I have taken b line therapy in jalandhar they told me results will be there after 3 sittings and asked me to take 10 sittings after booking of my 10 sittings when i told them that there are no results visible they asked me to take advanced therapy whereas before therapy they never said to take advanced therapy they cheated me it was complete waste of time and money i made a complaint against them they informed me that i will get a call from jalandhar centre and they will resolve my problem but i got no call. So now i am going to make a complaint in consumer court for the same

    Dear sir,

    I ms. Rashmi narkar has been an employee in vlcc health care / wellness for 5 years (Emp11794), have left the company since last one year. Would like to complain about the provident fund not sanctioned by the company. I have done several follow ups with the hr team and also called many times for the same, they dont pick the call many times and if they answer the call they tell that they will be transferring the call to the hr person but still this has not been taken into consideration and now its been almost one and a half year they have not yet sanctioned the pf. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thanking you in advance.

      Its me harleen from jalandhar i have taken a b line treatment in jalandhar centre they told me you will get guaranteed results nd when after completion i told them i can see no result they didnt bothered even and nobody listened to me.. Poor services and products waste of time and money
      They didn't provide me right treatment and took 14000 rs for the same but i have zeo percent effect of same i want my money to be refunded

        I had taken derma roller treatment from vlcc jabalpur (Wright town as well as gorakhpur branches). After getting no results for derma roller sessions, when i complained for, they provided me chemical peel to recover the damage on my skin. Doctor there told me it will take 3-4 days to peel off the burnt dead skin after chemical peel. More than 45 days has been passed and still there is no recovery of the extra scars they given me on my face. It is very disappointing to say they are very unprofessional people and have no communication between their doctors and beautician. Their beautician offered me derma roller for removal of pits and their doctor said in case of my skin derma roller doesn't show better results. Their beautician said derma roller will not show much effect on pores but another doctor there said me it will improve pores too. I wonder why on the earth these people charge so much when their service is just like some ordinary parlour service. I'm highly disappointed from their services. Put aside the problem i went for solving there, they have given me a new problem which is taking really long to recover. Their doctor later accepted this happened because chemical peel has gone more than it was supposed to. Worst experience.

        I recently went to VLCC Hyderabad, hitech city branch. I had slight pores on my face and few pimples mark. So they suggested me to take chemical peel and derma roller.
        After the 1st peel I am able to see pimples appearing one after the other and this type of pimples I have never seen earlier neither in face nor in other body parts ever.
        I complained them still they were saying it is not because of the treatment and gave me 2 medicine to apply and along with that they did the second peel.

        Now I can't say how this pimples spoiled my face and even the pores get enlarged. I complained them but they didn't listen to me and did facial saying it will cleanse your skin.

        Further session are still pending. I don't understand this kind of behavior. If you are seeing a negative impact rather stop the treatment.

        Refund the amount to me I would visit a nice experienced doctor rather tham on VLCC

          While taking first heat session, i got burnt at thigh. When i called to the centre, ruchi mam (Incharge of kota vlcc centre) asked me to come on next day and show her.
          But on very next (Which was not my schedule day,) when i reached there, she was not even available for me at the time she fixed.
          She assign me to her consultant named teena for the same.
          Teena said that - we are not responsible for your burn, even she hardly agreed with the cause of burn.

          Truly a very bad experience, zero responsibility by consultants!

            While taking a weight loss session at vlcc i got burnt in the stomach, they promised to compensate but no response till now. It has been 1 month

            During the session i called the vlcc person and told them that it is burning, they said it is how the machine works, post session when i went home i applied ice pack due to pain and got blisters, vlcc called their doctor to check and they gave medicine, since it was not curing went to care hospitals which gave antibiotics, still it is not cured

              Hi, today i booked an appointment with vlcc kochi at 3 0'clock for haircut @ 199 based on the offer message that i received from vlcc. But they ask me to wait there and finally they called me at 4.15 for hair cut and inform that they will just trim my hair @199. For any other hair cut, they ask me to pay 800 or 899 + tax... Not sure the exact figure, but it not at all matching with amount in the offer message and i didn't opt that one. After that i called the toll free number and intimated my concern, they told me the offer is for hair cut, but the same is provided by the vlcc koch centre. Its a very bad experience and i never recommend vlcc product or services anymore...

                  Iam surya teja id number [protected] from west godavari district andhrapradesh. I took a meso hair treatment in vlcc rajahmundry the manager told treatment is 4 sittings so you pay 3 steps the payment. I paid 1st time 5000 thousand and i asked receipt but she did not give any bill and she says printer is not working.
                  After 20 days i took that treatment and i payed 2000 rs again she did not give any receipt. I asked so many days but the manager did not gives any receipt, after 4th sitting she asking that balance money 2000 rs. I am ready to pay that balance money but she did not gave any receipts and bills, how i believe that manager manjula reddy. From first to last she did not give any bills or receipts tell me how i believe vlcc rajahmundry branch. Please give any receipts

                    I have started my weight loss program in may 2017 and i'm still continuing. There is one staff named debolina whose behaviour is so rude that most of the clients feel irritated to take the session in her presence. Since she is the dietitian, she decides and directs the therapist which machine to be given and for how long etc. She herself remains busy in making personal phone calls through out the day and even talks to the client holding her call parallely. Her shouting and pinching rude words make the whole ambience so polluting that i myself feel irritated to visit the place. At the time of booking for the next session she always tries to defer the client by misinforming that there is no availability. Overall this cunning lady always tries to cheat the client. Vlcc authority must know how much money each customer pays for getting service from them. But if this kind of behaviour and service is received the target will not be achieved and the clients are getting harassed. A written complaint has been submitted to the branch manager on 20.08.17. If no step is taken by vlcc management, necessary action will be taken as per provisions of law.

                    In connection with the complaint posted on 22.08.17 no visible change in your Jodhpur Park branch has been noticed till date. The same dietitian is continuing her job as she did earlier. Kindly let me know clearly with the supporting document exactly what action you have taken against this employee. This is for your reminder that I have invested Rs.60, 000/- (approx.) for availing different services from you during the period May'17 to August'17.
                    Besides, I submitted one hand-written complaint to the Branch Manager, Sagarika, of VLCC, Jodhpur Park Branch on 21.08.17 (at around 7:30 a.m.). The Branch Manager did not hand-over the received copy' of the same that evening showing a reason that no staff was available to make the photocopy of the letter from outside and assured to give the same on my next visit. After that I have made several requests to her to hand-over the 'received copy'of my complaint letter which is not yet received. You are request to direct her to hand-over the 'received copy'to me immediately. I visit the branch twice/thrice every week.

                      This is to inform you that my fiancé took your services starts in the month of january from vlcc, 370, ground floor, kohat enclave-pitampura, delhi - 110034, opposite metro pillar no-342. The name of your executive was charu, first time when we had a meeting that time she was like so polite and warm, and after like 4 months of treatment as she took services for skin treatment and what ever charu promised as at the time booking nothing works. She charged 65k for the treatment with assurance that you will see like a complete change. Then they guys took more than 4 months to get it solved but nothing happened and during that time she were taking advice from their doctors as well and after like 4 months of treatment or you can say they were like doing experiments on her and nothing works then after they called up their senior doctor and they called us as well at the same time so they can analyse what problem is this after 4 months and after closed examine by her she said we can not do anything related to that and she also asked to her junior doctor and charu as well that why you guys committing wrong things playing with her life or skin. Then after she said what-ever the amount you paid you will get it back so don't need to worry about this then charu started ignoring us and then we ask what are you doing and how much time will going to take to complete the processor, she said with in a week, then she called - up her senior to manipulate us for bride make-up that at the of marriage you will going to book your bridal make-up so can compensate this amount in that they guys are start harassing us and the time when we said we don't want any services from you guys the they said ok we are giving you time to think. I said how many time i have to say no to you that we are not in a mood to negotiate then they said ok we are emailing to our head office and they will going to return your money and after even this is more than 2 months nothing works and we haven't receive any mail or anything in our case and she is keep ignoring us after like last friday we called her and she said do whatever you can do but we will not gonna return your money for any reason she behaved so badly

                        While taking a slimming package i told them may be i will transfer from kankurgachi to gariahat. They told me no problem they will transfer everything. I gave them more than rs10000. When i got transfer they are not ready to transfer the branch of vlcc. Asking them then do some beauty packing they are not ready to do that. They are not ready to talk also.

                          This is regarding kormangala branch of vlcc @ bangalore. I booked beauty sevices worth rs 20000 which was to be used in 3 months duration. I booked it on 3rd august and on 10th august i get to know that their branch is shutting down, after i myself visited their branch. Nobody bothered to inform. After checking, i am informed that i will have to visit nearest branch i. E. Inidranagar for future services. When approached inidranagar branch on scheduled date, they tell that the doctor doing the procedure is not available, i will have to speak to the person who booked my services so that he can fix me an appoitment elsewhere. After several failed attempts i managed to reach the guy who booked my services, he says he will call me back and then switches off his phone. Now i don't have any idea how i am going to take this forward. I feel cheated.

                            I join vlcc before 6 months.. They promissedus for a 20kg weight loss, cost about 64000rs. But after 6 months its only 4 kgs. I am frustated and dont want to continue.
                            I have paidthrough card 14311 and through babaj finance its about50100total and 3578/-per month. Still my last payment month will be april 2018.
                            Whatever i have paid is gone. But now i want to stop my payment and want to stop to go there. Please help how do i stop my emi payment through ecs from babaj finance?

                              I went to gandhinagar branch of vlcc for cleanup and hand tone. Money taken-1500 but none of the required things were done.
                              No cleaning no steam no massage just one face pack on face n hands.
                              Exploiting customers in the name of service.
                              You may earn money using immoral ways but it will be of no benefit to you. Rather it will cause loss to you the way you do with your customers

                              These are the big time Scammers charged 65000 and now they are not refunding as they were in big failure in-terms of their treatment.

                                I had taken a laser hair removal package at vlcc manimajra branch in chandigarh in june. After full growth of hair on upper lip and chin in july i called tanya (Centre head who had given me the package) for the session but she didn't make any effort to fix the session. I had clearly told her that i would undertake the laser treatment from dr urvashi who comes to the centre from sec 35 chandigarh on appointments. But tanya went on a holiday. Since i had to go outstation i got my hair removed by threading.
                                Now after a month again, today on 5/8/17, i went to the centre for session. Dr urvashi was there. She came and spoke to me also. Tanya kept me waiting for 1.30 hrs and once told me that you i can come the next day also but dr urvashi will not be there. I opted to wait. But when i was called for the session and was lying on the bed, one girl came for the treatment. When i insisted on dr urvashi, tanya came & told me that the girl was also a doctor. I thought it was not good to leave.
                                But i am not satisfied with the treatment as my hair have not been removed.
                                Did i wait so long for such a raw treatment??? Is it good on their part to cheat me like that??
                                People like tanya deserve punishment who deceive the customer like that. She became so sugarcoated when giving me the package but now cares a damn and harassing me at any given opportunity. I am feeling very restless on given such a raw deal.
                                Pl bring the guilty to the punishment and do the needful. Thanks.

                                Hello sir
                                I am taking laser treatment full face from VLCC manimajara. I did not had much growth on my face except few on chin but a manager Nidhi at VLCC insisted me to go for full face. It's been approximately 2 years I am getting treatment from there. They spoiled my face. I had a lot hairs on my face now. I was taking treatment from dr. Urvashi. When I asked her about the growth on my face, she insured me that she will rectify and give me more sittings in same amount that I paid 25000, to clean my face. Now she had left from VLCC manimajra.
                                This is a cheating that you trap customers with false claims that laser will clean unnecessary hairs. It's a lie. Kindly do justice and provide me more sittings to clear my face.

                                  I suggest, a big no! I had taken derma-roller treatment fron vlcc jabalpur which is for filling pits and pigmentation removal. First a beautician there told me in 3–4 sittings you would be able to see a difference in your skin. Instead of getting a change for good, the doctor their from batra’s homeopathy clinic run a roller over a fresh pimple and made skin flat which left a dark spot over there and it is not recovering now. Their treatment did not make any difference over my skin except i got this extra patch. They claim for a medical treatment but believe me it was just like some ordinary beauty parlour service. Their doctor was least interested to share with me any details about the so called treatment. All they kept up saying was - you take more sitings. All they were interested was to give me their plan for more sittings. After one sitting they didnt even remember about my next sitting. I highly recommend no to vlcc treatments! Hope my review will help someone.

                                    I have got vlcc coupon as complimentary on mothers day ocassion last date of coupon is 31st july & struggling to get appointment since last 3 to 4 days in sec 35 chandigarh, they are not ready to give appointment. They are not giving me appointment on daily basis calling them but they are not ready to give appointment of just 15 min services which i have to opt is only for 15 min

                                      I had bought the vlcc full body laser hair removal package from vlcc dwarka branch, delhi. Before i signed up for this whole process, i explicitly mentioned to them that i have a travelling job and i wont be staying in delhi for sure. I would be travelling every few months to different cities. Upon clarifying with other authorities, they promised to me that whichever city i would be in and if it has vlcc centre, they will transfer one session at a time to them, as and when i require.

                                      I took my first full body session in the delhi branch and have moved to mumbai for now. It has been two months here for me. For the past one month i had been struggling to get my session transferred here. Everyday i had been making incessant calls to get things done with them (And thats when this isnt even my job). All i heard were unacceptable excuses like gst problem (Like seriously you are trying to fool me?? I am an mba grad and very well know what and how gst is!).

                                      And, after so many calls and requests, they finally transferred one session here in mumbai, but only for my face! Ok, i went ahead and atleast took that. The same day i was again promised that within a couple of days they ll transfer my remaining full body also. But ofcourse, i have been calling and trying to get that done again and all i hear again is "trying".

                                      So what is the problem? The gst liked my face and not my body? What am i supposed to do? Is this how you treat your customers? Is this your level of service? Is this what promise means to you?

                                      Please tell me what has to be done.

                                        Respected sir or madam,
                                        I am a senior doctor and a valued member of vlcc welness care gym at kolkata behala chowrasts. I also introduced many of my patients and inmates to vlcc.
                                        But today 19.07.2017, when i came to introduce another client who took membersship of 1 yr only on my request, i was astonished at the unprofessional behavior of one staff who was ralking to me in a rude tone and that too in "tu" asif i am her brother or lover, when i askwd her to be professional and pointed about her worthless behavior, from vlcc reception ms kanchan even supported her telling that we talk that way. If this is the standard of vlcc getting detoriarated day by day, then i think i will further never send any of my clients to vlcc and will update about the poor service of vlcc in all social media.
