I was enrolled for the prp and misoscalp program in vlcc varanasi. I have shifted from varanasi to hyderabad in between of the program and requested for shift of my account. It took 5 months for transferring my account. So i started asking for refund from my home branch executive, he was assuring i will get it done. After couple of months he started to avoid my calls. I finally reached the head of branch and they are saying refund is not possible. You can look into other products. Is there any common sense as the service are useless after 7 months. I am really exhausted i request for refund of amount.

    I got bikini laser done at vlcc gk-2 center, delhi on 14th july 2018 and got severe burns on the bikini area. Just one day prior to that, radhika the sales person at gk-2 center, got my loan for ful body laser for rs. 59, 000 confirmed with capital float. I paid first two installments of rs. 13, 112 to the gk-2 center directly, as required.

    Radhika assured me that i ll not get burnt. But here i am with burns on my private part. I am undergoing treatment at moolchand hospital. This is sheer negligence on vlcc part. Their laser staff is inexperienced unskilled, and it is not done under any proper supervision. I kept on asking them if there is a derma who should guide the technician. But they said it is not required.

    I want the full refund of my loan amount of rs. 59, 000 from vlcc.
    I am dropping mails to customer service everyday, but no one is bothered.
    Radhika, the sales person at gk-2 center, told me she is a cosmetogist, but dr. Mahua, the derma, confirmed that she is not. Pratibha, the center head of gk 2 vlcc delhi, is very rude and arrogant. Dr. Anjali, the delhi ncr derma head, is not helping me with my refund amount. I don't trust vlcc with any part of my body now.

    Extremely poor customer service from vlcc. I want my money back. Refund my loan amount of rs. 59, 000 immediately. They are not refunding my loan amount and capital float has disbursed the money already to them. I want refund as i can't continue any service with vlcc further, as they are not skilled. They would burn my body with laser.

        I add seen an add to ask for a free consultation i did register my number.in the meanwhile i read all the reviews and got to know that they cheat customers. When i got a call from vlcc i told them i currently dont want to schedule an appointment but when i want i will schedule an appoint. Requested them not to call me. They kept calling me and i requested not to. Nowadays they call me 4 to 5 times a day inspite of saying not to call. Its is like they are harassing me
        Why dont they respect someones privacy i dont want to be called. Yet they wont stop why would i want to be associated with such people

          Hi vlcc team,

          I have been cheated with the total bill amount i paid at vlcc patna.
          I was said by alambusha (Staff) about an ongoing offer for this month of 50% off on all services. As per her, this offer was going on for the complete month of july 2018.
          But as per my knowledge and my vlcc customer care confirmation, there was an offer of 20% only.

          I have availed below two services and given a 50% discount:

          1. Planktonic power essencious.
          Service charge on vlcc patna: rs.6000 + tax

          2. Vlcc tn removal treatment.
          Service charge on vlcc patna: rs.4000 + tax

          But when i enquired from other vlcc stores, the actual price for the above two service was 3000 and 2000 approx. Respectively. So, i should have been given the discount on the actual price and not on the notional (Fake) price.

          I was charged a total of rs.5900.

          I've taken the services on 23rd july 2018 timing was 12: 45 pm n and i pay her 3:15 pm vlcc patna

          Please clarify me on this.
          Also, the bill was not given to me the same day, instead was sent to me the next day with incorrect timing and one item missing from the bill.

            Vlcc centre at behala chowrasta, kolkata is cheating us with false promises during enrolment of several packages. But in practice they are not paying attention to the customer. Today they gave appointment at 7:30pm, but on contacting them at 7:30pm they informed me that they cancelled the appointment without informing me. And this is their regular practice

            Is their any provision in VLCC behala chowrasta centre that any appointment can be cancelled at the will of some other's requirements? If yes then that should be explained to the customer during snatching money from their pockets showing false promises

            VLCC introduced an innovative idea of cheating in the name of cool tech. They are taking 25000/- + GST per session. But after getting 8 session I found no reduction in my waist size. And now they are telling repitition of sessions in each area for further 2 times. That means I have to undergo 18 sessions. But they did not explained it initially. I might not waste my money to satiate their greed.

              This is Dr Bushra i am a very old customer of vlcc joined after my sister had taken her bridal package nd recomended me to join same for my laser treatment this is way back in 2014. i had also taken my bridal package from ur branch, When my ist session of laser got over, i had taken 2nd session after recieving msg for some discount from preet vihar vlcc, when the 2 appointment of laser session was complete the manager called me and the laser technician and started arguing with me about the area of my face where i used to take laser and made me sit for around half nd hour.And asked the technician to reduce my laser area.i was really fond of the services given by vlcc but this experience have traumatized me, I will really think twice for joining next session of laser. Plz look into the matter asap my reference number for complaint is CAS-14918-T0X1F2 .Customer care has never botrhered to contact me back.

                Thankyou to VLCC SEC-41 NOIDA for the plethora excuses to waste my time, and kindly note the names: Ms.Priya Sharma and Ms. Jyoti. I contact them at least 10 times before taking the session. They always cancel my session or move it by few hours telling me 'machine not available' or 'technician not available'. One day I reached half an hour early from my scheduled appointment and to my shock realized that some other client was getting their full body done. Not the only incident, I was LIED TO, AGAIN, when I asked them they should move my appointment to Sec-18, they said they don't have some special laser used at me and now they are scheduling it at Sec-18! LIARS. Another time they told me technician is coming and made me wait for so long.. I request you, either sort the problems of this house, or refund me the remaining amount so I can move on from availing the services from this unfortunate place. I have always been softspoken with them, but after adjusting so much, don't make me take a legal action. It's been 2 sessions and 3 months and they've managed to cheese me off enough to write this. Nonetheless, cheers to them for I wasted another 15 min browsing and typing on this site :)

                  I would like to share the Worst experience ever at VLCC qatar C ring road ..I would really advise no one to ever do any services in that place .

                  The sector 12 Dwarka branch staff is most in-sensitive, my service was incomplete and they do not give appointment too even if slots are free.                   have already done that many times but its been of no use and must get the refund of twice my money for the daunting experience and the way they manage and behave with customer. If your therapist are not there why are u running the counter for two months???? Why If i have called to take the normal appointment they have given, else your therapist is not there when it was said they will give service again????

                    Never received any bill against the money paid, service is just pathetic in comparison with other vlcc branches kol & delhi .Fraud and cheated in terms of rates always charge me double the rate .Now i request you a revert which no one is bother to and i would request for a refund asap .

                        This comment is for VLCC pan India. I go to VLCC for all my services. I got my multiple sittings for laser hair reduction and keratin done here.
                        Beginning of June 2018, I was suggested this facial for 6000/- with an offer of 1 plus 1. That is you pay for 5-6 sessions one shot and you get the same doubled. I went for the 7x charcoal facial and paid 35k upfront.
                        Now hear me out, to my surprise.
                        The bill this VLCC branch generated did not match the price they quoted to me. They created two bills, one with the facial charged at 3999/- X 5 times which made for some 25k. Rest were for products that I never bought. When I asked for a proper bill, they said the prices are not listed as it is a new facial program. Worse is I did not get this bill immediately, they prepared and sent it to me post 8 p.m. Next morning when I saw the bill I called them and asked them. The answer did not convince me. Are they allowed to just create any bill at their will? I have spoken to them twice on this matter. I am yet to personally visit them again.
                        Now the next surprise I get and that which leaves me spell bound and struck is, VLCC pan India sends me a message saying the same facial is at a offer price for 3100/-. The same is advertised on their website. I could not believe what I was seeing. I felt cheated with the charges as I had already paid 35 thousand upfront.
                        Now please suggestion do we deal with such business.

                          I had bought a vlcc snigdha skin whitening day cream whose expiry date is 3/2019 but this cream has expired i guess. When i opened it it has a fungus like thing on top and yellowish water it is also not normal if you take it in hand and rub. What should i do with it? I will complaint to the shop keeper too today but inform if i can do anything else of that cream

                          I purchased a weightL loss package for my daughter at VLCC Dehra Dun for approx RS 30000 for 10 KG weight loss Bbut now the company is denying the job and is making it time bound I have a receipt which is money back challenge package if the job is not done .

                            I have wavy and frizzy hair. I have a wedding ceremony to attend, so i took kerafusion treatment last week to make my hair manageable. The process involved shampooing, blow-drying, applying the kerafusion serum, ironing to lock the treatment, shampooing again the next day and blow-drying. Although the cost is very high, i felt very happy with the result. Finally i had my dream hair, naturally straight, smooth and silky. They also suggested to ise sulfate free shampoo and conditioner to lock the result, which i bought immediately. But, after the first wash, my hair became 50% frizzy again. They said that it would be there for 2-3 months. I followed all their instructions, but the result didn't last even for a week. Highly disappointed.

                              I had purchased a package of 5 pedicures which gave 5 manicures free from kharghar outlet. I still have 2 manicures and 1 pedicure to do. I have been transfered from kharghar to mulund. At the time of purchase i was never told that the family card is not usable in any other outlet. How feasible is it for someone to travel hours and get a pedicure done? In today's time people change jobs and get transfered. We go with brands so that the same experience is available and we can get the same services in all locations. But when you go for long term commitment should the customer not be informed that the service will be avaiable only at that particular outlet? Please address this so that i can take the remaining services at mulund.

                                I had started peel session in vlcc preet vihar from about 2 months back after having a session with one of their experts who suggest me to take that session which will help my face skin to get better. It cost me a lot but the result is the worst. There is no improvement in my skin and now other people are saying that my skin becomes more dull.
                                After spending such huge amount there is no result.
                                It's like fraud has been done by vlcc. I want my money back.
                                They also told me to take facial services in between peel so as to get better results i took those as well still no response.
                                Now they are saying me to take another expensive peel treatment to get better results. It's like they are doing more and more fraud and taking huge amount of money and in return i am not getting anything.
                                Still 2 of my peel and facial sessions are left which i am not going to take and i want refund of my money.

                                Help me out.

                                      I took Volbella injection in the month of March & got Eye Infection 1st time immediately next day & 2nd time last week.
