Sir,
I am a consumer of wbsedcl. Our village is kukhura ps nalhati dist birbhum wb. Our substation power house is nalhati 1. Our 11000 line is connected near pathra village through fuse system. So whenever little bit wind blows or rains little bit, the fuse gets disconnected automatically. Then our village remains in dark with electricity. We had complained for this many times but there was no improvement in it. Since yesterday 5pm till now there is no electricity in our village.

Kindly make the said connection directly instead of fuse system and let us exempt from this acute problem.

I like to inform you, i am bithika halder, my address is paschimdaspara, baishakhi sarani, sonarpur, pin 700150, my customer id is[protected], and meter no. G1371666.
My meter was damaged since last one year i informed to our local electric supply office, ghasiara, sonarpur, kolkata vide my letter receiving no. 699 dated 24.05.2016. For replacing the damaged meter. After that i am follow-up the same in several time but they are doing nothing and informed me that we have no meter to replacing the same.in this period they are sending the average bill and i also paying the same accordingly in proper time. My average bill for this period furnished below.

1. Billing period march-2016 to may-2016 billing amount rs. 1038.00
2. Billing period june -2016 to aug.-2016 billing amount rs. 1957.00
3. Billing period sep.-2016 to nov-2016 billing amount rs. 1862.00
4. Billing period dec.-2016 to feb.-2017 billing amount rs. 1887.00
But now i get a message in my mobile no. [protected] that the last quarterly
Average bill amount rs. 15209/= (Fifteen thousand two hundred nine only) and
Due date 27.06.2017 which is very surprising and upsetting me thinking about
The possibility of the matter which is serve from your govt. Organization.
Therefore i am requesting you to consider the justification of the matter and
Issue me the actual amount bill, otherwise it will be difficult to pay such huge
Amount abnormal bill for our middle class family. Further again one time
Requesting you to replace my damaged meter as early as possible to avoid this
Type discrepancy.

I am trying to pay my bill of june-august, 2017 online after login in wbsedcl site. When i am going to the page of confirmation of bank detail the page is hanging out after confirmation. My due date with rebet is within 21st june, 2017. But i am not able to pay on line even trying in different pcs and mobiles also. Kindly see the matter and solve the problem immediately by 20th junem 2017.

I just paid my electricity bill through airtel money app today but inspite of transaction complete wbsedcl website showed me pending but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I paid a total of rs.6642.56 via airtel money while checking out. But the website is showing the bill is pending, though i got the invoice number:[protected]
And transaction id[protected].

I am registring this complaint as a proof that my bill has already been paid. Hopefully they will not charge me again or add a fine against my payment because it's a fault from their side.

Just to let you know: i also have tried calling all toll free numbers, they are just useless. I called airtel bank they said money has been successfully transferred to wbsedcl account.

I repeatedly reported that my con. Id is.[protected], flatno.9, kedarnath apartment, 2nd floor, ce-312/1, kestopur, kolkata, 102.
But in bill address is written as flat no.19 which is occupied by other.
I reported in writing t0 krishnapur ccc office on.29.2.15 (Dy. No.5003) &on 11.5.15 (Dy. No.426). But till date no correction made.
I face difficulties in giving add proof as and when required.

This compliant s about our locality sundia para under kankinara electric supply office. The low voltage and frequent tripping of electricity in this area has become almost a daily routine. During the 5-6 hours daily cut, no one expects the supply of electricity. But the unannounced frequent breakdown of electricity is simply nightmarish. At night, one is left half through the meals at the dining table. During the day, there is no rest, no comfort, no protection from the sultry weather.
besides this, low voltage of electricity has damaged electric lamps, tubes and other electric appliances. Fans do not give proper air owing to low voltage. Many times complaints have been lodged with your office but no permanent solution to this menace has been found. It is a pity that even when there is supply of electricity in other localities, our locality remains dark. There is always some defect in wires or in the transformer.in fact, all the wires as well as the transformer need to be replaced properly. Only then the proper supply of electricity can be restored to this locality.

I samit kumar mandal wants to register a complaint, i got an sms in my mobile number which is [protected] on 04/06/17 that my quarterly bill is rs 492 within 1st due date : 07/06/17 with rebate but after few days on 09/06/17 i got another sms that payment of rs 490, rec. No:[protected] has been received on 07/06/17. I have already checked that this consumer id is used by jannatan bibi who is not related to me anyhow. So, why i am receiving such kind of sms on my mobile number.

Kindly check and revert as soon as possible.

Load enhancement application number is [protected].in status quatation is complete but collection status is on working. I can not make online payment for enhance the load. 'this facility is not available for this customer' this msg is shown there to make payment. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I am a resident in Hugli, khanakul, and apply for new connection in my own new house on 21/06/2016 to Khanakul Wbsedcl.But I have not given connection.I even contact with office several times. my E mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Mobile no. [protected].But here another persons are given new connection with extra charge about Rs.2000/.One local electric mistri have given a chance of new connection within a month with charge Rs.2000/.My opinion the officers are involvein this matter.what can I do

Sir, in our area vill-rabindra nagar, p. O-hamiltonganj, dist-alipurduar pin-735214 have single phasing low voltage problem. This problem since during last night. This problem is not one day problem, this problem going through 2 / 3 day gap in our area. I allready a complaint lodged in bidyout sahayogi app but still now not done this work. I requested to you please solv this matter permanantely.

I am user of domestic connection of wbsedcl. I am regularly getting electricity usage bill of rs. 1500 /- to rs.2000/- against electricity consumption. I am getting wrong bill since my meter was changed.
The bill appears to be inflated, as i know for certain that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill.

We are the consumers of village&po nabagram[bakultala] pin 713166 under jamalpur ccc in east burdwan district.in our area low voltage became customary since long time ago. Even after depositing requisite security money we are not getting sufficient voltage throughout the day. Life becomes miserable throught the summer. We are sorry to say because of low voltage even celling fan does not move properly. Another thing is frequent loadsheding. Our village remains totaly dark hours after hours during a drizzle for only 10 to 15 minutes. Electric supply became totaly farce to us both in terms of quality and service. We are regularly paying bill and being cheated by wbsedcl. Immediate attention of either executives or honourable minister is badly required.

This is to inform you that mysel[censored]jjal samanta, customer of wbsedcl id no[protected], last few years.

I have a complaint for poor electric power supply for our whole area bhatar rabindra pally, p. O-bhatar, p. S-bhatar, district - burdwan, wb, 713125.
We have many time complains to toll free no and also submitted application for non continuing electric supply of bhatar area, power was supplying by bolgona power house, a very bad power station by our experience of electric service that we getting​.

The station manager could not cooperate with consumers and the bolgona power house could not provide good service for electricity supply.

Even hour of hour load shedding that we suffer from a long year.

We are expecting kind cooperation from your side and we expect permanent solution of electric transformer and phase problem.

Since yesterday night our electricity is not working because one of pool is break down very dengeresly we already informed the sonarpur electric but no proper response from their side...
Situation is very pathitic and dengeres to any time any accedent can took place so many time we informed then but no proper response... Sonarpur​ station manager also not there in the office
I don't know what to do people are fool in seek in my erea because of summer session without electricity need your intervention urgent sir plzzzz... Before any mazor issue took place.

Last few months, each day unwanted power cut happens, no public announcement. The power cuts are too bad that it's not consistent and sudden power up for few seconds and then again power down happens. Also if there are raining weather conditions with out any thunderstorms or lightning-bolt power goes down and stays even after more than as usual power cut remains. Believe me it's not normal load-shedding!!!

I am sital chandra mahapatra, consumer no[protected], jamunabali - basantapur, abas. About 10 days ago supply was ok. Due to weather disturbance, some problem aroused. Linemen came and rectify in such a way voltage up and down started. Complaint several times, no rectification done but closed the complain as complied. I am not a political man.in the area some persons are enjoying the benefits of proper electric supply. I do not understand, why i am deprived. To whom shall i pray for this. They are advising me to make a group complain for a new transformer for my locality. If so why the company management is not taking action. I feel the staff are working with political motivation.

I am manjula saha, consumer no.[protected]. Today on 31.05.17 i paid my electric bill rs. 4716.07 by vidyut sahayogi mobile apps. My 1st transaction was failed, the apps shows that your transaction not made but from my icici bank the ammount was debited (Ref no. Wbsedcl_iici[protected]). Then i did my 2nd transaction, it was done and the app's shows your payment was under process.

So, please check. If you didn't get the 1st attempt ammount then please send a confimation so i can sent it my bank and they will refund the money

Our area is suffering frequent powercut problems and when it comes in repairing any faults in our line the service is also most worst and backdated they do not also pay any importance to their customers complaints in living in todays advanced world it looks that we are living in a backdated one, wbsedcl improved from previous times but still they dont work to their full potential and we are suffering a lot

Sir may sandipan maji kolaghat se (Purba mindapur), sir mane 3 electricity bill payment kiya tha lekin bill payment nahi huya par paisa account se deduct ho geya. Bad me fer se payment kiya tha ho geya, sir 1 bill 2 bar peyment kaise hota hay, may aj hamara kolaghat ccc pe geya tha, unone bola ke next bill ke sath adjust kar dega, magar sir ye bill dusre admi ka tha, so mere paisa kaha se milega, sir may pura details ek pdf file me de raha hu, ek bar dekh lijiye ga. Sir,
Last few days in our locality suddenly voltage getting down unexpectedly. This is summer time and the fan or light didn't work properly for the low voltage. We got high capacity transformer last year. Always we get high (200-220v). But now we get only 130-145 v. We contact diamond harbour electric supply office[protected] several times, they assured us to solve the problem immediately but the problem still not solved. As a result the entire people of this area suffer a lot in this hot weather.

Please do the needful as soon as possible to solve the problem.
