I have complained about electricity is not available in my house; i have complained it at 2 time at my electric zone kolkata barakar electric office and also to electric worker who runs the car they all government servants but they forgot there work as many times, i request you to please look after my problem.

The meter is in my dad's name (Sri asoke kumar nandi) bearing the consumer id :[protected].

He has regularly paid the bill till last month (June-2017). But during last visit of staff from wbsedcl to note the meter reading entries, he informed me that my meter is not working.

The very next day he contacted board for the new meter and had asked for the bill of the current month.

I am a consumer of wbsedcl. Our village is kukhura ps nalhati dist birbhum wb. Our substation power house is nalhati 1. Our 11000 line is connected near pathra village through fuse system. So whenever little bit wind blows or rains little bit, the fuse gets disconnected automatically. Then our village remains in dark with electricity. I just paid my electricity bill through airtel money app today but inspite of transaction complete wbsedcl website showed me pending but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I paid a total of rs.6642.56 via airtel money while checking out. But the website is showing the bill is pending, though i got the invoice number:[protected]

But in bill address is written as flat no.19 which is occupied by other.
