Dear Team, My customer ID is SR#[protected]. Since July 16, 2015 my AC developed leakage problem from indoor unit and the technician who visited my place was unable to resolve/understand the issue. He took 2-3 picture of the a/c and recommended replacing it under warranty. Since that day, it has been more than 2 months now, I am calling customer care thrice a day, everyday, and you are not sending the technician nor are ready to resolve my problem. I had a talk with Area Service Manager of Voltas, Narenda Pampattiwar ([protected]) who is reluctant to serve / replace the unit for the reason best known to him. Please look into the matter as the issue is already delayed way too much more than it should be.

I have purchase 4 Ton Castes AC made by Voltas but product is faulty So many call in customer care & service centre in Jammu compliant was not attend timely once again remind I request my complaint solved earlier

      Voltas ac service is the worst ac service I have ever experienced. My ac wasn't cooling effectively and so we gave a call to Ginni Aircon Service Centre, Rohini. The technician came and just in a minute the old lame story starts. "Gas leakage hai, ac lejate hai" and demanded 350rs for his "In a minute checking". The air conditioner had gas refilled 2.5 months before by the company itself. Questing this he said, we will give it a proper check. He took it and then calls the very next day saying that the unit has undergone a cooling coil damage and needs repairment. This will cost 4200. For this was not an acceptable charge, we asked to get our ac back without any repair, He asked us whether we were ready to pay 3000 for the same. To this statement, we were completely shocked .Being a customer, we expect the Company services as the most appropriate, despite of the charges but such bargaining activity was totally unexpected. It was not at all acceptable so we called for our ac back. Now we will looking for a local service centre to get it working back.. Voltas is risking its highly reputed name with such service centres in the market.

        Hello All, I brought Voltas Ac 1.5 ton split ac around 1 months ago and found Ac is not working. I called more than 10 times on customer care and no one come for repairing from past 1 months. Company donor have man power to provide customer satisfactory output.

          Hi, I have registered complaint in 4th Aug. Still my complaint is not resolved aprrox one month has gone. I registered a complaint again in voltas for the same issue...                 Sir i m having some problem with my 1. 5 ton voltas window ac.

                I have filled a complaint against it on 19 august anu ur representative said that technician will comw within 24 working hours.
                But till today ie 24 th august no techincian has visited me

                  In reference to above subjected complaint no. [protected], the person Mr. Sunil Kumar from Dew Point visited twice to check the faulty window AC. I show him the actual fault and he also seen the fault is existing i.e. temperature not cut by the AC. The AC cut the supply of compressor after 2-3 degree below the set temperature. Mr sunil checked with sensor and he put the sensor in front of fan, the sensor detect the temperature and decreased the temperature up to 13 degree even when the set tempertaure was 30 degree. Still he is not agree to declare faulty and he denied to fill the customer feedback form and assure that tommorrow he will visit again and check. Still he is not came back to check the AC. Why voltas is not responding in proper manner and not rectify the fault existing in AC. I request you to that, to attend the fault Mr. Sunil should not be nominated because he is not having the much knowledge about the AC and even after existing of fault he has closed my complaint. You can ask him to show the customer signature on feedback form. He fails to show you because he has not taken my signature on the form. Please rectify the problem and replace the faulty AC/part.

                    To, The General Manager, Public Grievance Cell, Voltas India Pvt Ltd Subj: Complaint regarding 1.5 ton Split Air Condition Sir / Madam, I, S M Shakir Ahmad, purchased a 1.5ton split air conditioner from your outlet at Lajpat Nagar (Hariom Electronics) with valid Bill No. 12288 TRIL OK JEE and Model No. 183EYR on 14th August 2015. I would like to make the following complaints with regards to the same: Firstly, so far no installation has been done in spite of making many calls at the Voltas customer care for my Complaint Number [protected] Secondly, I had taken an off from my office especially on 17th August, 2015 so that I could get the installation done for the Air Condition, but the person who came to install it came late in the evening at 7 p.m. despite me calling him since morning, and after that he demanded an extra exorbitant amount to install the Air Condition, though I was told to pay only Rs. 1500 /- as installation charges by Hariom Electronics, Lajpat Nagar (ref: Mr. Ashish). The person who had come to install then started misbehaving and I had to restrain myself from manhandling him as he was using abusive language and making sarcastic remarks. 3. I then immediately contacted the concerned person (Mr. Ashish) from Hariom Electronics and received a very poor response from them. Till now no installation has been done nor has anyone contacted me with a solution for the same. Kindly do the needful and look into the matter with utmost urgency to avoid me using legal proceedings for the same.                       I bought a Voltas AC from Ratna Fan house and the same Rite Aircon was introduced to service the Machine, this man Subramanian is the worst lying hooligan I have ever seen in my life, what a pathetic human being is he… my AC stopped working during the AMC period and I complained, they show up after 10 days and told me the swing motor is dead, this Subramanian promised to replace the motor in 4 days, and it is 7 months now, he offered 2 free service which I am capable of doing for my AC, whenever I call him, his mother will be in hospital or serious, he is so aged, but lying and cunning… one day he started yelling at me for calling again and again, he said it was my fault of buying an Voltas AC, all my friends suggested me to buy Voltas, but was I was surprised to hear a service head blaming me for buying a Voltas AC, is it my fault of buying Voltas or is it Voltas fault for having this type of worst service engineer

                        We bought the AC in the month of June, 2015. Supplied and installed day 7th June with broken frame and didnt have remote. We bought the unit from Vivek Ltd, Mylapore. We are following with Vivek and Voltas for so long but nothing has happened till date. Can we get this replaced and remote supplied.

                            Voltas...has no after sales service...m/s synergy electronics is the authorised service centre for voltas...but sad to say...very very pathetic service...my voltas mini magic dispenser was taken for repair and given back in a damaged state...the hot water tap was and is still leaking...the taps were not connected...only because I refused the servicing of the compressor...is this what you call servicing ...Noel Dmello [protected]

                                I have purchased Voltas inverter AC model number 1.5TVOLTAS SAC18VDY around 3 months back fand since then I am facing an issue which is not getting resolved.Its been nightmare for me. I have done the biggest mistake to buy voltas ac. The problem is that 'F8' error gets displayed and ac stops working. 3-4 times their poor skilled technicians visit at my place and could not solve it and giving different excuses.Few of them are Ansari, Bajinder etc. One of their service agency head Mr. Brij Thakur is also not able to solve it.One technician says its indoor unit problem other says its outdoor unit problem. Brij Thakur ask them to take the PCB out and bring to the service center, other says that it can be solved there itself. Within 3 months, it my 4th complaint. Another point is that my complaint number is [protected], which was closed on 5 August 2015, though none of their technician visited my place since last 2-3 weeks. I don't know how that complaint was closed. and who closed it. Customer care executive says that service provider 'Unique Services' have closed it. I was not aware that these guys speak lie also and do such bad things of closing complaints without resolving it. Today I have raised new complaint number [protected] again. I will soon be raising the issue in social media and consumer court as well and promote other people not to buy voltas AC. Presently I am in touch with regional head 'Vishal' but i dont see much progress in that also. I really had very bad experience in just only 3 months. Please take care of this.

                                  Voltas AC was purchased by me in NOV '13 and i started to use it in Feb '14 ... while the AC went through its servicing phases we were informed that a few defects detected are now rectified by the changed parts. Every 3 months from then on there were constant issues and each time we were told that the parts are replaced but eventually nothing really happened unless i wrote an email to Joydeep who is in the senior management of Voltas. Further its was delegated to Mr Rajendra who is the area head for Voltas, who again arranged the unit for servicing but nothing really happened. now the AC smells and gives out very harmful fumes & creates an atmosphere which gives rise to harmful diseases specially for kids and women. My wife has been suffering quite a few illnesses ever since we have purchased this AC. My niece doesn't like to stay with us because of this AC. On complaining about this Mr Rajendra sent Mr Deepesh to my house to check & Inspect, to which Mr Deepesh confirmed and i have the Call recording of Mr. Deepesh saying that neither were the parts ever changed nor was anything done to the AC to improve its condition. They promised me to make the AC in a proper state in 5 days ... its been 10 days now, neither have the spare parts being arranged for nor has the AC arrived. Neither has Mr Rajendra been receiving phone calls nor has he come back with the status of the same. I dont wish to have that product anymore and i will like to claim compensation for the terrible service and cheating done towards me & the health issues that were caused to me and my wife. I will present the call recording and the service bills of the AC in the court.

                                    I am filing a complaint against Cool Care Voltas service center based out of N.I.T Faridabad. AC was not doing cooling, It used to cut off again and again. Mr. Nirmal Singh owner of Cool Care Voltas said compressor is faulty. They charged me 2850 but problem remain unresolved. Then their engineer confirmed that problem is with PCV switch, whole panel needs to be changed which will cost another 1700. One of the engineer Rahul confirmed that compressor has been changed in error, it was ok. Mr. Nirmal Singh said I will get the PCV switch changed. AC worked fine for few months now again we are facing the same problem and he is asking for 1200 Rs saying that I just repaired the PCV switch last time, haven't changed it. I have to call them 20 times then only an engineer has visited for any faults. I even called Voltas few months back, they have information of wrong authorised service center in their DB which don't exist, name is Shiv Shakti Voltas Center. So get this problem asap.                                       Mrs. Sharda Kadyan, C-38, Rose Apartment, Prashant Vihar, sector-14, Rohini, Delhi purchased a TATA product VOLTAS Split type Air Conditioner 1.5 T, from EP Electronic Paradise Pvt. Ltd, 13, Vaishali, Pitampura, New Delhi -110034 vide Invoice No. PP/R-0842/2015-16 Dated 6-5-2015 and total 30, 500/- paid to the said supplier but I am sorry to say that said split Air Conditioner is not working as per specifications and not cooling the room, for which we have purchased it, many times complaint was lodged and distributor asked the agent to replace the grill and then refiled the gas but same problems we are still facing, due to the defective piece of VOLTAS split Air Conditioner, hence we wants immediate replacement with another machine with in 7 days, if not replaced then, we are ready to move complaints against said manufacturers with their distributor in Delhi, before the court of law.

                                        Hello, On 30/06/2015, I bought a window AC from Voltas dealer I.e. Electronic Desire, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi. They have sent a technician to installed AC who has not installed properly and damaged the wall on which AC installed. At the same time called the dealer and the representative committed me to fix the wall destroyed issue but more than 20 days has been passed and now they are saying that they will not do anything. Please suggest me what should I do now? Thanks
