2 month advance and now they are not playing any responsibilities to provide services.
                                  Now the marriage date will come very shortly. In such situation, whether VLCC committed lot of things on his website, in his advertisement, as well once we visit his shops as world brand, and they are treating us in such way & manner. please look on same and help to provide my services on time. It's all the responsibility of VLCC to provide me my booked services on time. I am very disappointed because they are not fulfill his own commitment on time, and now I am suffering in last movement. If they were not able to provide such services then they should not commit to customer and at-least they should inform me in advance, So that I could able to go through other option. Overall it's not acceptable and I want the action from your side to get my justification.
                                  Again i have escalated this issue to Mrs. Ashmita (Manager of the branch) who was my spoke person from that branch but she behaved totally unprofessional by saying all the time "that's not my job to check who is on the leave or who is on duty" and disconnected the call, she repeated this many time.
                                  This is the third time i am complaining to you but till time no solution find from your end.

                                    I went to vlcc in sri ganganagar to get my hair trimmed. I specifically mentioned that don’t shorten the length just trimming. The guy was so unprofessional the he did shorten my hair by 5 inches. It takes months to grow them. I’m getting panic while seeing them so short. It’s like he did cut my windpipe unable to breath properly. Do you have any idea how much i’m suffering. I’m not just disappointed i’m depressed after this. I will never ever recommend this product or their services. Vlcc is a great disaster...

                                      This is the second complaint I am making against VLCC, Kankurgachi, Kolkata. After my first complaint due to your interference one step has been taken by the concerned authority and arranged a doctor's meet. But the problem has not yet been solved. Again they have changed my councillor and this is the fourth time they have done this. Each time the new councillor has given me a new diet chart and exercise regime and kept on asking me to take several other programmes although i have not yet finished my original programme. This time they have put me under a mail councillor which might put me in utter inconvenience. But the original problem still remains the same. My weight is more than my joining weight. It's been more than four months i have been going to vlcc for a single programme but have not yet gained any result. The concerned centre has prescribed me a wrong programme with an intention to extract money from me. I have already stopped going there since 30/09/2018. Under such circumstances I want my money back within 15 days or else I will make a complaint to WEST BENGAL CONSUMER FORUM for the refund. Pls consider this mail as a statutory mail which is required for making a complaint to CONSUMER FORUM.

I was promised the hair will stay naturally straight with shine for at least 40 washes.However within one month my hair became too rough and ugly.
