I booked a 500 Ltr Double Door Freezer with Vasant Dealer in Tiruvallur on 07 Jun 2015. They assured that they will deliver in the next day.Even after five days it is not delivered and says it is delay from Voltas. I am surprised to learn Voltas is making delay. Please intervene and ensure the quick delivery at the earliest.

    we have booked AC on july, but every now and then it creates problem..last time there was a problem with fan which engineer took with him, now its been more than 2 months every time we call they say it will take more one week to come, such a pathetic service... this AC is in showroom my whole buisness is suffering due to this.. even the heat is not bearable.. pls help...

      Same happened with me...I called Volta's people 4 times they told me 1500 will be the gas filling charges + 350 visiting charges + 500 transport charges then wat is the visiting charge as far as m concern visiting charges include everything.why you people are charging hidden cost please be fare otherwise in future nobaby will trust on tata company and also am not going for service of my AC from Volta's.

      My previohus complain no was [protected] which Volta's customer care people cancelled coz my father denied for paying hidden cost to them.now today is 9 the of June 2015 and they SMS me that they had cancelled the complain then again I called cc and again registered ( [protected]) the complain the lady gave me the reason for cancellation that we refused to pay them...now pls tell me is this the service Volta's providing to its customer m really shocked...

        Hello sir I am using 1.5 ton voltas AC that is out of warranty now.Since 2 months i am facing a problem of gas leakage from my Ac.I have complained about gas leakage and not cooling problem from customer care.they have sent their technician to my house.The technician came and refill the gas and make the bill of Rs.2200 and told me that if the gas leakage occurred within one month the company will not charge for the gas refill again.In a few days the gas is leaked again.I have made complaint to the customer care again.First they have cancelled my complaint saying that you are complaining the same problem so that your request has been cancelled.Again i made a fresh complaint.The Technician visit my home and told me that the problem is in outdoor unit of AC and they had took out the unit for repair to the service center in patna.After few days they returned with outdoor unit and charged me Rs.[protected] for gas refilling+300 for repairing and fare of transportation).In a Few days gas is leaked again and again i made complaint to customer care.Again the technician visit and told me for checking the indoor unit and they have took indoor unit with them.After 3-4 days i received a call from service center that indoor int is ok and there might be problem with pipe.They did not returned my indoor unit almost 10 day. after making many calls the technician came and just put the indoor unit on the floor and returned. Again i made a call to the senior executive named 1.Akash and 2. dada(called name) to sort out my problem.They replied me to send the pipe to the service center.I have made arrangement and sent pipe to the service center.Its been more than 15 days and they have not returned my pipe and not entertained my calls as well.In between i have called many times to customer care and complain about the situation but they are giving the same answer all the time that we are taking your complaints and your problem will be sorted out.I have called customer care to connect or provide any senior to make my complaint, the reply is senior are busy for the interview and when they are free we will make you call.         It has been nearly about 20 days to resolved the problem which take place after 2.5 months after complaints and again the problem persist.I can not understand that the technician is not resolving my problem sincerely or they do not understand the actual problem because the same problem occurred again and i have complained to the service center, complaint no: [protected] dated 20.07.15. The technician came and check the unit and told me that the previous technician not checked the unit properly that's why gas leakage problem is persists.Today i.e.24.07.15, i received a message from customer care that my complaint has been cancelled because customer is not willing to pay.
        Can any representative from your company make me understand that why should i pay every time for the same complain the same problem which is not resolved by your technician.

        As i have made many complaints to you regarding gas leakage from split ac voltas 1.5 ton, but i did not got any satisfactory service/reply from your service center in patna, i.e. patna cooling sales and service jain niketan, laljee tola, behind CDA building patna.
        Let you know the sequence of event which has been occurred with my AC.I have purchased this AC in 2013 from your authorized retailer, Sound and Music Frazer road, patna.In the warranty period its service is ok.But the problem occurred from march 2015, First complaint i have made on 9-10/03/2015 .The Technician came and filled gas.I have paid a bill of Rs.2200 for gas refill.Gas is leaked again in 15-20 days and again i made a complaint on 30.03.15, the technician came and take my outdoor unit to the service center.The outdoor unit is checked and repaired and reinstalled on date 07.04.15 for this i have paid Rs.2500(gas refill Rs.1800+call charge 400+transportation charge 300).once again gas is leaked in 15-20 days.i have again made the complain 23-24/04/15.The technician came and told me that outdoor unit is checked already and there would be a problem in indoor unit so they take inddor unit on date 29.04.15.after 3-4 days i got a call from service center they told me that ther is no problem in indoor unit.They have returned my indoor unit after 10 day of the call.They just came and put the indoor unit on the floor and left all the setup as it is and told me that u need to chek ur pipe.I have called many times of seniors in the patna service center named 1.Akash and 2.Dada.Dada suggest me send anyone to him so that he can come to my house and see the unit.I have sent a person to bring DADA from service center.He came and checked and take pipe with him.Almost 15 days has been passed over and i didnot get my pipe or any reply.I have made complain again in written and to the customer care.Finally i have made my own arrangement and picked up the pipe from service center.I have called many times to Dada and finally technician came and installed pipe and refill gas without any payment on 4-5/07/2015.
        Unfortunately again the gas is leaked, i have made complaint to customer care 21.07.15.The technician came and checked and told me that gas is leaked from pipe.On 24.07.15 i recieved a massege from customer care that Your request no.[protected] has been cancelled .reason customer not willing to pay(OW).Again i made complaint to the customer care and told about the problem and sequences.The executive told me that i dont have to pay, they will resolved my problem.They gave the complain no-[protected].I have received a same massege on 25.07.15 that your request no.[protected] has been cancelled .reason customer not willing to pay(OW).
        Finally i am writting to you that what i have to do now.My problem will be sorted out or i have to reach consumer court.Please sugest.

          I have purchase Split AC on 26May 2015 . Instalation done on 30 jun. After 5 days it is not working . I have added a support ticket on Friday night by call customer care. After 3 days of support ticket no response from any Voltas Service Center. When ever i call customer they always told me that now i am setting your ticket as a urgent ticket and they will resolve the issue ASAP. Please give me suggestion what i will do?

          COOLING IS NOT PROPER

          COOLING IS NOT PROPER FROM 2 TONS WINDOW A/C. AFTER SWITCH ON ONLY FAN IS FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR AND THEN COMPRESSOR STARTS WITH SOUND AND RUN FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND AGAIN FAN STARTS RUNNING . THIS CYCLE IS CONTINUED.

            Hello, we have purchased a new AC on 19 Apr 2015 and installed on 13 May 2015. The product has been found to be faulty on the day of its installation and have requested for its replacement, your technician visited on May 25 and found motor defective, we were promised that the same shall get replaced within 3 to 4 days. Even after repeated reminders (mails, daily telephonic conversation on toll free no.) the AC has still not been replaced. What was customer fault if your fresh AC was defective is it not your responsibility to replace it. Would strongly recommend that as an organization must spends more time on improving there customer services. Waiting to resolve our queries assoon as possible.             bought a window AC on 06 Jun15..was installed on 09 jUN 15.. AFTER INSTALLATION, NOTICED THAT THE AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY..NO COOLING AT ALL..             You are simply trying to fool customers nothing else by pasting the same words without even knowing the matter, really disgusting attitude.

              I bought a Voltas Split AC on 31/05/2015 from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I was promised 5 years extended warranty from Voltas but it has been 8 days I have not received any call back from VOLTAS. On calling customer care I am being told that my number is not yet registered. I bought this AC just because I was promised nice service but right in the beginning i am facing such problem.

                I called customer care several time from 25 April to 5th May and finally after 11 day two persons visited on 6th May. They told us that our AC required gas to be filled to let it cool properly. They opened it and washed with water and may be filled some gas and took Rs 3000/ for that service. The told us for 3 months warranty and when we asked for the bill they told we presently don't have this but everything is going to be recorded in our AC shop named CooL Care. After 3 weeks gas has been leaked or shortage due to either it was not filled properly or required amount or any other reason. I called Voltas Customer Care again they call Cool Care and given the number of Cool Care again to talk in person. When we called they refused and told us that no one has visited from our shop. However later they accepted that persons visited us have left their job from there and now we can't take care of your warranty. If you have any problem find those person out yourself we don't have responsibility any more. Our claim is that those technicians were sent by them and if later they left their job from Cool Care then its cool care responsibly to take care of the service under warranty. Its being more than 2 weeks calling everyday to Voltas Customer Care as well Cool Care no one seems to make it seriously. Every time we have been told to wait another 24 hours but problem is not sorted out and we are without AC in this hot June.                 Ok, however you be assured to sort out the problem as soon as possible. I'm calling your customer care since last 10 days or more and everyday day has been told to wait for 24 hour. I'm avidly waiting so no more 24 hours without functional AC in this hot June.

                  Hi, I am Sourav Maitra staying at 868 RN Chatterjee Lane, Ichapur, Kolkata. I have purchased a split AC (1.5 ton, SAC gold, 5 Star, Red) on 22/05/2012. I selected Voltas because of its goodwill. It works perfectly for 1 year. After that disturbance came to our notice. I called the dealer (Vanisha, corp office: B-12, Municipal Market Complex, Kalyani, vat no. [protected]). They suggested to buy a stabiliser. I purchased a stabiliser of 4 KV. But the problem was not solved. After revisiting, the dealer suggested to contact customer care of Voltas. I communicated. Local authorised service centre (Prompt Service) visited and given an estimated cost for repair of Rs. 9000/- (Nine thousand) which is 1/4 th cost of the AC. The breakup of cost given as Condenser Coil 6700 + gas charging 1800 + transportation 500. The estimate was given on 21/10/2013. I was surprised and frustrated due to this unnecessary financial burden of this huge cost. Meanwhile I was busy for the treatment of my mother's illness and never communicated to you after that. I am writing this complaint with a hope that you should take proper action to resolved the issue. I have trust on your reputation and after sales service. Please do the justice on that.                   I got a call from Prompt Service today. They wanted to visit my house with a technician charge of Rs. 400. I know, they will report the same and make a estimated bill of 9000 or may be higher to repair the machine. I don't want such solution from your end. Why should I take the burden of such a huge cost. Is it my mistake to choose you?


                  I want a replacement from your end. At the time of buying, I don't have idea that I should select Copper Condenser Coil. I have paid 36000 to purchase it and I am suffering after 1 year usage.

                      voltas cooler was purchased on 20/05/2015. and its water pump is not working since last 1 week. previously also a complaint was made with complaint no. -[protected] but no action has been taken till now. now please either get the thing done as soon as possible or replace the cooler with a new one.

                          Hello, On 31st of May 2015, i filled request for AC gas refilling(Request No. [protected]). On 2nd June, the request was closed as i was out of town. On 4th June i again called the number :[protected]/43 for the same issue. Ms Bharti there responded by saying that the technician will come by 5th June to service my request. However on 5th June, from 5pm to 8pm i was waiting and calling Ms Bharti again and again . Finally she replied that Technician Mr Habib will not be coming. Reason Technician gave: He called other number and as person there is out, so he will not be coming. However Ms Bharti knew i have been calling her from my number ([protected]), still she and technician didnt responded nicely. I want to file complaint against Ms Bharti and Mr Habib (hyderabad Voltas service centre) for their misconduct, misbehaviour, negligence in their duty.

                            My Voltas Water Dispenser has not been working since 22 May 2015. I had lodged the complaint on 23 May 2015 on Voltas customer care with request no. [protected] named Rohit Agarwal from Mainpuri ( U.P.). After complaining several times no technician has come till now to resolve the problem.
                            Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Voltas Service in Mainpuri is very poor.
                            This is very ridiculous that after complaining several times on customer care n after lodging the comlaint online on VOLTAS service care, there is no response by the company technician or other head n problem remains same till now. My water dispensor is still not working. Now I think that there is only one way to raise a voice by going to the Consumer Court. If i knew that VOLTAS service is this much poor, then I never purchased the products of VOLTAS.
                            I have written so many mails about unresolved complain of my faulty water dispenser.I regret to say that your esteem organization is taking my complain very lightly and not bothering a customer who believes in your product.In
                            earlier mail, I have also highlighted behavior of your franchises "
                            SUPER BREEZE" as they are not providing satisfactory service and they
                            are misleading to customers as well as your company. They behaved like a
                            beggar to customers who is begging to them a satisfactory services.Nobody available for response on phone in super breeze office.YOU CAN CHECK MY COMPLAIN no.                             I think that VOLTAS company is become a worst company in the world. This is so much embarrassing that after complaining several times, company is not showing any positive attitude. Now I feel that instead of purchased this company product, I have to purchase local dispensor only. But today I feel too much satisfaction coz I moved my friend to purchase BlueStar 2 ton Split AC instead of purchasing VOLTAS AC. I didnt see this much poor service of any other company. This is really a 3rd class company.

                                sir, i made a complaint om voltas, i got messge for the same, and complaint no as well [protected], and then on 19.5.2015 my request was cancelled, but still your representative came and provide me services, he asked for 2800 rs, but i asked for detail, then he asked to pay only 2600 . then i asked for its bill, he said there is no such bill for such services, then after my ac stopped working, i again lodged complaint on 1.6.2015, no-[protected], then my requested was cancelled, i dont know why, since then i am regularly lodging complaining, but all the times my req. got cancelled. this time my ac is not working, i am helpless and no idea what to do. my contact no is [protected] NITIN

                                    I purchased this voltas air cooler 2 days ago, as my second air cooler, apart from the current orient model. This one being the most expensive model available with Voltas, is a complete piece of junk, that does not cool at all. Please let me know whom to contact to get it replaced for a functional model, as this is definitely a design flaw and not a faulty piece.

                                      Please see the below mail, no one is ready to respond. Actually they don't have the Team of Expertize with them who can actually fix the problem. They are just passing the complaint from one person to another. Last Saturday i.e. 30 May I received a call from Vija (Area service mgr), who is asking me to have a discussion with J.D.Verma, who is he, I logged a complaint with VOLTAS not with J.D. Verma. Is he TOUT/Mediator/Broker who is instructing the Service manager of Voltas how to deal with me. I had a heated argument with them and nothing came out of that. Even after marking a mail to their Customer care on the daily basis no one bother to respond. This is absolutely Pathetic. You people are just passing on the issue from one person to another initially it was Vijay and now, it is Sumit. Well both of them are GOOD FOR NOTHING!!! It's been almost two months, you people are not able to figure out what is the issue with the machine. If you cannot fix this, plz admit the same and let me know, so that I can get it fixed from outside. Sorry to say this..but you people are NOT cooling experts, actually you people are FOOLING experts. Making a fool of the customers, from the first complaint the warranty remain effective till next Three months but its been TWO months, I've been waiting for the machine to be fixed. You can imagine, if the Area service manager has a attitude like this then how can one expect a good service from the Voltas. They should return the money that I’ve paid to them if they are not good/intelligent enough to resolve the issue, he is not acting seriously and just giving a false excuses to me everytime I speak with him. Verma who is franchise of Voltas. The way he talked to me, it was PATHETIC. Who is J.D Verma, why should I talk to him. I logged a complaint with VOLTAS, is he TOUT/Mediator/Broker. I want to ask Vijay is Voltas's employee or he is working for J.D Verma (Broker). Sorry to say this..but you people are NOT cooling experts, actually you people are FOOLING experts. Making a fool of the customers, from the first complaint the warranty remain effective till next Three months but its been TWO months, I've been waiting for the machine to be fixed. Does it really make any sense??, I'll consider these Three months of warranty once my machine get fixed. You people are testing my patience and now it looks to me I need to get serious to get my complaint fixed. This is the last call for your team, next time I'll approach the GM or so... You can imagine, if the Area service manager has a attitude like this then how can one expect a good service from the Voltas. Even though, I’ve already paid them there charges then also they are not even able to resolve the issue. They should return the money that I’ve paid to them if they are not good/intelligent enough to resolve the issue, he is not acting seriously and just giving a false excuses to me everytime I speak with him.
