Hello, we have purchased a new AC on 19 Apr 2015 and installed on 13 May 2015. I purchased this voltas air cooler 2 days ago, as my second air cooler, apart from the current orient model. This one being the most expensive model available with Voltas, is a complete piece of junk, that does not cool at all.
