I purchased a 1.5 Ton unit 185 EY (R) Sl No. 4551689A14C006636 from Kings Electronics Pvt Ltd at Centre Point Sector 6, Shop No. 4 Near Palm Beach Junction, Nerul (W) on 07 May 2014 vide Challan No. 3D/244/13/14. The same equipment is purchased by my friend the same day from the same dealer. (Two equipment purchased) The first servicing of the equipment was done on 03/03/15 vide Service Report Sl No. 33500. The second servicing of the equipment was done on 17/04/15 on complaint of no cooling vide Service Report Sl No. [protected] and the representative of Voltas Mr. Babloo (Mob No. [protected]) informed that there is a gas leakage which require to be fixed. Since the equipment was on warranty period the very next day the problem was fixed by adding gas in the outer unit on 18/04/15. To my surprise after a month the unit again gave the same problem "No cooling". Since, I had the mobile number of Mr. Babloo who came twice for the servicing, he was asked to come for rectification of the fault. Mr Babloo visited on 12 Jun 2015 and informed that the equipment is not correctly supplied since five star ac is supplied with internal copper parts and I have all aluminium in my outer unit. He made an estimate of INR 5800/- if the equipment is fixed by him in person and INR 6500/- if it is to be fixed through the company. A complaint o[censored]n-serviceability of the equipment is lodged with voltas vide request No. [protected] dated 13 Jun 2015. The matter is discussed with Mr. Harish (Mob No. [protected]) informing him that the warranty period is expired by one month. However, the same guy (Mr. Babloo) rang me up after two days and said the complaint has come to him and he will charge 400/- for visiting my home and never turned up. I did not get any response from the maintenance side for another 14 days, when I received an SMS on my registered (Mob No. [protected]) stating that the request is cancelled stating the reason that Estimate Not Approved. I am working with Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel. The airconditioning system is managed by Voltas in this hospital. I called one of the technician of voltas who works in this hospital at my home to check the present snag in the equipment. On the technicians visit I was informed that the inner unit is mismatched with the outer unit, the outer unit is not as supplied with 5 star rating equipment and the inner unit is a five star since the outer unit is supplied with copper parts being a five star rated ac. The technician informed to change the condenser and other fittings to copper and will cost me at my expense. A complaint was raised again with Voltas vide and the technician arrived on 04/07/15. On two minutes of inspection he informed that INR 5800 is an estimate to fix the problem and the outer equipment need to be taken away vide SR No.[protected].On 07/07/15 I got an SMS that my request No.[protected] is cancelled. It is requested to the team voltas to kindly look into the matter as early as possible to ascertain whether the fault is in the equipment or authenticity of the star rating. Also, it is requested to send a qualified and experienced representative for the assessment of the equipment not a regular immature technician on contract with third agency. I anticipate an easy and timely support services at your end. Regards

On 28.05.2016, I had purchased a 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner – Model No.CU-U12 Rkg2, IN : [protected], OUT :[protected], “Panasonic” make from one of your dealer, Messrs. G. R. Electronics, Shop No.39/B, Kherwadi Road, Near Railway Station, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400051, Tel.: 2658 0131, vide their Bill No.8508 dated 28.05.2016. Copy of the bill is attached herewith for your ready reference.

It is with great regret that I would like to bring to your kind notice that the Air-conditioner as supplied by the above dealer has been found to be a mismatched Air-conditioner with IN : [protected] (1.5 ton) and OUT :[protected].0 ton) due to which I have been facing constant trouble and teething problem now and again from the very beginning of purchasing and installing the Air-conditioner.

This has been a great inconvenience to me and my family as much of its utility and usefulness held up frequently.

Before purchasing the Air-conditioner, the dealer pleaded its durability, utility and stability but it seems it was only a bargain and instead delivered me a mismatched Air-conditioner under the guise of durability, utility and stability.

During the space of a little over two years there have been nearly 4-5 visits done by your technicians to set right the abnormality but none could harness the abnormality of the Air-conditioner properly and every time they say – it would now work properly but never made upto the mark. I failed to understand that even after visiting on four to occasions and spending huge sum and time on rectification, the result is ZERO.

From the above it appears to me that your technicians are neither capable enough nor technically sound to detect the problem and set right the defect to the entire satisfaction of the customer.

Being a layman, I only came to know about the mismatched of the Air-conditioner from one of the skilled technician whom I had called in to look into the snag which had developed into the Air-conditioner recently.

I regret to state that this is how your dealers are dealing with the customers and openly cheating on the product by supplying mismatched items.

In view of the above-said circumstances, I would now request you kindly to look into the matter and arrange to replace this Air-conditioner with proper IN and OUT matching as your dealer has cheated me by supplying a mismatched Air-conditioner.

Last but not the least, from now on, I will never recommend any of my friend, family members and well-wishers to purchase any of the “Panasonic” product as their dealers are cheating on the products by supplying mismatched items as per their whims and fancies with no satisfactory and productive services rendered to customers after sales.

I now look forward to an early replacement of this defective kind of supply.

    I had voltas dispenser which was water leaking so I made a complaint they gave me the complaint no the technician came & told he have to take the dispenser for the service it will cost 2500 I accepted & he took the dispencer brought it back after two day with the same condition told the service people will come back again after several phone calls one technician came made it work & got rs2500 went within few day it again started to leak till now Iam calling to service center & the service agent but no use till date in your customer care they told they can just forward a mail to the particular agent we can't do other than that I was struggling with this dispenser for past 2 months my complaint no is[protected] is there any way are I have to throw this to a dustbin

      bought Voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac 18v dy item no HA486677 from snapdeals on dated 25/04/2015. I did not installed at time of purchase due to construction. On date 20/06/2015 I call to custmor center to install my ac. First of all one scheme offer by voltas I.e free installation if fitted before30/06/2015. They told u purchased from snapdeals thats why ur Installation not free we will charge 1500rs. After many arguments I agree to pay charges. But when they installed ac did not worked. After that till date they changed many parts of ac but ac is not working. Every day someone from service centre came and checked ac but fail to start. My request l want to get my money back. Ac which is new is not working how it will work in future. I hope u will help me to get my money back. My contact no [protected]

        Hi my name is Rahul Dutta. I made several complains to the customer care regarding my 500 ltr fridge but this complaint is not yet resolved. Every time when I made calls to the customer care they take down a new complain for the issue and after few hours of giving the complaint I get a SMS stating that my complaint got cancelled due to duplicate registration of complaint. My question is if there is already a complaint then why nobody is resolving the issue. The fridge is not working and it has been near about 4 months only and I am making the complain regarding this from the first day itself. The registered phone number for the compliant is [protected]. List of compalints nos: On 11th April: [protected] On 1st July: [protected] On 1st July: [protected] and many more. Even when today I called the customer care regarding this and asked the call to be transfer to a Senior Representative then they put my call on hold and after several minutes just disconnected the call. Is this kind of service you are providing to your customers?

        I got a call from the Voltas Regional Office asking about my problem. I told them the entire thing that I mentioned in my complain and they assured me that they will get back to me. But till now I have not received any assistance from their end. Even the person who called me from the regional office don't know my name properly. Though I mentioned my name and issue in the complaint clearly. It is very frustrating. Probably this is the reason why customers of voltas are opting for other company rather than Voltas. Very frustrating. I want my fridge to be working asap.

            the above mentioned product was purchased 4 years back and it doesn't cover gaurentee. complaint for not getting cold water was lodged with voltas on 6/6/2015.the m/c was taken by m/s Airmist on 8/6/2015 for gas leak and returned on16/6/15 after dummying the fridge at the bottom.on delivery hot water was not working and was attended next day.now again cold water is getting blocked frequently due to air lock and the stem was also bent on delivery.now having told to service center M/s Airmist about this problem we are getting irresponsible answers from the girls and they are dodging to send the tecnicians.i request M/s voltas being a reputed organisation to look in to this complaint to maintain your reputation. thanking you.

              I called voltas customer care [protected] today 6th July 2015 morning 7:30 am. to regiter complaint for non working of my Window ac 1.5 ton. But I did not get complaint number on my registered mobile number so I called again at 7:45 to know the complaint number. The executive gave me complaint number [protected]. Your engineer did not visit me. When I call again in evening at 4:45 pm to know the status of my complaint I was told taht the complaint number is of 10th June 2015 and we do not have any new complaint. Now he registered my new complaint and gave me new number [protected]. This has spoiled the complete day and my ac is not working what is this way of working of the company.

                Dear All, COMPLAINT NO: [protected] dtd: 05-Jul Registered mobile nos: [protected] / [protected] The device has been faulty since 06-June and your appointed service agent RR Aircon Service has been making a visit but ever since the complaints have been registered twice. the Complaint made on 05-Jul is kept on hold as the agent says it will be addressed in 24-48 hours. Upon calling the CALL centre and wanting to talk to a senior we are told that there is no Senior available. there is a child at home who is running a temperature of 102 degress and senior citizens who are feeling helpless who would be responsible for the ill health or further down grade of health situation. Looking forward to an early solution.

                  I have purchased a voltas ac on 17/6/2015, from the first day swing was not working, I log a complaint and they changed swing, two days later again it again stopped, similarly the swing was being replaced many a times. Now after opening the grill other functions are not working properly. When I asked for replacement of ac they abuse me.

                  voltas many a times a had discussion with your customer. You have produced a faulty AC and delivered to customer.
                  for the first time you have replaced the part I have accepted, again the same past was damaged, again I accepted, but this is the third time the same issue persists.

                  When I spoken with customer care they take service center on line and the service center says any how your AC will not be replaced.

                  In order to fix the problem My brand new AC has been repaired 4 time only in 15 days since I purchased the AC.

                  Dear Voltas, AC is a machinery and if a machinery is opened then it never works as expected.

                  Now in the hats off for such warm welcome. and I thank god that luckily you are able to snatch my pocket only once. As I was planning to have 3 more AC to make my home fully air conditioned Finally ended Up buying dakin. which is working great.

                  Now concluding tell me if you can replace my AC or not.

                  and tell me one more think.

                  Suppose I purchased an AC dated 7-7-2014 and with 1 year warranty, and suppose my AC stops working on 7-6-2015, I log a complaint and service center fixes it and again the same part was not working properly after 2 months. So ultimately my warranty got expired and I have to pay for the fixed part. So I think this is the technique you cheaters are using to snatch money from innocent customers. Very great marketing voltas.

                  and in my area and also in my office I would suggest my friends and neighbours that never ever go for VOLTAS and will narrate the same scenario to the world via social media. so that other innocent people can refrain using such worst services.

                  Worst ever services.. If my product was not replaced I will write a petition in consumer court against the fraud you are doing with the customers.
                  I got a call from such a worst company and after narrating the whole problem over here itself they said please repeat your problem again. haaa great marketing and black marketing cheaters.

                  After narrating the whole scenario again they said we have taken your feedback and will get back to you. Then why the hell I have posed here, here I have posted the whole matter so that you can provide me the resolution not call me to only take feedback.

                  Again i asked the person after taking the feedback when would I here from you, they said ASAP. i asked tell me number of days, months, years, decades .. at least quote me a number but they refused to do so..

                  Hats off VOLTAS.. for your after sales service.

                  I have received no response from your side. Despite writing complete description over here your representative called me asking for complete description again, indeed of providing any description they were interested in knowing my problem statement again and again! Hats off ! to your marketing team! the way you waste time and fool customers. Now again citing the whole problem statement again, they said we have noted your concern and will get back to you. But I am yet to listen from, your side.

                  After discussion : I gave to options to voltas, for the blunder they did
                  1) Replace ac
                  2) Provide me extended warranty.

                  But they are not able to accept anything.
                  They want customer to only the faulty product and they will keep on doing things according to their will.

                    i am( raj cafe) from wardha district pulgaon 442302 i purchase 2 refrigerator one is heart tub and 2nd is glass tub in the month of march 2015 via vadilal internationals private limited for the purpose to sell icecreams.but due to some mechanical and technical issue in my glass tub refrigerator i cant sell ice creams properly and i am loosing my goodwill in the market.i report complaints lot of time but i didnt get any mechanical and tecnical services provided by you.so i am kindly requesting you to serve me properly and sort out my issues as hurry as possible

                      Dear Sir/Madam
                      On 04/07/2015 Mr Mantoor visited to check my split ac vide SR No. [protected]. Within a minute or a two he assessed that the internal parts need to be changed like condenser, coil and there is a gas leakage (which he asked me on phone before coming to my house). He estimated INR 5800 for entire fabrication and INR 2600 for refilling the gas plus the visiting charges.
                      Very sad to know that a young lad who don't know how to spell LEAKAGE (Lekege) is sent as a technician by Voltas to assess whether my purchased equipment outer unit is compatible to 5 star rating. Instead he wrote gas leakage in SR. The gentleman was not very sure of the equipment outer unit being a star rated.
                      The equipment was not used since 10 Jun 2015. An unexpected response from Voltas to their valued customer.

                        Pathetic service and high displeasure and disappointment due to following reasons.

                        1. I maj vijay singh ahlawat have purchased 1 window ac 1. 5 ton 5 star rating on 04 may 15 from electro plaza vaishali jaipur on invoice no vn 413.
                        2. Pl refer to my complaint no [protected] dated 01 july 15 in r / o this new ac.
                        3. Two shabbily dressed engineers representing voltas tata company in slippers with guthka in mouth reaches my residence to attend to my complaint on 02july 15 form air con engineers peetal factory jaipur run by mr rajesh sood.
                        4. Mr sabir the chief technician swithches on the ac and opens the running ac to check, to which i told him thrice to switch off the machine and then check the issue, but mr shabir ignored my instructions and continued to work inviting serious safety hazzards stating in voltas we do it this way only and i am 15 years old experienced man.
                        4. In the meantime the other technician bearly with 6 months of experience negligently puts his hand inside the running ac machine and gets a serious cut in his hand due to the exhaust fan in ac resulting in a deep cut in his hand and cutting his veins and bleeding profusely.
                        5. This resulted in further damaging of my product which is still lying unserviceable, injuring self due to negligence and further spoiling my entire bedroom and washroom due to profusely flowing blood from his hands.
                        6. This could have invited legal issues as the technician had cut his 2 veins and was on the verge of collapsing and i have to leave all the mess state and had to rush for his first aid.
                        7. On speaking to their owner mr rajesh sood from aircon engineers no satisfactory reply came and then spoke to voltas engineer on [protected] (Have got the entire call recorded if required can be send also) however it stated no serious actions have been initiated and the matter was hushed up.
                        8. I will like to request the applent authority to kindly look into the matter and ensure no such incidences kappen in future and should ensure that if someone is using the name of some reputed company like voltas than its service ethos are followed and the customer develops faith and confidence in voltas rather than loosing it.
                        As selling product and fooling a customer is easy once but not again and the most important factor of providing after sales services and customer satisfaction is actually done by voltas company.

                          We bought an ac stabilizer from voltas on jan, 2013.
                          Now this is not working properly.
                          We called customer care to repair.
                          2 - 3 technicians came and clearly told us buy another one.
                          We asked them to replace the damage parts and we'll pay for that.
                          Clearly they denied.

                          1st point - they visited my home at 9:30pm.
                          2nd point - then a lady called from the number [protected] and asked to pay rs. 2000 as they attend us.
                          Surprised.
                          3rd point - why they are asking to pay rs. 2000 just because they came and said it can't be done.
                          Rs. 2000?
                          4th point - next day we received a message that our call is received now.
                          5th point - the lady said to me we have sell our product now we can't do anything.
                          She told me i can't answer all your questions. Surprised.

                          We really need your help. The stabilizer costs rs 7000, after 2 years they told that it is of no use.
                          The customer care behaviour is so bad specially that lady.

                            I bought a voltas 1.5 ton split a/c from croma t.Nager branch in chennai on 8 june 2014. Exactly a week after the expiry of warranty period of one year the airconditioner ceased to function as one. We called the service section of croma who sent us a technician from an authorised voltas service partner ( merit enterprises chennai 34) on 1.7.2015. He had a quick look at the a/c and said that there was a gas leak possibly due to the presence of the adyar river in our neighbourhood !! While this is laughable besides being debatable, we are shocked that a company like voltas sells such substandard products through its tata showroom from where we buy most of our electonic and electrical goods .
                            Since we paid rs. 39, 000/- for this product we wish we were told that the product will last only for one year. Then we might have bought a cheaper but more efective chinese airconditioner which does not make such claims.

                            So much for being indian buying indian and being cheated by indian .

                              Complaint against RITE AIRCONS, Madipakkam, Chennai 600091; My Voltas split AC (worked very well for the last 4 years) lost its cooling in the month of May 2015, I raised a complaint with the Voltas authorised service centre RITE AIRCONS. After 5 days they sent a technician who told there is no gas, so they took both the indoor & outdoor units to their centre to check. Next day I was informed that the cooling coil is leaking and it should be replaced. They replaced my cooling coil & charged Rs.8000 for it. But within a month my AC lost its cooling again. I tried calling RITE AIRCONS, but they are not even registering my complaint, the phone is received by a different person each time & i have to repeat my story every time I have called them. After a week and about 20 calls still they are not servicing my AC and are not customer friendly at all. One technician from them came and told that the Gas is all gone. It seems they have not fixed the leak properly, in spite of taking both the indoor & outdoor units to their centre to check. I request my complaint to be escalated against them and get my AC serviced properly, else I need my 8000 rupees back. This is definitely not expected from a reputed company like Voltas. Please do not service your AC from Rite Aircons, unless you want botched up service, after a number of days and countless phone calls.

                                  Purchased 185lx1. 5t ac on 10. 05. 2014.
                                  Zero cooling noticed on 25. 06. 2015. Onfiling complaint charges were told for putting gas n visits. Requests were made sinc warranty was over by a month only but very rudely / bluntly refused by mr ali.
                                  Got it checked by local technician. It was shown that the cappillaries were leaking only from joints. The product was made with utmost careless ness. No quality check. From three places the joints were soldered / welded and refilled.

                                        Require your intervention wherein I am fed with Voltas company from wherein i bought split AC in the year 2014 and complaint as registered before 4 months but till date noone help me out. first complaint was registered on 4th of March and every time I use to take a follow up but nobody revert me with a solution. when i try to accelrate through dealer (sales India) they revert me with a revert that they also fed up because no. of request are pending from Voltas company.
