Dr janvi from vlcc bandra branch is absconding for 3 weeks. Whenever i call they tell me, we do not know when she will be back. Is that possible, that they do not know the whereabouts of the employee? I have already paid 15, 000 in advance for the laser hair removal. I have my appointment left and they are going on ignoring and postponing it. Also dr janvi has covered only half the area in my laser removal treatment. Please take action. They always say they will call back

    I booked a relaxing body massage for my mother on the occasion of mother's day as she loved massages. Thought of booking the 'known to be the best' centre for it, vlcc. She went in for an hour and i looked forward to her coming out of the massage room, very excited and hoping she would love the best quality (As per much hype) of this brand. As she came out, her face was one which was so utterly disappointed and it increased manifold as she got to know it was 2100, a price so worthless, she said i could even massage her better than the service here. Also, while i booked on phone earlier in the morning, the woman said it was 1800 with taxes and i re-confirmed if the 1800 included taxes and she said yes. Then while payment on the actual spot, she asked for 2100. I retaliated, but she never listened. All of that spoiled my mood for a 'renowned brand'. But now i'm sure i will never go again and would recommend everyone to look for a better brand with a service worth the price. It really spoiled my image for the brand. Very disappointing experience.

      My sister (Aarti jain d/o om prakash) has taken package for fat burn therapy for tummy and legs. Later she included my mother for tummy therapy. But during therapy my mother tummy skin got burnt. We written complain to vlcc customer care and they called my mother for medical check up and suggested medicine as well but my mother is in high pain. We requested to vlcc that return our hard earn money becaue we are completely scared and cant go ahead with this therapy but they deny to do this. They told me that we dont have policy to return money.

        I had enrolled for neck peeling for my neck(4 sessions) and anti tan facial(5 sessions). They were quick to enroll me for the services and I made a payment of Rs.12000.
        They made big long claims about how I would see a significant difference after the peel and took my DNA(mouth swab) for some test which I never got reports for. After my second peel on Sunday, the lady tells me how my pigmentation is due to chemical reasons and there is not much they can do about this. Why did she suggest me this in the first place if she wasn't sure.
        The customer service is so bad that not once have they followed up with me.

        I still have 2 peel sessions and 3 facial sessions and I dont trust these people. I need a refund. Such a waste of time and money.

          I am feeling very disappointed informing you about bad service and wrong bill. I visited VLCC on 13 April 2016 for keratin treatment.
          Firstly the service is so poor that even after very first wash I can't see any difference in my hair. It seems like totally waste of 10305.00 rs for me. Hairs are exactly same as that was before.

          Secondly They didn't give me bill of my payment of 10305rs which I made on the same day. I asked them twice for it but they gave me silly excuses that they will send on my mail I'd. Today I visited the center they handed some other person's bill whose first name is same as that of mine and surname is different, with price 3200 price * quality (3), bill is attached for your reference. Also the payment made by some credit card ending with 54 which is not mine.

          When I told them its not mine, then they again ask to visit center next
          day. I was sitting there for more than half an hour they have no bill in their system by my name. This is very rediculous thing that can't be expected from such a big brand like VLCC. Kindly let me know what should I do now, as according to your policy I should get my full Payment back if I don't receive my bill, if you people follow your norms and policies.
          What abt my hair treatment... How we gonna trust VLCC After this kind of service.

            I am customer of Vlcc since 2006.. i am very much unhappy with services.. i took some facials and Peels..worth 40000rs... the very first session was not happy with services and results.. But the people forced me to continue the session saying that there will be result after three four sessions.. hence i continued.. but now i didnt get any good results and people here are frauds and so rude... they just denyed to help me with results... i didnt asked for cash back i want the results...i lost money and trust on VLCC.. bocz of these cheap people VLCC bramd name will spoil.. i was happy customer of Vlcc since 2006...but now i dont wanna justify or VLCC name... i have some function i need some packages but i dont know how to trust these people and go ahaead for new pacakages... i want justice for my hard eearned money... Please someone help me out...dont lose customer coming from years.. incident date august 2015...

              Dear sir,

              My sister is working in one of your branch in dwarka, new delhi. She is working as a therapist & beautician. I want to know that how can any therapist or beautician can give the business to your company until unless you can't put sales or marketing person for business promotion ?

              If you people put pressure on internal working employees to give business then i am sorry to say that you are big fools !!!

              This week you people asked to employees to come to your head office at greater kailash and force them to give resign. It shows your company will definitely go to destroy your company image and one will come you have to shut down your company in india.

              My suggestion is kindly look into this matter seriously and do faith on your employees and make strategies to grow up your business.

                Sometime back, i had visited vlcc, magarpatta, pune for waxing and threading. I had a look at their rate card and was appalled to see the prices. However, since vlcc is a big name in the market, i had high expectations with respect to the services.
                The lady who attended me didn't know abc of waxing. She applied wax (Rica) on my skin a number of times and kept pulling off the strip as a consequence of which a layer of skin from my armpit got peeled off and was bruised badly. I was in pain for almost 3 days and i couldn't lift my arm properly. To add to the grief, they charged me rs 1000 just for arms/underarms waxing and threading.
                I am never ever going back to vlcc again!!

                Ps: the threading done was awful too. I've never felt so much pain in my life at a salon!

                  Took an appointment on friday 8th april 2016 for sunday 10th april for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. Appointment was for 11:15 & when i called to push it by 15 mins i was told it was blocked for 11 (First lie) & in case of this delay i won't get one manicure. So we hurried there as soon as v could. On reaching v were made to wait...Turns out there was already an appointment scheduled before ours which would get done much after 11:30...So why the lie that us not coming at 11 would lead to our manicure cancellation. After waiting we were told only one specialist was on duty that day so instead of 2 people only one person's service was possible. I understand the confusion as one specialist cancelled at the last minute but that only meant the people managing appointments had to postpone later appointments and cancel few if needed. But sanuli shinde (Whose only job is to manage appointments btw) and some so called dr pratibha felt more convenient to insult and disrespect clients who had spoilt their morning coming there to go away and forget about their appointments. To top it all the specialist who was doing the pedicure wasn't even told it's a manicure-pedicure appointment, he was told it's only pedicure.
                  After this utter waste of a weekend morning coupled with the atrocious treatment courtesy sanuli and dr pratibha i swear to never set foot in any vlcc ever in my life.

                    I as undersigned Avinash Chaphale – File ID – A-356 / Client ID – CLI500804 and my wife Neelam Chaphale – File ID - N-185 / Client ID – CLI500805 had joined VLCC Center at MIDC, Andheri East (Mumbai) in February 2015.

                    I am hereby writing this letter just to bring to your kind attention about the kind of Disappointing Treatment I received throughout the courses. I am very much dissatisfied and disappointed with the kind of attention and treatment which I and my wife have been receiving from your team at VLCC Center, MIDC, Andheri East (Mumbai).

                    Initially I and my wife both have planned to join VLCC due to our health reasons. We both have High blood pressure and Thyroid problem. Only after consulting our family doctor we had decided to go with your weight loss program as joining Gym was not possible due to blood pressure problem.

                    Ms. Komal Joshi from your Mumbai unit had attended to our queries while joining and herself had suggested to go for Weight loss Program in which she assured a weight loss of 15 Kgs within 4-5 months. Based on the same we immediately paid full amount in advance (as per your criteria) and started the course, we had followed all the diets given by her each time throughout the course. But, the same had no effect as far as the weight loss was concerned. Surprisingly at such a big institute, no one was appointed to attend to us personally for follow ups, B.P. monitoring, weight check, Diets..!! We were always kept hanging in between your staff for therapies and all other stuff related to course.

                    Later, when we again approached Ms. Komal for further solutions on our queries and non-effect of weight loss program. She further suggested to go through advance course for a duration of more 2.5 to 3 months paying additional amount of Rs. 60, 000/-. Based on that we PAID and started Herbal Massage and Lypo in your center at MIDC, Andheri East (Mumbai) after few months. Which again, had no effects on our health. Dr. Anuja Vaidya got in touch with us and asked us to start another therapy in addition with current therapy as a solution. But Ms. Komal told us that it is not possible to add it in the current schedule and we would have to pay additional charges and take new package for the same.

                    A year has passed still no signs of weight loss in either o[censored]s. In fact, to our surprise, the weight is the same as it was when we started. What is the kind of therapy?? Treatment?? Where weight remains as it is??

                    We were told by Ms. Komal Joshi that the reason of failure in weight loss was gaps in between therapies schedule, which again is totally unacceptable as it’s quite obvious that there may be gaps throughout the course due to personal reasons. In our case whenever we have had gaps or absence in between, it was already pre-informed to your staff and especially to Ms. Komal Joshi.

                    All these scenarios made us felt like we are going to visit a corporate sales office instead of a Health Center. Because each time your peoples have something new to suggest instead of identifying what’s wrong in the treatment.
                    Also, almost all of your staff are concentrating more on selling your New Schemes and internal cosmetics rather than attending and concentrating on the Member’s Therapies and schedules. We always failed to realize where exactly we are going to?? A Fitness and Therapy Center or any Branded cosmetic Store???

                    It’s Frustrating to say. Such a big organization and you treat your members as follows:

                    • No one allocated to check on the Diet and follow up (i.e. Dietician)
                    • Frequent change in Dieticians, sometimes Ms. Komal (Marketing Person) was only providing the Diet Chart.
                    • Improper Therapy schedule, wherein, we only have to tell your team what therapy we have to take.
                    • No guidelines on the Therapies and visits at your center.
                    • No one responsible for regular checkups and condition or to check the effect of course on us.
                    • Non availability of Male Therapists each time for many members, results in waiting.
                    • Mainly, there haven’t been a single call or follow up procedure from your team since last 6 months.
                    • Special Mention – Ms. Komal – never tried to call us for anything since last 6 Months.

                    Height of all!!...Ms. Komal Joshi, again trying to convince us to go for a new package of around 60, 000 rupees and get us CHEATED AGAIN. Instead of compensating on the failure to reduce 10-15 kgs of our weight. Ms. Komal is trying to sell new schemes.

                    After investing such big amount of money i.e. 1, 20, 000 rupees and a year’s time with a branded and renowned center like yours. Still, we find ourselves in nowhere near to our expectations from this course.
                    Whoever is concerned please take note that, we now seek a proper justification and compensation against the above matter and scenarios. As VLCC has failed to complete the commitment at every point. We have a very strong opinion that we had been TRICKED and CHEATED by VLCC staff throughout the course.

                    If there is anyone responsible enough to revert with any kind of resolution it would be helpful. If we do not get satisfactory solution from VLCC within a week, we would have to think about taking necessary actions against this matter.

                      Its been one and half months i m each minute suffering mental stress because of burnt hairs by vlcc aurangabad. I hv sent multiple emails regarding this also called on helpline. But apart from false assurance nothing has been.done by vlcc. I want to make aware all ladies who gets hair treatment in vlcc that they hv burnt my hairs aftr straightening and i am.not able even go out with messy frizzy hairs.i didnt get any kind of refund or compensation from.vlcc. they just t keep us fooling by aaying that they will look into matter. Aftr one n half months nothing has been.done by vlcc. I m going to sue them for cheating peple n looting.plz dont trust vlcc.

                      Hi I reside in Bangalore . I took the coolsclup package at Vlcc kammanahalli Bangalore .they don't have fixed price for it . Each time they keep changing prices .along with that they also told they will give me inch loss through Riju .but from one month they r saying that Riju machine is on repare and r saying don't know when it will come .one of the dietician Meenakshi is saying it will cost 30 to 35000 to repare it.so who should do the repare thing ? The clints !! They r very rude and once the amount is paid they don't ever bother for the clints . Very very worst people .they just want money money money nothing else .not bothered about the clints .

                        I had bought a vlcc kajal from spencer - h093. On opening i found damaged good. The kajal stick was broken from inside.
                        On highlighting the issue with spencer they refused to take action unless vlcc acknowledges complaint.
                        Bar code of product - 1295352
                        For an established product, such product failure is expected and disappointing. Pls give instruction to replace it right away or return my money asap.
                        It's 24hours plus that i had mailed vlcc regarding this, however no response.

                          I have registered a t Vlcc, Babaynagar-Chennai for 2 kg weight loss program.
                          Though after going there for 6 months I didnt get 2 kg reduced in my weight even after following strict diet and their therapy.
                          When I complaint, they said we have reduced 2 kg overall and we cant do anything as we are doing our best. When I ask them to return back my money they are unwilling to do as they are saying they are giving therapy for the same .

                          Please help, what should I do in this case

                            Dear Ms Komal and Team VLCC
                            It's been over two months now we have been following up with you on subject matter. My wife Kanu Swaroop subscribed to weight loss program at your Andheri East program in the month of Jan'16. We had detailed discussion with your centre on her health situation since she underwent mirena treatment for treatment of endosymosis (heavy uterus and chronic periods). We made special request to give treatments keeping her health in mind. All was fine till stomach specific vibration treatment was given in Jan end. Soon after this there was consistent bleeding with fresh blood with no improvement in health for over 30 days and she could never join back pending sessions. She had to once again undergo heavy medication to stop bleeding and to control pain as she became physically very weak in last two months.

                            We have been in discussion with Ms Komal for more than a month now that my wife Kanu Swaroop is not in a frame of mind to visit centre and not willing to continue with any kind of health or beauty treatment and therefore we have been requesting refund of balance amount as we paid upfront INR 15, 000/- and could complete only few session. However we have been consistently denied refund and have been asked to convert it into some other package.

                            While in normal course, i could understand business objective and conversion of package etc. However in this particular case of my wife, she has developed serious health complications post a particular session of localised vibration on stomach.

                              I have taken a VLCC Package service on 26.01.2016 for Rs.2487/and the payment was done through my credit card.But when I have received my Credit card statement on 14/02/2016, I was so surprised that my account was debited for twice for the same amount Rs.2487/.Soon I have contacted the credit card customer care and they told me that the amount was already credited twice to the company.
                              VLCC Panaji Near Campal is near my house and since beginning I was the regular customer of that parlour. The moment I have given my complaint the main officials of the institution has promised that they will give the refund once they receive the statement of their account.
                              But unfortunately I didn't receive any call from any body and whenever I used to call them, they have dissatisfied me.
                              Today 17th March till today I didn't receive what ever excess payment apid to them

                                  I got my hair straightening done at VLCC aurangabad.previously 5times I had done straightening one per year at other parlours.I had good effect there.this time unfortunately I felt that I might get much better result at VLCC so went at VLCC.BT aftr straightening my hairs were burnt.at VLCC Dr.Archana n her colleagues said aftr spa hairs will be fine.so I got hair spa there.still hairs were burnt.they accepted their fault n gave me cystein therapy BT it damaged my hairs more.I m devastated by my burnt hairs as now m.cared to see myself in mirror.I can't go to work with so burnt hairs.I m getting lot of psychological stress.Archana said she will talk to some hair dresser from Mumbai.n asked me to come at 8pm.bt they kept me waiting for 1hour.I m doctor n any layman can tell how doctor's time is precious still I kept patience. BT tht hair dresser said we can't do anything to it hairs as they had gone for straightening fifth time.I told them that I never had this problem before and hairs on my right side r more burnt thn left.if it WS bcoz of 6th time straightening then all hairs should hv got damaged.BT they couldn't explain. why so? His attitude towards clients WS very bad.he doesn't hv manner how to talk to reputed female doctor. MI am facing lot of mental stress bcoz of my burnt hairs. Its hampering my day to day life.I want VLCC to compensate for my hair damage or to face court case . I can provide u pics of my damaged hairs and recorded conversation at VLCC where they hv accepted tht it WS their mistake. My contact number is [protected]. I need fast solution for damage.

                                  Its been one and half month and vlcc is still not serious abt my burnt hairs. I m suffering a lot. VLCC is fraud.
                                  I didn't get any response from VLCC yet.infacr when i call their customer care service they kept my calls on hold for 2minutes many times and gave falseaassurance that their senior will call me back.I have sent many mails also but they don't bother to reply their clients. This is the worst treatment to.clients from VLCC.VLCC parlours should be closed permanently all over world if they don't take their client's complaints seriously.

                                    I had undergone a grooming package for my wedding on january 23rd.2016, at vlcc beach road kollam .sreejith, a beautician trainee came to my home on january 25th 2016( wedding day)as scheduled..as soon as he finished his make up it spilled all over my shirt collar...and i brought this to his notice... .he vanished from my home when he saw that the dress was spoiled and the scene is going to get worse .i was one hour late for the marriage function only because of the fault from vlcc staff..at marriage everyone was asking as what happened to my shirt collar...when i called the office to complain they were ready to settle me by giving back entire money and sreejith begged me not to go for case they are telling they would arrange another package...as there is no provision for refund...sreejith begged me as he would repay me back my money...after one month...otherwise he will loose his job..now he is denying it...i had spent more than 75, 000 for my photo session and video shooting..these people spoiled the wedding days mood fraudulent people like him and company manager should be dealt with...i need my entire refund...

                                      I had taken a appx 32000 package for laser hair removal from jp nagar barnch of vlcc bangalore. After 7 session i have ended up looking for bleaching agents to hide my embarrassment! Feel like being cheated. The center after 7 sessions and present state is offering me an apt with doctor. I hope you take things seriously coz the service has left me completely disappointed and embarrassed.

                                        My name is dr amrita bhawnani kishore n i am a resident of pune! I had enrolled myself into the weight loss program after being convinced by ms archana who was the head of slimming section last year at kalyani nagar branch.

                                        I paid 97k in august 2015 and still have the receipts for the same. I went to vlcc religiously for a month and controlled my diet as advised by ms sonu.

                                        However there was hardly any weight loss and since i am a doctor i am well versed with my bmr and i have no problems like diabetes or thyroid! My blood work profile has been absolutely normal and i had high hopes from vlcc.

                                        After 2 months i felt i am being taken for granted by the staff. Whenever i contacted them for my lipo session i was given some or the other excuse about the machine not being available for the days i had requested. After a while i lost interest in going there and i felt like a beggar despite paying such a huge amount to vlcc.

                                        I also spoke the management to convert my slimming package to the beauty one and didn't even ask for any refund. I am terribly disappointed with the kind of response i have had with your so called efficient staff n management at kalyani nagar branch.

                                        My money has been wasted but i shall ensure that nobody else falls prey to such fraud agencies which promise to deliver 1000 things and does not even acknowledge their clients after they pay them. I have been reviewing restaurants, places, websites and i am one person who makes it a point to write positive things if i have liked it unlike others who only post negative reviews.

                                        You guys tested my patience beyond my threshold and now i am giving u a week's time to get back to me with a positive n a convincing reply for my complaint.

                                        I would want u to convert my package to beauty ( facial n hair spa packages without treating me like a beggar or showing mercy on me). It's my hard earned money and i want u to respect that.
