Please see the below mail, no one is ready to respond. Actually they don't have the Team of Expertize with them who can actually fix the problem. They are just passing the complaint from one person to another. Last Saturday i.e. 30 May I received a call from Vija (Area service mgr), who is asking me to have a discussion with J.D.Verma, who is he, I logged a complaint with VOLTAS not with J.D. Verma. Is he TOUT/Mediator/Broker who is instructing the Service manager of Voltas how to deal with me. I had a heated argument with them and nothing came out of that. Even after marking a mail to their Customer care on the daily basis no one bother to respond. This is absolutely Pathetic. You people are just passing on the issue from one person to another initially it was Vijay and now, it is Sumit. Well both of them are GOOD FOR NOTHING!!! I don't know why they have been hired as a Manger, they deserved to be a Peon, the way they have been working. No communication at all... But this is expected from them, when Company's customer care team doesn't bother to respond to the email then how can they respond. Paying crore for ADs creates a good image and that is where a customer gets fooled into believing that the product will meet the quality projected. TATA AC purchase was a bad decision. I am stuck with this piece of junk in my home. My decision to choose TATA was indeed wrong. Now I have NO respect for TATA name or its products. I can't recommend TATA products to anyone now. There is ZERO service, ZERO support and you will just end up loosing money. He did sent one of the Engg on 23rd May, this is what engg communicated to me 'I do agree the machine is not cooling, it's been an hour machine is running and the grill temp is still 17 degree', seems like the gas is short. I don't know, how many times your people will refill the gas, it's been almost ten times since I logde the complaint (19th Apr). It's been almost two months, you people are not able to figure out what is the issue with the machine. If you cannot fix this, plz admit the same and let me know, so that I can get it fixed from outside. Sorry to say this..but you people are NOT cooling experts, actually you people are FOOLING experts. Making a fool of the customers, from the first complaint the warranty remain effective till next Three months but its been TWO months, I've been waiting for the machine to be fixed. Does it really make any sense??, I'll consider these Three months of warranty once my machine get fixed. You people are testing my patience and now it looks to me I need to get serious to get my complaint fixed. This is the last call for your team, next time I'll approach the GM or so... I don't see any prompt action on this one. You people have cross all the limits, seems like 'VOLTAS', so called the cooling expert don't have the Technical expertise with it. No one from the higher authorities have the guds to speak with me or showing any interest to deal with the issue. If this is your response then Refund all the money that I paid to repair the AC and accept that you don't have the Technical expert who can actually fix the issue. This is absolutely rubbish, I made the huge mistake buying the VOLTAS AC (so called TATA Product) and the asking you to repair the AC. This is the last time after that I'll file a case in a Consumer forum and I'll take it to highest level to show you what happen when you handle the customer like this. They should return the money that I’ve paid to them if they are not good/intelligent enough to resolve the issue, he is not acting seriously and just giving a false excuses to me everytime I speak with him. Bull !!! I've not yet heard anything from the VOLTAS none of your Management/Manager bothered to reach out to me then how can you people comment that the issue has been resolved.


You can never improve coz you don't willing to improve. You people are just pathetic.!!!

    Hi, This is absolutly rubbish, on Saturday 30 May, I received a call from your service Manager (Vijay) and he diverted my call to J.D. Verma who is franchise of Voltas. The way he talked to me, it was PATHETIC. Who is J.D Verma, why should I talk to him. I logged a complaint with VOLTAS, is he TOUT/Mediator/Broker. Not only this after having a heated argument with me he was directing so called Service Manager 'Vijay' what should be done now. I want to ask Vijay is Voltas's employee or he is working for J.D Verma (Broker). You people really 'Sucks' But finally I've received I money back and thanks for Accepting that you/your team is GOOD for NOTHING. Actually you people don't have the Expertise with you this is the reason you were not able to fix the issue even after 2 months.     Voltas ac Dealer at Ambala Saugat Electronics has fraudulently sold one AC Model SAC Voltas 124V2S Sl No [protected] dated 16 Aug 2018 in the name of Sagar Ram Dhiman H No 1553 Housing Board Colony Sector 10 Ambala City Haryana where as I have not purchased any such AC of your company on this date and the product has been financed by Capital First Ltd, Now IDFC First Bank with connivance with the Saugat Electronics, please verify and initiate action immediately to avoid unnecessary litigation and reply back at the earliest.

      Respected Sir / Ma'm, I am Yogesh Kori from Ahmedabad purchased a Voltas AC Inverter with hot and cold feature (18v dy) in finance with Bajaj Finance on 28th May - 2015. Dealer name - Siddhi Engineering, Paldi Ahmedabad. I was committed that it will be installed at my home on 29th May - 2015, but technician came on 30th May - 2015 lat evening and then they took almost 3 hours and hanged it on wall and then asked for two more days for vaccuming and gas filling to make the AC operational. Today is 01st June'15 and I am still doing follow ups and still I am not getting the proper response, no technician has come yet at my home. This is totallly irresponsible work. One more most important point is that when technician brought the product at my home he was dragging the AC and today it has many scratches on the body of AC, which I refused to take but the dealer said he will replace the outer part body of AC by claiming to Voltas which is again a lengthy process. I am fully unsatisfied with this service and hence requesting to provide me an immediate solution for the same otherwise I will have to go to consumer forum, after spending this much a customer should atleast get proper response.           I purchased Voltas water dispenser without freeze PY, on 5th June 2014 from authorized seller of Voltas, Harie Marketing. 59, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad - 201001, From the time o[censored]sing it there was problem with its water leakage, though I complained about it to the dealer but he said to contact to Voltas itself. I complained about the same on 20th May 2015. The complaint details are as follows: Customer Name: simpy Customer Address: A-19, Sector-55, Noida, Near Indian Oil Building, Postal Code: 201301 Contact No: [protected] E-mail: [protected]@gmail.com, PY Date of Purchase: 05/06/2014 Serial No: 6210149G14A000782 Nature of Problem: Water Dispenser Water Leakage problem.I was assured that my problem will be resolved on 21st May 2015, I waited next two whole day but no one turned up. So again I call on 23rd may 2015 at the toll free number to the customer care about the same. The details are as follows: complaint number [protected]. On 26th May, 2015 I again call they said the assistance will reach within today itself but nothing happened also I haven't get any SMS or any Call regarding it hence after waiting for about 3 more day I am writing this complaint. Hence, it is requested that please rectify my problem and arrange for the visit of the engineer to my residence on Within 1st June 2015(Monday) and ensure that my Water dispenser has been rectified. In the whole process I had to face so much of mental pain and agony, all in vain. With this mail I am attaching my Invoice also.             Dear Sir This is to inform you that i had lodged a complaint that my split AC was not cooling and makes a noise. There is ice being formed in front ie in the cooling coil.On 12.May 2015 i requested for it to be attended vide service no [protected] . On repeated calling i was assured your mech would come by the 15.5.2015. However no one came and i got an sms saying my complaint was cancelled? ? Even though i was assured that voltas mech would be coming over in 1 hours time by your Gurgaon office? On calling Your local office Chirag Enterprises Gurgaon i was told by Mr Yogesh Chauhan that the mech will be at my house in an hour ...no one came. On 18.5.2015 i again got an sms saying my complaint was once again cancelled ??. I again called cust care and registered another complaint on your request Cust care ref no.[protected].Mr Sonu along with another little boy came to attened my complaint after 6 days and on asking for Voltas identification could not produce any and were local boys from some AC repair shop in Sohna town.How ever after checking they informed me that my AC compressor needs to be changed ?.I asked them if so.. why was ice forming on the cooling coil. For which they had no answer. I requested them to check the gas and the cooling coil as well as the thermostat. ..for which they reply that i should get a new AC or change the compressor which was the best thing to do and they would revert back. On 21.5.15 i got a call from one Naresh from Sohna town who said my New Compressor had been ordered ?? I had again informed him to send a Voltas experienced Mech as the AC was forming ICE !!! on the cooling coil.(Please also note there was a visit on 21.4.15.and for the same noise and cooling issue for which i paid Rs.400/- towards checking how ever they tightened a screw and said alls fine.) The Ac is still not cooling and ICE gets formed on front side Cooling coil. Please have my cooling problem solved ONLY BY A TRAINED VOLTAS AC MECH and not by fly by night local under aged inexperienced boys who have practically no knowledge and simply mis guide customers. I have once again lodged a fresh complained on your request as again i am informed that my last complaint NO [protected] Dt 27.5.15. will take 24 hrs more to attened... still waiting. .. I JUST CANT UNDERSTAND THAT WHY VOLTAS ARE NOT ATTENDING MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS SINCE 21.APRIL 2015.after even paying for your visiting charges Rs 400/- vide bill / invoice no 103 Dt.21.4.15 paid to Chirag Enterprises. Gurgaon. HARYANA. Please put a stop to all this unwanted harassment and send me an experienced voltas mech ONLY who can look into and fix my AC. Trust you would look into my complaint immediately by the end of the day. As i would have no other alternative but to take appropriate Leagal action againt Voltas.               On May 29 2015 i raised a complaint stating that my AC was not working and its not getting cooled. Request no is [protected]. Technician came to my home and checked my AC and told me that my AC compressor was defective. They said that this need to be changed. Since my AC purchased 4 years before my AC Compressor comes under warrenty. But for that i need to pay Gas filling 2500 capasitor 650 Service charge 500 and transport 500. totally 4150. I am surprised for a defective product given by voltas that need to be replaced under warranty but i need to pay 4150. I dount know is it my fault. i called customer care of voltas to check with them they said only complaint will be filed from them. What ever service engineer says we need to pay. i am having a doubt that i bought AC from Voltas i got service from voltas and i raised complaint to voltas. But they are saying we dont know the charges. Did voltas did not define what should be the charged to the customer for each claimb. How do we know as a customer of voltas that this is the correct charge am paying. i was totally fedup with this communication. Please do not close this ticket without proper out.

                      I purchased Voltas 3 Star Ac, Model 183 PY, on 4th June 2014 from authorized seller of Voltas, M/s Electronics Desire in Dwarka. From the time of purchase there was problem with its cooling, though I complained about it to the person who installed it immediately but no action was taken. I use AC to the minimal during night hours only as no one is at home during day time. On 15th May 2015, my AC stopped working completely and was working on Fan Mode only. I complained about the same on 17th May 2015. My AC frequently switches off for a microsecond and again gives a ''beep'' which it generally gives on starting and starts running but without the compressor. All this happens within a small fraction of a second. I was assured that my problem will be resolved on 19th May 2015, so as I am working I took leave on 19th May 2015. I received a call also from the service centre also and on my inquiry I was assured that engineer will pay a visit and rectify the problem. I waited whole day but no one turned up. So again I wrote to the customer care about the same. The details are as follows: Name: Vandana Shukla City: New Delhi Type of feedback: Your Feedback: I complained online for the problem in my Voltas AC with complaint number [protected] on 17th May, 2015. On 18th May, 2015 I received the SMS as well as mail that my problem will be rectified within 24 hours. I took leave from my work on 19th May, 2015. I received a call also from the Service Centre and I was assured by them that the engineer will make a visit on 19th May, 2015 itself. I waited whole day but no one visited. As I am working and no one is available at home, it is very difficult to take leave from my work. Hence, it is requested that please rectify my problem and arrange for the visit of the engineer to my residence on 23rd May, 2015 (Saturday) and ensure that my AC has been rectified. Contact No: [protected] E-Mail Address: [protected]@gmail.com On 21st May 2015 I received a call from the engineer and told him the same and as I was frustrated, I asked him to pay a visit on 23rd May 2015 (Saturday – off day). But on the same day in the evening I received a SMS stating “Request No [protected] is resolved.” How can my problem be resolved without any engineer visiting my place? My complaint number for this is given to be [protected]. On 24th May, 2015 finally, engineer paid a visit. They were from “High Cool Refrigeration”, Dwarka. Firstly they told me that there is no problem with AC, it is electric fault and asked me to call an electrician and started going. Luckily, I had already called an electrician and they checked all the lines in front of them. Hence, they were forced to look into the problem. Then they told me that the Compressor is faulty and dismantled my outdoor unit and said that it has to be sent to the workshop and will take six to seven day for rectification. They took photograph of the invoice also. No one came to pick up the outdoor unit. I called the numbers given by the engineers to me but no one picked up the call not even once on any of the numbers. The outdoor unit is still lying at my place. My Air Conditioner is still under warranty. In the whole process I had to face so much of mental pain and agony, all in vain. My Indoor Unit serial number is 4551736A14D000135 and outdoor unit serial number is 4511775D14C002353. With this mail I am attaching my Invoice also. Once again I am requesting you to rectify my AC at the earliest without any further delay.

                            I purchased Voltas AC from refrigeration impex and post installation it started giving problem within 10 days. The issue was escalated to service center on 22nd May [protected]. I again complained to CC and they promised resolution within 24 hrs but no response. Someone from the service center (Rohit Refrigeration) came and said GAS is leaking. He asked us to continuously call them or else they wont come easily. someone from the service center ( [protected]) said that they need to confirm with Voltas as who will repair the AC as they cannot do anything. I called up service centre again and even spoke with Mr Arup Roy who committed resolution. someone indeed came a day after and said that their is problem with the system as it is choking. I am without the facility since 22nd May 2015 after buying a brand new AC.

                              the mentioned service request was not attended for four days and a careless/neglected behaviour shown by the service centre. even after regular follow-ups for four days the technician didn't turned up and the excuses were 'I am in court (at 6:30 pm) waiting for my vehicle's RC to be released'. when consulted his senior the reply was 'kya farak padta hai kal karva lena'. rubbish .. disgusting it was my first call to Voltas and will be the last. local vendors are much better than these so called Big Names.

But the matter is company is giving 10’ copper pipe for installation of Outdoor unit & Indoor unit, your fitter (person came for installation) used hardly 3-4’ copper pipe and he took remaining 6’ copper pipe with him, I asked 2 times to your fitter & 2 times to dealer A-One Electronics for my this remaining 6’ copper pipe but they are not returning it to me. If you need more than 10’ pipe e.g 16’ pipe for installation, then you charge extra for that more 6’ pipe, then how can you bring my own 6’ pipe with you?                                         I baught voltas 185 EYR split 1.5 ac last year through online from snapdeal.we odered it on 27 th june 2014a and they delivered after 20 days.from the very beginning the ac does not cool properly.but being a occassional user we could not understand the problem immediately.recently water was dribbling frommy ac..i launched my complaint dated 16th may..they took my ac for a week and give it back to me on 23rd of may..but again the problem recurs.again there remains the cooling problem.so i just want a complete solution..do change my ac immediately otherwise i have to go to the consumer forum and will take immediate action against your company.my complaint id of 16th may was [protected]..my recent complaint id is [protected]..my registered mobile number is [protected]..
