I am so sad to inform you that me and my sister opted for laser hair removal treatment package for both o[censored]s.in my 5th sitting on 18th august 2018 at vlcc kasba center kolkata, i ended up having a big burn on my face which is very close to my left eye. I was having tremendous irritation in my 4th sitting too and i informed the girl moumita who does the procedure to be gentle as i was having extreme discomfort.in my 5th sitting on 18th august, 2018, even before she started the procedure, i told her again to be gentle as i feel burning sensation. I told her not to keep it at high because my skin reacts and it becomes tremendously painful.
Even after listening to everything, she kept it at high during the procedure and when i told her that it was becoming unbearable, she ignored my complain and continued with the procedure.
We have a feeling that the machine is not right. That laser hair removal machine goes under maintenance in every alternate week which is why we don’t even get to receive the treatment at a regular gap.
Secondly, the lady who provides the session to us is newly trained. She didn’t even know how to use it till our 2nd session. There was a male staff named tamal who used to provide us the treatment and who was the only one at the kasba clinic that knew how to do the procedure. The girl got newly trained and started doing our treatment. She is quite careless and ignorant too. She never listens to our complain whenever we say we are having irritation during the procedure. She sees us shaking like we are having electric shock and we say we can’t take it anymore, still she continues.
In fact, this is not the first time a mishap happened. On the day of her 1st session to us (My 3rd sitting), she used the razor so carelessly that it took away the upper part of my eyebrow. I was so scared that i waited for a long time and kept applying castor oil for the regrowth of my eyebrow.
Now, everything has gone down to its worst point. My face is having awful burn marks now and even my sister ended up with a burn on her neck.
We do not wish to continue with this treatment any further. This is not just the worst service. If anyone looks at the scars o[censored]s, they would realize how scary it looks. Not just that, it’s been 2 days and i’m having unbearable burning sensation and pain even now.
We are going to consult a proper medical practitioner (Qualified dermatologist) to know what state it is in and what it takes for recovery.
However, both o[censored]s are afraid to visit the clinic anymore for any of the services.
We want you to issue a full refund to us that we paid for the service because of the damage which has been done to the face.
I am attaching the pictures of both o[censored]s so that you can see it for yourself. This is our faces and the delicate areas on our faces are much more valuable than the service amount.

but the VLCC saloon refused to provide the relevant services and demanded for ebill which I never received. VLCC is a big cheat and they have swallowed Rs 1/ Rs 3 of lakhs of persons like me. So I have decided to go to consumer court. I have already sent my complaint to [protected]@vlccwellness.com but they could not help.
I am uniting all such people who have been victims of this big fraud so that we can collectively sue them in court.
