I have availed for loot offer of vlcc @ rupee 1. They did not mention any terms and condition which says that this is a lucky contest. However when i purchased it they later say that this is a lucky contest and is offered to lucky customers only. This is really not acceptable by brand like vlcc. When you cannot cater to large volume of customers why do you even introduce such offers. I have received call from customer care regarding fixing the appointment. When i called the vlcc store they are denying for it.

    I bought a voucher of kera fusion hair treatment from vlcc in offer period and paid online, but vlcc didnt provide me service. I paid on friday 07.09.18 by my bank card. After payment i recived order id and transaction id by vlcc. I think it is the very cheap business trick to harrash people and waisting their time. Now allahabad vlcc centre denying for the service because compony didnt provide any invoice to there.

      I took a package of full body laser hair removal from mumbai andheri east centre. The package was o[censored]nlimited sessions with no terms &conditions. It was mentioned to me that package is transferrable pan india. I moved to noida and i am struggling to get my package transferred here. Noida centre has denied services. And andheri centre is also not reverting with satisfactory answers. Following up for 2.5 months now. Pathetic services of vlcc. They don't care at all about their customers. I want my package transferred.#vlcc

          This is regarding prp done in vlcc adayar august month.

          Case complaint:
          1. Prp machine centrifuge was not extracting protien.
          2. Not injected.

          Explanation:
          August month i took prp in vlcc in which the centrifuge was not extracting the protein from my blood. And secondly doctor took two syringe and one syringe she poured on head and one she kept inside and not even injected properly she just kept my blood in the center of my head. Prp is a treated in which the are supposed to inject bit deep not superficial layer. For more proofs check the videos and camera from your center and the usually procedure which they do for me and what was done this month. I have raised a complaint of the same particular day itself to amudha. For which she asked me to drop mail.

          I have paid 55 thousand in which my remaining sessions are pending which i would like to cancel due to worst prp service. I need refund or proper service. Kindly suggest from your end about the action its been once month i am asking the clinic. I want the resolution at the earliest.
          Its been month i reported this issue to amudha in adayar branch. No action was taken from your end.in staring they said me for mesoscalp they use products from abroad, but they inject (Hair matrix from skin aesthetics (Pune). Amudha faked me by saying they use products from abroad which is not true i saw the brand and injections which they inject in my head. For more proofs refer videos in clinic. Lots more complaint which i cant explain in mail. Reach out to me in [protected].

          If i had to take action in whose name should i take??

            Hi,
            I faced the worst experience with vlcc as i had taken slimming services for your indirapuram (Ghaziabad) cernter. The package amount is of rs-61, 600/- approx. But there is no results of those sessions. From the very 1st session i was continuously telling that there is no improvement but then also they said u will see result in 4-5 session. But after completing 5 session i always telling them there is no result i'm not feeling any difference or no result seen. My last session was on 24- june-2018 after that they are just postonding the things for further. Sheetal is the center head and she dont even repond to my call and never conduct and follow up call from her end.
            Kindly do let me know what's actually going on there bcoz the never do properly and now its high time to take any againt them. I want proper follow up and status what actually going on there asap.

We 15000 rs together for our treatments for me weight reduction i was paid the advance of 5000rs and my mother she paid the advance of 10000 rs for botox treatment and under eye line filling in date of 29/08/2018.                 I sarita tirkey had gone to vlcc, kanke road for skin treatment. Their they took advance for the treatment of 10000/- and had not intimated even for a single time regarding the treatment. Afterward i have to visit them to get dates from them than also they did'nt arrange any sitting for the dermaroller treatment. Finally i decided to get my money back but they are not giving my money back and also not answering my phone calls. So kindly go through this matter so that i could get my money back. This is really saddend that renound company like vlcc is not providing proper service to customers.

                  I had paid for 5 kgs weight loss package at srinagar colony branch, hyderabad. However, the centre shut down immediately after i paid the amount to mahek, the counselor. They informed that our package was transferred to banjara hills branch. As i was unwell, i couldn't go to the banjara hills branch for starting. Today, i went to the banjara hills branch and they informed that the package had expired. How can the package expire even before i started?. There was no written communication whatsoever. No time limit defined!!!. Just a phone call saying the package has expired.
                  I would request you to either refund me the amount i have paid or continue with the package at your earliest.

                    I took peels and laser package from vlcc. I have been following from 1 month for transferring my services to bangalore. But these people are having problem in that. The concerned person is not picking my call and hence i have to call her via new number. They always say that they will do it by today but they are very busy in catching new customers and so they don't have time for customers who have already paid.

                        Hi vlcc,
                        I am so sad to inform you that me and my sister opted for laser hair removal treatment package for both o[censored]s.in my 5th sitting on 18th august 2018 at vlcc kasba center kolkata, i ended up having a big burn on my face which is very close to my left eye. I was having tremendous irritation in my 4th sitting too and i informed the girl moumita who does the procedure to be gentle as i was having extreme discomfort.in my 5th sitting on 18th august, 2018, even before she started the procedure, i told her again to be gentle as i feel burning sensation. I told her not to keep it at high because my skin reacts and it becomes tremendously painful.
                        Even after listening to everything, she kept it at high during the procedure and when i told her that it was becoming unbearable, she ignored my complain and continued with the procedure.
                        We have a feeling that the machine is not right. That laser hair removal machine goes under maintenance in every alternate week which is why we don’t even get to receive the treatment at a regular gap.

                        Secondly, the lady who provides the session to us is newly trained. She didn’t even know how to use it till our 2nd session. There was a male staff named tamal who used to provide us the treatment and who was the only one at the kasba clinic that knew how to do the procedure. The girl got newly trained and started doing our treatment. She is quite careless and ignorant too. She never listens to our complain whenever we say we are having irritation during the procedure. She sees us shaking like we are having electric shock and we say we can’t take it anymore, still she continues.

                        In fact, this is not the first time a mishap happened. On the day of her 1st session to us (My 3rd sitting), she used the razor so carelessly that it took away the upper part of my eyebrow. I was so scared that i waited for a long time and kept applying castor oil for the regrowth of my eyebrow.

                        Now, everything has gone down to its worst point. My face is having awful burn marks now and even my sister ended up with a burn on her neck.

                        We do not wish to continue with this treatment any further. This is not just the worst service. If anyone looks at the scars o[censored]s, they would realize how scary it looks. Not just that, it’s been 2 days and i’m having unbearable burning sensation and pain even now.

                        We are going to consult a proper medical practitioner (Qualified dermatologist) to know what state it is in and what it takes for recovery.
                        However, both o[censored]s are afraid to visit the clinic anymore for any of the services.

                        We want you to issue a full refund to us that we paid for the service because of the damage which has been done to the face.
                        I am attaching the pictures of both o[censored]s so that you can see it for yourself. This is our faces and the delicate areas on our faces are much more valuable than the service amount.

                        I got cysteine treatment on 1st July I was charged 4999 for that.
                        Following that I got tremendous hair fall and my hair got to old self freezy and dry in these 2mnths
                        I got a facial named charcoal worth rupees 3500 and again I got the same tanning in 1mnth only

                          This is to inform and regret that we chose vlcc wellness and beauty to get our certifications done.
                          Student id: sam/in2041/00848
                          Course id: cbk/in2041/19/00073
                          This is a problem with regards to a branch situated in bangalore, jayanagar 3rd block.
                          We have already paid rs. 80000.00
                          We were frequently calling since june 2018 to get information on the course that we were interested to get certified in, and every time we called we used to get a different response, and there was a lot of stress on the fees to be paid at the earliest. I wasn't sure of the people and made sure i was paying it in installments. Finally we got the dates were we had to join. And on that also we were given a wrong date of joining and when we joined we were asked why we came a day late.
                          If we were given proper information we would have planned accordingly. But knowingly giving in wrong information and misleading the clients is a punishable offense.
                          Now regarding the fees and the course we had only asked for a simple course just asking for bridal make up and hair course. We were not informed that there was something like a amu course pmu course and in hair again basic hair and also hair styling certification. When asked the administrative faculty tried to commend and defend their wrong doings. We also asked for degrade and refund of fees cause we were unaware. This i kept quite for a very long time. I just want the course to be degraded and want a refund.
                          Moreover, we are from mangalore and the course is in bangalore. And that made them take the advantage, we had to struggle so much to know the dates and also when we asked them the duration one faculty said 2 months and another 2 months 15 days... Well, finally we decided on 2 months and 15 days and decided to come over. While in the institute and when classes commenced, they said it was a 4 months course and over that have added to different courses for which we are aware off. Who would be responsible for this carelessness. I am a professional chartered accountant, and if these kind of errors happen in my firm i will be sued. What do i have to do with this issue now?
                          Well, the 2nd installment also was paid because the administrative faculty promised that they would finish the course by september 30th, mind you course started off on july 23rd. And now the same mistake is been carried on and the faculty is saying that the course cannot be completed even before october 15th.
                          I cant take all these false promises and wrong information been put on. This is totally duping and cheating the clients from the start till the end.
                          Having said that i want my fees to be refunded to my account, you can cut the fees for amu and hair basic course for which it is almost done, but i want the remaining fees to be refunded, if this is just a way to loot money from people and taking advantage of them its wrong by law.
                          If action is not taken i might have to move in to the consumer forum, this i am first asking here so that the issue do not get out of hand and get sorted out as soon as possible.
                          Hoping that the porblem would be sorted out at the earliest, i don't want a reputed institutions name to be spoilt for some faculties mistake and errors. All that i need now is a degrade in the course cause i know it can be done and the remaining fees to be refunded.

                            I took a laser hair removal package from vlcc bangalore. Before making advance payment i was assured that my package will be transferred from bangalore to ahmedabad as per my travel plans. I have one month left before i leave india and 2 laser sessions left but they are delaying my sessions and package transfer to ahmedabad despite knowing that i will be leaving india. This was very bad experience where customers being lied and given fake promises.

                            Hi,

                            I took package from HSR layout, Bangalore VLCC canter (see attached image for further details. My name is Zalak Shah (VLCC Bill No - BA1219P[protected]. Although I have been given appointment at Ambavadi Circle VLCC centre in Ahmedabad, I have been told they can't give me session unless my package is transferred to Ahmedabad. My package still hasn't been transferred to Ahmedabad.

                              This is to state that i have taken a slimming /wight loss package from your gwalior city centre outlet and was taking me treatment from there since aug 2017 but due to some issue i was not able to utilise my package and in the mean while i got shifted from gwalior to delhi, due to which i am not able to utilise the package to the fullest.

                              I have invested approx 1.5 lacs in the package which meant a lot for me. This is to make humble request that kindly look into the matter and at least allow me to either complete my package at any of your delhi outlet or else refund me the amount for the services i have not taken.

                              The money i invested to it is very hard earned money and i feel bad as i was not able to get good value of it.

                              Kindly look into my issue and help me in resolving the issue.

                                My mom and brother had visited the vlcc bistupur branch on 10/8/2018 around 3pm.
                                They were overcharged for all the services - eyebrow and upper lips, men's haircut and face clean up.
                                They were given a "kachha" bill and not a proper bill.
                                The cover up explanation she gave was she didn't know who the customer was, whereas in the bill the name of my mother is clearly reflected. She had torn the bill and refused to talk to me over the phone.
                                She was really rude to my family members - definitely not a way to build trust and gain customers.
                                Pfa the bill given by the centre.

                                This is a genuine case of "deliberately over charging the client and cheating the customer". it shows a clear case of malicious intent and deceitful behavior.

                                It is a shame that i have to report such an activity from a reputed brand franchise.

                                  I was enrolled for the prp and misoscalp program in vlcc varanasi. I have shifted from varanasi to hyderabad in between of the program and requested for shift of my account. It took 5 months for transferring my account. So i started asking for refund from my home branch executive, he was assuring i will get it done. After couple of months he started to avoid my calls. I finally reached the head of branch and they are saying refund is not possible. You can look into other products. Is there any common sense as the service are useless after 7 months. I am really exhausted i request for refund of amount.

                                    I got bikini laser done at vlcc gk-2 center, delhi on 14th july 2018 and got severe burns on the bikini area. Just one day prior to that, radhika the sales person at gk-2 center, got my loan for ful body laser for rs. 59, 000 confirmed with capital float. I paid first two installments of rs. 13, 112 to the gk-2 center directly, as required.

                                    Radhika assured me that i ll not get burnt. But here i am with burns on my private part. I am undergoing treatment at moolchand hospital. This is sheer negligence on vlcc part. Their laser staff is inexperienced unskilled, and it is not done under any proper supervision. I kept on asking them if there is a derma who should guide the technician. But they said it is not required.

                                    I want the full refund of my loan amount of rs. 59, 000 from vlcc.
                                    I am dropping mails to customer service everyday, but no one is bothered.
                                    Radhika, the sales person at gk-2 center, told me she is a cosmetogist, but dr. Mahua, the derma, confirmed that she is not. Pratibha, the center head of gk 2 vlcc delhi, is very rude and arrogant. Dr. Anjali, the delhi ncr derma head, is not helping me with my refund amount. I don't trust vlcc with any part of my body now.

                                    Extremely poor customer service from vlcc. I want my money back. Refund my loan amount of rs. 59, 000 immediately. They are not refunding my loan amount and capital float has disbursed the money already to them. I want refund as i can't continue any service with vlcc further, as they are not skilled. They would burn my body with laser.
