    Wbsedcl — theft of electricity

    Dear sir,
    I am an anonymous person unwilling to disclose my identity for some security reasons. I want a strict legal action be taken by the officers of west bengal state electricity distribution company limited against mr. Mohammad ali mondal, (Residing at rajarhat, raigachi, paschim para, kol-700135, west bengal) for theft of electricity from wbsedcl main lines. He ha s done some hookings with the lines. There is sufficient visual proof so am complaining. Its been years now. He has wbsedcl meter but he does not use the meter. He has one television set, one refrigerator, and all standard modern electrical appliances that other people like us generally have. But still, during summers, when our bill for a 3 month period amounts to nearly[protected], his bill remains stagnant at rs.800-1000 despite running all standard modern electrical appliances for throughout the night and day as we use. I ask your authority to vigil the matter and visit all of a sudden at the we hours of night for getting the proof. This is simply unbearable to see a person paying such low bill amount continuously for years with his increased number of appliances against the surging high bill amounts of others who use less no. Of appliances for a lesser time, still ending up paying thousands of rupees. Such people must be punished.

Recently i have found that my other family member try to installation another electrical line & meter at same premises through wrong way without my permission & noc. I am very much obligation for that & prayer to you that please don't consider the same without inform me. I have stay other place for most of the days for my official work & family medical reasons.

        Under this circumstance i requested you to please consider my application & do the needful for the above mention issue/ reason

              3) INB/[protected] Rs.8014.84 out of three only no1 Rs.79.53 is credited in Wbsedcl account.
              please arrange to credit the amount or refund the same .Due to not creadited in account a fine for let payment had been demanded by wbsedcl why i will pay the fine i have paid the amount within the due date.

                I, nandadulal samanta (Vil+po-maugram, 713130) under asstt engg. Office kandr, here like to lodge a complaint against meter reader for taking wrongfull exessive reading for the month of april to june 2018. The reading, taken by the reader wrongly is 2144 dated 23.07.2018 whereas the actual reading was 1744. I have all ready informer the concern supply office but they ignored my complaint.
                So sir i am praying for necessary and quick action in this regard.

                      I'm from jhargram and here the electricity service is really bad... And i mean it... Every day like 3-4 h or much electricity gone and some time.. Ohh wait not sometimes it's all time it cut for only 2 sec and come again and this loop keep going on... And heres not end. If i call electricity office they say our car out for make some fixing... And yes they are very heard worker. They work every day on car and investigate the reason of it.. I don't get it.. If they can't handle it why they didn't sell the company... Some useless... I assure you if this keep going on probably wb will win the guinness book record of most worst ever electricity zone. Hats of our politics and there lie.

                        Hi All,

                        I am really surprised after looking electricity bill by West Bengal electricity distribution Company. August, 2018 they provided bill amount 13, 738/- which is quite impossible, we never received such kind of big amount of bill and I am sure there is mistake in their calculation somewhere, I am out of Kolkata from last two years, so there is no usage, my question is how this big amount bill got generated against my name. Please investigate and help me to overcome this situation. Please go though my all past records what was the bill amount every time and justice accordingly. I raised case in WBSDCL portal but they closed it without resolving the issue and keep on sending email to pay bill. But why should I pay a wrong bill with a wrong amount against me.

                        Not satisfied with service, however I have paid full 14000/- money to get my electricity back, no justice at all, now my question is why are we suffer like this, does public money have no value?, I request electric office please don't put wrong bill to consumer it's really not good and very tough to pay.

And i have also requested them to chek the meter but they did not responded. Dist-purba medinipur, pin-721455 last 8days we have no power because distribution transformer was burned. already we have informed our local electric office but they neglected our issues & they give some nonsense excuse.as per WDSEDCL office they take minimum 20 days for new transformer.also inform you that transformer was overloaded because many new connection give the company in few days. Our area have 100-150 family was connected this transformer. So, my request is please inspect this and provide to give proper rating transformer in our area...

                              Consumer Id:[protected], sodepur zone. Here electric supply has been interrupted from 9pm. It is 3am now. Local electric supply care have not fixed the problem yet. And the executive is gone saying it will be fixed in the morning! They are behaving very rudely when asked to solve this instantly. I tried calling 19121. A guy named Krishnendu bhattacharya picked up the call and behaved extremely rudely! He did not even ask for consumer id and he said just wait till morning. He did not even care about the customers problem neither tried to call sodepur electric office and give them instructions to fix the issue.this service is pathetic. And no respect for customers! I seriously would like to file a complain against Krishnendu bhattacharya, Who issued docket number 17250261.

The main fuse of the transformer near GAUSIA MASJID gets heated every half an hour & the MCB falls down resulting in loadshedding so I ld earnestly request you to look upon the matter as soon as possible.                                     Dear Sir,
                                    This is to inform you that I, Md. Habibur Rahaman, residing at Pirojpur, Malda, and my Consumer Id is[protected]. I have paid the electricity bill of July 2018 of Rs. 6494.12 only through "http://www.wbsedcl.in" by using PayTM payment gateway, and the Transaction Id is S30407711/1 on 06.07.2018 at about 12.15 pm, and the money was debited from my account but still the payment remains in pending or in failure state, hence the bill is showing in the above-mentioned site as unpaid till date and it is not showing the payment receipt of the bill for the month of July 2018 of Rs. 6494.12 only.
                                    Please assist me in this regard. I contacted with wbsedcl and paytm but both companies are not responding to my requests.

                                      Sir .I am Milan mallick.one my land in panchberia mouza .which jl.no.37 plote no.54 khaitan no 836 sahid matingini block purbamedinipur .tamluk.shadeb mudli had done forcefully electric pole shift in my land and with out my permission by the help of divisional and regional manager.and for that job he was submitted wrong papers and wrong design of land layout, also department not doing the right job as per design which was submitted. Actually this land was recorded in my name from 2011, but sahadeb mudli was submitted all the paperwork that the before 2011.there the department have not required the minimum inquiry, that which was right. So sir let I say is it right job? He misguided the department but I am suffering. Sir please do something for a primary school teacher sir.thanks.

                                        I live in Tutepara, East Udayrajpur, Madhyamgram.

                                        We have been facing a lot of low voltage issues especially in the evening and in the night. In this immense hot weather, all the fans and lights are fluctuating all over the night in our area.We are facing so many problems for the serious patient in my house.

                                        We need help regarding the same on TOP PRIORITY.
