I am writing this to you with huge disappointment. I am completely unsatisfied with the service that has been provided by VLCC.
In the month of November for marriage prospect I had booked services for my second session of Full body Laser treatment for 3rd December, 2018 and done the full payment of services in the very first time.
Now the time have been come to deliver the services by VLCC based on his commitment, But today when i called to visit VLCC to confirm my appointment, then they are completely denying to provide the services by saying they did not booked any appointment for today that's why they can't provide this services to me. It seems a joke for them, they had booked his services in 2 month advance and now they are not playing any responsibilities to provide services.
Now the marriage date will come very shortly. In such situation, whether VLCC committed lot of things on his website, in his advertisement, as well once we visit his shops as world brand, and they are treating us in such way & manner. please look on same and help to provide my services on time. It's all the responsibility of VLCC to provide me my booked services on time. I am very disappointed because they are not fulfill his own commitment on time, and now I am suffering in last movement. If they were not able to provide such services then they should not commit to customer and at-least they should inform me in advance, So that I could able to go through other option. Overall it's not acceptable and I want the action from your side to get my justification.
Again i have escalated this issue to Mrs. Ashmita (Manager of the branch) who was my spoke person from that branch but she behaved totally unprofessional by saying all the time "that's not my job to check who is on the leave or who is on duty" and disconnected the call, she repeated this many time.
This is the third time i am complaining to you but till time no solution find from your end.
