Very bad experience with customer care. Ur employes are not friendly. They force to do things. Or make compulsory to go with only discussed or tentative plans.
I have booked my bridal makeup and some of pre bridal services. On day 1 only i have told the beauty head that I want to wear nauwari Saree in specific style which I want. Then she assured me that VLCC makeup artists can do that for sure. After some settings she asked me surprisingly that why I m not going with stiched ready to wear Saree.
Even i told her that I will pay only for the services i will take at ur center, but she repeatedly follow me with a bill of my tentative discussed things. In actual i have paid for my makeup already which I haven't done yet. 20 k.
Today I travelled a lot just to reach ur center in time with prior information and here some staff is on leave, some on half day leave, center manager not available, beauty head gone home already, and even makeup artist not available as usual. Even with prior appointment.

    Hi, i got call from vlcc and center person spoke and asked to visit there center, the ph road center is way too far from my place, i requested them to give me ttk road center which is close to my home, they refused completely.. I need ttk road vlcc center it's close for me, my issue is still not solved, the ph road is very far and moreover i can't take risk with my hair again because too much of hair fall for me,... It's already 2 months of my complaint registered...

      I am a client of vlcc hazratganj and i am having inconvinience regarding steam bath of here it has been out of service since a year although i complained many times to the staff but no actions were taken even the music system goes out of servive every now and then and the air conditioner is never working properly i am very disappointed please get i fixed else i would discontinue with your company

        I used some services from vlcc costing approximately 7000 to me
        All services provided was not good
        The treatment which was done on my hair henceforth did not give me results and therefore wasted all my money and time

        I took the head to toe offer @999 at kakurgachi branch kolkata.the call centre people informed me that I can redeem my loyalty points however at this branch the staff named Swagata said she can’t and said it was already a discounted offer.she used harsh words while talking to her colleague over the phone for me. She was very loud and very rude .

          Dear Team @ VLCC

          Note that in month of Dec 17, I have booked a VLCC Facial Kit from Homeshopee 18 on 19th Dec 2017. Delivery of the same recd in last Dec 2017.

          Note that today I notice that content of the same has been expired in Jan 2018. Now I will no longer able to use the same.

          I have some questions - How VLCC / HS can supplied such products, which will be expired after one month delivery. Today when I asked to HS person for logging the complaint, they do not take interest in the same and replied that any complaint should be logged within 48 hours of receipt of order. After that they are not responsible.

          I agree that we have not noticed the same on the date of receipt. But how can a company like VLCC can do the same with their customer. I am attaching the product label of the same for you ready reference.

          I am writing this complaint to VLCC with a hope that being such reputed company, you will take action against the person / agency who is selling your products marked which are about the expired. HS 18 will least bother about the complaint, as they are only a selling partner with you. But VLCC as a reputed company should have look into this should not sell the products in market for which the expiry dates are near. There must be some system in your company to avoid the same.

          I am feeling very hurted with this kind of act happen to me. This is not expected from such a reputed company like VLCC.

            This is arindam. I would like to inform you that my mrs rekha pradhan is a member of your wellness service at vlcc. Her id number is clmc/18/[protected].

            From last couple of weeks she is facing some trouble after coming from your wellness centre. We have been consulted with doctor for general medical checkup for this, & being informed by him to stop that courses with an immediate effect.
            I guess she is not comfortable with the exercises & all. Therefore i have decided to stop this activity.

            Hence i would like to request you that please cancel her membership effective from this month. & she will discontinue to attend any further therapies & all.

            As of now could you please let me know about her remaining outstanding that i have to pay. I will pay the same through bajaj finance. As there some of the therapies & other stuffs are still pending to complete her courses.

            I apologize to stop this courses in mid of the scheduled. Hope you can understand.

              I have been a regular customer of vlcc aurangabad for almost 10 years. Never had an issue, that made me raise a complaint.

              Approximately a week back, i had called vlcc aurangabad, (Specifying that am calling from mumbai, since am working here) for an appointment for make up and hairstyling.
              Initially they refused to disclose the price for the same, with all due respect for the company policy, i accepted and requested to talk to sushila. Apparently some person called ms sapna, was on the line, and it was tough to convey anything to her! She was brash, arrogant and careless. The first time despite of repeating the number, she noted a wrong number, and didnt call back, instead told me, my number isnt reachable. The second time, she noted the number (Which was being noted wrong again) after she got the number right, i scheduled an appointment for 11th feb for hairstyling at 10am. She noted my number again and gave me the appointment.

              I called today, to confirm if my appointments confirmed (While am still in mumbai). This time, i had a word with pallavi.

              I dont understand what is the issue. Whoever is answering calls isnt aware of things and refuses to hand over the phone to someone responsible to talk about services, saying they are busy. Nor do they call back. Its inconvenient for someone who is traveling. Am doctor, i dont know how busy can someone get, especially when you’re saying, you ll call back.

              I havent had complaints regarding any services till date, but this sort of telephonic communication is a turn off.

              After informing them when i called once more to ask what happened regarding the appointment, i had to actually be harsh, and warn regarding filing a complaint, to which i get a call back in 15-20mins, with a harsh irritated tone, as if its been my fault.in the end, 2 hours waiting, pallavi is still figuring out, if they can schedule an appointment!

              Too bad, i had to schedule an appointment with another salon! But if such behavior is persistent, vlcc aurangabad will definitely lose on clients.

                Booked an appointment for 3 services at this salon. They have charged me in advance as i booked them online.

                On reaching they said that they can only provide 2 of the said services and for the third i can come later.

                Now i had booked the service only after confirming from them and they assured that everything will be as discussed.

                But on reaching i came to know that they don't have any interaction with there customer care service and both customer care and service delivery centres book as they wish.

                Now my question whos is going to refund my amount. You people should be punished for these activities. Giving one star as i cannot give less than that

                  I have paid full amount for full body laser, however i never get appointment as per my convenience. Many time i was asked to come at morning 8 am if i want to have my laser done. This is happening all the time.

                  We have already had following sessions and would request for refund for the pending ones:
                  Hands and underarms - 3 session done and 3 pending
                  Legs - 3 sessions done and 3 pending
                  Bikini - 2 sessions are done and 4 pending

                  I just cannot wait for months to get my turn hence request you to give me 50% refund for the services.

                    I have had one of the worst experiences in vlcc. My mom has taken a slimming module and i have taken pre bridal services. All in all a total amount of1.5 la of services has been billed to us. The way that appointments are handled is highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I spend time and money to reach the place and it’s only after reaching that they inform us that either the therapist is unavailable today or delayed by an hour that in reality translates into 2 hours. I have my engagement makeup appointment on sunday and i would rather take a refund than risk the day with such in unprofessionalism.

                        I had visited to vlcc salon at vijay nagar patna. The receptionist are showing so much sweetness & suggest you higher range of facial. After listening their so called facial guidance about my face that it is so dull you need a treatment etc. After their suggestion i taken their advice & take glycolic peel facial treatment for rs.2100 plus tax. They took initially 10 min apply a gel like lotion on my face & after 10 min clean with cold water.
                        I don't know why i came in their advices, the so called facial results is nothing. My face is burning like hell & after application red spots visible they told me it will get disappear after some hour, but now i am wiring this review that after such days there is no result in my face of that facial. Vlcc are cheaters & fake they cheat people on selling expensive product of even not their own brand, other brand. My face is much better than i took this facial treatment, and also they are not in mood to refund your money for settle it.

                        I had taken cool tech of Rs 59000 which has not shown any result. This was cheating and on top of that I am now forced to take more of it so that it shows results by paying more 60000. I want my money to be refunded.
                        In the beginning they should have not promised that it will reduce fat permanently. I want my money to be refunded.
                        I was promised to have 1500 services and avail 1500 services later and I asked 2 times whether it has any validity they said no I even inquired few days back also but now customer service is saying it expired on 31st .This is fraud and I will go to higher authority. I availed these in starting of DEC.

                          As i am a client of vlcc of allahabad branch, i have joined on may 2017 of weight loss program, additionally i have taken add-on packs of curve & 3d, as i am working so i can't spend much time in ur branch, though i have lost few kgs & i am happy with the result but now i am getting deadline to complete all my therapy's within this month though i have tried to complete but still my 3 curves are left, i want that kindly increase the deadline till feb month, i wanted to continue with other packages also & in future to maintain good relation with ur esteemed organisation, kindly do the needf.

                              Hi i did my kerafusion treatment in vlcc, first when i went the amount was 2500, but aome how they made me pay 6000 rs which is doyble the price, they said the tretment will last me upto 3 to 4 months like 30 to 40 wash, but right after my 2 to 3 wash my hair came back to normal, and big hair loss, i habe taken thia tretmebt in other salons also it reacted good on my hair and got desired results, but after taking tretment in vlcc my hair became dry frizzy and huge hair loss for me, i have paid around 6 thousand and extra for shampoo and conditioner also, i gave my feed back to vlcc they said there execut8ve will call me but no calls yet, it's almost a month no steps is been taken yet.. This is a real fraud, my hair loss and scalp is itching with tjis tretment, i need refund and i need my money back, my hair became miserable, i informed vlcc before but no action is taken yet, i need my money back... Really miserable experience

                              Hi I got call from vlcc, but they gave me center which is really very far from my home, ttk road center is close to my place..moreover again I can't take risk with my hair, if VLCV can give me ttk center then I can give a try..or else I will not take risk again..thank you consumer forum🙏

                                Hii iam deepika.10 days ago i booked laser treatment for underams for 10k.. On that day theyy did only trail to show me how its is. After that trail only i am getting itching in my underams, i applied creams also then also its not reduced, i didnt even took one session also, so today i went and asked that i dont want treatment beacuse iam not feeling comfortable, i want refund at that time they are saying money is not refundable. How it is...

                                Hi it's neelam here, 10 days ago I booked cool tech session in Vlcc Dubai quasis branch. Ms joti booked this session, after payment and everything they making drama to give appointment for cool tech even I call them many times and she replied we don't free slots we will give the time I was fed up of this thing because I'm also a client I paid 3000 AED in advance and she doesn't give me appointment. Even she promised to give me 1000 voucher but didn't fullfill. And today I went there and told her I'm not interested in this offer so return my money then she said it's not refundable Even before of payment she didn't told me this policy even fill my all form herself even when I said I want go meet manager she said administrator available on Sunday. You guys open your branch to cheat people if I will not get my amount return so I will make legal complain against her or vlcc.

                                  I had received a voucher worth rs. 500/- from vlcc gifted to me by food panda. The voucher expiry was 31/12/2017. I had been calling the mumbai kandivli stores since 27/12/2017 morning. I was told that non slots are available and was assured a call back post confirmation with senior. She did not call me bk. I called again on 1/1/2018 saying that u did not confirm anything abt the voucher extension... Puja the salon manager spoke very rudely to me... She said we will not be able to accept...                                   Vlcc gurgaon dlf phase 1. Employees Meena and Mansi are the biggest fraud. They charged 60, 000 rs towards laser treatment for facial hair. The hair growth was never reduced and they dint even provide enough sessions, ate all my money. Their attitude turned rude once i made all the payment. Never go to vlcc.

                                    I had an appointment in vlcc preet vihar for vlcc basic facial which was for 500, but she applied another which was for 3100/- without making me aware, after completing she asked me for rs 3100/-
                                    But atlast she accepted that it was her fault and billed it for rs 1425/- with another facial name.
                                    It was really bad experience at that centre
                                    I went there for first time.
                                    Service was really bad.
                                    I would never recommend anyone to have service of vlcc.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is regarding the kerafusion i got done from vlcc sohna road centre in gurgaon where i was told that my hair would have lusture, shine and manageble after getting it done. I spent 7.5k on it and just after the first wash i had bends in my hair and they were almost as before. Inspite of contacting the centre several times i am not getting any response and they say that getting the hair cut done would settle it all. I dont think that this is the solution to it. Instead of solving the problem they are just up to selling of their packages and not concerned about customers problems. Pls look into the matter urgently and provide a solution to it.
