Sir, i (Sujit guin) have paid my bill on 13th april through vidyut sahayogi app by upi (Axis pay app). My id no. Is[protected]. The total bill amount is rs. 619.70. But through the app in mobile the auto deducted two times simultaneously first time 619.70. And next time 637.29. So, kindly refund my amount to axis bank account, as i have paid this amount from the s/b account no [protected] from maslandapur branch (Ifsc code : utib0001958). Or the amount may be adjusted to the next bill.

My meter (Consumer id no :[protected] was faulty and was put out of service. I was being billed on average.
I complained for changing the meter (20/3/18, & 23/4/18), but the meter was not change. The elctric office is sending bill each month as it wishes, without seeing the meter. What ist the solution for this, let me know the information in my gmail id ([protected]@gmail.com) kindly plzz help me sir.

Sub: very poor electric supply

Dear sir,

I am saiyed afridi, (Consumer no.[protected] to bring to you kind notice the fact that my family is facing a lot of problems for irregular electric supply and low voltages. The voltage goes down 60 volts (Approx.) in the morning and continuing till the night.in my locality just one light post is here and officially twenty houses electricity line are connected from the post. And also the post is connected with a single phase to supply the current. For this reason i am facing a lot of difficulties due to voltage deflection’s thinks that if another phases join with the post is fewly reduced our problems. So i told the matter to our local officer of samudragarh electric supply office few months ago, but they don’t take any step for it. And about 60 families are doing illegally hooking.
Under the circumstances, we request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions on your part is highly solicited, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment. We are requesting you to please take legal action for illegally hooking.

We would like to bring to your notice that we had applied for permanent electric connection for our alternate premises.We came to know that our work order has been issued on 17/02/2018, but due to unavailability of electric materials at your end we are yet to receive the same.Due to which we had to take temporary connection to open our branch on 26/02/2018.Despite several correspondence at your Kamarpukur Sub-Division we are yet to receive the connection till date.We request you to kindly escalate the above said matter and supply us with permanent electric connection for the smooth functioning of our branch as soon as possible.

Sir, in kumarganj-goghat, if some little bit wind blown, electrical distributor office stop electricity for 4-5 hours. After stopping of wind blowing, electricity come after 5 hours. I want your attention. Last 5 days without reason stop electricity in 6 pm to 11 pm. Beside our locality area it is all right. But in kumarganj we stay in big problem. For bad supply of electricity.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is informing you that I made a payment on 08.09.2017 of RS. 4527.34 through online ICICI Bank payment gateway from WBSEDCL website to pay for new connection of electricity (Application no. [protected]). The amount is deducted from my card but the payment receipt is not generated, still they are showing payment failure. As per e-conversation with CITRUS pay, they have processed the payment on 8.09.2017 and the transaction ID is CTX[protected]. Still I don’t have the money receipt.

After visiting several times to Krishnapur electric supply office, they have generated two Issue No. 507453 & 524553 against my above mentioned problem & told me that the deducted amount will be refunded by WBSEDCL into my credit card account, but till date I have not received the above said amount in my account, I have communicated with ICICI credit card department about the refund status, but they are asking the transaction details of refunded amount by WBSEDCL.

Please provide Transaction details of refunded amount & look into this matter urgently.

Respected sir/madam, i am a consumer of your company. But now a days a bad service is provided by wbsedcl aranghata. Daily wise shut down in day time and night also (4 to 5 hour average) and voltage problem whole day and i unable to complete my daily work. That's why if you take a kind view about my concern i will be greatful to you.

This is for your kind notice that we are getting exorbitant electricity bill at our house which is at dakshinpally, p. O. Rahara, 24pgs (N). Actually no one resides since 5 months and probably your last 3 bills are based on pro-data basis which is utter incorrect.
Moreover only one lady who is staying at ground floor, isn't using fridge, a. C. Etc.
I would really grateful if you could waive some position of the amount of the entire 3months bills please.

Due to server problem, first payment was unsuccessful, after ten minuits of this payment i pay 235.13 successfully. But money is deducted 235.13+235.13 from my wallete. So i request you to refund money. Thank you.

I am partha sarkar from buruj, baduria, north 24 parganas. My customer id no is[protected]. My meter is damaged since june 2017. For change the meter is i put formal application. Till date didn't replace that meter. I like to know when will be possible. Also the meter reading man did not give me any positives news and behaviour is very rude they says they complain the office (Baduria). Now i am feeling helpless. Very very poor service from office staff. They claim the bill last year repeated. Please solve my problem and change my damage meter as soon as possible.

Sub : electricity theft

Sir,
Mr. Bimal sarkar, s/o lt. Muluk chand sarkar, resident of the address vii - jangalpur (Bakultala)+po. Bira ballavpara, ps. Ashok nagar,, dist. 24 pgs (North), west bengal, pin 743234, doing theft since around six years and now he uses electricity to operate very high wattage motors. So, we are suffering low volt service. Being a electrician by profession he has good rapo with the person who came for meter reading. When the meter reading date arrive he stop tampering the meter and after the reading was done, he start the tampering again. When he tamper the meter the light at backyard of house glow 24 hrs a day and when the meter is normal the does not glow at all. The switch for tampering the meter is at the front of his kitchen which is backside of his house.. We have charged him many times and inform electricity zonal office but no needful action hadn't taken. His monthly bill is the prof my complaint i, e, the bill is so low to beleif.

Please take the needful hardest step to stop him from electricity theft. Hope hardest action will be taken.

I have got electric bill high without meter reading, i have informed to the office for my house is close for long time, and to send the minimum meter charge. But the office has send1956, 1912, 527 and now2050 rs. Bill to me. I want minimum charge for unuse electic in my house.

Its a long time that we have applied for a new domestic electric connection. But unfortunately till the day we have not received any such confirmations.
Several times i have visited your local office they are just giving some expected dates which never comes to any practical points.
Also i have tried to reach your higher authority to escalarate the issue, here also i have returned with empty hands.
Again as citizen of west bengal asking/begging to notify the issue in proper channel and come to point for solution.
Next i need to take some strict steps in this regards.

I am a defence pesonnel and i was ou t of wb for a longer period due to servcice exigencies. Two electric power supply lines went through from transformer a-09 se of my plot at gurupally ganeshpur, kakdwip, south 24 parganas, towards north those staying there. With out my consent. After four written complains and three personal visits, kakdwip ccc did a survey and told me to bear the expenses for shifting/ installation of poles when i am not in fault.
Please help me and let me finish my construction work.

My consumer id[protected] under kurseong sub station darjeeling as i am already paying excess bill of 15000 in installment prepares by ae of kurseong and again i got bill of 23000 as it is unfortunate to get such a hefty bill amount for small household use in village and it is unbearable. Even after complaining to look after the matter the officials made me po pay the bill in installments and again i got bill of 23000. Please help me sir

I have a serious cardiac patient in my house. Not a single person in the service office answering the calls, and still not electricity. Why you # company does not providing electricity.

We have received a notice from you asking for payment of rs. 102, 489/- against our jan18 electricity bill amounting to rs. 101, 610/- against meter no. Wbbb1485; consumer id[protected].

In this connection pls. Note that we have already paid your bill for rs. 101, 610/- within due date (I. E. On 14.02.18) thru neft from our icici bank, ballygunge branch on 14-02-18.

We therefore request your goodself to kindly update your record and drop the demand notice.

We have been receiving this kind of notice every month inspite of making payment on time.

Pls. Also let us know the procedure to be followed by us so that you stop sending notices for non payment in future inspite of payment made in time.
