We are the consumers of village&po nabagram[bakultala] pin 713166 under jamalpur ccc in east burdwan district.in our area low voltage became customary since long time ago. Even after depositing requisite security money we are not getting sufficient voltage throughout the day. Life becomes miserable throught the summer. Last few months, each day unwanted power cut happens, no public announcement. The power cuts are too bad that it's not consistent and sudden power up for few seconds and then again power down happens. I am manjula saha, consumer no.[protected]. Today on 31.05.17 i paid my electric bill rs. 4716.07 by vidyut sahayogi mobile apps. My 1st transaction was failed, the apps shows that your transaction not made but from my icici bank the ammount was debited (Ref no. Wbsedcl_iici[protected]). Several complaints on the facebook page, personal message, nothing worked. They dont bother to respond. Pls help!!
