I brought a kajal of your company and i got an offer that is a kajal for free. So when i opened the kajal which was given for free it was empty. It contained nothing inside it. I was shocked to see it. I really didn’t expect this. Is this the way you offer a product? I had a good image towards your company but after receiving such incident i had lost it. Hence i request you to make sure that no empty product is being given.

    Myself shalini agarwal, have some redeem point which value is 248/-.

    But this redeem point not redeemed bcz of otp not received in my mobile on 25/03/18 according miss fazia (Swaroop nagar kanpur) said that send otp more time in my mobile.
    Every message of vlcc received in my mobile but redeemed otp not received. Why???.

    I think miss fazia did not try for sending otp.

    Please check n confirm me.

    This redeem point expired on 29/03/18.

    Kindly extend the expiry the redeem date.

      I opted for laser hair removal with vlcc indirapuram ghaziabad and it gave me several burns. I wish to discontinue the service which costs 60000 rs. With emi of 6000. Due to a complicated arrangement with bajaj finserv i am being forced to pay the emi when i do not wish to continue. Vlcc is not allowing me to return the treatment. Completely disgusted.

        Dear all vlcc members,
        I am jyoti sawakare from pune. I am deeply hurt by vlcc service by rahatni pune team. They have promised me lot of things but unfortunately they have made many mistakes, like no good service, delayed service and falls promises. Actual situation as per given below,

        First meet:

        For my prebridal i discussed the packages with ms. Barkha, she had explained me all packages with huge discounts. Finally she had given me package of rs. 11, 210/-. As per our discussion she committed i will get 100% good results after these sessions; if no results will return money. She forced me to pay maximum amount in first meeting then i paid rs. 5000/-

        First sitting for cleane up

        After that before proving service they forced me to pay complete amout. I felt some how falls in behavior. Even i denied for the same they have given me today's offer as - if complete amount is paied will give free facial.
        Finally somehow they managed to get complete payment from me.

        1. Further i have been taken a room for wearing apron and was waiting for almost 1hr to get service started. (This is what the big signal for me to falls promises but i was in the different mood as every bridal is as)
        I tried to call them by raising my voice however no one responded, finally i called them on phone.

        2. When service started, it gets finished in 10 min.

        3. I came out from room and waiting for staf to ask feedback on first service they delivered however no one taken initiative for the same.

        4. I had given them feedback on my own as below
        I) clean up was only for 10 min
        Ii) waiting time to get service was too much, no value for customer time.
        Iii) applied very less cream and scrubbed with dry hands.
        Iv) on requesting to get more cream as was having buring sensession; which was ignored.
        V) my skin was dried out and get rashed after this.

        5. After all this i denied further treatment from vlcc and ask them for refund. But they denied for refund and requested and begged me to give a single last chance.

        Second sitting

        Shweta asked for one more chance and again committed me 100% good results with very advance treatment which is lumiere facial. (If they have not made any mistake why they are giving me adance treatments.) i thought mistakes happens with human beings only so given next chance but unfortunately again same thing. Again and again very silly mistakes bad service.
        In the next meeting i was in to take my money back but miss. Shweta promises to my husband that we need last chance please convince her and she got succeed but she used very bad products.

        Finally i decided not to take any further service from vlcc as they will definitely spoile my life event by spoiling my skin.

        I am having all proofs like all bills all photos and i may be find phone recorings also.

        I am hoping to get my all money back from respective department. I am very sad upset deeply hurt by the vlcc.

          Myself rupa kumari, a customer of vlcc – sector -5 kolkata.

          I have written complain earlier also but they mark complain as resolve without providing me any solution. I am not able to understand how consumer form do this with customer. If consumer form will not solve our problem then what happen with us. Ever time we will suffer with some kind of fraud.

          My earlier complain subject line : extremely bad quality of service as well customer care response

          I straggling with my problem from more then one year due to vlcc services as well as due to their customer service support. They don't care about customer problem. I don't know use of customer care service in vlcc.

          I have extremely bad experience with vlcc services as well as with customer care. Customer support service is very bad.
          I have call and mail but getting no response from them.

          My treatment is not completed due to your bad service. Please refund my money

          They have just played with my skin now they have no answer. None of the employees has any knowledge related to skincare. They had treat my skin just like an experimental things. If they have no knowledge they should accept that. My skin is very important for me and it is not for any know of experiment

          I just want my money back.

          Myself rupa kumari, a customer of vlcc – sector -5 kolkata.

          I had started to take treatment since 14-mar-2017 from vlcc for some pimple marks in my skin. They suggested to go through salisalic peel treatment along with hydra facial treatment. Also they had taken saliva from mouth for dna test.

          But the treatments were not suitable for me and i suffered from reactions. When i mentioned this to them i was suggested to undergo 5 days of ozone treatment. After this again i have gone through peeling and different type of facial. But again similar type of problem appeared & i again got rash with yellow pus in my skin. Then they suggested some home remedies. The same problem occurred when i had undergone third session of peeling and facial which was different from previous two types of facial. Then i told that i will not undergo further treatments and i was asked to undergo medical check up since nothing was suiting my skin.

          After several check ups with different tests from blood to usg, doctor mentioned that i do not have any medical condition that would create side effects if i take beauty treatments.

          When i went back to the store, i was suggested few more treatments which were different from the earlier ones by some senior persons at their store. However problems occurred after each of the two sessions and i have stopped visiting the store due to this. Not only i got some rashes after visiting your store last time, i was also feeling irritation on my skin.

          I have twice contacted customer care henceforth but i didn't receive proper response from them. My skin is still suffering the reactions of those treatments.
          I am highly dissatisfied with the service as well as disappointed due to poor response from customer care. I would request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and atleast return me the money i have spent at your store since none of the treatments was useful to me and instead i had huge expenses in medical check up.

          This proves that you do not bother to take responsibility of your customers
          And serve them well.

          I had spoken to vlcc customer care twice and also sent mail with detailed
          Description but still did not receive response from your side. I have lost
          Faith in vlcc and would never recommend any one to go to your center,
          Instead share my experience in all possible forums in order to stop others
          From getting harassed by your service both physically and mentally.

          I demand my money back for all the treatments taken and if no communication
          Is received within 48 hours i would take necessary actions to take this
          Forward to higher authorities and in that case i would also demand
          Compensation for all the medical expenses and harassment that i had to face.

            I have taken a facial package of rs.11000 of 6 sittings in vlcc, ambari branch, guwahati. Till now, 2 sittings are over. The first sitting was satisfactory, but not up to the standard of the company. But, i really had a very bad experience in my 2nd sitting, as i didn't get the desired result. Moreover, the details of the package that is taken is not given to the clients, for which it becomes difficult for the clients to keep a track of the package. We are unaware and they do not make it clear to the clients as to what are the facials that comes under the packages. It would be helpful if the clients are given a receipt where it is clearly mentioned the facials and the duration. Usually, the facial timing is 90 minutes to 120 minutes as per my earlier experiences in vlcc or any other salon wherever i have visited. Whereas, the 2nd sitting that was given to me in vlcc, ambari branch, took not more than 50 minutes. I was not at all satisfied as per the package and it is vividly shown that the employers working in vlcc, ambari branch doesn't feel necessary to provide satisfactory services after the full payment of the package. Because, now they know, no matter how is the service given to us, we 'll have to take the remaining sittings as the payment is already done.
            I would like to mention one more point that it is the responsibility of the beautician to make the client feel relaxed and comfortable when the facial is going on. But in my visit to the 2nd sitting, the beautician was continuously bothering me throughout the facial time by insisting me to take another package whereas 4 sittings are already left in my package, not concentrating in her service. Had it not been a package, i could have discontinued to take vlcc service, but i am helpless as i have already paid for the package, for which they are taking advantage of my helplessness. My earlier experience of facial package in vlcc, abc, g. S. Road, guwahati was good. I could see good results after the facials were taken. I hope to get better results and services for the remaining sittings.

              I booked for skin whitening treatment at vlcc kondapur hyderabad. During consultation they told it would be better if i go for inno peel and facial. They charged 12000rs for 3peels and 3facials. I checked the process of inno peel in youtube. But in vlcc they just applied the cream and washed off. They are not professionals at all. They told to pay all the anount before the start of the session and i paid. If we are paying this huge amount we expect the worth for the service. If they cant worth it, they should tell us during consultation. And the doctors are not at all professionals. They change their words simply and their main aim is to charge the money.

                Hi sry to say that but last year on june i have enrolled for an face treatment at agra vlcc and rajshree and aadarsh have given me some advice and taken 15000 rupess and as per them the treatment was cost rs 12000 and with extra 3000 they are going to provide some extra treatment but all was myth., and when i asked for that they have cancelled 1 session and added other session all was rubbish there was no improvment and at last they have not taken proper feedback and not resolved that problem and really disappointed the behaviour was really rude i have to wait there for session half hiurs all the time after prior appointment., i never recommended vlcc and never want to visit again really felling big cheated.

                  I am a daily user of VLCC Lip Balm of Cherry flavour.For 1 & half year, I am daily using this. My reason for liking this product is it really gives a beautiful and natural reddish pink color. Also this product gives a good moisturizing to lips. But the main reason for which I like to use this is its color.

                  But recently when I bought this, this lip balm does not give any color. Earlier only by a single application I got color. But now even after applying many times I got zero color (color which comes almost like no color).

                  I am highly disappointed now. For regular outing instead of lipstick it was really a great substitute.

                  I have attached a picture of VLCC CHERRY FLAVOURED LIP BALM interms of PREVIOUS COLOR AND NEW COLOR. You can see the difference between the new and old one.

                  So being a loyal customer of this company I hope the company will recognise this problem and might resolve this.

                    I got no bill so acc to terms i should get my service for free
                    I had basic haircut of Rs117. So i need refund. Credit me my amount on paytm.
                    It was clearly written in Center that 'you will get your service free if we failed to provide bill'

                    First of all i had to wait 10mins at store to get my haircut done
                    Secondly the barber was very rude. I showed him a haircut pic from net n he said Isko konsi bhasha me Faded bolte hai

                      Unsatisfied with the result of 2 services taken worth rs 48, 000 from thane manpada centre. Laser underarm and bikini and hair loss treatment. Tried multiple times to reach the centre head since 3 months however she seems to be loaded with work and no satisfactory response received from.

                      i HAD GOT MY PRE-BRIDAL DONE FROM vlcc Manimajra Branch, just 2 days before the wedding, i got my waxing done and the person at VLCC burnt my right leg and post this service, i did not avail my remaining pre bridal service. i sent a mail at wellness care with the burnt leg image as my skin had totally peeled off. I was promised treatment on this, but its been 3 months now and i have been offered no proper treatment. This happened on 22nd november 2018.
                      I lodged a complaint in consumer court post which i was told i will be given treatment to erase the mark from my leg and compensatory services also. But i was not offered anything. people are not even reverting to phone calls once i withdrew my complaint. # disgusting customer service. no revert even from vandana luthra. will take this to the next level till this is resolved.

                        I received a call from vlcc customer care about an offer - men's haircut for rs.99+tax. I got an appointment at nearest vlcc. However the center denied to give that offer. I had to pay full amount i. E. Rs.240+tax.!!

                        This is really pathetic. I didn't find any customer care number of vlcc. When i tried calling back on the number they called me for this offer, it's not going thru.

                          I have joined VLCC on 7/6/2017 in preetvihar branch and after that they have added validity period also without my knowledge...and I haven't got any remidy for my weight loss .no weight loss and total money wasted.slimming heads get changed 3 times and since 2 months there is no slimming head and no follow up.

                            I very disappointed by the service of your vlcc-four bungalows branch. I have taken the package for phr on august and while taking the package i told them clearly m shifting to kolkata within ten days they assured me the credit note will be transferred asap. After constant follow up since six months still it has not been transferred. After paying so much money this is not what we expect it’s very shameful.

                              We are your customer from last ten years. We were regular customer at your abu dhabi branch. Now we are getting service from kolkata, kasba branch. Your service s are going to docks. Facilities are detoriating day by day, management and maintenance is worst, aim is how to make the customer fool. I have taken massage packages but equipments are not working and stopped from last one month. Soon i will claim my money back and asked all my friends and relatives to stop the relationship with vlcc. Please look into the matter it is serious.

                                Whom soever it may concern,

                                I am a vlcc customer since long and a few months ago i have got my family card for rs 5000 at mahakali cave rd vlcc centre but sorry to say that i am not happy with the customer care setvices with the centre and not interested to continue with vlcc. Would like to know the procedure to get my hardearn money back.

                                I have emailed this in dec, written my conplain in fb but no result. Why? This is what you call customer care?

                                    I am an esteemed member at vlcc and having packages for skin treatment & also have a family card to avail various services. These packages were first purchased at your vlcc andheri east centre. I had started my skin treatment at the same centre with dr. Komal mehta. As per the procedure described by her, she had done some kind of chemical peel and frequency treatment. But soon after the treatment my skin was left burning with bruise marks on my face. To my disparity, i had availed this service right before my engagement ceremony. Dr. Komal mehta is probably one of your worst employees and her attitude towards clients is rude. She cannot handle criticism and took things personally once she was confronted. Its really shocking to know that an organisation like vlcc has such kind of employees. I decided to let things be and discontinued availing the skin services.

                                    After sometime i transferred my family package to andheri west branch. Since my package was transferred, i’ve tried to avail services and get appointments at the centre but its shocking to know that they’re always booked out. I also posed as a potential client and tried to get an appointment to which they agreed but as a package client they’ve refused to give appointments citing various reasons. I stopped calling or even trying and its shameful that they don’t even have the responsibility to contact their client or address any grievance for that matter.

                                    Such unprofessionalism, rude & insolent approach by vlcc is quite astonishing. Its quite literal that i’ve spent my hard earned money on the above things and its really upsetting. It’s my kind and humble request you to kindly monitor your staff and the above centres since i might not be the only client been through this disparity. Further to all of the above, i would like to ask you kindly refund the sum of money i’ve paid as i’ve not availed any of the services. The skin service which i went through, i’ve already described the my uncouth experience. I’ve paid a total of rs.72, 900=00/- (All inclusive). Hence, kindly refund my money on priority basis.

So this is the way you people do business by cheating people. When customer is not taking any service then close the service.
