My name kazi afsar ali, i have submit application from for new home connection belongs at uttar hirapur, hirapur, uluberia howrah, 711315, wb. I also visited local electric office (Uluberia) approx 10 times. But nobody clear any status on processing for connectivity. I am waiting for long time from but more than 4 month gone no changes situation. I don't understand that what the problem between this stage for electric connectivity?

I would like to request you that please resolute the problem...

Current impact:-
1. My mother & wife both will be high pressure (Hypertension)..
2. Weather not at all favorable temperature...

My consumer id is :[protected]. For the last 2 days, there has been frequent power cut and even if power is there, voltage is so minimal that you can't turn your fan on. We called the customer care services provider several times, but wbsedcl, they don't bother to even take the call up. We even called our collection office which is mosat customer care center with collector code : [protected]. Please resolve this issue asap as there are patients in my home who are more than 80years old.

Tarak nath dey (Con id[protected] dankuni, surya sen nagar. Sir my home voltage like below approx 135 every day, for this reason light, fan and others electrical appliance not working properly and take a high apms or destroyed the materials for low voltage. Sir i already complained 9 may 2018 11:19 pm (Docket no[protected] but still now no body come and resolved the problem for voltage related problem.
Sir i request to you pl take prompt action and resolve the problem.

Dear sir,

We, the residents of gujrara mansingh, near bahdur singh negi inter college, sahastradhara road, dehradun, are writing you to bring your kind attention to the serious electricity problems in our area.

The problem we are the victims of, is explained below in short.
1. Extreme low voltage.
2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, tv or some-times even cfl bulbs.

My name is kazi afsar ali, my residential address hirapur, d. Hirapur, uluberia howrah, 711315, i have applied a commercial connection before 3 months. But no developed. Every week i ave goes to the uluberia office. But they said that your matter will be done early. But there have no improve. I want as soon as possible a new connection. I'm very disappointed this matter.
Please do something about this matter.

I have talked about my interrupted electricity supply of majuria power station with one of your executive through phone call. The number is [protected]. He had replied me continuously with very rude and unnecessary attitude. That type of behaviour happens in regular basis.

So, please take a proper action against the executive.

I inform you that for the past two years, my next house use to light, fan, refrigerator, induction oven ect by hooking the electric line.This house owner name was Mr.Manik Baidya and c/o-Sankar Baidya.I was forced to complaint that I am a general Indian citizen because I will pay for the electric unit (home) and they will give less money for the unit and this is an criminal offence for hooking the electric line.
My humble request is to be granted.you should take this action immediately.

After submitting the request i was assured that i will not be receiving any electric bill but still for the month of may, 2018 your executive delivered an electric bill at my home.
Kindly look in to the matter with utmost priority.

Respected sir,

We have received unexpectedly high electricity bill this month.
As door was locked, without reading meter your employee has given a wrong bill to our neighbor. Only one member stays in the entire house. Our average electricity bill for each month is 300 to 400 rupee, but this month we got bill of rs 3895 for next 3 months.
After looking in to bill we visited to our local current office. Without looking in to the matter and without taking the meter reading, they are directly saying to pay rs 3895.
We have given an application with a proper explanation on this but still they are not responding to our issue. We have not even received any application copy. They are not taking the matter seriously and asking us to pay huge amount of rupees 3895/-. Please find attachment for the bill copy.
I am requesting you to please look in to the matter and give appropriate bill in case door locked. So that we can pay appropriate amount.

Dear sir,
We would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that the consumer id –[protected], tariff code b – idit, moondakotee tea estate factory located in sonada, dist. Darjeeling is a bulk consumer of wbsedcl since the existing of the factory.
During the last few months the supply of electricity has been very irregular and experiencing very carelessness and irregularly maintaining the feeder line to the factory which causes the frequent breakdown in the grid line. The factory being the tea manufacturing unit the regular and uninterrupted supply of electricity is very important but due to grid failure the normal functioning of the factory is very much affected and we are facing very difficult situation.
We are unable to depend on the grid supply if such situation continues. Though we are regularly in touch with the concerning officers and the staffs of wbsedcl, sonada and kurseong division, we are not getting valuable support and co-operation from their side. Once the line is off it will take several hours to resume the supply which is happening almost every day.
Under the circumstances you are requested to look into the matter very seriously to resolve our problem.
Your active intervention in this regard is highly anticipated.

I am staying in a village near by place of ranaghat, my consumer number is[protected]. From last 8 th may we are not getting supply. While we did complain to your zonal office (Docket number=[protected] they said it supposed to rectify by 8th may. But this thing still not happened. But where as i have seen in other places hardly u have took to repair the line 2-3 hrs. As we are staying in village so you people try to ignore us?

Its basically will issue of your staff. Please look into this. Waiting for your revert with timeline.

My transaction on wbsedcl with condumer id[protected] via sbi account no [protected] was unsuccessful. So i had to pay another time for avoiding late payment charges. My account balance is too low to maintain required minimum balance. I would be verry happy to have a quick refund. For proof screenshot of pass book is given. Please initiate refund asap

Dear sir, electricity theft is going in a house 03 metre (No. G01769333 & no. Gs 329924 & no. B1713613) at kankinara near sugiapara pin 743126.
They have tampered their electric meter with the help of a person who is concerned in electricity department itself.
They have ac's which is continuously running.
If the wbsedcl have huge energy then it is fine but if not then they should be heavily penalised for such an act of misconduct and also the person helping them.
If at all interested to save the electricity then pay a surprise visit at their home (Both meter inside room)

I paid my electric bill amount rs. 1528.18 through online (Bhim/upi) and bhim/upi shows successful transaction but wbsedcl website shows payment is pending.
In this regards i contact to my bank and bank ensure successfull payment.

My meter (Consumer id no :[protected] was faulty and was put out of service. I was being billed on average.
I complained for changing the meter (20/3/18, & 23/4/18), but the meter was not change. The elctric office is sending bill each month as it wishes, without seeing the meter. What ist the solution for this, let me know the information in my gmail id ([protected]@gmail.com) kindly plzz help me sir.

I am not able to login as consumer in www.wbsedcl.in with my login credential. When i am giving credential, its always navigating to only one page with error message: "no portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."

No power due to branch of a tree fallen on the service wire due to storm and got disconnected. Tried calling on all the customer care numbers but useless.
Very much discontent and dissatisfied with customer care. Please take immediate action and restore power.
