Hi Team,

My wife (Mounica) has undergone the treatment for pigmentation problem in VLCC.
We were suggested with 3 Glutathine and 6 Glyclolic peels. We were given assurance that from the very first sitting, there would be a very good change in results. But it never happened even after 2Glutathine and 2Glycolic Peels. Instead, the face became more worse. The treatment was never happened correctly from the beginning. We moved to bangalore and got the remaining sittings transferred to Whitlefield branch. They have given another zero session to see why the treatment was not working. But nothing was found. During this treatment, we had to take bellawave and snigdha products worth 10k and the treatment was charged with 30k. We have paid the totatl amount at the beginning. Now the kind of response from VLCC staff, specially "Neelima" was really bad. She never answers the calls nor she bothered how we are getting the result. This completely lost faith in VLCC.

Now we are looking forward to stop taking the treatment further and get our remaining money back.
There was no result at all till now. We have invested a total of 40k which might be a small amount for you, but not for us. Now they are not at all responding to mails/messages/calls. Now we want to file the complaint to recover the complete money that we have invested.

I have been a client of vlcc for 4 months now. I want to register complaint for sexual harassment against mr. Udhay the new hairdresser employed at the kammanahalli branch in bangalore. He behaved inappropriately despite being told not to do so. I have reported this incident to the manager ms. Pallavi. It's unfortunate to see such things happen at a place where women are supposed to be comfortable. I hope you take necessary actions to prevent such occurrences in the future.

It is intimated that i, ruma ali r/o 10 b, bb chatterjee lane, kasba is a regular customer at vlcc kasba branch. Previously i had opted for slimming sessions which was later dropped by me due to unsatisfied services. Even the vlcc doctor was not made available to me during that course. Subsequently i changed my package to beauty sessions with a loss of 12000aprox for switching over the package. But now even after fixing an appointment the services are delayed and not proper at all. This improper approach of the staff has created a bad impression of your organisation and which shall pass it on to my friend circle and family.

Sir/madam i m nisha arya practising advocate in delhi high court, staying in pitampura, your one of the student named pinky chatterjee cheat me, taken 5000rs for global & root touch up both but instead of that colour which i was asking other colour put on my hair as well as no root got touch up and she told me that institute had taken that amount & i had given payment in the institute, i talk to miss jyoti in the institute but she abuse me and i have all recording of jyoti, pinky chatrrjee in which jyoti and pinky taken 5000rs and didn't give proper service, u people are taken amount and using abusive language to your customer... Kindly give my amount back else i m gng to sue vlcc that you people fraud upon the customer's.

I joined VLCC and was extremely apprehensive about the program. I was told and assured 5 kg weight loss and some inch loss too. In fact towards the beginning of the program people wondered why I wanted to lose more weight. I told them that I wanted to focus on certain areas (specially back, arms and abdomen) and was repeatedly assured by the company that I must continue with the program. With reference to the subject cited above this is to inform that miss anjali vishwakarma was working in vlcc, kukatpally, hyderabad from 01.09.2011 to 16.04.2012 and left the vlcc due to personal problem. I applied for withdrawal of pf amount twice i. E. First in the month of august2016 and second in the month of march'2017 as first application was misplaced by concerned person at vlcc. The second withdrawal application was received at your office on 01.04.2017. I regret to inform you that inspite of my repeated request and follow up with your office, the pf withdrawal application has not been processed till date.
As do not have any job to meet my day to day expenses, therefore i request you to kindly intruct concerned person to do the needful at the earliest.

Hi vlcc team.. I hope there will be someone who could help me out. I joined vlcc.. Hoping there would be people who could help me in my weight loss.. I paid total amount.. I went for few months.. Now they are saying that my time period is over and i should pay extra amount to utilize massaging nd therapy which i did not utilize earlier.. I was on break few days.. I called them.. No response.. I msged few ppl.. They said they resigned.. Wen i visited they said that new financial year had started nd so i could not continue with them until i pay extra money.. Treatment was very bad at this location (Hitech city-hyderabad).
I paid so much.. Don't know what to do now..
Plz plz help me.
And people here at hitech city-hyderabad are very rude.. They don't know how to behave properly with clients.. They neglections made clients unsatisfied.
Plz help me and guide me what should i do now.. Plz..

I had enrolled for a 8kg and 8TT package at Bhubaneswer VLCC healthcare ltd. on dt- 13/12/2016 and it was a money back offer. I had informed that I shall come thrice a week but being a businessman n socialization I shall have certain fluctuations in weight. They were OK with that. Mine was a target based program n they were supposed to deliver the promised weight-loss but to my surprise they are now saying that they won't give me anymore sessions until n unless I book a new package with them. They are compelling me to add on but never bothered about my weight gain nor success.They are talks in a commanding voice without any softness. Also I found that although there is a money minded center but they never suggest any good advice to me for reduce my waight. Also the center manager speaks about taking packages.

As I went to maintain my self .Now I don't want to continue further as I am feeling ashamed of joining back I demand for a full refund else I am taking action in legal and social way.

As i was called up for rebounding my hairs their executive started working on me. From here the disaster happened as i was feeling burning sensation and itching so i told them but they replied that it is the part of the process. First of all tell them in rebounding no itching sensation is caused and then the person kept its instrument on my head due to which my hairs was burnt and i got a big and heavy sore on my skalp due to which their manager has to cut my hairs the name of the executives are swati and piyush. I request to vlcc to do something on this cause and revert back to me ur action as soon as possible otherwise my last resort would be the consumer court

This Health care company is full of commercial. And the negligence towards clients and their money. Their health and skin.

They are not providing the treatment but took full payment before treatments starts.

Neither follow ups and nor take any responsibility or action.

Poor service. And cheating people by taking money in advance and not providing treatment for longer period more than 5months. Took alternate mobile nos and all blaming clients for their irresponsibility.

Within 5months they didn't started 2nd session of treatment after first laser treatment which end up unwanted results to clients.

THis is really worst thing to happened. And this is not first time. They are wasting peoples money without providing service.

I had complained to VLCC about their Men's Lip Balm which I had recently purchased. After a few days o[censored]se, when I rotated the base to push the stick up, the stick fell off. Obviously the stick had broken within the container, rendering the product unusable.

VLCC replied saying someone from their local office would call me and replace the product and also asking for a picture of the broken product. I sent them the picture and someone called from their office promising to come the next day to replace the product.

No one came. Inspite of repeated reminders, I did not get any further response from VLCC. I threatened legal action and still there has been no response from them.

This is complain about a dietitian in Pune Centre bhandarkar road. Today they scheduled my session in evening, I visited on time, yet the session started 15 minutes late which lead to closure time .The dietitian is a high pitched voice said to come early as they have to close the centre . When I said i was on time and session started, she started raising voice at the therapist. Its my humble request i[censored] cant handle the session in evening which lead to your closure time Please dont take evening sessions.
Atleast watch your tone before speaking when you need a Client your voice is Sugar coated what happens when to your behaviour when you have the same client session date 4/14/2017

K 168 is my client num, bandra west, i m thier client from last 7 months so there r various incidents, lets list it as below : they have cunning experienced marketing managers who even say u can loose 1 kg/day by joining their services, they have visiting doctors who visit centres to boost certain amount of business by over-selling latest launched services saying buy them if it does not work for u we will convert it to equal amount of other service but fail to keep thier promise once this happens, i have lost lots of weight not due to thier services but mostly due to visiting centres 3-4 times/week, they lack professional staff & keep on shifting dermats, therapist, doctors to various centres hence unable to maintain time-table for clients hence lack of timely proper guidance to clients, they lack rejuv m/c which is been shifting so service which was suppose to end in feb has pulled up till april with max num of sessions pending still they will try to get m/c only if more then 1 person is interested for it or else keep on streching service pack giving various lies like s.o.p, other hidden truths which never existed at selling of service forget the issue ur having which is left unattended completely. they r sitting there only to collect money & complete few formalities like changing services by reducing money value which was sold as a complete lie. they have 10 months out of 12 discount offers but price remains same with or without it, they will give u price 2 times higher then offer discount tag & lower it which is still higher then same type of services avail in market joining vlcc is killing time & wasting money. their c.e.o will use marketing gimmick & take challenges for weight loss to get media attention but never look to issues of genuine clients visiting centres for ailments, will waste crores of rupees in advt, promotions but not invest in m/c, staff for clients service purpose.

Vlcc is run by unprofessional people who are not smart enough to communicate. The Kolkata centres at Kasba, Jodhpur Park, VIP road are headed by people in beauty departments who I wonder how can advise regarding any beauty enhancement. They themselves are so poorly equipped about any beauty relatedo issues. Please keep some smart sensible staffs with proper grip on the domain to guide the customers and communicate them properly. Their English and way of explaining the queries will make people laugh. I am from the industry and is really surprised at this unprofessionalism.

Be aware ladies.. It is fake and cheaper.

I am sharing my bad and worst experiences with vlcc pimple saudagar, pune.

I had spent 80, 000 above money for microdermabrasion treatment and my sister for weight loss in vlcc pimple saudagar pune.. But as per their promise vlcc didn't treat us what did committed for treatment they only take lot of money.

I have very bad and worst experience with vlcc

First they suggested me (Ms. Prashanti mudgul) wrong treatment but i dont have acne on face only my skin tanning and reduced fairness, glowing but she suggested me wrong microdermabrasion facial treatment only on tanning face.

My first session to last senssion she (Ms. Tabassum) didn't flow microdermabrasion treatment process ms. Tabassum only use 2 drop on my forehand (Its only tanning skin on my forehead) she wait 5 mint only and said done treatment.. I asked it is not microdermabrasion treatment she reply fake reason and she said don't come next time i[censored] come with tanning face i will never give u microdermabrasion treatment only use / buy what i given costly products list.

This is unprofessional behaviour and how they treat and talk with costumer who spend lot of money in vlcc for treatment.

Still my skin nothing changes they only continue forcing us put effort only our side and give only costly products lists for buying.

So, please dont weaste money and time on vlcc.. Be aware!!

Please take action so no one will be entertainment / weaste time and money (Hardly earn money) on this type of fake beauty salon / weights loss center.

Waha ki center head ne mujhe fake promises karke or commitment karke mujhe waha bulaya or fir kuch time bad apni commitment se piche hatt gyi bahut stupid sa reasin bata kar jiski wajha se mujhe job chordni padi ab mujhe job bhi ni mil paa rhi hai kahi par kyuki wo mera experience letter nahi de rhi hai. Wo center ki monthly sale bhi corrparate me chupati h jabhi waha ki monthly sale 22 to 25 lakh hai or wo sirf 7 to 10 lakh show karti hai please aap waha surprize visit kare or uske khilaf action lekar mujhe meri job dilwaye main bahut problem me hu sir[censored]ski wajha se meri aap se request hai ki uske khilaf action lo taki baki kisi ke sth aisa na ho please

I have odered from VLCC official website a skin rose toner, an under eye cream and a facial kit since the 9th of march. My order no. Is 4267.it hasent arrived till now and no tracking no. Or any information has been sent to me yet I have called 3 times the customer call. I asked them for a tracking no. But there is no procedure going on. Please help me with this .

I had bought service package for face on 30/4/2014 worth 21500/-. Till date I have not received any service regarding the same. I have requested the customer care, the company seniors so many times but they don't care about my money. They should be paying me back with interest and the payment for harassment that they have done to me. Today also when I went to the centre I was refused. Vlcc Siliguri is a fraud.

First of all when I asked for rate card at the reception they didn't gave me instead called one hair stylist and told me that he will guide you about the same.when I went to get my hair cut he didn't told me anything about rate card and started doing my hair cut. I simply went through a hair cut and not hair wash but still they charged me Rs 1092. When I saw online rate card and called the vlcc salon I went to know why they charged me Rs 1092 for hair cut only one of the person from their replied me that its 850+tax. When I asked about 850 charges are for only haircut?? Then she replied 850 are for hair style change+ hair wash( which I didn't had). Then she told me she will confirm with the hair stylist who did my hair cut and call me back. But then some one called and told me that the one who is supposed to talk to me is been to rest room and she will call me back but still I haven't got any further call from vlcc.
