I went to vlcc in sri ganganagar to get my hair trimmed. I specifically mentioned that don’t shorten the length just trimming. The guy was so unprofessional the he did shorten my hair by 5 inches. It takes months to grow them. I’m getting panic while seeing them so short. It’s like he did cut my windpipe unable to breath properly. Do you have any idea how much i’m suffering. I’m not just disappointed i’m depressed after this. I will never ever recommend this product or their services. Vlcc is a great disaster...

    This is the second complaint I am making against VLCC, Kankurgachi, Kolkata. After my first complaint due to your interference one step has been taken by the concerned authority and arranged a doctor's meet. But the problem has not yet been solved. Again they have changed my councillor and this is the fourth time they have done this. Each time the new councillor has given me a new diet chart and exercise regime and kept on asking me to take several other programmes although i have not yet finished my original programme. This time they have put me under a mail councillor which might put me in utter inconvenience. But the original problem still remains the same. My weight is more than my joining weight. It's been more than four months i have been going to vlcc for a single programme but have not yet gained any result. The concerned centre has prescribed me a wrong programme with an intention to extract money from me. I have already stopped going there since 30/09/2018. Under such circumstances I want my money back within 15 days or else I will make a complaint to WEST BENGAL CONSUMER FORUM for the refund. Pls consider this mail as a statutory mail which is required for making a complaint to CONSUMER FORUM.

      PATHETIC SERVICE...

      FAKE PROMISES...

      Hi,
      I have got my keratin treatment done at vlcc Himayatnagar, hyd. I was promised the hair will stay naturally straight with shine for at least 40 washes.However within one month my hair became too rough and ugly. I have wasted 7000 rupees and ended up damaging my hair...

      Very disappointed!!

      HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GET KERATIN DONE AT VLCC😭😭😭😭😭

        Dear Team,

        I have taken full body laser from andheri east Mumbai branch and every time i visit there, there is new executive to assist me for laser.First time there was a girl from North east, second time there was a lady named as Reshma and third time there was Sufia and one more new girl along with her.

        Due to this i have to explain them from scratch since they are new and they have no idea where to focus more, where i have more hairs.They dont have any records.
        Also whenever they do i dont understand why they are in so hurry, there are so many patches which are left down, i find hair.
        Also wherever they have have done razer, there are patches not covered by laser.

        I am sorry to say but i am really not happy with this kind of service
        Also i have escalated this issue to Gurmeet who was my spoke person from Andheri east mumbai branch.

        If you cant give the service than please stop wasting my hard earned money.As its sheer wastage of money, time and effort.

        Kindly resolve my issue or if not please refund my 60000 amount, as i have not got even 1% of return from your service.And its very disappointing that in the name of brand you are cheating with customers.

        This issue i am facing again n again and not got any resolution till now.Its better i should log a complain in government portal(consumer forum)

          We the frequent customers of vlcc since 5 years our family members staying abroad also taking services when ever visit to india we are loyal customers to vlcc not from onwards. Reason is ill, unethical, degrading words delivered by people in kakinada city vlcc people especially sridevi. Please train them how to speak with prominent customers or any one who entered in to vlcc premises with a smile and polite manner. Make sure you dont loose loyal customers like us in the future

            I have purchased vlcc services for around rs 35, 000/- in june 2016 from gaur gravity vlcc centre in ghaziabad. Then i purchased more services (Weight loss plus hair treatment) for rs 15, 000/- in march 2017, by this time few of my earlier services were also remaining (Un-availed). I mentioned that i have to relocate soon, but i was assured that my remaining services will be transferred to new location without any issue. Within few days i shifted to gurgaon from noida. I called at the center many times after relocating informing them that my dad expired and i will avail services later, they assured me that whenever i will need i can avail services at gurgaon center. Now, i have connected with them around 15 times but everytime i had to repeat all my case any get no response saying that we need more time every time. Its been 3 months now. Please help. I have paid so much to vlcc, allow me to avail the services i have paid for.

              Dear vlcc,

              I bought a body slim plan for my wife, from your gorakhpur office by paying rs 26900/-. But not able to take service due to unavoidable condition. I asked refund to gorakhpur office then reception person told that money would not return, you can take services after any time of period.

              Now few days ago i went to avail service but shocked that your gorakhpur office is closed permanently.

              So please tell how can i refund my amount.

                Hi Team,

                I would like to bring this to your notice that I have been cheated by VLCC @ Dwarka sec 11 center. I really had a bad experience.
                I have already complaint but no use of it.
                I would like to inform you that I was going through under skin treatment for pigmentation, where instead of seeing any improvement, my pigmentation spread all over the face mainly on nose and cheeks which were not earlier before taking treatment.
                I was suggested to apply 1 skin ointment named Momate by one of the VLCC skin experts, I asked her why should I be using this cream when I am taking the treatment from VLCC, she said this the part of treatment.
                When I complaint VLCC Skin expert( Goma) about my skin problem and marks she said you should stop using that Momate. I visited Dwarka center again and met Doctor Dhadiwal but I have not got any solution and I had to consulted with dermatologist who confirmed that momat3e contained steroids and I should not have used that it. Now my question why VLCC suggest such cream?
                I am forced to stop my remaining installment as instead of getting benefit of this treatment I got more marks on my skin.
                My engagement was decided to happen in this month which I had to postponed because of my skin bad condition. You can understand about my loss.
                Please confirm what solution have you for mentioned issue and my loss of money, time and confident.
                I called several times on VLCC customer care number however they always keel my call on hold.

                A friend of mine who did not need the treatments was recommended a treatment, which was performed on her, inspite her skin reacting to it, they charged her 12000 per treatment. VLCC cannot make money over people's insecurities, such institutions should atleast refund the amount. She was forced by Mrs Madhumita Mukherjee.

                  I had purchased loot deal offer from vlcc website.
                  Than they gave me an appointment date on 23 september.
                  Now they cancelled my appointment bcoz i don't have ebill..
                  I request for my ebill. But i didn't receive any bill.
                  Than after 4 days they replied me when you ordered the service that was out of stock. When we booked the service that was in stock. Even till the next day it was in the stock. How order id is generated.

                  Even person got a messages of appointment. They are refusing giving to service. If our ebill is not generated how messages are received like your appointment is at this time.
                  Your customer care service number is not working.
                  * no loyalty factor in vlcc
                  * worst experience provided by you
                  * staff doesn't know how to talk a person (First they gave appointment than person reached to vlcc place than refused to giving service)

                  First time i had purchased for my family and friends. I was thinking they also take free service. For all this was a worst experience ever with vlcc.

                  One of my friend came from delhi to for service. She had even received a messages of appointment. After reached a palam vihar 23 a service center they told you have to reconfirm. Why person reconfirm after receiving their message. Where they mentioned in messages you have to reconfirmed.

                  I have attached all order id, received messages screenshot.
                  Person first purchase the service than they called you for the service.

                  My sister has been called many times to center. Whole month they are busy how could its possible.
                  I register a complaint behalf of atleast 5 persons. That is mouth marketing.
                  Worst center worst deal. Person after purchasing the service and start follow. We are payer not service provider.

                  That is not about 1.18 rs. If you provide a service at least provide it.

                    The did coolsculpt on my sister last year and now she is left with loose skin. In 2017 during puja offer, madhumita and amit pathak had done coolscupt on my sister and now she is left with very bad loose skin and has to pay around 30 lakhs to do the operation on her body. These people are just looting people, also I have noticed there are more unresolved complains than mentioned in this website. Is there something going on between the customer complain site and VLCC that we are not suppose to know?

                      I purchased the diamond charcoal facial in vlcc 1 re loot offer on 7/09/2018. My order id is vlcc-18-19-[protected]. My transaction id is 474cae780a76aefee005. I got calls for appointment and when i visited the centre i was told that my ebill havsn't been generated so i cannot avail this offer. After waiting for 3 weeks and calling their customer 100 times i didn't get any response or help. They kept telling me that i will receive a call back and email which will have the ebill. I didn't receive the e bill. Then they told me that the ebill has been sent to the vlcc center. The staff from the center told me that they just had services for 10000 people still they allowed everyone to purchase. I received an email on 28/09/2018 in which they asked for my details - order id, transaction id, service requested, centre for service and registered mobile number. I was told that they will send the ebill for the same directly to the service centre. When they didn't send the ebill again they kept on saying to wait for 24 hours till the date when the service was getting expired. I do not want a refund, i want to avail the service that i have purchased.

                      I want to place a formal complaint that I joined VLCC for weight loss nothing has been done and I have never received a feed back call. The branch owner Meenakshi is disgusting and unprofessional. I need my money back.At the time of joining I was promised 10 things. I need an action against it

                        Hi Vlcc has just opened a new branch in Nagpur at Wardhaman Nagar area.
                        The main counsellor here Mrs Anjali Tripathi is full of attitude. The whole experience get ruined because of her altitude and fake accent. She always keep saying that she owns her own wellness centre and very high placed.

                        She thinks people coming to Vlcc are ###?
                        people will only not join because you will not feel comfortable .

                        They charged for peel off where as only threading was done... neck area was not even touched..when complaint for billing it was said since the bill ia printed ill have to pay and will be adjusted in further service..need complementary service or cashback regarding this

                          Initially i had taken a few services, now mrs mounami dutta had forced me to do some treatments, which later turned out to be plastic surgery procedure. When i came to know and said i dont want to do this. Mrs madhumita mukherjee and amit pathak (Who is not a doctor and possed as one) locked me in a room for one and a half hours and demanded i speak to my parents and ask them to buy more. Now they have my 7.5 lacs but are non resolving my complain. Mrs vandana luthra is training crooks as no one listens to my complains and they have ran away with my money.

                          Also the person who posed as a doctor is not one and a physiotherapist who was not qualified for that treatment as per FDA standards. I was repeatedly told by Mrs Madhumita Mukherjee that he is a doctor and not to complain or else he will not operate on me. What kind of nonsense is this? Also Mrs Madhumita Mukherjee who is suppose to be a nutritionist was always away on sick leave. Why is she always sick, then should'nt she first show her great knowledge with her health?

                          This is the perverted physiotherapist so called himself a doctor I am talking about
                          During my coolscupt session Mr Amit Pathak showed up drunk and performed the coolscupt at 2 different places than he had specified. Then he gives 3 different theories. His license should be cancelled for his irresponsibility.

                          Also I have alot of coplaints but VLCC does not seem to be affected by any. and they aske me what can you do? and for my previous complain no action was taken at all. I plan to list all the complains one by one, in his drunk state he also forced me to take 3 sessions, even though I said my back was aching with the first one.

                            On 14th june 2018, paid 16750 inr, first vlcc claimed that they did not received payment. But later accepted they received payment. Since then every-time they claiming that amount will refund in couple of days. But till today amount not received. Called them many times, mailed them several times, but no refund yet

                            I want my money back with 5 months interest from vlcc, total it will be 23, 850

                            Mailed several times to your team, accounts, everyone, still no response
                            I have purchased a family card of 10 k from Mira road branch and after that their service is worst. I got skin infection after waxination done by Mr. Urmila and then for further appointment when i called Ms.Ferdos, on phone spoke in very unprofessional manner. I m feeling very disappointed about her behaviour.

                              VLCC are cheaters

                              I have also bought the loot deals with following details:

                              but the VLCC saloon refused to provide the relevant services and demanded for ebill which I never received. VLCC is a big cheat and they have swallowed Rs 1/ Rs 3 of lakhs of persons like me. So I have decided to go to consumer court. I have already sent my complaint to [email protected] but they could not help.
                              I am uniting all such people who have been victims of this big fraud so that we can collectively sue them in court.

                                I have got registered under loot deal contest of vlcc and made a payment. The vlcc centre at sriganganagar said that i could not avail the same as it is not available at their store. But while making the payment i have checked if vlcc was there in our place and it showed vlcc at cgr mall sriganganagar. Please i have mase the payment let me avail it.                                   Vlcc launched on of the offer through which they promised to do head to toe in rs1 rupee. I & my mother in-lows registered under that loot offer.
                                  When we reached to vlcc aundh pune centre they are asking ebill which had not provided by centre & when i called to customer centre about ebill they said we can not provide.
                                  This way i din receive any of the service from vlcc.
                                  Kindly refund the money which was cut down from my account.

                                    I, bushra naaz shahid was working as a dietician at vlcc preet vihar, delhi & later on i was transferred to vlcc gk 2, delhi.
                                    As i was vlcc at preet vihar center, i came in contact with one of my colleague dr. Mudit shrivastava (Physiotherapist). I left vlcc preet vihar on 22nd may 2018 & joined vlcc gk2 center on 23rd may 2018 but dr. Mudit shrivastava continuesly called & messaged me for no reason, i tried to avoid him but unfortunately this incident happened with me 2 days back on friday, 14th september 2018.

                                    Dr. Mudit shrivastava messaged me some ugly/ dirty unacceptable messages from his whatsapp number - +91 [protected]

                                    All these messages & calls amounts to sexual harrassment. I am bringing all this to your kind notice so that you can take appropriate actions against him as this is an unacceptable behaviour towards a female employee in any company especially vlcc which is known for women orientated industry.

                                    I hope this matter will be taken as an urgent basis & resolved soon else i would be ending up having no option but to take the help from the police department.

                                    This is to inform that i Mudit shrivastava was the employee or your organisation. During work i met with bushra naaz shahid (Dietician) contact number[protected] at preet vihar as senior I helped her at the time she was facing difficult time with the company staff and motivate her then i moved to punjab for the job in same organisation and after few days she informed me that the company terminated her. being ex-colleague of same organisation she was in contact with mutual messages or calls. Above complaint post by her not having any reality infact it is a pre plan to spoil my image.
                                    she misused massages and allegated on me. Although she was not the part of organisation. She planned to spoil my image, although I had conversation with her sister she told me to remove this post after talking to bushra after many apologies she misbehave with me and abused my friends
                                    I expect from the organisation kindly remove this complaint from the internet which is harassing me mentally. I could not bear this pressure I request that remove this complaint from the internet or from the company page

                                      प्रिय सर, हमने 07/09/18 को vlcc का चारकोल फेसिअल सर्विस बुक किया था जिसका बुकिंग नम्बर vlcc-18-19-[protected] है, अप्पोइटमेंट टाइम 16/09/18 को 4 बजे शाम का दिया गया, हम अपने टाइम से सर्विस सेंटर पहुंचा, वहां पर हमें सर्विस देने से मना कर दिया वहां पर हमसे ईविल मांगा गया जो कि हमें पता नहीं था, हमने vlcc के कस्टमर केअर के नम्बर पर काफी कॉल किया वहां पर कॉल नहीं लग रहा था 1घंटे कस्टमर केअर के चक्कर में परेशान होने के बावजूद भी कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ।बेफजूल में हमारा 3 घंटे का समय खराब किया, गया जो कि गलत है।

                                        I recently booked a service under the loot deals at vlcc and paid for the same. I did not receive a transaction id or an e-bill. My appointment was booked by them and upon wanting to redeem it i was denied service without the transaction id. Their customer care is unreachable and emails have not been replied to. I tried contacting them but i have not been able to get hold of them.
