Greetings,

This complaint is in reference to correspondence made on 25th june, 2018. I am the recipient of free vlcc has coupons. Today is the last date to redeem the same. I got free today and decided to redeem them at jaipur. I called the mansarovar store to book an appointment but to my utter despair i was told that it was a new store and coupon redemption isn’t available. I then called the vaishali nagar store where they said that there are no free haircut slots. I conveyed the whole scenario to them but they said they couldn’t help me.

This is a serious infringement of my rights. The company is trying to publicise their services by distributing free coupons, exercisable at the will of the recipient before maturity date. On the other hand, it is not reserving slots for the coupon holders. Contrary to my comfort, i also asked for the extension of coupon date if slots are not available on the same day but i know it was not an option owing to existing company policies.

Please, resolve this problem and get back to me as soon as possible.

I regret submitting a complaint to a consequential brand like yours, but it’s the customers that make a brand and i hope you would improve your current policy position by resolving complaints like these.

    The sector 12 dwarka centre is one of the worst centre and not only staff but the managers are also worthless whi just keep giving the wrong commitment and excusrs, the worst service and must not be visited, there is a gitanjali next to it which is quite good

    While the manager was told to attend the client incould hear her chit chatting with friends and in next call she say she was on leave and down with viral

      I have availed sculpt treatment from vlcc, thane (Near hiranandani meado). And i have swiped my card also for same with 90k. However, as i had to fly to other country on official purpose, i could not avail the mentioned treatment. This information was conveyed to centre much in advance. Still they did not arranged for treatment. I need refund for these services as i paid for same but did not used. Need urgent reply

        I opted for the chemical peel treatment with vlcc worth rs. 48000 and agreed to pay the amount in installments via emi. I had 2 sessions for the treatment because of which i have got severe acne and boils on my face. I would like to stop this treatment immediately as advised. And i would like you to stop my emi immediately. Please take a look into this matter immediately.

          Mr. Syed safawi
          I have taken a slimming package at your jp nagar branch in bangalore. When i had a session on 16th may 2018 at 6.45. They have a given a vibration and heating session in a room. Once the treatment is over i was ringing the bell no one has not attended after 10 min no one has not turned. I myself removed the wires which are connected and cam out no one was there everybody left for the day. They made a customer to wait in the room and left as if they don't care abt us.
          People enter your organisation with so much of hopes but useless service if anything goes wrong who will give us back. She connected all wires and lock the room and left for the day.
          Need to take a consumer complaint legally against your company.

          This is to bring you to the notice that institute in sector 1 vaishali Ghaziabad . The institute head mr vikas and ms prachi are very rude and dont even entertain the problems candidates are facing. NOC is required but the kind of letter they have provided is really unprofessional. Kindly look into the matter.

            I am old customer of vlcc center pitampura at delhi for hair cut & regular services they asked me to wait for 10 to 15 min even after waiting of 2 hrs there was my turn suddenly client had come at center and staff of vlcc has given my turn to another clint without any permission of mine or they didnt given me any information of that even they didn't offer water

            I paid more than 50000 rupees for my skin treatment...they said my pigmentation will be completely gone..there is not even 1% difference!!!They are cheaters dont ever go to vlcc

            I have taken hair treatment from your koregaon park branch on 15th may 2018 & for that I have charged Rs. 5307/-, but the color goes in 15 days after treatment. Plz look into this & get it resolved asap.

              I took laser package worth 59000 on 31st march and till 17th may i have received just one sitting of leg.
              If vlcc has no time for coustmer service why you people have services and charge for this?
              No employee from vlcc call me for giving me service no reminder of service
              Irresponsible people

                I would want to bring this to your notice this is the second time i have joined and the experience is beyond disappointment in terms of time / follow up / urgency and delivering etc.
                There are various instances i have highlighted and the list is long given to farha / babita / sneha and don't who else have being there
                The staff (I would be okay to give names) thinks they are way smart to prove their point when the mistakes which were highlighted in the past.
                My services were never pre planned and even when it is required for me to call, i had to do it keeping my work aside and stressing on the fact how this sessions are kept.
                I have take a cts/reju on emi till date only one session is done of each and i dont see the light of the day when the next session will happen now i do not want it as it will just not have effect and this all is done as per convenience of whatever you all can provided.
                I have taken machines /btm / cts & reju and i am still the same as i was rather its worse as my skin has affected too while doing the face machine therapy but results are zero and this was september or start of october, till now noone has initiated for this service which i am paying emi for no reason.
                The list goes on worse is when have i bought the service and i had to explain the team about my concern areas they offer some other product and post buying it they would tell me if i would have taken one or more session more of it then the results would be visible, this have disappointed me that very time that i had paid my hard earned money to a waste.
                So whatever session are left i want a refund of it. I was expecting a call but till now the same is also not done and thats how i want to present this is how i am made to follow up.

                Following with this trail and my conversation with Paramjeet on March 05th, Kindly process the refund,
                Since the reason Paramjeet mentioned that its a financial month end closing I will be getting the refund in April Month, And by no means this should be delayed then that month
                Kindly work it out whatever is required and ensure without my follow up this is done.

                I repeat again I do not want the service after the experience and the issues later it caused on my face.
                Further I do not want any conversations on this as I have being doing the same from December and it has reached my threshold.

                  My wife is a student in vlcc institute mohali phase 3b2. Her course pdc was started in january 2018. First she starts with makeup classes that is amu first level of make up that was expected with a duration of only two month amu+pmu (Second level of make up) both should be complete within 3 months as told by the management and syllabus but now because of inexperience faculty (Navneet kaur) of make up the amu is not getting done in expected duration. So if it is delaying then the overall course will be delay and the course of 1 year will be complete in 2 years. It is a total lose of time. We get admission in this institute only in condition that they said that we have experienced faculty but noting is there, they are delaying the courses as long as they want. As after 4 month my wife request them that, we have done with amu please start with pmu then they said we have not enough students to start with pmu, so we can't start yet and they are keep running to take their daily test that are only a formality. Please take some action on it as we have plan to go abroad in next year and have some other plans on bases of this course.

                    Hi team,

                    I have opted for bridal makeup for the month of sept'2018 as my wedding was in september. But unfortunately my grand father died and my marriage is now on hold at least for a year. And for the same i am moving to punjab on 21st of this month. I have taken this bridal package on emi basis through bajaj finance. I requested vlcc to cancel my booking as i wont be able to avail the package now as i am really not sure what will be date next. I know it is difficult to take the discussion right away, but situation don't come as you want, if this was not happened i would have really used this package but the situation is really different. Now from past a week i am calling vlcc and sending them the mail for the cancellation. Firstly the started taking the call round and round as vlcc says you need to speak to bajaj finserv and bajaj says they need the cancellation from vlcc. Now the things are going really messy and when i call vlcc every time the center head is not available to take the call. When i call bajaj they say they just need the cheque from vlcc and the cancellation. I have a confirmation mail from bajaj finserv stating there is no loan or emi registered in my name. I have the mail copy with me. I am calling daily to vlcc but no response again. Now its really a tough time wherein i am not able to manage daily and call them again and agian beg them for the same. The ball is now in vlcc and bajaj court directly. As i have informed them over the call that i am in mumbai on till 21st may'2018 after that no one in the house will be there to address bajaj people. As i wont be able to any emi for some time as i wont be salaried.

                    Again i am requesting you to please cancel the same on urgent basis or else i am not available for any payment. And if i receive any person coming to my home asking for the payment i a straight away going to show the mail which i have receive from bajaj for no loan against me. I sorry i going harsh but i don't have option as you people don't have the feeling called customer satisfaction.

                    Hope you understand the critically of the situation.

                    Hope if the response is yes its really appreciated as the situation is really tough and hope you people have heart's

                    I think you people are least bother about customer's request, You people only need your business nothing else. What if the person who has taken your package if something happen to That person and if she dies then also you people will say to transfer this package to some one else. Great, This is just to inform you that I am closing it from my end. You people are not going to solve any problem. I saw your reviews on different site as well there are also many complaint pending So you people don't have time solve that also what time you will to solve my problem. Better I only decide what I have to do. But please have some heart. Its really sound weird that you people don't have any cancellation policy. Then you people only know how to take money and that's it. Great you people enjoy your business. But ill ask all my contact not to use VLCC ever. Don't need any reply on this as you people have as many complaint to solve.

                      Yesterday i visited your vlcc center in sector 41, noida. I wanted to get my bca done which is free of cost everywhere infact i visited your sector 18 noida center last year and it was done free of cost.

                      Yesterday I visited your vlcc center in sector 41, Noida. I wanted to get my BCA done which is free of cost everywhere infact I visited your sector 18 Noida center last year and it was done free of cost.
                      I had a word with Ms. Jyoti and she said I need to pay RS. 400 plus tax.
                      I was really shocked that how come VLCC is charging when no one else is charging.
                      I need to clear this doubt.

                          Today, i had a hair colour appointment at vlcc, new friends colony community centre, new delhi. Before applying the dye i verified from the person applying it, whether dye was ammonia free or not and he said it was ammonia free. However, soon i started to develop rashes and itching. I asked him to stop but he continued. Talking about vishwas and saying i should believe him. Soon, i developed itching and rashes all over the the body. I want to complain about the whole episode because i am their client since last 13 -14 years and they know my allergies. I am also under treatment for cancer.in spite of all these facts they played with my health. Has vlcc become so desperate for money that they overlook the health issues of the customer?

                            Here i m jot sandhu, yesterday i registered my complaint till now, you didnot give any rivert, i suffered so many health issues because of your services, if you dont refund my money, i will take legl action, i refund my money, your employee such a rude, so stop my services and back my money, i got rashes and bujrning my skin, i am very disappointed your services, your employee didnot take any responsility, n they dont have proper knwoledge to provide guidance to customer, i startedmy insta clearnce in march and 1 sevrice done after that, 2nd service done april, i took laser pack, its totally spoil my skin after that i also take 2 kg plan, and aprrox 7 therapy but donot give any result, this is si irritating, in dec to jan, i spend whole day in vlcc but at the end i didnot get any result, i already told 4-5 time please stop[ my serbvoce but your employee, you can use this, again you can this, what is this, how you are forcing all the time, it so depressive for me, before sytarted my insta clearnce, i already told you i dont want start, but your employee call me again and agin, sms on whtsapp, such a freak person, now i dinot get any result, so stop all service, otherwise i take legal action, enough is enough, in future i dont reccomending to anyone in vlcc, so stop, otherwise, i create violence, you already take so many advantages from are side, amritsar vlcc i sso bad, i am so stressed because of you, i want refund my money immediately...

                              Here I m jot sandhu, I want stop all my plan immediately, I am very disappointed your services and your employee also have so much aatitude ..I took laser plan and weight loss in December after that, I suffered so many issues, I also took family pack and instance clearance, right now, , , , IWANT STOP immediately, and REfUND my MONEy, otherwise IWiLL take legal ACTIoN REGRDS THIS..and stop capital float service I took only 2 dervise, IMMEDIATELY, you people such a freak

                                After enrolling for 60, 000 rs treatment i have ended up with deep burn on the skin. Now am writing here that i do not want others to go through a similar experience. I am unable to walk or sit or travel to work place. Are you saying that this brand is not capable of hiring qualified professionals to do the treatment? They use the assistants to perform the procedure which is so insane. The damaged on the inner thigh which is so deep and i am worried about the permanent damage in the area. Is this because i raised a concerned about the management for the quality of the service & appointments they provide in the past? I need my skin to be restored from the scar which is created. Do you guys have legal authority to conduct such careless treatments after paying 60, 000? I had terrible experience earlier which i have notified the vlcc support for their consent. Now that i have given up hopes with them. I need treatment for the damaged skin asap. The kind of professional behavior towards the client is horrible.

                                  I visited the kamanahalli bangalore branch for a laser session as i have paid for a laser package. Like always the laser was not available as it was out of order. Secondly the hair spa loreal was for rs700 god knws how much taxes were levied that i was charged rs943. When i asked the bill they said the internet was down and that i would get an sms which till now i haven’t received. They refused to gove me a manual bill. Thirdly i have around 600 points which they did not let me redeem saying that they are not accepting loyalty points but strangely i receive sms from vlcc every single day saying redeem your points. This is just another way to fool people and getting money out of them.

                                  This is bring u notice that packet of this product clearly mention that it contains paraben as preservatives which is very dangerous for human it is directly absorb by skin to blood, what the [censored]ing product u people is selling playing with peoples health how could u use word'herbal'???? I will take this complain further to higher level.

                                    My parents joined vlcc weight loss plan in march 2017. They paid rs 19000 each for reducing 15 kg weight. It was a money back gurantee plan, that our weight will be reduced. They provided us a plan of emi options. So, we paid the money in emi's. Till november 2017 all the money was paid after that the employee's of vlcc told them it was a 6 month plan and we cannot provide you more services. But we have a bill in which it is written that services will be provided till 15 kg of weight has been reduced. But now they are denying. We have paid[protected]*2) but they are now denying for the services.

                                    Your jalandhar store at Model Town is hopeless and the staff is very poor and rude and unprofessional and uneducated
                                    We took a package of 11800Rs from vlcc, govindpuram, ghaziabad, UP branch. Now the center is sealed and they are not taking calls on given numbers

                                      We have taken number of products from vlcc. They commit lot of things before and then they cheat us. Once the amount is paid they are not bothered to give the service.
                                      Just making money and fooling people.
                                      Before you take any package and you pay the money take in writing what they are going to provide. But still you are not going to get the service. They will not call you. You will have to be behind them and push them to get the service for which you have paid. No systems

                                        I booked three international facial on 31.12.2017 at your bareilly branch but didn't get the services when i asked for it they gave the reason that they don't have the product. Now i want to cancel my bookings and want my money back 16 days passed when i raised a complaint with complaint id... Cas-13717-t8v4x4. No action has been taken, kindly do the needful.
