hello sir, i have bought tata Ac 1.2ton 5* on march 18th 2015, for 31, 290₹ and since then i have kept 9000₹ for repairs, because i got the ac withoutgas and your service center people takes charge for gas, labouur, transport everytime ... 3 times it was gas leeking problem.. and still its not cooling at all ... i just want to replace the product or refund my total money 31, 290+9000₹... im fed up with TATA AC and Service center looting me totaly.. details of ac are : seller:Vardaman electronics-SAML, delhi invoice no:S2FA2E/14-15/5535 item code:116398

    Hi Team, I have taken a Window AC(Model No:Voltas AC123Lye) from Vijay Sales Mira Road Order No:164MR0415S0763 on date[protected]. First Complain registered(Complain No:[protected]) to the Voltas within the few days of purchase.Service guys came took 3 days to resolve the issue and figure out that the problem was with PCB.After few days again the problem re-initiated, then i directly connect with vijay sales from where i took the AC and ask for the replacement on the date 20th May and still awaiting for the response. Although another complaint registered(Complaint No: [protected]) to the voltas on the date 7th June and today i got message that the issue resolved but there is no resolution take place on the ground. Voltas are actually selling defective product and does not have any moral responsibility towards their customer. Worst experience so far i have faced. Don't Cheat !!!

    Thanks for responding me back. Worst Experience so far while interacting with Voltas service guys and Vijay Sales Executives.No one seems accountable for the answers, I am waiting for the last 1 months and irritated with the type of services.

    You can understand how much pain i have faced so far without AC from last 45 days in summer.

    I have couple of question for you:

    1) What is the use of AC now if summer has already gone ?
    2) What is the use of replacement now if your AC is not working from the day of purchase ?
    3) Who is accountable to give the answer if customer have any query?
    4) Customer care does not have any answer about the complaints, What is the use of putting customer care ? No call back from the seniors even asking him respond ?
    5) Do you have any process to decide that how much time a particular things will take ? Or you want customer will keep on following you asking question that boss what happen to my complain.
    6) Do you have in your system that decide the priority.

    Sorry Boss, Don't Cheat us by selling defective product.

    I don't have any trust on you. Neither in service nor on product.

    Please refund my Money !!! I don't want frustration any more.

    Extra installation charges asking although it is free but asking for more 1500 rs...please do the need full..

Care & series of reminder thereafter followed by written complaint on 5.6.15 & 9.6.15 on site www.voltasac.com With deep regret & at the cost of repetition I would like to draw your immediate attention through the following; 1)I purchased the abovementioned AC unit on 10/6/14 & installed on13/06/14 2) Immediately after installation the unit stopped functioning on28/8/14, call attended by your service agent on29/8/14 with the comment ‘NO GAS’ a]As the problem was not solved at site the indoor/outdoor unit was taken back to workshop on5/9/14 b )Delivery of indoor/outdoor unit was done by your ser agent on 9/9/14 & fitted on 10/9/14 with running condition.Thus it took 14 days (from 28/8/14 to 10/9/14) to run the unit 3) Again on19/2/15 due to poor cooling I made a complaint on19/2/15, attended by your ser agent on 20/2/15, complaint resolved. 4 ) On 1/6/15 functioning the unit again stopped functioning I made a complain on 2/6/15 call no being [protected] your ser engineer inspected the unit on 3/6/15, left away with comments –No gas, unit to be taken to workshop . Thereafter I knocked all the available doors almost daily till 13/6/15 inspected the unit advised that the outer unit is to be taken to workshop & left away. Ultimately on date i, e on 15/6/15 the unit was taken away for repair. From the facts/figures submitted above you have to agree with me that this laclustre attitude of men (your cus care unit”s failure to take up the matter with your Service Agent properly, your ser agent”s failure to detect the reccuring “No gas” problem) is not at all desirable & should be redressed immediately From the experience (as I have had two other AC units viz, Sharp & Carrier which are running successfully for the last 3 years without a single problem) I presume that behind the”No Gas” problem there may be a manufacturing defect in the unit which I purchased Whatever may be the reason I have to suffer mentally/physically on a/c of both men &machine for which I request your immediate intervention in the matter by sending a senior technician who can go to the root of the reccuring problem of the Ac unit or replace the existing unit if there exists a manufacturing defect, otherwise I have to move to Consumers Forum/court the cost of consequences of which is to be borne by you.             I want to bring to your notice that i am highly disappointed with the installation service provided by Voltas in Gurgaon. I had bought an AC 2 months back for which i had requested for relocation service which required dismantling and them reinstallation of the AC. Request no - [protected]. The technician did some wrong connection because of which the stabilizer and PCB of the AC got burnt. Rather than taking a formal route, he took the PCB along which i am sure he is getting repaired. But since i have this AC in warranty and i have used installation service through Voltas i should be provided with a new PCB and stabilizer. Request you to get this matter investigated asap. Hoping for a positive response.               Dear Team Kindly note hat I have purchased Voltas 1.5tonne window ac on 17.05.2015 from santosh enterprises vide bill no 076, book no 02 (refer bill copy attached with). Its not even a month has gone and it has already been a nightmare for me. Since the last 24days I and my family has been bearing this hot summer season even after buying your brand new air conditioner. After working for 15days fine then after it has gone obsolete. a) On 05.06.2015 air conditioner was not working then your customer care person send your representative who changed condenser and suggested me to change stablizer so I got new stablizer installed again. However later in couple of hours it again stopped working then again i called you guys then representative came again and suggested motor is not working therefore it has be changed. b) On 07.06.2015 he came again with motor however he brought scrap motor which didnt work so he said he will come again with new motor. Also he told me that air conditioner's remote has also not been working. He also promised that in next 2days I will bring new motor, remote & censor parts and thenafter air conditioner will be all right. Since then I have been calling your customer care and your service representative to repair my air conditioner but it seems your company policy is just sell your product and forget about it. Kindly take this mail very seriously as me and my family is bearing this scorching heat even after paying you company for branch new air conditioner. I may have to bring this mail to the knowledge of consumer court and media if not resolved in next 2-3days at most. Look forward for prompt action.                 I have registered my complaints 15 days back on 30th May, complaint number-[protected]/[protected]. Technician visited on 3rd/4th June and taken away some parts for repair but its 10 day but still he has not came back. I am calling 24*7 support number daily since last 8 days and they are saying they have sent the reminder/notice but not giving any satisfactory answer. I have asked to escalate the complaint but they are not doing so. Every time they tell that they will arrange call back but i have got any call back even after reminding 10 times. I am very dis-satisfied with the service support.

                Till now, No one from Voltas contacted me to discuss the problem. And this is still not resolved. Technician came back with the faulty parts(PCB) and now more functions also not working and its not getting turned off automatically on reaching the set temperature. He told that he is sending it further to get the part replaced but no answer after that.

                I got SMS that my complaint had been resolved. I called customer care number and asked them that its not resolved and to re-open it and they told that they are forwarding my request but till now I have not received any proper resolution of my complaint.
                This is still pending. I want the parts to be replaced as I have given my complaint during warranty period. Pls help to get this resolved from Voltas.

                  I have complaint for gas refilling by compalaint number [protected] but they always cancel resquest by themself and then said it was cancelled by you. There service center also not picking up my call and ther engineer is spoken very badly.Customer care agent feels nothing for you they always said will complaint again for yout but now its over 10 days they are playing with us.VERY VERY BAD COMPANY AND MORE BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTER. I never recommend anyone for voltas.

                    With complaint no [protected] on 10.0602015 I made a complaint to Voltas AC about lack of cooling and non function of auto cut in my AC. The person from Voltas turned up to my home on 12.06.2015 at around 5.30 pm but without properly attending all complaints he left my home . My AC is still running continuously without auto cut . Despite being informed that the AC is under guarantee, the visiting person started asking for money for filling up the gas.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that complaint regarding the problem in AC (AC Compressor is still under 5 year warranty) is not cooling and the complaint has not been resolved since May 8 2015 even after the AC is under AMC. a. The complaint no [protected] dtd May 8, 2015 was not resolved and it was closed. The service engineer returned the AC after 4days after filling the gas and replacing the coil for which we paid Rs 4200/- (Rs four thousand two hundred) but it did not work. b. Next the service engineer came after lodging a fresh complaint # [protected] and brought the AC from workshop without doing anything. This again did not work and the AC started to make more noise and stopped cooling. c. A fresh complaint was lodged and the service engineer turned up after 2 days and took the AC to workshop.(Complaint No # [protected]) . The AC has come from workshop but still not functional

                        I am Sunil Oberoi staying at Faridabad. I have purchased a split AC (1.5 ton, 5 Star) on[protected] from Vijay Sales, Faridabad. I selected Voltas because of its goodwill. But from the very beginning we are facing cooling issues. Within One month of installation we have complain more than 6 times to Voltas customer care, for which the same service engineer visited & confirmed that gas is leaking. The other engineer came & refilled the gas but its again & again leaking & cooling is not there. The service engineers statements are contradicting to one another. They are not willing to check the product. Now the drain water is leaking in the room. And rather than checking the product, technicians are saying that room size is big for 1.5 ton ac. Our room size is 11' * 14'. But after doing lot of R&D, for this room size 1.5 ton is sufficient. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.                           I booked a 500 Ltr Double Door Freezer with Vasant Dealer in Tiruvallur on 07 Jun 2015. They assured that they will deliver in the next day.Even after five days it is not delivered and says it is delay from Voltas. I am surprised to learn Voltas is making delay. Please intervene and ensure the quick delivery at the earliest.

                            we have booked AC on july, but every now and then it creates problem..last time there was a problem with fan which engineer took with him, now its been more than 2 months every time we call they say it will take more one week to come, such a pathetic service... this AC is in showroom my whole buisness is suffering due to this.. even the heat is not bearable.. pls help...

                              Same happened with me...I called Volta's people 4 times they told me 1500 will be the gas filling charges + 350 visiting charges + 500 transport charges then wat is the visiting charge as far as m concern visiting charges include everything.why you people are charging hidden cost please be fare otherwise in future nobaby will trust on tata company and also am not going for service of my AC from Volta's.

                              My previohus complain no was [protected] which Volta's customer care people cancelled coz my father denied for paying hidden cost to them.now today is 9 the of June 2015 and they SMS me that they had cancelled the complain then again I called cc and again registered ( [protected]) the complain the lady gave me the reason for cancellation that we refused to pay them...now pls tell me is this the service Volta's providing to its customer m really shocked...

                                Hello sir I am using 1.5 ton voltas AC that is out of warranty now.Since 2 months i am facing a problem of gas leakage from my Ac.I have complained about gas leakage and not cooling problem from customer care.they have sent their technician to my house.The technician came and refill the gas and make the bill of Rs.2200 and told me that if the gas leakage occurred within one month the company will not charge for the gas refill again.In a few days the gas is leaked again.I have made complaint to the customer care again.First they have cancelled my complaint saying that you are complaining the same problem so that your request has been cancelled.Again i made a fresh complaint.The Technician visit my home and told me that the problem is in outdoor unit of AC and they had took out the unit for repair to the service center in patna.After few days they returned with outdoor unit and charged me Rs.[protected] for gas refilling+300 for repairing and fare of transportation).In a Few days gas is leaked again and again i made complaint to customer care.Again the technician visit and told me for checking the indoor unit and they have took indoor unit with them.After 3-4 days i received a call from service center that indoor int is ok and there might be problem with pipe.They did not returned my indoor unit almost 10 day. after making many calls the technician came and just put the indoor unit on the floor and returned. Again i made a call to the senior executive named 1.Akash and 2. dada(called name) to sort out my problem.They replied me to send the pipe to the service center.I have made arrangement and sent pipe to the service center.Its been more than 15 days and they have not returned my pipe and not entertained my calls as well.In between i have called many times to customer care and complain about the situation but they are giving the same answer all the time that we are taking your complaints and your problem will be sorted out.I have called customer care to connect or provide any senior to make my complaint, the reply is senior are busy for the interview and when they are free we will make you call.                                 It has been nearly about 20 days to resolved the problem which take place after 2.5 months after complaints and again the problem persist.I can not understand that the technician is not resolving my problem sincerely or they do not understand the actual problem because the same problem occurred again and i have complained to the service center, complaint no: [protected] dated 20.07.15. The technician came and check the unit and told me that the previous technician not checked the unit properly that's why gas leakage problem is persists.Today i.e.24.07.15, i received a message from customer care that my complaint has been cancelled because customer is not willing to pay.
                                Can any representative from your company make me understand that why should i pay every time for the same complain the same problem which is not resolved by your technician.

                                As i have made many complaints to you regarding gas leakage from split ac voltas 1.5 ton, but i did not got any satisfactory service/reply from your service center in patna, i.e. patna cooling sales and service jain niketan, laljee tola, behind CDA building patna.
                                Let you know the sequence of event which has been occurred with my AC.I have purchased this AC in 2013 from your authorized retailer, Sound and Music Frazer road, patna.In the warranty period its service is ok.But the problem occurred from march 2015, First complaint i have made on 9-10/03/2015 .The Technician came and filled gas.I have paid a bill of Rs.2200 for gas refill.Gas is leaked again in 15-20 days and again i made a complaint on 30.03.15, the technician came and take my outdoor unit to the service center.The outdoor unit is checked and repaired and reinstalled on date 07.04.15 for this i have paid Rs.2500(gas refill Rs.1800+call charge 400+transportation charge 300).once again gas is leaked in 15-20 days.i have again made the complain 23-24/04/15.The technician came and told me that outdoor unit is checked already and there would be a problem in indoor unit so they take inddor unit on date 29.04.15.after 3-4 days i got a call from service center they told me that ther is no problem in indoor unit.They have returned my indoor unit after 10 day of the call.They just came and put the indoor unit on the floor and left all the setup as it is and told me that u need to chek ur pipe.I have called many times of seniors in the patna service center named 1.Akash and 2.Dada.Dada suggest me send anyone to him so that he can come to my house and see the unit.I have sent a person to bring DADA from service center.He came and checked and take pipe with him.Almost 15 days has been passed over and i didnot get my pipe or any reply.I have made complain again in written and to the customer care.Finally i have made my own arrangement and picked up the pipe from service center.I have called many times to Dada and finally technician came and installed pipe and refill gas without any payment on 4-5/07/2015.
                                Unfortunately again the gas is leaked, i have made complaint to customer care 21.07.15.The technician came and checked and told me that gas is leaked from pipe.On 24.07.15 i recieved a massege from customer care that Your request no.[protected] has been cancelled .reason customer not willing to pay(OW).Again i made complaint to the customer care and told about the problem and sequences.The executive told me that i dont have to pay, they will resolved my problem.They gave the complain no-[protected].I have received a same massege on 25.07.15 that your request no.[protected] has been cancelled .reason customer not willing to pay(OW).
                                Finally i am writting to you that what i have to do now.My problem will be sorted out or i have to reach consumer court.Please sugest.

                                  I have purchase Split AC on 26May 2015 . Instalation done on 30 jun. After 5 days it is not working . I have added a support ticket on Friday night by call customer care. After 3 days of support ticket no response from any Voltas Service Center. When ever i call customer they always told me that now i am setting your ticket as a urgent ticket and they will resolve the issue ASAP. Please give me suggestion what i will do?

                                  COOLING IS NOT PROPER

                                  COOLING IS NOT PROPER FROM 2 TONS WINDOW A/C. AFTER SWITCH ON ONLY FAN IS FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR AND THEN COMPRESSOR STARTS WITH SOUND AND RUN FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND AGAIN FAN STARTS RUNNING . THIS CYCLE IS CONTINUED.

                                    Hello, we have purchased a new AC on 19 Apr 2015 and installed on 13 May 2015. The product has been found to be faulty on the day of its installation and have requested for its replacement, your technician visited on May 25 and found motor defective, we were promised that the same shall get replaced within 3 to 4 days. Even after repeated reminders (mails, daily telephonic conversation on toll free no.) the AC has still not been replaced. What was customer fault if your fresh AC was defective is it not your responsibility to replace it. Would strongly recommend that as an organization must spends more time on improving there customer services. Waiting to resolve our queries assoon as possible.                                     bought a window AC on 06 Jun15..was installed on 09 jUN 15.. AFTER INSTALLATION, NOTICED THAT THE AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY..NO COOLING AT ALL..                                       I bought a Voltas Split AC on 31/05/2015 from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I was promised 5 years extended warranty from Voltas but it has been 8 days I have not received any call back from VOLTAS. On calling customer care I am being told that my number is not yet registered. I bought this AC just because I was promised nice service but right in the beginning i am facing such problem.

                                        I called customer care several time from 25 April to 5th May and finally after 11 day two persons visited on 6th May. They told us that our AC required gas to be filled to let it cool properly. They opened it and washed with water and may be filled some gas and took Rs 3000/ for that service. The told us for 3 months warranty and when we asked for the bill they told we presently don't have this but everything is going to be recorded in our AC shop named CooL Care. After 3 weeks gas has been leaked or shortage due to either it was not filled properly or required amount or any other reason. I called Voltas Customer Care again they call Cool Care and given the number of Cool Care again to talk in person. When we called they refused and told us that no one has visited from our shop. However later they accepted that persons visited us have left their job from there and now we can't take care of your warranty. If you have any problem find those person out yourself we don't have responsibility any more. Our claim is that those technicians were sent by them and if later they left their job from Cool Care then its cool care responsibly to take care of the service under warranty. Its being more than 2 weeks calling everyday to Voltas Customer Care as well Cool Care no one seems to make it seriously. Every time we have been told to wait another 24 hours but problem is not sorted out and we are without AC in this hot June. I'm calling your customer care since last 10 days or more and everyday day has been told to wait for 24 hour. I'm avidly waiting so no more 24 hours without functional AC in this hot June.
