I had given the order for Battery bank of Sony make to Whaaky.com Online shoping with order no S80896350 they had shown wme Sony Brand 20000 MAH I had placed the order to them but they had suppled me MI make then I visited to their office at Hyderabad they Is t told me that they will replace with 10000 MAH 3 Nos of battery bank of sony make I agreed for that but they had given me the 2nd hand 10000 MAH and 20000 MAH of Sony make only but it not atatall working when ever I make the call they are not lifting the phone and on mails they are not atall responding it

We ordered pack of 4 trousers from http://www.whaaky.com/Home and the day it arrived the quality was bad and sized not fitting in. We dropped a mail and a call on the site very next day and kept on following up for refund and return no response neither on emails nor on phone since than. Cost: 1100 INR

I had placed an order with online shopping portal whaaky.com on 03 Sep 2015 and paid Rs 499 through my credit card. The order (S[protected] was confirmed on 03 Sep 2015 and the delivery time was informed 7-10 business days. But i has been wrongly typing district name but after that i have been given a mail at Whaaky.com for correction my address. But no any response from Whaaky .com against my mail & I not rcvd my order till now. The customer helpline – [protected] is engaged all the time. My voice mails have also not been responded to and since today i.e. 07th Sep15 there is no response on this number. My email reminders have also not yielded any satisfactory reply.

Sir/ madam, I Prakash, placed a order on whaaky.com for a sony 10000 mah portable charger on 17 aug 2015 and the same was delivered on 21 Aug 15. On subsequent use, I observed that my phone was not charging properly and power bank drained fast. Therefore, I approached sony service center who clearly denied that it is not a sony product. Therefore u raised a complaint with whaaky support but they failed to provide me a solution. In view of the above, i request that a suitable solution may be provided at the earliest and the company may be penalised accordingly for misleading customers.

I have purchased a sports shorts and cargos from whaaky.com on[protected]:24:15 and my order no. S80872948 and i paid the amount online . But after one week they sent me the mail in which it was written that the product is non serviceable at my pincode, but when i was ordering the items i checked the pincode and it was shown that the serviceable. I lodged complaint to whaaky for refund. First their customer care is always no reply i called them so many times . even they don't have toll free no. but it was told me by the customer care executive that i will going to get my refund within a week bot after a week i checked refund was not initiated. Then i again called them after 2-3 weeks nearly on 14-aug- 2015 and they told me that my refund is done on 9th of august but when i checked there was nothing then i again called after a week they said my refund has initiate on 18th of august and within two days i will get my money back. but still there was nothing. On[protected] i received a mail regarding dispatch of my order of cargos but when i received them they were not according to that what i ordered for even size was not appropriate. And again i called them to lodge a complaint for returning the product but they are not responding to my call even i called them 35-40 times back to back due to this i lose my more than 200 rupess but still they didnt received my call. This company is cheating. really it's so bad...

I have purchased a timmer, Mp3 Player from whaaky.com in 04.03.2015 vide order no S80783749 on testing found not working, Brocked and codemn item. I lodged complaint to whaaky for refund. First their customer care is always no reply. Now on mail they want to send their item on customer cost which is very high second they are not refunding full amount. This company is cheating. and one time i talk with them Then they accepted to refund in 7 working days. and now very weekend is gone and he not responed me. on mail and calling. really it's so bad.
