      Sir,
      I am manoranjan gain i had no electric connection to my house so i went to electricity office of haroa. And the officer told me the you shouldhave apply for a new electric connection through online. So i had no experience that how to apply the online application. Even i went some d.net were not able to apply this. So had no choice that i applied myself to the computer of another. And i made a big mistake. That i have applide a wrong electric conection to online. So i want to cancel the conection.
      Please help me to do this.

        Under the circumstances, i request you to send your men to replace the defect meter at your earliest convenience, so that may be correct reading of the meter and the correct electric bills are prepared thereof..

          After making payment well before due date against my (Sept - nov17) bill amount of rs 15383 which transection was successfully completed on 2th sept 2017. On 13th nov when one of your employee came to my house for deactivate my connection that time i came to know my amount is showing outstanding at your end.
          Then i meat one of your sr. Manager mr biswajit mondal at your teghoria office & he suggested to make payment in cash instantly otherwise we will deactivate your connection. So as per his suggestion i made payment in cash which cash deposit receipt is attached herewith.
          The amount which i paid through my sbi credit card on 2nd sept that amount already debited & the prove of the success full transection details is attached herewith.
          Lastly as per oct 17 sbi statement that amount was not credited.

          1. Sept sbi credit card statement.
          2. Citrus pay transaction success full received copy.
          3. Electricity bill for the month sept - nov.

            This is in continuation of my letter dated. 20.09.2017 for charging excess electricity bill charged by you
            In the matter of consumer no.[protected], reference online complain no.11469386 dt.01.09.2017 &
            Call centre complain number :[protected] & number12918111 dated 15.11.2017.

            In spite of my regular complain that you are wrongly charging electric bill on me/us. I am a very marginal
            Earning person and taking burden of my entire family liability, it is not feasible for me to pay additional
            Burden of electric charge.

            I once again request you to please ask your department’s responsible person to fix a new electric meter
            At my residence immediately.

              Dear sir / madam,
              I am facing high abrupt electricity bill for last 3 cycles. My consumer id is[protected].

              First problem occurred on april 1st, 2017 when the bill was generated for april-jun, 2017. The bill amount was above 16000 for 3 months and the units consumed was showing as 1834. Which was abnormal since the last 3 cycles before april, the unit consumption was 195 and the bill amount used to[protected] and maximum 2000 inr. But the apr-jun, 2017 cycle, the bill was very high. I complaint the whole thing to my baguiati station. Initially they did not do anything other than harassing me for couple of days. The staffs did not want me to go to the station manager as well. After 2 months, a technician assigned and he came and just checked the meter and left stating that meter is fine and there is no fault in the meter and told me to pay the entire bill amount. I paid the amount and in the next bill cycle, jul-sept 2017, there was 0 units generated and stated in my bill and the amount was 22 inr only, so i thought this was due to the last abrupt bill adjustment. But in the current cycle oct-dec 2017 again the same problem occurred. The consumption is 1243 units and over 10, 000 inr has generated as bill amount.

              This is totally not acceptable and please look into the matter as early as possible.

                  My current meter reading is approx. 3600 whereas in recent electricity bill the reading displaying as 4455. Due to this wrong information electricity board charging extra approx rs 2000/- and they are saying if i don't pay the amount they will disconnect my connection.
                  Please let me know what i should do in this situation.

                    Myself binod gond s/o mohan gond resident of railpar k. T road tari mohalla, near kali mandir asansol-2, pin-713302, consumer id:[protected] ; installation no. :[protected]. We received the electricity bill for the quarter period of aug 2017-oct 2017 and i got shocked when i saw the bill i. E. For rs 19882 showing consumption of 2058 unit of electricity which cannot be possible because we have very few electric appliances i. E. 2 fans, 2 tubelights and 1 television. Our previous consumption are as follows :- november 2016-january 2017=110 units ; feb 2017-april 2017=80 units ; may 2017-july 2017=56 units ;

                    My previous electric bills are as follows:- may, 2017=rs 1080 ; june, 2017=rs 101 ; july, 2017=rs 101.
                    But now we have got bill for aug, 2017=rs 7552 ; sep, 2017=rs 6268 ; oct, 2017=rs 6268 ;showing consumption for aug, 2017-oct 2017=2058 unit.

                    It is not at all possible to consume for a domestic consumer of total 2058 unit in a single span of 1 quarter of an year. This is excess billing need to be checked properly at your end which can be due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill and take necessary action.

                    We tried to talk at the electric office in asansol near hutton road but all goes in vain as your customer service representative denied to listen. This very embarrassing that your customer service representative are not responding properly.
                    We request you to kindly consider the request and take necessary action.

                            In the storms parts of trees along the cd park gets broken and falls on the overhead electric wires. The wires then keep sagging and this morning a tata 407 while passing underneath snapped the wires which are now lying across the road in front of cd block community centre. Cars now cannot pass through without trampling the wires which hopefully are not live anymore. The wires should immediately be made ok to avoid the danegr of electrocution.

He asked me regarding my landmark and i also answered him but he told me that that landmark was wrong and also misbehaved with me regarding this and many other things. He talked with me very badly. His language is unexpected to me.

                                I book a complain on 10.10.2017 regarding no power at total kamalpur village due to transformer isolater problem. Complain no is[protected].                                   How much wbsedcl has right to charge on electricity thief. Please provide complete details of anywhere in west bengal. I want to know about the real price. Because they charged me a lot. Where it's not my fault. I am not the guilty one. Just because of it has found similar to stealing they charged me unbelievable. Where i am not the guilty one.                                       This is to inform you that there is a huge concern from the residential area of hridaypur (Pin - 700130) that we are out of electricity for more than 24 hrs. We tried to contact our local office, but they are not picking up the call and the customer care is also not taking any complaint hence request you to kindly take an urgent action and resolve the issue as there are some patient also who all are require some medical urgency which is related to electricity.

                                        An outage of power since sunday night 1 am. Power resumed from 8.30pm to 12.30 am monday night and then again load-shedding as i am emailing you now (Morning of tuesday 9.30 am). Toll-free (19121) is busy always, so can't even make a complaint, customer service of the area has no news or information, even the station manager has no information. Nobody attends the call from zonal, regional or divisional offices of wbsedcl. We are suffering heavily for last 24 hours yet no response from authorities as if it's a mere cause. Most important part, most of the area's in barasat had resumed power since midnight last night but not our's. The customer service office was locked out and the employees were not present when we went there, how come a 24*7 service office lock out the office and go out!! How incompetent and unprofessional wbsedcl has become. Hope necessary action would be taken.

                                        The area concerned is Nabapally, Barasat
                                        I applied online for a new domestic connection with ref no - P[protected].But server is not responding to download the reference letter.How can I proceed further? Please help me as early as possible.
