I am regularly coplainingregarding my voltas AC servicing since 29th April but still there is no any single response from the Volta's representatives.Everyday I am making call to customercare and they assure me regarding my complain but still there is no any call or visit to me .I have been fed-up

    NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH Voltas and his Retailer. Today[protected] @ 10:05 AM I received a cal against my complaint of water cooler, I am very disappointed with the service provider the technician name Manish called me from +91-[protected], he informed me that there is fault with the Cooler and they need to take this cooler at their service centre I requested them not to take the cooler, many school children's they drink water from this cooler and also many passer by poor and needy people drink water from this water cooler you have to repair it or replace it with the new cooler. He was not able to reply I requested him to put me to his supervisor or Manager one Mr Shaker Alve he came online and he was very arrogant when I told him that this is the third time I have complaint about the faulty cooler why you are not repairing or taking action he was giving me stereophonic answer we have to bring back your cooler at our service centre according to me which is not an solution for my problem. I told him that if you don't attend to my complaint I will complaint to your higher authority on which Mr Shekar welcomed me and asked me to go where ever I can and do whatever you want. I have acces to Consumer Court and then to Media I will not sit quite bcoz this cooler was purchased with the purpose of providing free drinking water for the Poor and needy people of the society.Voltas being an Brand name and spending lots of money on advertisiement but not on after sale service. kindly look into this matter and resolve it amicably. However the Cooler is not working at all...it’s my very bad experience with VOLTAS in within one Month time I had made three complaints Over all I would say you send me the FAULTY Cooler, Please arrange the another brand new tested unit and take this BOX from me ASAP.         I have same complaints...no one attended my complaint...call centre says that i should call technician directly...technician says call customer care first...bought new Ac last week...from last 3 days, no cooling at all and most importantly the technician who came to insatall my AC was stealing copper Pipes Which came as standard fitting. One thing i have learnt that no more voltas in future...totally unprofessional and staff

          I have bought an SPLIT AC[Model number:1852X] which is a 5 Star rater in January 2014 and since then i am having issues with this Split AC. All the time the GAS is leaked and there is no cooling . I have then reported this issue many times[3 times] and your service centre guys rather than identifying the root cause of the issue provided me a workaround of refilling the GAS and now when this issue has again occurred after 1 year of buying they are asking me a charge of Rs 2200/- as it is outside warranty. I think this is completely wrong as the same issue is occurning again and because proper action was not taken before when it was in warranty i am getting suffered.

            Hi Sir/Madam This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased Window AC (Voltas, 1.5 Ton on[protected] from Jyoti Electronics, Star Plaza, Meerut. Further, I would like to bring to your notice that after 3 months o[censored]se it had stopped cooling since then I was out of station for some work so couldn't lodge a complaint. Since it was covered under 1 year warrenty so on april 4, 2015 I have lodged a complaint (no # [protected]) to customer care about AC and then Voltas engineer who has visited against this complaint on[protected] has told us that the AC has gas leakage problem and promised me that he had fixed that but again after 2 days same problem happened. Since then I have been called to customer care 5 times but didn't get a single responce. However, I am very sorry to inform you that since that day, there was no communication from either the engineer or from the company. We have been suffering since that day as we are not able to use the AC which we have purchased after spending our hard earned money and also very surprised on the support from Voltas, for which the dealer had boasted and also promised to be the best in the country. It is also pertinent to mention that I have chosen Voltas Brand over other very prominent brands, as i am using the same in my Office (AESPL) and this kind of support will give bad name to Voltas brand as I will inform my colleagues as well as my employer about the problems that I am facing with the Voltas brand. Keeping in view of the above events, I request you to please replace the existing AC with a new one ASAP as I have no intention of keeping this AC which is faulty since the day I brought it from the showroom.               TODAY THE SERVICE MAN CAME AND INSTRUCTED ME TO SWITCH ON THE AC WITHOUTING CLEANING THE FILTERS ETC. ACCORDING TO HIM IT IS THE INSTRUCTION OF THE COMPANY TO CONFIRM WETHER THE UNIT IS WORKING OR NOT AND IF IT IS WORKING THEN COMPANY WILL SERVICE THE UNIT. I REQUESTED TO CLEAN THE FILTERS OF AC AND THEN SWICH ON. THE SERICE MEN ARE NOT HAVING PROPER KIT SUCH AS BLOWER, PIPTES ETC TO CARRY ON THE SERVICE. ACCORDING TO HIM THE OWNER HAS TO PROVIDE ALL THESE THINGS AND THEN SERVICE OF THE UNIT WILL BE DONE. IF RUBBER PIPE IS NOT PROVIDED THEY THE THROW THE WATER FROM THE BUCKET AND MUG ON THE OUTDOOR UNIT WITHOUING TAKING CARE OF BELONGINGS AND OTHER VALUABLES WHICH ARE AROUND THE OUTDOOR UNITS. WE CANNOT THINK OF SUCH TYPE OF AFTER SALE SERIVCE OF SUCH GOOD MULTINATIONAL COMPANY. THE PRODUCT IS GOOD BUT AFTER SALE SERIVCE IS WORST. YESTERDAY I COMPLAINTED THROUGH THIS FORUM. MY REGD.                 I bought a Voltas split A/C on Dec 3 2014 from a sellers on snapdeal called VATANUKOOL AIRCON ENGG 153-154, AKBAR ALI COMPLEX, HOTEL KANCHAN TILAK PALASIA SQUARE, CITY INDORE.I also registered my product on Voltas.Okay, firstly the A/C VOLTAS 1.5 TON 5 STAR 185 EY IMR is a piece of S***t as it freezes during night and works okay in the afternoon.I called the seller first and they made fun of me and asked me all sorts irrelevant questions and nobody came from their side.Then i called VOltas offices and a lady rudely gave me a number which is out of service.As as soon as i tried to confirm the number she slammed the phone down.Then i filled an online complaint/repair form and its was submitted successfully but nobody has contacted me yet.Although India's service sector is famous for its fake courtesy and treat consumers like garbage becuase they themselves are sad anf angry people and they want to spread their sadness to us.This company takes the prize in rudeness and VOLTAS IS THE WORST COMPANY for its aweful customer service...I boycott all TATA products from now on.

                  I registered a service request with voltas on 25 April, 2015 for my Ac and my AC is within warranty.They claim to deliver services within 24 working hours but till today I.e. 9 May 2015, service has not been provided. I have called them repeatedly and never got a call from them apologizing for delay and today I got an absurd response from there customer care executive that we only register complaints so we don't know the reason for delay. Worst after sales services ever I have witnessed till date.

                      Today the service man approached us without any kit and asked us to provide rubber pipe to service the unit. He is not having any blower etc to clean the filters. He tried to swich on the unit without cleaning the filters. According to him the service o[censored]nit will be done if the unit is working. We insisted that cleaning of filters should be done first and then the unit should be started as lot dust etc is on the outdoor unit during last 7-8 months. He did not attend the service and left saying that some other person will attend the servicing.

                        I have registered a complaint approximately 15 days ago...still no action has been taken place. I personally called and remind them around 10 times so that they will visit us and i can avail their services. my complaint number is [protected] i need a nodel officer email address so that he/she will be aware that there employees are not working properly as well as they take complaints very casual..

                          Sir i had one registered mobile no [protected] in the name of Ashish bansal i had given one complaint on 24/4/15 vide complaint no [protected], there was a visit at our Delhi address and after 10 of waiting period there was again visit and on their side complaint was done taking 1000Rs . But after 30 min i saw there was no use of spare part they changed and again i had to make a complaint now my complaint no is [protected] but already 4 days have passed no one is making any effort to attend rthe complaint you are requested to kindly look into matter at urgent basis thanks

                            dont buy voltas ac- window type...they have problem with their circuit board and it does not even last a year. i bought my ac 2 years back and in just 1 year the circuit had problems...after 3 months of follow up they replace the circuit and the new circuit also started creating problems in just 9 months...they have no warranty on this... pl help me if you can

                              I bought Voltas A/C for around 30K (1T 5Star) 3 years back. I hardly used it for 4 months and when the winter started i stopped using A/C. From the time 1 year warranty period got over there is gas leakage issue. Even if i fill gas it will last for 10 to 15 days only. When i approached service center they are telling the issue is because of aluminium coil inside the outdoor unit and the cost for replacing it to copper coil is bloody 8K. Why TATA voltas is selling selling such cheap products that is lasting only during the warranty period and cheating the customers.

                                Dear Sir/Mam, I having a voltas ac 1.5 ton and using from last 2 years.Today i have called up for service and after my call(complain no. [protected]) the technician has come and did the inspection. He told me that gas has been leaked from the ac but i am using it from 1 week and it was running smoothly and doing well cooling from 1 week. But today after his visit the ac is throwing hot air and also also as per him the gas refilling charges is 2200 and 500 for service charges but according to voltas care the gas refilling actual charges is 1800 and 400 for service charges.he has misguided me in all the prospect he just making money not customer oriented service person. This kind of service is voltas service provider is giving to their valuable customer. I have paid him Rs. 400 in advance against only gas charges which he has told me Rs. 2200.00 .Now i will not pay any single paisa to voltas or Ginni Aircon. I happy with voltas from 2 years and also going to buy my second ac from voltas but after this kind of misguidance and service from your service center i will def take second thought to buy the any electronics item from voltas. Please do the gas refilling of my Ac at any cost or else i will sue this service center further for wrong commitment and irresponsible behaviour towards customers.                                   Hi, AC was not cooling, so I had complained. It was taken to Voltas workshop and returned after 2 weeks. Since then there is problem of water leakage in that. So I have complained for that and its been more than 15 days and noone has visited for rectifying the AC.

                                    I purchased one package ac from your shop on dated[protected] with this promise that it will be install on dated[protected]. On that demand & cost of ac paid in cash on same date[protected]. But at the time of installation (came at 16:30 hours in the day when family was taking rest). And your installer has wrong attitude & demanded so many items (on odd hours when wholly main shops were closed due to hot season) which was not informed me at the time of installation. As I have already reported that I am a senior retired citizen & suffering from cancer and running through radiation therepy. After requesting so many times company's employ Mr. Arvind (age 24) having cell no. [protected] was not ready to hear and understand me and not tried to understand my critical condition as I am a patient of last stage of lung cancer but they have no effect. So please I again request you humbly to take necessary action to complete the installation of package ac & it should cool the room in such hot season. If it is not possible and I may go in critical condition, the Voltas company and Mr. Arvind will be totally responsible.                                       Dear sir, I am very sorry to say that i am very dissatisfied with the service provided by your engineer as he worked very carelessly and with least concern. I request you to take proper action against him. Actually I bought an AC (Voltas 2 star)in april 2014 from lucknow (Uttar peadesh, India) and got it installed there. But in the month of feb 2015 I got was transferred to azamgarh (uttar pradesh, india). So I got my ac uinsalled from lucknow during relocation.As i reached azamgarh I called to your customer care no. to get it reinstalled (request no. [protected]). Service care providers told that I will recieve a call form engineer and get my job done in 2 days. As usual I got the call from your engineer (in azamgarh, ph.no. [protected]). But after calling he did not came to me for next 4 to 5 days. In the meanwhile whenever i tried to make contact with him he always neglected my call. Getting annoyed again I called to your customer care no. and told all the problem. The person talking ensured me this time I will get my job done within 2 days (request no.[protected] ). But again he showed the same attitude, this time i went to his shop and requested him to get my job done. Anyhow the engineer came to install the AC, but that too after 4 days in the evening time. I was annoyed. After that my AC worked normally for 2 to 3 days but its coolling slowed down gradually. Initially i reported the problem to the same engineer (who had installed the AC) but again due to his neglection I decided to contact another person/engineer. Other engineer came (whome I came to know through my friends) and identified the problem, he resolved the problem and right now my AC is working well. When I had a talk with him I came to know that during installation of the AC (that was done by your engineer) the connections were loose due to which all the gas from the compressor leaked that affected the cooling. Also the work of installation was done very unsystematically and carelessly. Sir, during the whole incident I felt very annoyed and low due to the behaviour, attitude and response shown by your engineer. During the whole process I suffered a loss of Rs 3400 [Rs 1200 (claimed by your engineer as installation charge) + Rs 2200 (claimed by my engineer for filling up the gas in the compressor)] Sir, I request you to take necessary action in this regard.If possible kindly make arrangements to return my sum (atleast the gas charges)which i lost during the whole act of carelessness and negligence.                                         sir I purchased online voltas ac 1.2 ton on[protected]. Due to winter season ac was not used but now in month of April when I used it, it's not cooling. I made a complaint on[protected]. Technician came and told that compressor coil is leaked and it need to replaced. They ask 9000₹ to Change coil. As Ac under warranty it should replaced free of cost. I made 5 complaint but no result come out. No action is taken yet. My complaints are-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Technician cancel complaint without call.custmer care persons said that it will replaced without cost but no one come to replaced it.sir plz help me out as early as possible.
