Hello,

I am a big user of vlcc products. I am very upset about the discontinuity of vlcc watermelon bergamot gentle exfoliating face wash.
I have searched for it in all the retail stores as well as online, but i couldn't find any. I've tried using other vlcc face wash and some other brands too, but nothing would suit my skin type.

Can you please tell me if you have any replacement for that face wash or something atleast with the similar constituents and results.
Or do you have any left over packs so that i can order it.
I really need the watermelon bergamot face wash. My skin doesn't feel fresh and clean with other brands.

    Dear sir/madam,

    This is a complaint regarding vlcc pusa road as i was enrolled there for weight loss. It was or i can say it is complete harassment for the client as for them there is no value of client time their behaviour is completely devastating. This is what happens to me:-
    Due to some reasons, i asked them to change my centre to nfc, south delhi. They get easily convinced and ask for some time. They told me to give a reminder call on 2nd december 2017 so that they will book my first session with them. But things started from there, i had given them a call on 1st december to book my session they said ok on 3rd december i can go for the same. But on 3rd when i call them to inquire about whether my session is booked or not, as i have not received any call, mail or msg regarding it. The girl name kirti under whom i book my session said she forget and she will do it right now.
    After 10 min i got a call that your session is booked and said you would get a confirmation call too. But still, no confirmation call or msg received neither any msg or mail for the transfer. Meanwhile, when i call them to ask about the route for the same she didn't bother and the person on call/reception said that she is busy with a client i said not an issue you tell me the route and give me their phone number so that i can consult them she said to wait. And i am still on her waiting list, till date. I have not received any msg regarding address and phone number.
    Now the point is when i reached nfc centre they told me that the session is booked but they have not received any transfer mail. But they entertain me and book my next session too. When i went there for next session they said still they didn't get the mail of transfer. I said they not picking up my call so better they call them and i'll talk to them in front of everyone but i started taking and tell everything that why you have not mailed anything to them, then they mail them and to me as well. But the problem does not end here i was booked with 10 tummy tuck plus 10 sessions (1 facial and 4 sessions as complimentary). But the mail i and nfc centre has received in it it is written that my 9 sessions are complimentary as this is not true as i already avail my 4 complimentary sessions in pusa road centre only. Nfc centre also not able to short out the issue as they have not received proper mail and my file.
    This is complete harassment for the client it been a month or two but the matter is not sorted out yet. Neither they entertain my calls. On 3rd december, because of them, i wasted an hour only for searing for the nfc centre as they keep my phone on hold and no one bothers.
    I just want that some action needs to be taken so that others may not suffer and from my side, i would never suggest anyone to go to that centre as their customer dealing is worst. I have not expected such behaviour from vlcc.
    During there sessions too they have not guide properly neither they take my case seriously they are just there for making money.
    I am frustrated from there behaviour. Kindly look into my problems and try to short out the things.

      I have extremely bad experience with vlcc services as well as with customer care. Customer support service is very bad.
      I have call and mail but getting no response from them.

      My treatment is not completed due to your bad service. Please refund my money

      They have just played with my skin now they have no answer. None of the employees has any knowledge related to skincare. They had treat my skin just like an experimental things. If they have no knowledge they should accept that. My skin is very important for me and it is not for any know of experiment

      I just want my money back.

      Myself rupa kumari, a customer of vlcc – sector -5 kolkata.

      I had started to take treatment since 14-mar-2017 from vlcc for some pimple marks in my skin. They suggested to go through salisalic peel treatment along with hydra facial treatment. Also they had taken saliva from mouth for dna test.

      But the treatments were not suitable for me and i suffered from reactions. When i mentioned this to them i was suggested to undergo 5 days of ozone treatment. After this again i have gone through peeling and different type of facial. But again similar type of problem appeared & i again got rash with yellow pus in my skin. Then they suggested some home remedies. The same problem occurred when i had undergone third session of peeling and facial which was different from previous two types of facial. Then i told that i will not undergo further treatments and i was asked to undergo medical check up since nothing was suiting my skin.

      After several check ups with different tests from blood to usg, doctor mentioned that i do not have any medical condition that would create side effects if i take beauty treatments.

      When i went back to the store, i was suggested few more treatments which were different from the earlier ones by some senior persons at their store. However problems occurred after each of the two sessions and i have stopped visiting the store due to this. Not only i got some rashes after visiting your store last time, i was also feeling irritation on my skin.

      I have twice contacted customer care henceforth but i didn't receive proper response from them. My skin is still suffering the reactions of those treatments.
      I am highly dissatisfied with the service as well as disappointed due to poor response from customer care. I would request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and atleast return me the money i have spent at your store since none of the treatments was useful to me and instead i had huge expenses in medical check up.

      I had spoken to vlcc customer care twice and also sent mail with detailed
      Description but still did not receive response from your side. I have lost
      Faith in vlcc and would never recommend any one to go to your center,
      Instead share my experience in all possible forums in order to stop others
      From getting harassed by your service both physically and mentally.

      I demand my money back for all the treatments taken and if no communication
      Is received within 48 hours i would take necessary actions to take this
      Forward to higher authorities and in that case i would also demand
      Compensation for all the medical expenses and harassment that i had to face.

        I availed hair spa and pedicure service from vlcc outlet kolkata, (Sector v branch) today[protected]. They made a verbal bill of ₹2212. When i asked for the breakup and the bill receipt, they said i would receive an e-bill in my registered number. As i was in a hurry i went without receiving the e-bill. Now its been 7 hours since then and i haven't received any official bill from their end. This is not something expected from a brand like vlcc. This in a simple way means deceiving customers, as i doubt the amount i paid for my bill. I would convey this experience to all my known people and would warn them regard the same.

        Given an appointment for 3.30 pm on 3rd Dec (booking Id VC0019677)then got a request call to postpone it for one hour now asha's no. Is switched off n no staff is taking responsibility for clearing this issue..
        This was the first and last time I booked vlcc

          I placed my order with vlcc online on vlccpersonalcare.com on[protected]. My order number is 149746. Although their business policy says the order will be delivered within 7-8 working days, yet even after a month, the product has not been delivered. Their customer care persons are fooling around the customers by saying they are facing technical problems and their team will revert back within an hour. But nobody has reverted back. They are not even responding back to the mail. I have paid for my order, they have changed their web address and i am unable to see my order details.

            I am very much upset your services at kachari, varanasi centre. This centre opened last year and they distributed cards worth 1000 and many people in my colony purchased that card. I have taken only 2 service and whenever i call for appointment they always say they are full and call 3-4 days later, i even told them to give a appointment whenever they are free in coming week but they ignored and told to call after few days and i even reached parlor without appointment and they said if i want take service by paying then they are ready but if i want service on basis of card then they will not give service. This is rediculous and i am fade up with your service and if you are not able to manage customers then why you distributed so many cards and please return our money. I am never gono go to any vlcc parlor and will never recommend vlcc to anyone.

The payment was received by capital float then why again the next day the same amount is deducted as principal amount from my account without asking me.                 I have chosen laser hair reduction treatment from vlcc ashok marg jaipur, before my marriage. My wedding is on 13 dec 2017 n i have booked appointment 10 days earlier i. E on 4th n 5 th of dec 207
                The very same day i. E on 5th dec i was told that i need to fix my appointment later as they dnt have any person who can do laser.. The only laser technician was on leave without any prior information..
                When i said that it is not possible for me to come some other day as i have to leave the city on same day.. They asked me to go to their vaishali nagar branch... What is it?? I was devastated that how r they treating their customer who is already have many other work to do... They expecting that i should go to some other branch which is very far from me...
                Poor management, poor staff... Atleast a substitute have to be with you... No one have that much time to wonder here n there for laser atleast.
                When we pay we expect good service atleast... It is not expected by such a brand.
                Also i never recommend anyone to go with vlcc... All treatments are worthless, total waste of money, poor service...

                    Hi, i am giriji tickoo from jammu. I had a torrid experience with vlcc recently (11th nov-2017), when me and my sister decided to go for a party makeup at vlcc beauty parlour channi himmat jammu. Occasion was the marriage ceremony of my son. Appointment for the makeup was at 3 pm on the date of marriage. Barat was to depart at 7 pm.
                    Even after four hours of tardy effort, the makeup specialists at the parlour were unable to do a proper makeup. It seems they lacked the basic knowledge of how to da makeups on different types of face features and age of the customer. The results was a horrible mess up and i was looking like a circus joker. Same was the status of my sisters makeup. It was a real nightmarish experience for both o[censored]s. Considering it was my sons marriage, it was an agony beyond imagination.

                    There was no senior person available at the parlour to attend to our problem. I undid the hairdo and partially removed the makeup at the parlour itself
                    My sister had to do the same as her makeup was also very poorly done
                    The staff was unable even to tie the sari. I had to leave the parlour, crying and literally nude wearing vlcc gown. That (Vlcc) gown is still lying with me.
                    An ordinary makeup had to be done at home so as to get ready to attend the marriage, which was getting delayed.
                    This has caused me immense mental trauma. A great day of my life was spoilt by the lousiness and lack of capabilities of the staff at the centre, adding salt my injury was lack of sensitivity exhibited by branch manager who being duly informed about the problem did not bother to turn up to attend to such a serious issue.
                    I went to the centre next day to lodge my protest and as refund of my money which i am rightfully claiming as not onlywere the requisite services were not provided, i was mentally harassed as well. I was aghast at the behaviour of the branch manager ms reema (Ph no: [protected]) who was not ready to accept her mistake.
                    The same behaviour was exhibited by her seniors ms sushma (Ph no: [protected]) when i contacted her.
                    Later to assuage my feelings, a gift voucher for rs 1000 was sent to me by the branch manager ms reema (Pic attached)
                    Considering the fact that the services provided by the centre were not of the requisite standard and i was mentally traumatised, i request that
                    1. Service charges of rs 5000/- should be immediately refunded to me immediately
                    2. A penalty of rs 5000 should be reimbursed to me for the mental trauma and agony i had to suffer on such an important day of my life.

                      I'm highly disappointed at the completely unprofessional and untrained staff appointed at the vlcc pathankot branch vishal.
                      I had gone for a hair cut no special style was demanded a simple short cut was expected, but he was so untrained he could not even cut them into a simple straight line,
                      Above all my ear got hurt twice with his scissors to which his response was so unethical and annoying, "mam kenchi he kabhi lag bhi sakti he" 😵😵
                      I was really disappointed that i had chosen one of the leading brands in saloons and this was the quality of services!!!
                      This was my first experience at your pathankot branch and sadly the last coz neither they are professionally qualified nor ethnically deserve to represent a good brand coz few such incidents are enough to bring bad name to an industry which is based on customer satisfaction.
                      I suggest you train your trainees on dummies rather than real customers. 👎👎👎👎

                        Today i receive sms mentioning that i have made payment for some product and also visited for service i booked but my complaint is that i have not at all visit any of your outlet in nagpur and not at all made any payment. I don't know how i receive this sms along with the receipt in which my name and number is mention.

                        This is very serious issue for me if this is fake and just for any publicity or if someone is knowing taking this advantage.

                        I would request you to plz take this mail very seriously. For your reference im attaching the sms and e bill i receive.

                          I have paid 7000 for my 2 session o[censored]nderarms peel off. I paid this amount as she suggested me that it will work on my skin but after the first peel the result were not even close to one percent. When i called them for refund they suggested me something else.. I dont want to go through any off the peels as i am not satisfied with the result. Please help me in getting the refund. As because the purpose for which i have paid this money was already gone and i got the worst service ever. When i asked for refund they inform me register a complain

                            I had issued a vlcc family card from pune magarpatta center on 8dec 2016, which would give me services for 20k.
                            Due to unavoidable reasons i had to move to chennai. Myself and my parents have been member of vlcc for almost 4 years now. I have been requesting them to transfer the card to chennai center as there is 6500 pending on my card, which has to be used asap, i have also spoken to center incharge in chennai and she just requires a mail from pune center to give me the service... I have been requesting them literally. But all i get to hear from past a week, family card cannot be transferred. If that was the case, you should have strictly mentioned in the card when you issue them to your customers and moreover the pune center representative wants me to travel down to pune spending 10k and avail service of 6500... Awesome... I wonder how senseless they can be... Not realising what a loss it would be for me... It must be a small amount for you vlcc because your turnover would be in crores, but for me it's hard earned money you see...
                            Either refund my balance or let me avail the services from chennai center...
                            Just give me a solution instead of telling me it's not possible!
                            What do you want me to do? Beg for your services even after paying you the amount?

                            This is sad how you treat your customers... You are just making bad name of yourself with your so called rules and drama

                            I have taken a family card in the 2018 month of July for an amount of 56 thousand they said that one lakh services will be rendered for two and extension is also available sin ce its a huge amount..and the year 2020 due to corona and as was pregnant I could not go for services till the pandemic got over ...and around more than 20 thousand plus amount is left over..and now I lost the card they are saying the card should be there...though I'm providing the contact what I have mentioned they are not saying about the details and very bad experience with customer care as she is saying she can't do anything..I'm very upset with vlcc ..

                              Ordered body lotion as winter is coming and there is 30percent off on vlcc products but received the product very near to expiry.
                              When i complaint they give me coupon but the coupon is used without applying discount so next time i was not eligible for the discount and have to pay more than other customers are paying.
                              Every time i ordered the product they give near about expiry last time when i ordered they give fresh product but in damaged condition when i complaint firstly they don't give answer than when my complaint is brought to notice this time they want to give me less amount coupon. I claimed the coupon of higher amount because everytime i have to pay more as i was not able to get the discount they don't consider my concern and not giving me coupon of more amount. They are playing very safe and from all sides they are considering their issue not considering the fact that because of their mistakes everytime i have to pay more amount which i would have claimed as discount if i ordered fresh and they give me proper product.
                              Very unsatisfied.

                              My order I'd for latest order of instaglow facial kit is 149530
                              Previous order I'd 114602 in which I ordered skin defence kit which is very near to expiry when I complaint again they give me coupon for invoice value which they said is not applicable on specific and top selling products but the coupon is not applicable on diwali hampers boggo offer and the discount offer is also not available because of this coupon and so this is a loss for me I have paid the amount and than bacause of their mistake I am not able to use the coupon after current discount offer of VLCC but I co operate with them and consider this bt again when I ordered this facial kit the serum is leaked and when this time I want coupon for more amount because I am not been able to use discount which is a loss to me because of their mistake they are denying ...please consider the issue from the start considering both the order together and resolve my issue...

                              Please go through all the complaints which I have mentioned this time my issue is not with the expiry..that was earlier issue which your VLCC team has resolved and gave coupon for that...the concern now is with the damaged product and because last two time I have to bear loss because the coupon is applicable without discount of VLCC offers now a days of 30 percent .that's why this time I claimed coupon of value Rupees 250 but they deny.

                                Hi i'm shikha joshi from kurukshetra. I'm complaing about salon 62's owner's rude behavior and bad services. Parlour is authorized by vlcc. Parlour issued paid cards for promotion but whenever customer calls for appointment on card they always say rudely that we r busy we can't give service. When i complaint about this owner behaved very badly and used abusive language. They say that we don't want customers who bought cards. And said dafa ho jao etc etc. Plz see this matter bcoz they r spoiling name of vlcc. As i know vlcc gives very good service and always takes care of their customers.

                                  Complaint: i enrolled for full leg laser for 6+1 sessions
                                  Even after 3 sessions, the results were negligible (As i have already done laser for other body parts from other service provider, i know the quality of results after each session). During the first 2 sessions, i was told that the effects would be drastically visible after 3 sessions and i was told to be patient till then and get hormonal test done and parellely give a good feedback for the meantime as the bad results could be because of hormonal imbalance. I had told them that if harmonies were an issue, results with other service providers couldnt be good. But still i got the tests worth 3k and the test results were fine. But even after the 3 sessions when i had results equivalent to 1 session (Along with clear results for hormonal test), i was upset. When i reached the aundh center, pune at the time for my next session appointment, i was told to wait for almost 45 min because the doctor had taken out of turn appointment. On being asked for a complaint register at the center for bad results and lack of professionalism, i was told that the center has misplaced the complaint register. My 4th session was reasonably ok in terms of result of 1 session. But again for my next session, i am not getting an appointment. The centers do not have laser machine for half the month (Which was not told during the time of enrollment). The doctor told me that she would check the schedule diary and get back to me in 2 days to cater for my next appointment as i was of of town for my marriage preparation. I did not receive a call back for almost a month. Now when i call the other center (Bhandarkar road, pune), the one with the laser machine for the remaining month, i am told that they will ask the doctor to call back. I have been calling them continuously since 5 days and no call received.
                                  Out of my 7 sessions my 5 sessions (Including the upcoming one) are already wasted either due to no results or due to delay in appointments (N number of reasons provided by your staff). I have paid 30 k for these sessions. This is not less that a money that one can ignore such kind of a behavior.

                                  Vlcc watermelon and bergamot gentle exfoliating face wash is not available in any shops. it was the only face wash that suits my skin and very much refreshing. i have been searching all the shops, online and offline, but couldn't find anywhere. did you stop that product? please bring it back to the shops.

                                    This incident has taken place on 21/11/2017, in morning at 9:30 am we placed home delivery request of medicine to wellness forever salunke vihar store, before placing the request we confirmed the payment mode and also whether it could be delivered to our area, the chemist confirmed the same, then assuming the service are good we were waiting likes fools and the after calling n number of time the medicine were delivered at 2:15 pm.
                                    And the way the female chemist was speaking to my wife when asked for store manager "o sir lo isko sirf manager se baat karni hai".

                                      I ordered 2 products from vlcc personal care on 16th october 2017 and paid the cost of items rs.224/- through mobikwik. The order no.119809. They only sent a receipt to my mail id then after no information. I tried tracking it also but it only shows that the product is shipped through holisol. On contacting holisol they have confirmed that they have not received such a consignment. I have send a complaint to vlcc customer care on 3rd november but they don't send a single mail regarding the information. The service they provide is worst. Kindly take necessary action for the delivery, or if they unable to deliver the items please return the money which i have already paid.

                                      Neither received the ordered items nor the refund. Kindly take stringent action against the VLCC.
                                      Tried VLCC Face wash - Chandan and Kesar product for a week and it turned out to be a disaster. It changed my face darker as well as gave a dirty look. No matter how many ever times I clean my face, I don't get back to normal. 😥 Totally disappointed with the product.

                                        Once my sister visited vlcc jodhpur park branch before her marriage for full body wax. While undertakingetting waxing the lady erroneously waxed a part of eyebrows. On protest all if them misbehaved with me and though i was given minimum compensation but my eyebrow became odd looking before my marriage. The centre manager even called persons not belongin to the company to handle the issue. More over the manager is not amplty qualified and presentable to handle the issue.in future will never avail your service with such unprofessionala. Even an ordinary salon appoints some quality staff.
