I have ordered for a set of 10 t-shirts . The size that i ordered was large. I have received it today and the size that have been received was medium and it does not fit me. My order number is S80873915 . please help us in obtaining refund. Also the T shirts that i have received is not the same items that were displayed on the picture. Please help me in receiving the refund

I complaint against whaaky to u but still not get my refund back My order no is S80846684 from whaaky.com online purchase using creditcard on date 4-june-2015. still not recieved my order item. I cancelled my order on mobile call them no. [protected] 5 to 6 day ago from current date. also I cancelled my order by mail but they do not reply answer my mail I mail them 4 to 5 times at [protected]@whaaky.com. so please help me to refund my amount. I also attach my order detail here.

My name is JAGADISH and i have placed order on 27/06/2015 vide order no S80864458 payment made by credit card, and I receive a sms saying that your order is confirmed and it will be dispatched with in 8-10 DAYS Now it is almost 45 day and still no sign of receiving my product.. Kindly sought out the issue at the earliest or giv refund.

This is murali from chennai.I was bought 5 casual shirts RS.999/- price and paid my payment through my COD and i received the material yesterday(date of 4/8/15) and my order no. is S80879578..i was choosing regular-fit casual shirt fashioned using poly-cotton. They could be in combination of Plains, Stripes, Checks, Printed.
Wear: Casual
Sleeves: Full.The product they delivered was of some local company and that too of wrong material.That product is totally different and product is very old fashioned and local brand.iam trying 2 make a call Whaaky.com customer care no.[protected] there s no one pick up cal and no proper response Please check and process my complaint as soon as possible and refund the money. Dear Sir/Madam, I received the courier by today afternoon 02:30 .I placed the order for blackberry but I received a duplicate China product from your end. This is not fair and I didn't expect this from your end.I received a China piece charger and Nokia piece battery BL-5F. I need a proper response from your end..or else this mail will be kept cc from my side to every social media and file a complaint against this in chennai and hyderabad on your company. I have purchased Sony power bank from the whaaky online shopping site. And they delivered item was defective. So i have sent a mail to them. but i didn't get any reply from them. After making compliant in consumer complaints they asked me to send screenshot of the product. I have sent a mail before 2 weeks.but i didn't get ant reply from them The amount of the item is 999 rupees. My product Order No: S80855431 . Please make an action for this. This is my second compliant.I think they will not do anything for this issue.I read more complaints about this whaaky shopping. Please do the needful.

I was bought 3pants in Rs.899 price and paid my payment through my debit card and i received the material and my order no. is S80872839 and my shipment no.[protected] and i received the material on date : 17/7/15 but material was not fit for me so i raised the complaint to the whaaky customer care, she ask to sent the material to our office and sent a mail for replacement, so i forward nearly four or five mails but still now i didnt got any mail reply or phone reply I sent my parcel in professional courier POD No:TRZ54738787 So kindly do needful to get my amount or material

The name written on website is "Way2online Retail Private Limited" When we check this name on MCA website. No such name company is available. Only one company is available it is "Way2Online Interactive India Private Limited". Which is different from as stated on website. Registered address is also different. Therefore they both are different company. So raising doubt on existence of this company. And website is charging money for COD also so it may be fraud company. After submitting the scan copy of courier receipt(the proof of I have sent the material I haven't got any reply from you. I followed your procedure but I think after taking the money you people don't even think about the customer satisfaction. I have sent the mail so many times but no reply from you guys. Now I don't want any replacement I have all the proof I want refund. So please do it as soon as possible. Order number S80872672.

Either they do not deliver the item or no response provided to customer both on Phone and email. Refer to my Order confirmation number : S80820562 and whaaky shipment tracking number Z54545691. The shipment is undelivered for last 45 days and the DTDC Courier company had declared the shipment as Non Traceable. With this regard I expect a prompt response either by a Refund or Replacement Product. Any further delay or no response by Whaaky I would treat this as a Consumer negligence and irresponsible of customer support by Whaaky team. As per Whaaky terms and conditions and Consumer rights I will raise a complaint and recover the amount. Neither over email or by phone customer care support I have no response by Whaaky team on subject. Expecting a prompt response on subject without further delay.

My order no is S80869738, I have done payment or order on 7/July /2015 but not received yet.I have done. 1099 rs of payment to whaaky.com, they are giving the assurance to dispatch the material with in 7-10 days.. But now approx 30 days has been passed but till now no any msg from whaaky regarding my order consignment. I am trying the whaaky phone number from last 30 days but no one receiving. Fraud phone number they have given.

I had ordered a camera worth of Rs.1999/- on June 4, 2015 & order ID is S80846684. where as till date not received the product or refund my money. Do the needful in this regards... if possible block the website so that these people can't cheat to any other people.

Hi, I have received last update from consumer forum that whaaky send a message regarding my complain in which they asked me to send the snap shots for received order (S[protected] within 48 hours .I have send snap shots for received order and for which was showing on whaaky website both on the whaaky support email address as they mentioned within the time frame . But they did not respond anything as of now they mentioned they will respond within 24 hours but its being more than 48 hours . I am attaching both snap shots on consumer forum site for your review. Please ask them to refund my money back ASAP . First they send that order after one month and that was totally different i do not want that order any more please ask them to refund my money . I have purchased 2 powerbanks from the whaaky online shopping site.But they delivered only 1 powerbank. And the delivered item was defective. So i returned the defective item on 11/06/15 through TrackOn Courriers. They replied me that they have recieved the item. But i havent received the refunded amount yet. Hi, I have ordered Koutons Shirts-AZTECH(ANKIT) Order No: S80835404 on May 25th 2015 for Rs:1099+250(delivery charges). I have received the different brand shirts and am not satisfied and i have returned the item and requested for refund. My Order no is S80848094 I received 7 t-shirts on 14/6/2015 but some are in damaged conditions. I got email to return t-shirts for replacement and after complain I got an email that it will be returned in a week but there is no reply It almost 2 months from purchase and I don't have the product and also lost money and t-shirts. Please do the needful.
