This is regarding a Voltas Split AC, which we bought in April 2014 from Blessings, Sector 18, Noida… I hate to but I have to start this letter by saying that it was one of our gravest mistakes to have bought the AC… The remote of the AC was not working on the first day itself which the service guy repaired but to no avail.. ultimately the remote had to be replaced as it went dead… Within the first month of buying the AC, the blower of the AC was replaced as it was broken… Even the locks of the swing were broken which we got repaired…. During the past year, we have got the AC gas refilled at least thrice, out of which, once the service guy took almost three days to fill the gas due to multiple leakage points inside the machine… There was another part which was replaced the name of which I am not able to recall right now… I have got the gas filled even today as there was accumulation of ice on the cooling coil due to gas leakage but as I write this letter, there is incessant dripping of water from the AC and I do not know what to do about it at this hour of the night and of course in this heat!!! The past year with respect to this AC has been tormenting for us as every now and then, we have been engaged in trying to get this AC fixed..
Mr Mohit and Mr Imran of Noida Service Centre[protected] are well aware of the whole story of our ill-famous AC… I find it shocking and appalling that a reputed company like Voltas (TATA) manufactures and sells products like this…
I expect prompt action and support on this matter, failing which, I would be forced to take up the issue with higher authority…
