Respected Sir, I brought Voltas 183 lya AC from PAYTM.com. After received the product the voltas technician came opened the sealed box to install and they found that there is no GAS in outdoor unit. They fill the gas and charged me Rs. 1800/- extra. I want refund this amount Rs. 1800/-as its a manufacturer defect. Pz refund my amount earlier.

They have given me the refund amount which they have taken for filling the gas. I have complaint to voltas Customer care toll free no. then they arrange a conversation of Chennai manager Mr. Dharmesh, he help me a lot, and today i have got my refund amout. Thanks Voltas and Thanks Dharmesh ji.

    They have send us defected Ac. We are complaining every week. In one and a half year more then 15 times the gas has been filled we ask them the problem they say it that its leakage problem they are not ready to solve it they are just refilling the gas and giving it back to us again after a week or two same problem comes.they just wasted our time so that the warranty gets expired and then we are helpless. they even extended our warranty but even after that the problem is there. We want to replace the Ac. When ever we call they don't pick up the call or disconnect it. Please revert ASAP. they are not at all giving us answer. we are fed up of this. They are just playing around. please look upon this ASAP. we have bought this machine from TAM S SHOPPER and they are sending us to ATUL ELECTRONICS (Bhandup).

      I have bought voltas 1.5 ton split ac from snapdeal on 4 march 2014, within 6 month water started collecting inside the ac and through blower it started dripping inside my room, the curtains below the ac started getting wet, i called for technician for free service offered by voltas but none of them diagnosed its problem .Buying such ac is the biggest mistake of my life . I have registered my complain on 1st september 2015 and till now the problem is not resolved

        I had purchased a Voltas window AC on 19.06.2015, model number:- 183EYE 1.5 ton from the dealer Electronic Paradise. I thought I bought a great brand air-conditioner but I didn't knew this was the biggest mistake of my life. After using it for few days, I observed that condensed water is collecting inside the AC and is not dripping out from the outlet given at the back. I saw that the level of the water outlet was a bit higher than usual level. I told this to the VOLTAS customer care that water isn't dripping out and it is getting collected inside the AC. The complaint was lodged and the service guy from Voltas visited my place. He said there is a design issue with the AC and water in this AC wont drip out that much in comparison to normal AC's that we see. I asked this from the manager in VOLTAS Mr. Aayan and he gave me a reason that this is our new technology to cool the AC tubes. Water will be splashed on the tubes to cool it and hence there will be water remaining inside the AC. I was shocked to see an AC which works like a cooler where water wont drip out and will be collected within the AC. My biggest nightmare, because in a place like Delhi where Dengue is at its peak and within the AC water is getting collected and isn't dripped out was a concern. Also due to stagnant water mud and bad smell started coming from the AC. I have lodged the complaint thrice. Service guy visits every time and tells the same story. The worst part is, these guys just close the complaint by themselves without even taking feedback and confirming from the customer. Its been 4 months that I have been using the AC, the problem isn't rectified. Customer care people doesn't talk to customer properly, and if you will say connect me to the senior then they will keep your call on HOLD for hours and disconnect. Tell me VOLTAS why on earth have you provided a water dripping outlet when the water doesn't come out from this AC. Also let the world know your AC cum cooler technology. Why shall we risk our lives because of your water collecting technology where there is a possibility of mosquitoes and other insect breeding. Will you take the responsibility of our LIVES. I agree there is no value to human life in India. You just need to sell your product. I request you to kindly refund my money asap as now I am sure I wont ever buy and recommend a VOLTAS product and would never ever like to call your customer care where the people are not even courteous & greeted.           I have purchased one ton split voltas ac in june 2015, the installation person make a hole in roof and install, now during rain water comes from that hole after many cement repair..problem is still pending. dealer is asking Rs 1000 installation charges for again reinstalling it. please resolve the issue.

            Display panel not working

            I would like to bring in your notice that i have a VOLTAS AC in my home.Few days after first servicing its display panel got defective and i approached the dealer and the guy sent by him took away the display panel for repair.Now it has been 5 months and no action has been taken. I had bought this AC from M/S SALARIA ELECTRONICS, COLLEGE ROAD KATHUA, J&K .PIN; 184101....

            I should buy Voltas ac date was 01/05/2015 it was having problem of f6 error again and again service pepole shuld not find the problem of Voltas ac i should tell dealer kindly replace my ac he told me i didn't do it replacement procedure done by Voltas Company dealer told me i loge the complaint people from Voltas company come to my home he was told me replace the PCB of ac the problem should be sortout but some days the another problem in our ac some noice is come from ac and ac was automatically shutoff an on kindly under stand my problem and solve it as soon as possible

              I purchased Voltas AC from Snapdeal .com on 17th April 2015 & Voltas service expert installed the same on 23rd April 2015. For 15 days it works fine but start giving problem of cooling then I launch complaint on 20th May 2015 & found that there is leakage in the system & the pressure is low of the gas so, said that he need to fill the gas.

              2nd time I faced the same cooling issue & launch the complaint with Voltas once again & Fill the gas as they there is low pressure of gas.

              From May end to June End i used the AC & then it was OFF due to rainy season.
              3rd time on Current monday 28.09.2015 now due to high temperature i started AC but it was giving cooling effect so once again i launch the complaint, after inspection by voltas technician once agin informed to me the gas is low, I don't understand in a span of 6 month how many times voltas is filling the gas & why the pressure of gas getting low in 1 month period.

              Currently the equipment is in guarantee period that's why Voltas is providing free service once it gets over they will charge for the same.
              I don't understand if they have not resolved the case then why they closed the complaint. In one month period time the AC is giving trouble, If there is some kind of manufacturing defect then why they are not changing the unit itself. I bought the AC to rid of summer heat but after spending 33000 rs I am feeling the heat with AC & there is no alternative for same.
              Now i feeling cheated to bought this product from snapdeal/Voltas.

                I have logged a complaint through my distributor, lotus with reference no-[protected]. they alloted the mechanic for the same but till no one has come for such problem...i m very disappointed by these activities. lotus executive sold me ac of voltas inverter model, but this product is worst. model requires all time servicing as we have bought this only 10 months before and it gave the problem since 8 months. get very irritated as the product is costing 47000 its not a small amount... not expecting this from voltas model

                  Dear Voltas Team, My register mobile no is [protected]. We purchase the Voltas spilt ac 185 ex model, 1.5 ton on 28th may 2013, after one year air conditioner is giving problem, when we contact to customer care they said technical person will come and charge 400 per visit, we said ok, than real trouble get start for us, we raise our first complaint on 25th of june 2015, technician was came and said this is the problem of gas leakage then after two days someone was come from voltas and fill the gas on ac, then after two days ac was again starts problem, cooling was nil, then again we raise the compliant and again technician come and refill our gas again on 8th july 2015, finally two month ac was going well, then after two month the ac start giving problem, again we raise a complete on 29th aug 2015 and gas was refill again on 3rd sep, 2015, and now from last 4 days ac is not cooling at all, we raise a compliant on 27th of sep, 2015, and technician come 28th of sep 2015, and said to us again this the problem of the gas leakage. Kindly tell us how can we afford the cost of re-filling the gas on ac, if the gas will not work out for more than one month, your technician persons is not well knowledgeable for this job, may be that a reason again and again we face gas leakage problem. Now its starts problem with in the month, we filled last gas on ac on 3rd sep 2015, and next of 3rd is still not come. We will not pay any single penny for repair the ac., because your team was not work well and not give us a good services. You tell us now how can we recommend the voltas ac to anyone, if we face this kind of issue again and again. Kindly solve our issue.

                    I would like to bring in your notice that we have "Voltas Water Dispenser" and we had a problem that hot water tab was not working so we called up at your customer care number on 27-08-15 and reported the concern with them. One of your technician came and checked the dispenser opened the machinery and took hot water tab with him and said he will come after one hour but he didn't turn up. Now the dispenser is not working. After that we are calling at your customer care daily and everytime we are getting reply that the technician will come today but no one comes. Few minutes before we called up at your customer care but got the reply that she can't confirm when the technician will come. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                      I have to informed you that I had purchased A.C. Model No. 1.50 T Voltas 183 Ex.; IDU code 4551539, on dated 09/06/2013. Now, I were facing huge problem i.e. A.C. is not given proper cooling, so I booked complaint on dated 04/06/2015 and then one service engineer came on dated 08/06/2015 and solved the problem at his level. He charged me Rs 3000/- for gas filling, capacitor, one bolt and visiting charges. But after two weeks same problem had occurred. Then again I booked complaint on dated 26/06/2015. Your service engineer came and after checking A.C., he told me that A.C. copper pipe fitting had some minor cracked that’s why gas was leaked from A.C. After that I told him to repair this crack but he replaced whole copper pipe fitting (around 23 feet). He charged me Rs 4600/- on dated 29/06/2015. After some days again I faced this cooling problem so I booked complaint on dated 28/08/2015 then your service engineer came after 2-3 days of my complaint and check A.C. He filled pressure as (nitrogen gas) in inner and outer unit of A.C. After 2-3 days, he came for checking pressure then he told me that pressure leaked from inner unit. So he opened inner unit and take it for repairing and proper checking in workshop on dated 09/09/2015. Next day I got call from workshop that cooling coil of inner unit is crack so we have to replace this, then I told him to replace and fix the problem as soon as possible. Then he assured me that A.C. will be repair within 3-4 days but still I have not received my A.C. and not proper reply from workshop.
                      I have faced lots of challenges in summer season from last 4 months.
                      So, look into this matter and solve my problem immediately.

                          Dear Team, This is Samit, from Dum Dum, Kolkata - 74. Kindly note, I have purchased two split Voltas ACs from Great Eastern Electronics on 02-Mar-2013. Following are the details : 1. 1.5 Ton Silver Split AC - 3 Star Serial No. Indoor Unit - 4551406A12L009351 Serial No. Outdoor Unit - 4511445K12K009323 2. 2.0 Ton Platinum Split AC - 5 Star Serial No. Indoor Unit - 4551391A12K003554 Serial No. Outdoor Unit - 4511428D12k003457 Now, yesterday (on 09-Sep-15), I have logged a service request as both my ACs was not working properly (cooling factor wasn't proper). Now, based on the Service request (SR No. - [protected] & [protected]) the concerned service engineer came to my house and identified that for both the ACs, the coil (Alloy Coil) over the compressor has got some leakage and as a result, the coolant gas has completely evaporated. Now, asking for the reason for both the ACs, came to know that Aluminium (Alloy) coil's longevity is very poor and at max it can last for 3 years (approximately) but this is not an universal truth. Now, as per the service engineer from the service centre, the only option to resolve the current issue is to replace the Alloy/Aluminium coil and refill the coolant gas for both the ACs as (came to know that Alloy/Aluminium coil is not repairable and I have to replace it). First of all, it is really surprising and frustrating to know that within 2.5 years, both the ACs coil (Alloy/Aluminium) and coolant gas got leaked/evaporated. Considering the suggestion from the service engineer, we are planning to order for changing the coil (from Alloy/Aluminium to Cooper as Cooper coil is repairable and not a replaceable one) and underlying coolant gas. We came to know after discussing with the service centre as well as connecting to Voltas Regional office, the cooper coil for 2.0 Ton AC is not available in the Market and I have to again opt for the Alloy/Aluminium coil which is having several issues (not repairable and of low longevity). This is really surprising and frustrating to come to know that I have to pay around (INR 9000/-) for a product which is not repairable and of low longevity and moreover I am right now facing the same issue within 2.5 years from the date of purchase and might face the same issue in near future, if I opt for Alloy/Aluminium coil. Considering the present scenario, I would like to request to resolve my issue and provide me a Cooper coil for my 2.0 Ton AC soon, as I am not going to take the trouble of not using my 2.0 Ton AC as currently it is not working. This is purely an issue with Voltas and if they have manufactured a product they should have available spare parts in market. Hope to get your kind consideration and necessary steps to resolve my issue.

                          I had a discussion regarding the issue with someone from Voltas, last Friday. Presently, I am awaiting to hear from Voltas with proper resolution, as per the last session with Voltas representative.

                          Hope to get a proper resolution soon, as the problem still persists at my end.

                          This is absolutely true, but this not the service centre problem, it's arise from kolkata branch office(BSM).They want to full fill their target they forced to service centre to huge billing.For that reason service centre are happens have such this type of case. Bsm & Asm & all of employee of voltas are corrupted about such of this case .All case are instructed by the BSM (ARUP ROY).

                            Dear sir, I purchased a VOLTAS windows AC in may 2014 from Kay Dee communications sector 18 noida.Right from the beginning there was an issue with display panel and proper functioning of AC.I called at your toll free number to resolve the issue.After continuous visit by your technician with in warranty period the problem remained unsolved.I requested lot of time to either resolve the issue or replace the faulty machine but nothing happened.Now the machine is running out of warranty.Again i made a call at your toll free number few days back.A technician came for service he charged for that.he claimed that he has resolved the issue, but the problem remained the same and a new problem started with a threat of sparking and triping off the power.And the technician is saying he will charge again for another visit. Now me and my family is at threat of being a blast in Ac. right from the beginning the machine is giving a trouble.I thought the machine will be changed in warranty period or the problem will be resolved.now the warranty period is over and i am paying for the fault which is not mine.Its a breach of contract.I suffered for last one year. now tell me about the solution.either there is end of this problem. I experienced the worst ever after sales service.Also there no clear idea about who is your authorized service center in this area.Your service engineer are worst as they are not able to resolve the issue in one year.                               I have registerd my service request in Voltas call centre for my AC service on 5th Sep.                                 Date of Faulty Dismantling-31/08/2015 Date of Faulty Installation-31/08/2015. Complaint Nos:, [protected], [protected] & [protected] Even after making numerous number of calls no response from Voltas for rectifying the issue. Problems faced: 1. Cooling Pipe connecting Outdoor and Indoor Unit installed faulty.Water leaking. 2. Foam Covering the cooling pipe torn apart by Voltas Service Engineer while dismantling. 3.No response from Voltas on this issue even after following up for 7 days now. 4.Highly deficient service by voltas customer care team, not giving put proper and full information while registering complaints.

                                  I have shifted my home last week so I called voltas customer care for ac re install and they have assigned RITE AIR CON for my request. Executive came from same branch and did the ac re installation and have paid 2, 250 inr. For the past 3 days AC is not cooling. Again i called voltas customer care and raised request. That executive has broken my home window screen bar and he didnt tell anything about this and left. Who is responsible for that???

                                    Dear Team, My customer ID is SR#[protected]. Since July 16, 2015 my AC developed leakage problem from indoor unit and the technician who visited my place was unable to resolve/understand the issue. He took 2-3 picture of the a/c and recommended replacing it under warranty. Since that day, it has been more than 2 months now, I am calling customer care thrice a day, everyday, and you are not sending the technician nor are ready to resolve my problem. I had a talk with Area Service Manager of Voltas, Narenda Pampattiwar ([protected]) who is reluctant to serve / replace the unit for the reason best known to him. Please look into the matter as the issue is already delayed way too much more than it should be.
