Hi my name is Rahul Dutta. I made several complains to the customer care regarding my 500 ltr fridge but this complaint is not yet resolved. Every time when I made calls to the customer care they take down a new complain for the issue and after few hours of giving the complaint I get a SMS stating that my complaint got cancelled due to duplicate registration of complaint. My question is if there is already a complaint then why nobody is resolving...
