I purchased Voltas 3 Star Ac, Model 183 PY, on 4th June 2014 from authorized seller of Voltas, M/s Electronics Desire in Dwarka. From the time of purchase there was problem with its cooling, though I complained about it to the person who installed it immediately but no action was taken. I use AC to the minimal during night hours only as no one is at home during day time. On 15th May 2015, my AC stopped working completely and was working on Fan Mode only. I complained about the same on 17th May 2015. The complaint details are as follows: Customer Name: Customer Address: 6/304, Beverly Park, Plot 2, Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110075 Postal Code: 110075 Contact No: [protected] E-mail: [protected]@gmail.com Model Description: 183 PY Date of Purchase: 04/06/2014 Serial No: 4551736A14D000135 Nature of Problem: AC not cooling at all. My AC frequently switches off for a microsecond and again gives a ''beep'' which it generally gives on starting and starts running but without the compressor. All this happens within a small fraction of a second. I was assured that my problem will be resolved on 19th May 2015, so as I am working I took leave on 19th May 2015. I received a call also from the service centre also and on my inquiry I was assured that engineer will pay a visit and rectify the problem. I waited whole day but no one turned up. So again I wrote to the customer care about the same. The details are as follows: Name: Vandana Shukla City: New Delhi Type of feedback: Your Feedback: I complained online for the problem in my Voltas AC with complaint number [protected] on 17th May, 2015. On 18th May, 2015 I received the SMS as well as mail that my problem will be rectified within 24 hours. I took leave from my work on 19th May, 2015. I received a call also from the Service Centre and I was assured by them that the engineer will make a visit on 19th May, 2015 itself. I waited whole day but no one visited. As I am working and no one is available at home, it is very difficult to take leave from my work. Hence, it is requested that please rectify my problem and arrange for the visit of the engineer to my residence on 23rd May, 2015 (Saturday) and ensure that my AC has been rectified. Contact No: [protected] E-Mail Address: [protected]@gmail.com On 21st May 2015 I received a call from the engineer and told him the same and as I was frustrated, I asked him to pay a visit on 23rd May 2015 (Saturday – off day). He assured me that either he or someone else will definitely pay a visit and rectify my problem. I received a call from Voltas also and they also assured that engineer will visit me on 23rd May, 2015. But on the same day in the evening I received a SMS stating “Request No [protected] is resolved.” How can my problem be resolved without any engineer visiting my place? Hence, as there was no option left I once again registered my complaint on 22nd May, 2015 with the following details – Customer Name: Vandana Shukla Customer Address: 6/ 304, Beverly Park, Plot 2, Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi Postal Code: 110075 Contact No: [protected] E-mail: [protected]@gmail.com Model Description: 183 PY Date of Purchase: 04/06/2014 Serial No: indoor unit 4551736A14D000135 Nature of Problem: AC is not working at all. My complaint number for this is given to be [protected]. On 24th May, 2015 finally, engineer paid a visit. They were from “High Cool Refrigeration”, Dwarka. Firstly they told me that there is no problem with AC, it is electric fault and asked me to call an electrician and started going. Luckily, I had already called an electrician and they checked all the lines in front of them. Hence, they were forced to look into the problem. Then they told me that the Compressor is faulty and dismantled my outdoor unit and said that it has to be sent to the workshop and will take six to seven day for rectification. They took photograph of the invoice also. No one came to pick up the outdoor unit. I called the numbers given by the engineers to me but no one picked up the call not even once on any of the numbers. The outdoor unit is still lying at my place. My Air Conditioner is still under warranty. In the whole process I had to face so much of mental pain and agony, all in vain. My Indoor Unit serial number is 4551736A14D000135 and outdoor unit serial number is 4511775D14C002353. With this mail I am attaching my Invoice also. Once again I am requesting you to rectify my AC at the earliest without any further delay.

    i have bought a voltas 1, 5 ton window ac and its not cooling.i contacted customer care and after three days a executive called me. As per the execetive he will charge 350 rs visit charge n 2500 for gas refilling in case of gas refilling. while in the similar cases in context of refrigerator gas leakage the samsung has charged nothing in case of gas refilling. now its the first time that i m feeling sorry to buy a voltas product, This policy of yours is diluteing and denting the brand image of your company as tatas are known for there credibility.       Dear sir, We have registered complain of my voltas water dispenser on 18/05/2015 complain no. [protected] and ref. of this complain some persons came from classic service center (Authorized service center from voltas) they said that "your dispenser can't repair at your office it will have to go at our service center and repair within two days" and after that they take a dispenser and live it. after almost 10 days they are neither pickup the phone call (No. [protected]) nor return the dispenser. now We have again done one more complaint in voltas company complaint no.         I purchased Voltas AC from refrigeration impex and post installation it started giving problem within 10 days. The issue was escalated to service center on 22nd May [protected]. I again complained to CC and they promised resolution within 24 hrs but no response. Someone from the service center (Rohit Refrigeration) came and said GAS is leaking. He asked us to continuously call them or else they wont come easily. someone from the service center ( [protected]) said that they need to confirm with Voltas as who will repair the AC as they cannot do anything. I called up service centre again and even spoke with Mr Arup Roy who committed resolution. someone indeed came a day after and said that their is problem with the system as it is choking. I am without the facility since 22nd May 2015 after buying a brand new AC.

          the mentioned service request was not attended for four days and a careless/neglected behaviour shown by the service centre. even after regular follow-ups for four days the technician didn't turned up and the excuses were 'I am in court (at 6:30 pm) waiting for my vehicle's RC to be released'. when consulted his senior the reply was 'kya farak padta hai kal karva lena'. rubbish .. disgusting it was my first call to Voltas and will be the last. local vendors are much better than these so called Big Names.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I’ve bought VOTAS AC-183-LYa, CBU Code-4501794, S/N: 4511707D15D000792 from dealer A-One Electronics, 5, Hari Darshan Complex, Maninagar Char Rasta, Ahmedabad.380 008. Ph:[protected], Telefax:[protected] on dt.[protected] by it’s Bill No.MN/1006. Your AC has been installed on dt.[protected]. But the matter is company is giving 10’ copper pipe for installation of Outdoor unit & Indoor unit, your fitter (person came for installation) used hardly 3-4’ copper pipe and he took remaining 6’ copper pipe with him, I asked 2 times to your fitter & 2 times to dealer A-One Electronics for my this remaining 6’ copper pipe but they are not returning it to me. If you need more than 10’ pipe e.g 16’ pipe for installation, then you charge extra for that more 6’ pipe, then how can you bring my own 6’ pipe with you? I’ve already paid for total 10’ copper pipe with the bill amount to dealer. From: VIJAYBHAI B.               Hi we, sogefi MNR filtration India pvt ltd have purchase 3 VOltas water dispensers and two of them are not working since few days. we have contacted Dhruvathare Airconditioning- from whom we have purchased these dispensers and also who are 'authorised service' people for Voltas. we contacted Mr.Feroz and as per his advice we forwarded a mail to him and spoken to hima nd his collegues fro morethan 10 times to explain. after all these also no body came to us wo attend the problem. we are a manfacturing setup and my employees are dependent on these water dispensers for their water need. we are faciing very bad response from your service person who is not bothering to attend our calls and needs. hope to clear this by next 24 hours.                 I M.S.SENGAR purchased a 1.5 ton ac from voltas bt now its not working properly, there is no cooling in the ac. I complained in the costumer care alot many times bt the costumer care is not taking any action...my complain nos. are [protected], [protected], ...etc etc i am fedup of doing complains.plz take some action otherwise tell us directly i[censored] can't fix it, we will call somebody else, my split ac is in warranty period. i hope so that now i will get good service from voltas and u will take some action. this bad service is making a bad image in front o[censored]s...i trusted ur company, don't break our trust from voltas...

                    I baught voltas 185 EYR split 1.5 ac last year through online from snapdeal.we odered it on 27 th june 2014a and they delivered after 20 days.from the very beginning the ac does not cool properly.but being a occassional user we could not understand the problem immediately.recently water was dribbling frommy ac..i launched my complaint dated 16th may..they took my ac for a week and give it back to me on 23rd of may..but again the problem recurs.again there remains the cooling problem.so i just want a complete solution..do change my ac immediately otherwise i have to go to the consumer forum and will take immediate action against your company.my complaint id of 16th may was [protected]..my recent complaint id is [protected]..my registered mobile number is [protected]..

                        I bought a one tonn A/C on 6/2/2014.The cooling of the system was comparitively low but as an occational user i managed it somehow.During the summer season from feb 2015 to may 2015 i used the A/C during night and the electricity bill had increased alarmingly.I approached the Voltas service center thiruvananthapuram{crystal care system} and after a series of calls and repairs finally on 26.5.2015 they told that condensor has to be replaced total Rs 8161/[ condensor Rs 5015 and gas charge 3146/].My grievance is that the condensor was in damage before feb 2015 itself, but it was detected only in may and therefor this may be replaced without additional expense

                          We have complained the agency regarding the issue with A/C which is still under warranty... Twice they told they will come but nobody turned up. Even the customer care closed the complaint without resolving the issue... The issue which we are facing is sometimes our Voltas Split A/C does cooling and sometimes not at all. Its a one and a half tone A/C. We have been experiencing a very bad service from the Tata company for the 1st time. Please do look into the matter and solve our issue as soon as possible. Otherwise we have to move to some higher authority. Thank you.

                            Hi Team, I have sending you mail from on 2013. But there is no response from u people. I have called many times to voltas customer care but its like a complaining to a deaf people. i was really frustrated about voltas product. In warranty period itself i got many issues and problem in my split AC product, in that period itself i did not find any solutions. Now without warranty period still all the issues and product problems arrises i don't know what is the solutions. Last week voltas service person informed me that cylinder, coil in problem it may cost 7000 approximately. i have spend that 7000rs amount and again water leak problem arising. i have called many times to the service people last thursday but none have response me. "NATIONAL REFRIGERATION ENGINEERS" who giving 3 years service but stiil i could not able to find solution. i dont know whether they are a engineer or un-educated engineers? they did not solving and same problem keeps on coming. So my conclusion problem will keeps of coming for my AC product from the date of my purchase but i wont get any solutions from you people. I wasted my 33K in VOLTAS AC without using it properly at least for one year. I will never buy another VOLTAS product as long as I live. It was the worst conversation I had ever had with a service rep and customer care person. I no longer recomend VOLTAS products to all my friends, colleagues and well-wishers due to worst service. I am very dissatisfied and I will tell my friends that VOLTAS has the most unsatisfactory service that I have been exposed to! Am just seeing your valid response for this mail or i have to complaint in consumer court with all my details.

                              I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton split air condiitoner on 10th May from Croma Store, Himalayan Mall, Ahmedabad. Today it is 25th still the AC is no use to me as it not functional. At the time of purchase, I have specifically enquired if service would be available at evening since being employed no one is in the house in day and it was agreed for the same. Even after repeated reminders AC was installed after 5 days and also reluctance about the time of visit i.e. evening though specifically agreed at the time of purchase. Since electric installation was required, as per assurance of your representative of voltas, I have been calling the electrician every day but representative from Voltas not turned up and on 15th he came without informing us. Right from beginning the AC is not cooling the room and I have been calling and I have been informed day before yesterday that gas is to be refilled and it will take another two three days. I am surprised how a new AC will have such problem and also this is the response from reputed company like Voltas. I once again request to solve my grievance and take immediate steps for making the AC functioning i.e. cooling before the summer is over as the very purpose of purchase of the same will be defeated and also will have a lasting adverse effect about the company's after sales service.

                                1.5 TONNES SPLLIT AC OF VOLTAS BOUGHT IN AUGUST 2014 AND SUPPLIED BY COMPANY THROUGH A DEALER IN JHANDEWALAN NEAR KAROL BAGH DELHI. ON REQUEST FOR 1ST SERVICE THE TECHNICIAN FOUND IN LAST WEEK OF APRIL 2015 THAT THERE IS NO GAS AND BLOWER IS BROKEN . EVEN AFTER REPEATED REMINDER GIVING COMPLAINT REFERENCE IT IS NOT RECTIFIED AND ALMOST ONE MONTH HAS PASSED . WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM THE CO. /CALL CENTER IS SENDING SMS THAT COMPLAINT HAS BEEN LOOKED INTO .EVEN THOUGH NOTHING IS DONE AND THERE SERVICE CENTER IS WITHIN 2 KMS OF THE PLACE OF INSTALLATION OF AC. ON PHONE, THEY SAY IT IS BEING LOOKED INTO BUT NOTHING IS DONE.

He is not doing work properly & not attend the complaint he is not pick our call & ask for huge money against repairing.                                     I have launched complaint no. [protected] for cooling problem in my voltas AC.. Complaint attended after 10 days.. They did some service & told me problem is resolved.. when i asked for warranty of service, they told me they dont provide.. but assured me that it is resolved completely. i paid charges whatever they asked.. Now, within one month, same problem started.. cooling issue in AC.. Voltas is just making money by not resolving issue properly.. when i complained about the same, they told me to launch other complaint & also they told that i have to pay charges for that.. Please look into it & take proper action against such useless service centers..

                                        I Have purchased this AC on 10th march 2015. but within one water said dripping from AC.
