When some amount of rain starts power supply off for 5 hours & more. I complained wbsedcl but they don't care it. So i want to informed you. Actually our villagers suffered so much. Basically suffered children, patients & children's education. So i hopeless. Is there any solution to overcome this problem? I called & sms so many but no one can take a quick action?

My bill amount in the month of march 2017 was rs 88/-.in the june 2017 they given me a bill of rs 18013/-. On complaint it appears that my meter was faulty. They changed my meter in the last week of june 2017. After one month my bill has been given as rs 13000/-.

Redressal sought - my previous bill be cancelled due to faulty meter. New bill be given as per on the spot meter reading. No disconnection of electricity be permitted till then. Installation no : 2768412. Ccustomer id[protected].

L have to complained march 17 by socketed. And last time written complained on23/6/17 no 112 to my local wbsedcl office balir more 712103 for a new electric meter instead of faulty stopped meter. Meter reading person and local office engineer checked and accepted the stopped meter lot of times inquired but no response till date.
I am a sr. Citizen have to pay excess amount for that.
In this connection an effective steps are highly solicited and better service and taking necessary solution of sr citizen harrasment of the concerned authority.

Mysel[censored]tpal mondal behalf of kamarkundu harisova, we are facing problem in electric break down 4 hours everyday, and we are very unhappy to service of singur branch. They are not solved doc no within 2 hours. If we make a complain at 6:00 am, they are coming on next day 6:00 am. Even the fuse attach with electric post is distance from ground is 2 ft. Kids are playing on that ground so accident will be happened any time, so my request please initiate before die one kids for wbsedcl decision. I am attach some photo so you will understand why i am spent half an hour for write the complain against singur branch staff. Wbsedcl singur branch don't be responsible for breakdown electricity. Kamarkundu is not far from kolkata, but 4 hours every day off electricity.

I am to inform you that one person named dipak ghosh, residing at swastik apartment, helabottala, barasat-barrackpur road, near sbi colony more branch, po-nabopally, barasat, kolkata 700126. Has connected his line directly to the line which was disconnected by wbsedcl persons 2 years back. After illegal connection he uses in his room ac, light, fan, geyser etc. A huge amount had already lying pending against his meter. However he consume electricity through backdoor process. It is fully illegal way. And theft of electricity.
This is for your kind information and taking necessary action from your end.

.. I am complaing that wbsedcl is a wrost service provider... Sorry to say that but wbsedcl do this stupidity things... Very poor conditions.. Current is breakdown 5 to 7 times in a day without any reason.. Whenever a little rainfall is done current is gone away and after breakdown the current when this current is come, its not sure.. Sometime its take a full day to come.. So take a suitable step..

They were stealing electricity seance 10 year and the were using heavy electronic components like tube light, wall fan, ceiling fans, tv, home theater, induction cooker, mixer machine etc. Following candidates are -

Sir, in my house rabindra nagar, hamiltonganj, alipurduar have no power during 3 days. My consumer id is[protected], i allready lodged a complaint in vidyuit sahayugi app. My docket number is 10559029, 10571242 is not solved till date now.in winter session i suffering 3 days the mobile van also ingnore my complaint. Please solv this problem for better service quality.

This is bhaskar lahiri & the connection belongs to my father mr samarendra nath lahiri (Consumer no.[protected], but i am facing a issue of high billing as well as a levy of misc. Charges is being debited to my bill ever billing since last one year, i cant understand what this charges are for levied on me. This bill also shows a charge of rs.81.27 in my bill. I attach thescan copy of my bill here with for your end clarification. I want to know the details of the bill that why this charges has been charged to me & against what reason, need a clear clarification from your end else i will be bound to put a legal advisory note against wbsedcl in consumer court for the said issue
Hope for a complete feedback with a clear justification for the same, under which law or substance this mics. Deduction comes to my consumer no.[protected]

Sir there is an unused additional rcc of your dept on the left side of my main gate which causes problem since it is being used by local add agencies and local cable operators. There are loose wires hanging and banners too, which cause problem to passerby too. Sir i request u to kindly check the problem since it might also lead to road accident. Hoping u consider my application

Low voltage is prevailing in our locality due to damage transformer. I complained through vidyut sohoyogi app but no result has been seen. This situation has been going on since 2 week.
Please take immidiate step to solve the issue at the earliest.

It is an intimation to wbsedcl authority that mr tapan chakraborty resident of sthapatya abasan (Bloc-a) 74/5 sreema sarani babupara siliguri is lighting the common light of of block-a of said abasan by hooking from bus bar on and from 21.07.17 and convincing other owner of that portion that as he is ae of web rada no one will create problem from wbsedcl and a person name d indranil an employee of wbsedcl of millanpally of siliguri is his friend and giving support to him. Please take necessary steps to stop such illigal act.

Their is continued load shadings problems why? No reason. I have to pay if you give or not the service.
Please look into this load shadings problems. I received current in my home avg. 3 hr per day in a month why? I have raise several complaints into ivr but nothing happen.

The meter is in my dad's name (Sri asoke kumar nandi) bearing the consumer id :[protected].

He has regularly paid the bill till last month (June-2017). But during last visit of staff from wbsedcl to note the meter reading entries, he informed me that my meter is not working.

The very next day he contacted board for the new meter and had asked for the bill of the current month.
However the concerned engineer has created a incorrect bill of 900 units and informed my dad that the bill is due from august 2016.

But my dad has paid all the bills till last month and also have the receipts for the same.

Please help us at the earliest as the last day to pay the incorrect bill that the engineer has created is 17th july 2017 failing which connection might be disconnected.

This is to bring to your notice that the electric meter installed in my house(consumer no:[protected]has been out of order.I complaint has been registred(complaint no 9825971)&W.B, S, E.D.C.L ASANSOL C.C.C.-1(Apcar garden electric supply) but no technician has been reached my house for replace the meter.That the meter is not functioning was noted by your meter readers during last two mounth but no action has so far been taken to rectify to defective meter by your department.
It is not desirable that such arrangement should continue indefinitely.I would, therefore, request you to replace the meter without any further delay.

Hi, electricity is off since yesterday afternoon. When i returned from my original residence to my rented residential flat in rajarhat, near by to the rajarhat police station, the lights are all out. Loads heading continues into today, which is now about 28 hrs. The main phases within the flat are all turned out and heat and darkness leap out to decay me, my presence and my material assets here.
