    I have purchased Voltas inverter AC model number 1.5TVOLTAS SAC18VDY around 3 months back fand since then I am facing an issue which is not getting resolved.Its been nightmare for me. I have done the biggest mistake to buy voltas ac. The problem is that 'F8' error gets displayed and ac stops working. 3-4 times their poor skilled technicians visit at my place and could not solve it and giving different excuses.Few of them are Ansari, Bajinder etc. One of their service agency head Mr. Brij Thakur is also not able to solve it.One technician says its indoor unit problem other says its outdoor unit problem. Brij Thakur ask them to take the PCB out and bring to the service center, other says that it can be solved there itself. Within 3 months, it my 4th complaint. Another point is that my complaint number is [protected], which was closed on 5 August 2015, though none of their technician visited my place since last 2-3 weeks. I don't know how that complaint was closed. and who closed it. Customer care executive says that service provider 'Unique Services' have closed it. I was not aware that these guys speak lie also and do such bad things of closing complaints without resolving it. Today I have raised new complaint number [protected] again. I will soon be raising the issue in social media and consumer court as well and promote other people not to buy voltas AC. Presently I am in touch with regional head 'Vishal' but i dont see much progress in that also. I really had very bad experience in just only 3 months. Please take care of this.

      Voltas AC was purchased by me in NOV '13 and i started to use it in Feb '14 ... while the AC went through its servicing phases we were informed that a few defects detected are now rectified by the changed parts. Every 3 months from then on there were constant issues and each time we were told that the parts are replaced but eventually nothing really happened unless i wrote an email to Joydeep who is in the senior management of Voltas. Further its was delegated to Mr Rajendra who is the area head for Voltas, who again arranged the unit for servicing but nothing really happened. now the AC smells and gives out very harmful fumes & creates an atmosphere which gives rise to harmful diseases specially for kids and women. My wife has been suffering quite a few illnesses ever since we have purchased this AC. My niece doesn't like to stay with us because of this AC. On complaining about this Mr Rajendra sent Mr Deepesh to my house to check & Inspect, to which Mr Deepesh confirmed and i have the Call recording of Mr. Deepesh saying that neither were the parts ever changed nor was anything done to the AC to improve its condition. They promised me to make the AC in a proper state in 5 days ... its been 10 days now, neither have the spare parts being arranged for nor has the AC arrived. Neither has Mr Rajendra been receiving phone calls nor has he come back with the status of the same. I dont wish to have that product anymore and i will like to claim compensation for the terrible service and cheating done towards me & the health issues that were caused to me and my wife. I will present the call recording and the service bills of the AC in the court.

        I am filing a complaint against Cool Care Voltas service center based out of N.I.T Faridabad. AC was not doing cooling, It used to cut off again and again. Mr. Nirmal Singh owner of Cool Care Voltas said compressor is faulty. They charged me 2850 but problem remain unresolved. Then their engineer confirmed that problem is with PCV switch, whole panel needs to be changed which will cost another 1700. One of the engineer Rahul confirmed that compressor has been changed in error, it was ok. Mr. Nirmal Singh said I will get the PCV switch changed. AC worked fine for few months now again we are facing the same problem and he is asking for 1200 Rs saying that I just repaired the PCV switch last time, haven't changed it. I have to call them 20 times then only an engineer has visited for any faults. I even called Voltas few months back, they have information of wrong authorised service center in their DB which don't exist, name is Shiv Shakti Voltas Center. So get this problem asap.           Mrs. Sharda Kadyan, C-38, Rose Apartment, Prashant Vihar, sector-14, Rohini, Delhi purchased a TATA product VOLTAS Split type Air Conditioner 1.5 T, from EP Electronic Paradise Pvt. Ltd, 13, Vaishali, Pitampura, New Delhi -110034 vide Invoice No. PP/R-0842/2015-16 Dated 6-5-2015 and total 30, 500/- paid to the said supplier but I am sorry to say that said split Air Conditioner is not working as per specifications and not cooling the room, for which we have purchased it, many times complaint was lodged and distributor asked the agent to replace the grill and then refiled the gas but same problems we are still facing, due to the defective piece of VOLTAS split Air Conditioner, hence we wants immediate replacement with another machine with in 7 days, if not replaced then, we are ready to move complaints against said manufacturers with their distributor in Delhi, before the court of law.

            Hello, On 30/06/2015, I bought a window AC from Voltas dealer I.e. Electronic Desire, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi. They have sent a technician to installed AC who has not installed properly and damaged the wall on which AC installed. At the same time called the dealer and the representative committed me to fix the wall destroyed issue but more than 20 days has been passed and now they are saying that they will not do anything. Please suggest me what should I do now? Thanks

              Hello sir/madam, i m dheeraj nagpal r/o karnal, as i purchase voltas a/c one of 1 ton and 1 of 1.5 tons last three years back. Bt from the very first day the window a/c of 1.5 tons makes problem in there compressure. I have complainted so many times to toll free number since three years back bt i m nt satisfied with the service centre situated in karnal. And this year i m so much exhausted. When i complaint for my a/c this season the service centre din nt respont and says do whatever u do i cant make it ok coz i refuses to give money which they demands to me. There are many reasons tht i refused. 1. My a/c compresure is in under warrenty. 2. I sufurs mentally for last three years coz of that a/c. Etc... I m requested u to plzz fix that problem as soon as possible if repairs or exchange. Otherwise i have only one step to go to court that voltas makes me mentally harrashed. Thanking you.                 I had complaint regarding my voltas air conditioner in April 2015 after a month some one from the service centre turned up and took away a part from the ac saying it needs to be replaced. After taking the part it .has been almost a month, nor the person or the part has come. Very very disappointed from this kind of service. Have even spoke to the manger at Guwahati (Mr. Reddy) still no co-operation from your side. If there is no response from your end I will have to move to consumer court against your company.

                  Dear Voltas Team This is to bring to your kind notice that from last 20 days our AC is lying with local service center i.e. Gaziabda and they are not reverting on it. just to update you this AC was repaired in May last and required Payment of RS 2600 was paid to voltas with a commitment of 3 month warranty. But now when AC failed just after 110-15 days of working now service center is not ready to repair it and making hell lot of excises. when forced then one of the service manager told that the same is not repairable as Cooling pipe are damaged. even during communication he quoted that if i will pay Rs 5000 then they repair it. I just want to draw you attention towards unethical practices made at your service center. they blackmailing the customer and trying to make money. Pls trust that the AC has been picked 3 time by your team members only hence if there any damage also that must created at your end hence Voltas should own and get it in shape at least in the condition when it was 1st picked from my home. Lastly if you & your team in incapable o[censored]nderstanding the word "CUSTOMER SERVICE" then you should at own it say sorry and refund my money. At least this will save the image of the brand "VOLTAS". Hope while working with a corporate you will consider this before i peruse this with consumer court.                     I am Facing problem from past 20 days . On 3rd of
                    July i request service for my tata voltas window ac . On 4rt of July
                    service person come my home to check my ac at 12pm . he said me that
                    there is no Gas in my ac so we have to Take your ac to our service
                    center . i said yes for that . he left from my home keeping my ac
                    washroom Saying that with in 10-15 min we will take that ac. we wait
                    for that person till 9 pm. we call him several time but he could not
                    pick my phone . i am attaching picture how he keep my ac in washroom
                    for 10 hour. At 9:10 pm a person come to my home to take that ac but
                    i say no to that person because i don't know who is that person. after
                    that no person come to my home for service of my ac. i called customer
                    care daily but no one is helping me . customer care take my service
                    request and service center is continuously canceling my service
                    request saying customer reschedule with out contacting me . after
                    looking for your service person for 4 days somehow we fit that ac by
                    own . i am fed-up now by tata voltas service. service is very poor .
                    no one is listing to customer .
                    i will appreciate if you look in to this matter and solve mu problem.

                    None of your service person attend my complaint . i think i have done biggest mistake that i buy voltas ac . i will never prefer my family or my friend to buy tata product . if you people are not able to resolve my complaint than directly say no to me why you are mentally harassing me .

                      Hi Team, I had bought a TATA VOLTAS AC executive model from B.T. Electronics, Rupnarayanpur, West Bengal-713364, a TATA dealer on 10th June, 2015. But after one week, the AC stopped working and we had reached out to the Mr.Tapan, owner of B.T. Electronics for his assistance. But it was very astonishing and rude on his part the way he addressed the issue. Also, complaint# [protected] was raised for the functionality defect of the AC. Surprisingly, neither TATA AC experts reached out neither we got any assistance from the authorized dealer B.T. Electronics till date. I would definitely did not expect such after sales service from a renowned organization TATA. Such experience definitely would not give a good impression and even I did not recommend any of my friends to go for TATA AC and specially from B.T. after getting such a rude behaviour.                         Our office had a split air conditioner which was not cooling enough and was within warranty. Hence called up voltas customer care on the 15th of June and technician came and said the machine is faulty hence need to take that and repair. Therefore the machine was handed over for repair work with a deadline given to me of 5-7 days. Ever since I have tried to follow up with voltas customer care and service center but they are not able to fix the issue. The ac machine along with the complete unit is still with Voltas and no one has an answer. Kindly help

                          Sir/Mam I'm Akshay Singla living in 48, Anaj Mandi.It is kindly noticed that my Voltas Dispenser was repaired by Voltas repairman but later was when I asked for the bill after repair, it was refused by them .Actually my Voltas Dispenser was not working .As it's the second time when they were called, as when the warrenty was active, they repaired and solve the problem but later after warrenty finished they refuse to give bill and asked for the money.As we refused to give them money and they didn't solve the problem and now they are not coming to solve it.                             Sir / Madam I have ordered a Voltas split AC (Model 18VDY). I wanted an All Weather Smart AC which has been launched by Voltas this year i.e. 2015. After placing order, I was told that only 2014 models of 18VDY are available. Naturally, it is not a smart AC and is outdated one. However, price is same. I am based in Dehradun. It seems that Voltas tries to pass on outdated ACs to residents of Dehradun. It advertises something and sells something. It is an unethical marketing practice. Maybe, a layman would not enquire in detail and purchase the outdated model in good faith. We don’t expect such a treatment from the house of Tatas. I am still waiting for the 2015 model of 18VDY split AC in Dehradun since May ‘15 and hope that Voltas will take some immediate action in the matter.                               I lodged below mentioned complain on 09.07.2015. You have acknowledged immediately but no further action has been taken from your side. Indoor unit and pipes has been taken away by service person on 09.07.2015 and not rectified and commissioned still today (at 2PM). Kindly let me know whether you are going to replace this defective AC or not. Defective display. 2.Crack is Indoor unit's cabinet. 3. Gas leakage. All the three complaints were attended after several chasing. Cabinet and display unit changed on 01.03.2014. After this no cooling was reported and gas filled on 05.04.2014. again no cooling reported on 21.06.2015. attended and gas filled (I paid Rs 1800+400) on 23.06.2015. Again no cooling reported on 05.07.2015. attended but couldn't rectified. the indoor unit and pipes has been taken away by service person on 09.07.2015. In view of the above it is very clear that you have sold me a defective AC which harassed me like anything. thus you are bound to either rectify the defect permanently free of cost (even I will not pay any carrying charges) or provide me a new AC of similar specification i.e., Split AC 1.5 ton. I think you will not make me bound to go to Consumer forum to settle the issue for paying me a hefty compensation. Please expedite your reply.                                 The Voltas service is too pathetic to be reconsidered while buying AC in future. I have lodged a complaint on 7th July and the request number is [protected]. Till date my AC has not been repaired, despite the repeated followup with Durga Enterprises. The customer care team always forwards my complaint to Sai Siddhi and getting technician from Durga itself is a painful task. With such a pathetic service how could Voltas be part of Tata group which is known for quality. Please resolve this, will wait for your revert. Thanks [protected]

                                      I purchased a 1.5 Ton unit 185 EY (R) Sl No. 4551689A14C006636 from Kings Electronics Pvt Ltd at Centre Point Sector 6, Shop No. 4 Near Palm Beach Junction, Nerul (W) on 07 May 2014 vide Challan No. 3D/244/13/14. The same equipment is purchased by my friend the same day from the same dealer. (Two equipment purchased) The first servicing of the equipment was done on 03/03/15 vide Service Report Sl No. 33500. The second servicing of the equipment was done on 17/04/15 on complaint of no cooling vide Service Report Sl No. [protected] and the representative of Voltas Mr. Babloo (Mob No. [protected]) informed that there is a gas leakage which require to be fixed. Since the equipment was on warranty period the very next day the problem was fixed by adding gas in the outer unit on 18/04/15. To my surprise after a month the unit again gave the same problem "No cooling". Since, I had the mobile number of Mr. Babloo who came twice for the servicing, he was asked to come for rectification of the fault. Mr Babloo visited on 12 Jun 2015 and informed that the equipment is not correctly supplied since five star ac is supplied with internal copper parts and I have all aluminium in my outer unit. He made an estimate of INR 5800/- if the equipment is fixed by him in person and INR 6500/- if it is to be fixed through the company. A complaint o[censored]n-serviceability of the equipment is lodged with voltas vide request No. [protected] dated 13 Jun 2015. The matter is discussed with Mr. Harish (Mob No. [protected]) informing him that the warranty period is expired by one month. However, the same guy (Mr. Babloo) rang me up after two days and said the complaint has come to him and he will charge 400/- for visiting my home and never turned up. I did not get any response from the maintenance side for another 14 days, when I received an SMS on my registered (Mob No. [protected]) stating that the request is cancelled stating the reason that Estimate Not Approved. I am working with Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel. The airconditioning system is managed by Voltas in this hospital. I called one of the technician of voltas who works in this hospital at my home to check the present snag in the equipment. On the technicians visit I was informed that the inner unit is mismatched with the outer unit, the outer unit is not as supplied with 5 star rating equipment and the inner unit is a five star since the outer unit is supplied with copper parts being a five star rated ac. The technician informed to change the condenser and other fittings to copper and will cost me at my expense. A complaint was raised again with Voltas vide and the technician arrived on 04/07/15. On two minutes of inspection he informed that INR 5800 is an estimate to fix the problem and the outer equipment need to be taken away vide SR No.[protected].On 07/07/15 I got an SMS that my request No.[protected] is cancelled. It is requested to the team voltas to kindly look into the matter as early as possible to ascertain whether the fault is in the equipment or authenticity of the star rating. Also, it is requested to send a qualified and experienced representative for the assessment of the equipment not a regular immature technician on contract with third agency. I anticipate an easy and timely support services at your end. Regards

                                      On 28.05.2016, I had purchased a 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner – Model No.CU-U12 Rkg2, IN : [protected], OUT :[protected], “Panasonic” make from one of your dealer, Messrs. G. R. Electronics, Shop No.39/B, Kherwadi Road, Near Railway Station, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400051, Tel.: 2658 0131, vide their Bill No.8508 dated 28.05.2016. Copy of the bill is attached herewith for your ready reference.

                                      It is with great regret that I would like to bring to your kind notice that the Air-conditioner as supplied by the above dealer has been found to be a mismatched Air-conditioner with IN : [protected] (1.5 ton) and OUT :[protected].0 ton) due to which I have been facing constant trouble and teething problem now and again from the very beginning of purchasing and installing the Air-conditioner.

                                      This has been a great inconvenience to me and my family as much of its utility and usefulness held up frequently.

                                      Before purchasing the Air-conditioner, the dealer pleaded its durability, utility and stability but it seems it was only a bargain and instead delivered me a mismatched Air-conditioner under the guise of durability, utility and stability.

                                      During the space of a little over two years there have been nearly 4-5 visits done by your technicians to set right the abnormality but none could harness the abnormality of the Air-conditioner properly and every time they say – it would now work properly but never made upto the mark. I failed to understand that even after visiting on four to occasions and spending huge sum and time on rectification, the result is ZERO.

                                      From the above it appears to me that your technicians are neither capable enough nor technically sound to detect the problem and set right the defect to the entire satisfaction of the customer.

                                      Being a layman, I only came to know about the mismatched of the Air-conditioner from one of the skilled technician whom I had called in to look into the snag which had developed into the Air-conditioner recently.

                                      I regret to state that this is how your dealers are dealing with the customers and openly cheating on the product by supplying mismatched items.

                                      In view of the above-said circumstances, I would now request you kindly to look into the matter and arrange to replace this Air-conditioner with proper IN and OUT matching as your dealer has cheated me by supplying a mismatched Air-conditioner.

                                      Last but not the least, from now on, I will never recommend any of my friend, family members and well-wishers to purchase any of the “Panasonic” product as their dealers are cheating on the products by supplying mismatched items as per their whims and fancies with no satisfactory and productive services rendered to customers after sales.

                                      I now look forward to an early replacement of this defective kind of supply.

                                        I had voltas dispenser which was water leaking so I made a complaint they gave me the complaint no the technician came & told he have to take the dispenser for the service it will cost 2500 I accepted & he took the dispencer brought it back after two day with the same condition told the service people will come back again after several phone calls one technician came made it work & got rs2500 went within few day it again started to leak till now Iam calling to service center & the service agent but no use till date in your customer care they told they can just forward a mail to the particular agent we can't do other than that I was struggling with this dispenser for past 2 months my complaint no is[protected] is there any way are I have to throw this to a dustbin
